Abstract

This utility model discloses a vacuum degassing and constant-temperature stirring device for jelly slurry, including a tank and a top cover fixed to the top of the tank. A distribution plate is fixed to the bottom of the top cover via a fixing column. The distribution plate has a conical structure with a gap between its edge and the inner wall of the tank. A pump body is fixed to the top of the top cover. The pump body's inlet is connected to a suction pipe extending to the bottom of the tank, and its outlet is connected to an outlet pipe extending to the top of the distribution plate. Multiple rotating shafts are uniformly rotated inside the top cover, each with a stirring paddle fixed to its bottom side. A control component for synchronously rotating the shafts is located on the top of the top cover. Through this structure, while stirring, the pump body pumps the slurry from the bottom to the top of the distribution plate via the suction pipe. After being dispersed by the conical surface, it forms a thin film that falls. The slurry dispersed by the distribution plate is sprayed along the conical surface towards the tank wall with a certain kinetic energy. After impact, it flows downwards by gravity, forming another thin layer on the tank wall. This layer continues to be degassed under vacuum, creating a circulating flow and enhancing degassing efficiency and mixing effect.
