Abstract

It includes a main fabric body, characterized in that the weft yarns of the main fabric body consist of chenille yarn, cationic fibers, and high-shrinkage yarns, while the warp yarns are polyester low-elasticity yarns. The main fabric body employs a combination of double-warp, double-weft thickening weaving technology and high-warp-density weaving technology to form a three-layer interwoven structure (upper, middle, and lower). This ultra-soft, high-light-blocking curtain fabric, through the combination of double-warp, double-weft thickening weaving technology and high-warp-density weaving technology, forms a three-layer interwoven structure. The layers are tightly interwoven but not separated, while retaining a certain amount of space for movement, making the fabric thick yet soft and easy to fold. The interweaving of black yarn with cationic fibers and high-shrinkage yarns not only achieves high light-blocking performance but also eliminates the need for traditional fabric coating or finishing processes, maintaining the fabric's breathability. The production process is environmentally friendly and highly efficient.
