Description

The present invention relates to a device for arranging the conductors of a wiring of appliances in an electrical switchgear cabinet equipped with mounting rails for the appliances. The cable holders for guiding the conducting wires intended to be connected to the equipment and the supports for other elements, such as the cable holders intended to organize the power cables, the supports for cable caps in an electrical control cabinet and the supports for collectors for control and inspection, are separate elements and therefore cannot be arranged jointly on DIN rails. It is true that one prevents the mounting of the other for space reasons and because of interleaving.Furthermore, the main cable holders, which are intended for example for the passage of power cables, are specially adapted to each rail type. EP 1 187 286 A2 discloses an apparatus according to the preamble of claim 1. Further apparatus for arranging conductors are known from the publications DE 195 26 446 B4, DE 21 36 752 B and DE 101 30 073 A1.The present invention solves this problem and proposes a simple-design device suitable for mounting these two types of elements, namely cable holders and supports for other functions for cabling and the like, together on one and the same DIN rail without causing problems with space requirements and interleaving, this device being adapted to be mounted on several types of rails. The present invention relates to a device for arranging the conductors of a wiring of appliances in an electrical switchgear cabinet equipped with mounting rails for the appliances, according to claim 1.According to another feature, the accessory(s) are accessory(s) from the group comprising cable holders for passing main conductors, cable holders for passing thin wires, collectors for communication or control, accessories for fastening a wiring cap, or carriers for a trough.According to another feature, the means for fixing comprise a slide rail of male or female type on the main cable support, intended to cooperate with a slide rail of female or male type on the first accessory.According to another feature, the or each accessory comprises a slide rail of the male type and a slide rail of the female type.According to another feature, the device comprises three feet for securing the device to rails.According to a further characteristic, the or each foot can be removably fixed inside an opening provided in a stand for presenting one side or the other, the stand comprising at least one main cable support made in a single material with the stand for the passage of conductors, so that the stand, with its foot fixed inside, constitutes a foot suitable for fixing to the rail and can also be removably fixed directly by means of one of its ends either to the end of the main cable support or to another cabling accessory, these accessories themselves being capable of being fixed in turn to other accessories and so forth.According to another characteristic, each foot is fixed to a cable support for passing power conductors, which is itself fixed to a control and monitoring collector or to a cable support for passing thin wires, the collector or the cable support for the thin wires being fixed to an accessory for fixing a wiring cap.According to a further feature, each device comprises two ordering devices each associated with two mounting rails, each of these devices having an equal number of feet and the feet of one device being located above the feet of the other device, each of these assemblies comprising a foot and its associated cable holders and accessories belonging to one of the devices having, at its end associated with the other device, an accessory for fixing a wiring cap.Other advantages and features of the invention will become more apparent from the following detailed description, taken in conjunction with the
