A winding box for a crane

Abstract

The application relates to a winding box for a crane, belonging to the technical field of crane accessories, which comprises a shell with a first inner cavity and a second inner cavity; a rotating drum assembly is arranged in the first inner cavity and is used for winding up or unwinding a traction line; a transmission shaft is arranged at the communication part of the first inner cavity and the second inner cavity, one end of the transmission shaft is connected to the rotating drum assembly, and the other end of the transmission shaft penetrates into the second inner cavity; a skeleton oil seal sleeve is arranged outside the transmission shaft and at the communication part of the first inner cavity and the second inner cavity; a first gear is arranged at the end of the transmission shaft and in the second inner cavity; a gear transmission assembly is arranged in the second inner cavity and has an input end meshing with the first gear; a multi-turn potentiometer is connected to the gear transmission assembly; and an electric slip ring is arranged outside the transmission shaft and is electrically connected to the multi-turn potentiometer. The winding box has the effects of compact structure, small space occupation, linkage with a winding measurement device, improved production efficiency, a waterproof grade of IP67 or above and the like.
