[0024] Various embodiments of the present invention are discussed in detail below, with examples illustrated in the attached drawings and described below. Although the invention is described in connection with exemplary embodiments, it should be noted that the present description does not limit the invention to these embodiments. On the contrary, the invention is intended to include not only the exemplary embodiments but also numerous alternatives, modifications, equivalents, and other embodiments, in accordance with the scope of protection defined by the attached claims.
[0025] As from Fig. 3 to Fig. As can be seen in Figure 8, a storage device for a vehicle according to various embodiments of the present invention has a structure in which an interior space of a rear bumper 10 of a vehicle, corresponding to a free space, can be used, wherein a section of the rear bumper 10 of the vehicle can be pulled out and pushed back in, and a bumper door 25 can be opened or closed. The storage device for a vehicle is configured to include: the rear bumper 10, which has a rear support 11 mounted below its interior; a storage compartment 20, which is provided in a space above the rear support 11 and is extendable / retractable by sliding outwards when a load is supported by the upper end of the rear support 11; and a bumper door 25, which is rotatably provided at one end of the storage compartment 20 for opening and closing the storage compartment 20, and which is designed such that an outwardly exposed section coincides with an outer surface of the rear bumper 10.
[0026] This means that the storage compartment 20, which has the storage space 21, is mounted in the space provided above the rear support 11, and that the storage space 21 in the vehicle is enlarged by pulling the storage compartment 20 outwards, being supported above the rear support 11, and wherein the bumper door 25 mounted at the end of the storage compartment 20 is arranged to be opened and closed, thereby maximizing an item storage function.
[0027] As from Fig. 3 to Fig. As can be seen in Figure 6, the storage compartment 20 according to various embodiments of the present invention has a structure in which a support shelf 22 has a storage space 21 provided therein and moves slidably, being supported at the upper end of the rear support 11, and a storage cover 23 is provided in the bumper door 25 and rotatably mounted on the support shelf 22 in order to open and close the support shelf 22, whereby items can be loaded and received in the storage space 21 provided above the support shelf 22 at the time of pulling out the storage compartment 20.
[0028] Furthermore, the storage compartment 20 can be opened by opening the bumper door 25 in the state in which the storage compartment 20 is pulled out, in order to further enlarge the storage compartment 20, utilizing the space above the support shelf 22 and the space above the upper surface of the bumper door 25 and consequently allowing long items to be loaded.
[0029] In this case, the support shelf 22 serves to provide the storage space 21 in both the pull-out and push-in positions and is not limited to the form described herein. Therefore, the support shelf 22 can be modified into various shapes to provide different types of storage spaces 21.
[0030] Furthermore, the storage cover 23 and the bumper door 25 can be joined together in one piece to ensure ease of use for the user.
[0031] This means that when the bumper door 25 is rotated from the rear bumper 10 towards the rear of the vehicle, the storage compartment cover 23 rotates with it. Therefore, the user rotates the bumper door 25 and does not need to rotate the storage compartment cover 23 separately, thus improving usability.
[0032] Various embodiments of the present invention have a structure in which a plurality of connecting elements 24 are used for the rotation of the storage cover 23. Various embodiments of the present invention have a structure in which one end of a connecting element 24 is rotatably connected to both sides of the storage cover 23 by means of a joint piece 24a, and the other end of the connecting element 24 is rotatably connected to both sides of the support shelf 22 by means of a joint piece 24b.
[0033] When the storage compartment 20 is opened by rotating the tray cover 23 backwards, the front end of the tray cover 23 is pressed against the lower end, where the hinge piece 24b is located on the connecting element 24, which is located on its rear side. This allows the opening angle of the tray cover 23 to be controlled.
[0034] As from Fig. 7 and Fig. As can be seen in Figure 8, the bumper door 25, which is turned towards the rear of the vehicle together with the storage cover 23, can be configured in various embodiments of the present invention to be used as a step or bench.
[0035] This means that one end of the bumper door 25 coincides with the upper end of the rear bumper 10 and the other end of the bumper door 25 coincides with the lower end of the rear bumper 10, so that the outside of the bumper door 25 is designed to coincide with the outside of the rear bumper 10.
[0036] Thus, the bumper cover 25 is provided in the rear bumper 10, and the bumper door 25 is intended to be part of the shape of the rear bumper 10 when closed. When the bumper door 25 is pulled out from the rear bumper 10, it is used as a step or bench. In this state, objects can be used if they are placed on the open bumper door 25.
[0037] Furthermore, the interior of the storage compartment cover 23, as shown in the diagram, is Fig. 5 is evident, designed to communicate with the storage space 21, so that items can be received in the storage space 21 and the space provided in the storage cover 23 at the time the bumper door 25 is closed, thereby further increasing the storage space 21.
[0038] As from Fig. 3 to Fig. As can be seen in Figure 5, in various embodiments of the present invention a guide bracket 30 is provided in the upper space of the rear bumper 10 in the state in which a section of the storage compartment 20 is covered and supported, and the guide bracket 30 is mounted to be supported on the rear end plate 12 and the rear support 11.
[0039] The lower surface of the guide bracket 30 is mounted to rest on the upper end of the rear support 11, the front surface of the guide bracket 30 is mounted to be supported on the rear end plate 12, and the upper section of the guide bracket 30 is mounted to support the upper section of the rear bumper 10, which is mounted under a trunk lid 14.
[0040] This means that the guide bracket 30 is attached simultaneously to the rear end plate 12 and the rear support 11, thus supporting the load applied to the storage device by the pulling-out process at the time the storage compartment 20 is pulled out.
[0041] In this embodiment, the storage compartment 20 is slidably mounted inside the guide bracket 30, allowing it to be pulled out and pushed back in. The upper surface of the interior of the guide bracket 30 or the lower surface of the support tray 22 can be provided with a connecting structure, such as a roller, a bearing, or the like, to ensure stable sliding movement when the support tray 22 and the guide bracket 30 are in contact with each other.
[0042] In addition, the guide bracket 30 and the support tray 22 are separately provided with a locking device, which keeps the storage compartment 20 in a restricted state.
[0043] As from Fig. 4 and Fig. As can be seen in Figure 6, one end of the guide bracket 30 is provided with a stop part 31 according to various embodiments of the present invention, which is bent downwards, thereby supporting the interior of the storage compartment 20 at the time of pulling out the storage compartment 20.
[0044] This means that when the storage compartment 20 is pulled out, the upper end formed vertically in front of the storage compartment 20 contacts and is supported by the stop part 31 to prevent the storage compartment 20 from being pulled out beyond a predetermined distance and to prevent the storage compartment 20 from being separated by the load of the storage compartment 20 due to the rotation towards the outside of the rear bumper 10.
[0045] Furthermore, the other end of the guide bracket 30 is provided with a load support section 32 that extends towards the rear, thereby supporting the load of the storage compartment 20 at the time the storage compartment 20 is pulled out.
[0046] This means that the rear support 11 and the other end of the guide bracket 30 support the load of the storage compartment 20 when the storage compartment 20 is pulled out. In this case, the load support section 32 is designed to extend further in the pull-out direction of the storage compartment 20 to ensure support strength in the vertical direction, thereby supporting the load applied to the storage compartment more firmly and stably.
[0047] Various embodiments of the present invention have a structure configured to further include a support bracket 33, which is mounted to be attached to the lower surface of the load-support section 32 and the rear surface of the rear support 11 in order to support the load of the storage compartment 20. In this case, the support bracket 33 is configured to have a α-shaped cross-section (angled cross-section) and is thus configured to have a structure that is firmly mounted both to the rear surface of the rear support 11 and to the lower surface of the guide bracket 30, thereby ensuring support strength in the vertical direction in a simpler manner.
[0048] As from Fig.As can be seen in Figure 3, the interior space in front of the rear bumper 10 is provided with a rear floor plate 13 according to various embodiments of the present invention. The rear floor plate 13 is provided with a guide rail mechanism 40, and the upper section of the guide rail mechanism 40 is mounted with the storage compartment 20 to be mounted above the rear support 11. In this case, the guide rail mechanism 40 can be a linear motion guide.
[0049] This means that the lower section of the rear base plate 13 can be mounted with the guide rail 41 and connected to a longitudinal slide 42 guided by the guide rail 41 to implement linear reciprocal movement. The upper section of the longitudinal slide 42 is either directly connected to the storage compartment 20 or connected to the storage compartment 20 by a separate connecting bracket, so that the storage compartment 20 can be mounted above the rear support 11.
[0050] Thus, the storage compartment 20 can be arranged to penetrate into the interior of the vehicle or be designed to be pulled out of or pushed back into the upper section of the rear bumper 10 without being affected by the rear support 11, thereby optimizing the design of the storage device.
[0051] Furthermore, at the time the storage compartment 20 is pulled out, the longitudinal slide 42 or the separate connecting bracket contacts the front surface of the rear support 11 and is supported on it, so that the longitudinal slide 42 or the connecting bracket can serve as a stop that prevents the storage compartment 20 from being pulled out excessively.
[0052] As described above, various embodiments of the present invention can maximize the object storage function by increasing the storage space in the vehicle by mounting the storage compartment with the storage space in the space provided above the rear support and supporting the storage compartment above the rear support in order to be pulled outwards.
[0053] Furthermore, the various embodiments of the present invention are able to significantly increase the economic value of the vehicle by making the bumper door rotatable downwards through the connecting structure, so that the bumper door can be used as a step or bench when the storage compartment is opened, or items can be placed and used on the open bumper door, wherein the upper surface of the bumper door is arranged to have a predetermined width.
[0054] Furthermore, the design of the storage device can be improved by various embodiments of the present invention, wherein it is able to firmly support the load applied to the storage device during the pulling out and pushing in of the storage compartment by fixing the guide bracket to the rear end plate and the rear support, and at the same time preventing the storage compartment from being affected by the rear support or being forced into the vehicle by mounting the storage compartment above the rear support.
[0055] Furthermore, various embodiments of the present invention can further increase the storage space by utilizing both the storage space of the upper surface of the support shelf and the space on the upper surface of the bumper door by rotating the bumper door downwards in the state in which the storage compartment is pulled out, thereby allowing long items to be loaded.
[0056] For the purpose of simplified explanation and precise definition in the attached claims, the terms "front", "rear", etc. are used to describe features of the exemplary embodiments with reference to the positions of such features as can be seen from the figures.
[0057] The preceding description of certain exemplary embodiments of the present invention has been provided for illustrative purposes. It is neither intended to be exhaustive nor to limit the invention defined by the appended claims to the exact forms disclosed, and numerous modifications and variations are possible in light of the teachings described above. The exemplary embodiments have been selected and described to illustrate certain principles of the invention and their practical application, thus enabling a person skilled in the art to carry out various exemplary embodiments of the present invention, as well as various alternatives and modifications thereof.
