Abstract

This utility model relates to the field of hot melt adhesive lamination technology and proposes a hot melt adhesive multilayer lamination film machine, including a frame and a first and second discharge rollers mounted on the frame. The first and second discharge rollers are respectively arranged at both ends of the frame and are used to wrap fabric. It also includes an applicator and a pressing assembly mounted on the frame between the first and second discharge rollers. The applicator is used to apply hot melt adhesive to the fabric output from the first discharge roller, and the pressing assembly is used to press the fabric together. Furthermore, it includes a feeding assembly mounted on the frame, and a take-up roller is also mounted on the frame for winding the pressed fabric. This invention solves the problems of existing hot melt adhesive lamination equipment being mostly complex in structure and cumbersome in operation, and also addresses the issues of manual intervention required for the feeding process and uneven feeding leading to slow melting speed of the hot melt adhesive.
