Abstract

The application provides a current sensor burning device, which comprises a box body and an upper pressing plate above the top surface of the box body, symmetrical sliding sleeves are arranged on the two sides of the upper pressing plate, sliding rails one and two are respectively arranged in the two sliding sleeves, the upper pressing plate is arranged on the fixed block at the rear side of the middle part in a slidable manner, a pressing handle is arranged on the front side upper end of the fixed block, the lower end of the pressing handle is connected with the upper pressing plate through a connecting rod, eight upper contact pins are arranged on the front side bottom surface of the upper pressing plate, a PCB board limiting block is arranged on the top surface of the box body, the PCB board limiting block is arranged below the front side of the upper pressing plate, eight PCBA boards corresponding to the positions of the contact pins are arranged in the PCB board limiting block, eight gold-plated probes corresponding to the burning test points of the PCBA boards are arranged on the bottom of the PCB board limiting block, and the eight gold-plated probes are connected with the burning board through eight piano key switches arranged on the front side of the box body. The device has novel and unique structure, reliable burning, high efficiency and the advantages of burning eight products at a time, and the device makes the test more efficient and convenient, thereby improving the production capacity and reducing the production cost.
