A cutting and straightening device for antistatic boards

Abstract

This utility model discloses a cutting and correction device for antistatic boards, relating to the field of sheet metal cutting technology. It includes a processing table, on which a correction plate is slidably mounted. A pair of clamping plates are symmetrically slidably mounted on the processing table, and several guide wheels are rotatably mounted on the clamping plates. A pair of bidirectional screws are rotatably mounted inside the processing table, and a pair of threaded sleeves are symmetrically mounted on opposite thread sections of the bidirectional screws. A connecting rod is fixedly mounted on each threaded sleeve and is fixedly connected to the clamping plates. A driving rod is rotatably mounted inside the processing table, and a worm gear is fixedly mounted in the middle of the bidirectional screws. A pair of worm gears are fixedly mounted on the driving rod, meshing with the worm gears. A drive motor is fixedly mounted on the processing table, and the output shaft of the drive motor is fixedly connected to the drive rod. This invention solves the problem in the prior art where simultaneously driving two motors to move one clamping plate increases manufacturing costs.
