A punching machine for folding chair production

Abstract

This utility model relates to a punching machine for producing folding chairs. It features a worktable with a punching assembly mounted at its front end. Fixed frames are connected to the left and right sides of the worktable, and a roller is rotatably connected between the two fixed frames. Conveyor belts are fitted onto the left and right ends of the rollers. A motor is mounted on the side of each fixed frame, and the output shaft of the motor is coaxially connected to the rotating shaft of the rollers. Several connecting parts are connected to the outside of the conveyor belts. Two coaxial connecting parts on the left and right sides are connected to a mounting frame. A baffle is connected to the front end of the mounting frame, and a clamping assembly for holding tubes is provided at the rear end of the mounting frame. The advantages are: the counterweight drives the contact plate to apply impact thrust to the tube; combined with the synchronous push of the adjusting plate by the electric push rods on both sides, precise axial alignment of the tube is achieved; and the anti-slip structure of the rubber pad and protective pad ensures stable clamping during the round tube punching process.
