A slag tank stewing equipment for steel slag hydrolysis treatment

Abstract

This application relates to a slag-steaming device for steel slag hydrolysis treatment, belonging to the technical field of slag-steaming equipment. It includes a base fixed above a ditch, a tank body, an exhaust pipe, and a cover. One end of the exhaust pipe is rotatably connected to the ground beside the base, with the rotating shaft positioned horizontally, and the other end is fixedly connected to the top surface of the cover. The cover moves towards or away from the top opening of the tank body, covering the top of the tank body. A through hole communicating with the inside of the exhaust pipe is provided on the cover. An exhaust elbow is fixed to the end of the exhaust pipe away from the cover, with one end communicating with the inside of the exhaust pipe and the other end communicating with an external dust collector. This application has the effect of timely reducing dust and vapor diffusion.
