The present invention relates to compounds having pharmacological activity against the sigma (σ) receptor, and more particularly to oxadiazaspiro compounds having this pharmacological activity, to methods of preparing such compounds, to pharmacological compositions comprising them and to their use in therapy, in particular against drug abuse and addiction.
