A cutting and segmenting device for double-sided adhesive tape processing

Abstract

This invention provides a cutting and segmenting device for double-sided adhesive tape processing, including a main frame that can be fixedly connected to a double-sided adhesive tape winding machine. A guide rail is fixedly installed on the top side of the main frame. Multiple sets of movable seats are slidably connected to the outer side of the guide rail. Each movable seat has a connecting rod slidably connected to its top side via a guide rail. Connecting frames are fixedly installed on both sides of one end of each connecting rod. A cutting blade is fixedly connected between two sets of connecting frames. This invention, through the cooperation of the guide rail and the movable seats, enables flexible movement of the connecting rod. Through the cooperation of the movable rod and the guide rail, it enables flexible movement of the connecting frame and the cutting blade. Through the cooperation of the drive plate and the guide rail, it enables simultaneous movement of multiple sets of cutting blades, allowing for rapid cutting and segmentation of the double-sided adhesive tape, thus increasing product processing efficiency.
