Abstract

This utility model relates to the field of imaging consumable testing and reliability assessment technology, and discloses a toner drum for measuring the fatigue resistance of a photosensitive drum. The drum includes a housing, an exposure lamp inside the housing, a photosensitive drum on the inner wall of the housing, and a charging roller on the inner wall of the housing. The system repeats four processes: charging, exposure, development, and cleaning. After n cycles, the system stops for testing. When the parameters exceed a standard threshold, the test stops. The number of cycles at this point is the fatigue limit of the photosensitive drum. During the movement of the scraper, insufficient pressure may prevent the scraping of excess toner, while excessive pressure may wear down the sleeve surface. Rotating the knob moves the threaded rod. Upward movement of the threaded rod compresses the first spring, while downward movement stretches it. This allows the pressure between the scraper and the developing roller to be adjusted via the first spring. Pulling out the toner cartridge allows for timely replenishment of toner.
