A CCD-assisted anti-deviation positioning component for back drilling machining

Abstract

A CCD-assisted anti-deviation positioning component for back drilling machining, relating to the field of machining technology, comprises a lower connecting frame fixedly mounted on the spindle of a machining machine. A shock-absorbing frame is fixedly mounted on the front side of the lower connecting frame, and a vision inspection head is fixedly mounted on the bottom of the shock-absorbing frame. A fixed cylinder is fixedly mounted between the upper and lower connecting frames, and a lifting frame is movably mounted inside the fixed cylinder. Lead screws are rotatably connected to the left and right sides of the upper and lower connecting frames via bearings. The lead screws are threaded through the lifting frame. A motor is fixedly mounted on the upper part of the upper connecting frame. The upper end of the lead screw is rotatably inserted into the upper connecting frame and fixedly fitted with gears. A gear ring meshing with the two gears is rotatably mounted inside the upper connecting frame via bearings. This component not only allows for precise adjustment of the spindle position using visual imaging but also provides appropriate downward pressure around the machining position of the PCB board during machining, achieving auxiliary positioning of the PCB board and further improving machining accuracy and stability.
