Wire feeding mechanism and wire feeder

Abstract

This application discloses a wire feeding mechanism, including a conveying assembly and a feeding tube. The conveying assembly conveys the core wire along a first direction; the feeding tube is rotatably connected to the conveying assembly around a first axis, and can pass through a first working position and a first receiving position during rotation; when the feeding tube is in the first working position, the feeding tube is downstream of the conveying assembly in the first direction, and the discharge end of the conveying assembly is connected to the feed end of the feeding tube; when the feeding tube is in the first receiving position, the discharge end of the conveying assembly is separated from the feed end of the feeding tube, and the plane containing the central axis of the feeding tube is angled to the extension direction of the core wire in the conveying assembly. During operation, the conveying assembly conveys the core wire to the feeding tube, which then guides it into the molten steel. After operation, the feeding tube is rotated to the first receiving position, and the conveying assembly and the feeding tube are angled, reducing the size of the wire feeder and facilitating transportation, use, and storage.
