A shear key form device for segmental spliced box girder

Abstract

The application belongs to the technical field of bridge engineering, and particularly relates to a shear key formwork device for segment splicing box girder. The structure of the shear key formwork device comprises a head formwork unit, an opening hole arranged on the head formwork unit, a protruding shell arranged on the head formwork unit and covering the opening hole and used for being inserted into the opening hole on the adjacent head formwork unit or the box girder concrete body, and a tensioning opening hole arranged on the head formwork unit and used for penetrating through the steel strand. The beneficial effects of the application at least include that the shear key formwork is used in pairs, one of which inserts the protruding shell into the box girder concrete body as the female die part of the shear key, and the other exposes the protruding shell as the male die part of the shear key, so that the segment splicing box girder is formed together with the complete shear key structure, and the splicing and installation operation is more convenient and efficient.
