Intelligent assembling machine for air intake muffler

Abstract

An automatic extraction and transfer device for the suction pipe segments of an intelligent assembly machine for suction mufflers is disclosed. The intelligent assembly machine for suction mufflers includes a workbench, a rotary table, and a suction pipe support mold. The automatic extraction and transfer device for the suction pipe segments includes a lower suction pipe segment extraction and release mechanism and an upper suction pipe segment extraction and release mechanism. The lower suction pipe segment extraction and release mechanism includes a lower pipe segment receiving bracket, a lower pipe segment extraction feeding cylinder, a lower pipe segment rotation cylinder, a synchronous lifting and fixing plate for the lower pipe segment extraction and rotation cylinder, a synchronous lifting and fixing plate cylinder, a left and right displacement fixing seat for the synchronous lifting and fixing plate cylinder, a loading lateral displacement cylinder fixing plate, and a loading lateral displacement cylinder. Advantages: The lower tube feed cylinder and the lower tube transfer cylinder can precisely transfer and release the lower tube, which is fed by the vibratory plate through the suction pipe and the lower tube input track, to the suction pipe bearing mold located on the turntable in a relay manner, so as to meet the requirements of high efficiency and high quality assembly.
