Abstract

A lifting clamping wheel device for use on an auxiliary machine of a pipe threading lathe, relating to the technical field of pipe threading equipment, includes a fixed bracket with a lifting cylinder inside. A rotating seat is positioned above the fixed bracket, and the rotating seat includes an outer shell and an inner bushing. The outer shell is fixed to the top of the fixed bracket, and the inner bushing is rotatably connected to the inner wall of the outer shell via a bearing. A lifting rotating shaft is located inside the inner bushing, and a gear is mounted outside the inner bushing. A rotating cylinder is mounted on the side of the fixed bracket, and a rack is fixedly connected to the piston rod end of the rotating cylinder, meshing with the gear. The lower end of the lifting rotating shaft passes through the inner bushing and is coaxially rotatably connected to the piston rod of the lifting cylinder. The upper end of the lifting rotating shaft passes through the inner bushing and is fixedly mounted with a clamping wheel assembly. This invention overcomes the shortcomings of the prior art, enabling stable clamping of the pipe and effectively limiting its runout and offset during processing, ensuring processing accuracy and surface quality.
