Abstract

This utility model relates to the technical field of bundling equipment, and in particular to a steel pipe bundling machine; it uses machinery to replace manual labor to bundle round steel pipes, improving the bundling strength of steel pipes, reducing manual operation, and improving the bundling efficiency of steel pipes; it includes a truss, a first lifting drive mounted on the truss, a gathering and clamping mechanism mounted on the first lifting drive, and a twisting and binding device. The gathering and clamping mechanism includes a crossbeam fixedly mounted on the bottom of the first lifting drive and two clustering components symmetrically arranged on the crossbeam. The clustering components are used to gather multiple steel pipes into a bundle. The twisting and binding device includes a rotary drive, a mounting base mounted on the rotary drive, two arc-shaped clamping arms hinged to the mounting base, and a first telescopic cylinder that provides power for the synchronous closing or moving away of the two arc-shaped clamping arms. Thumb clamps for clamping round steel are mounted on the arc-shaped clamping arms.
