Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a floor arrangement for the foot well of a vehicle according to the preamble of claim 1.In vehicles of high comfort class, possibilities for the wellness treatment of feet can be provided for the vehicle occupants, for example a foot massage, a foot heating and / or a foot ventilation. However, because of the constricted space conditions, there is often no convenient way of pulling out and stopping the shoes.EP 1 456 056 B1 discloses an exemplary floor arrangement for the floor space of a vehicle. The arrangement has a drawer-like adjustable, box-shaped shoe rest which is adjustable between a loading position, which is positioned in the foot well and in which shoes can be placed, and a storage position which is set back from the foot well. The shoe support known from EP 1 456 056 B1 is designed space-intensive as a lockable shoe box. With regard to the construction space-intensive, the shoe rest in the retracted storage position is arranged only partially below a seat cushion of the vehicle seat, while the remaining portion still protrudes into the foot space. In the storage position, on the other hand, the box-shaped shoe storage is arranged in a space-gripping manner in the foot space, as a result of which the extraction and storage of shoes is impaired.A floor arrangement of the generic type is known from DE 41 25 416 A1. U.S. Pat. No. 6,390,547 B1 discloses a seat arrangement. From JP H05-278 512 A a footrest for vehicles is known. JP H03-74 228 A discloses a seat for a vehicle, a footrest therefor, and a shoe rest for shoes. A foot mat is known from KR 10 2003 0 040 188 A. KR 20 0 438 015 Y1 discloses a dry box for shoes in the car. From JP H01-112 143 U a shoe storage compartment of a vehicle is known. The object of the invention is to provide a floor arrangement for the foot space of a vehicle, in which a simple and space-saving possibility for pulling out and lowering shoes is ensured. The object is achieved by the features of claim 1. Preferred developments of the invention are disclosed in the dependent claims. The invention is based on the fact that the adjustable shoe support known from the prior art takes up a great deal of installation space both in the storage position and in the storage position. Against this background, the shoe support according to claim 1 is designed to be more space-saving, namely shell-shaped, open towards the top. In particular, the shoe support can be an upwardly open, largely flat support plate. The shelf plate has a greatly reduced overall height in the vehicle vertical direction in comparison with the shoe box known from the prior art. The storage plate can be made of a continuous printed circuit board in a materially uniform and one-piece manner. Alternatively, the tray may be constructed from a number of mutually movable plate segments. The plate segments can be joined together, for example, in the manner of a roller blind which can be stowed in a wind-up unit, for example a wind-up cassette or an insertion channel. Alternatively, the plate segments can be telescopically displaceable relative to one another between the storage position and the storage position.Preferably, the shoe support in the retracted storage position can be arranged in a storage space below a vehicle seat arranged upstream or downstream in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle. The vehicle seat is usually formed from a supporting structure, i.e. a vehicle seat frame structure, with a seat cushion arranged thereon, which provides the seat surface. The seat cushion may protrude the seat frame structure forward by an excess amount in the vehicle front-rear direction. In such a vehicle seat structure, it is preferable that the storage space is not only defined by the seat cushion portion protruding forward, but the storage space is formed directly in the vehicle seat frame structure. With regard to the compact, plate-shaped design of the shoe rest, the shoe rest stowage space can be realized in a manner favorable for installation space within the vehicle seat frame structure.Against this background, it is preferred if the shoe rest in its retracted storage position is arranged below the vehicle in an at least largely visually protected manner. The rear edge of the shoe rest facing the foot well can be, for example, approximately at the same height in the vertical direction as the vehicle seat contour delimiting the foot well. Alternatively, the rear edge of the shoe rest can also be set back into the shoe rest storage space by a length offset relative to the vehicle seat contour. For a particularly space-saving design, according to the invention, the shoe support is substantially planar with the adjoining floor of the foot space in the support position, i.e. in the foot space. This means that the shoe support in the support position can lie together with the adjoining floor of the foot well in a common horizontal plane. To further increase the functionality of the floor arrangement, the floor can have a storage space or a depression. In the pulled-out storage position, this is at least partially covered by the shoe storage. In the depression on the floor side, a foot treatment unit, for example for foot massage, for foot ventilation and / or for foot heating, can preferably be arranged. The foot treatment unit is therefore covered when the shoe rest is pulled out and is exposed for use only when the shoe rest is adjusted into the storage position. In a particularly preferred embodiment variant, the above-mentioned foot treatment unit for foot ventilation is specifically further developed. This further development can optionally also be considered as an aspect of the invention which is separate from the previously mentioned further developments. Thus, the foot ventilation unit can have a floor mat which is formed with air guidance channels. These are in turn fluidically connected to a vehicle-side ventilation system. With the aid of the air guidance channels, the feet of the vehicle occupant can be ventilated with the aid of an air flow. The air flow guided to the feet can be continuous or discontinuous, i.e. pulsating, with a changing air flow rate in each case. It is particularly preferred to provide the air flow guided to the feet with a flow direction reversal alternately with an air inflow and an air outflow. It has been shown that with such a pulsating air flow no feeling of traction is obtained on the part of the user. In addition, especially in the case of alternating inflow and outflow of air, the propagation of dust particles or of foot odors in the vehicle interior can be counteracted. The above-mentioned aerated floor mat can preferably be formed with strip-shaped air nozzle areas and strip-shaped, nozzle-free areas running alternately in an extension direction, whereby the corrugation feeling on the user is increased. In addition, the alternately arranged air nozzle regions and the nozzle-free regions can optionally also have different material surfaces, for example leather, bamboo or else plastic surfaces.Alternatively, the arrangement of a foot treatment unit can be dispensed with in the floor storage space and a floor carpet can instead be arranged. If necessary, the floor depression can also serve as a storage compartment for objects, for example for further shoes. The advantageous embodiments and / or developments of the invention explained above and / or reproduced in the dependent claims can be used-apart from, for example, in the cases of unambiguous dependencies or incompatible alternatives-individually or else also in any combination with one another. The invention and its advantageous embodiments and developments and its advantages are explained in more detail below with reference to drawings. The following are shown: FIG. 1 is a top view of the foot space of a rear-side vehicle seat with a shoe support located in the storage position; FIG. 2 is a view corresponding to FIG. 1 showing the shoe support equipped with shoes in its storage position; FIGS. 3 and 4 are side views of the floor arrangement in the storage position and in the storage position; FIG. 5 shows a view corresponding to FIGS. 3 and 4 of a floor arrangement according to a further exemplary embodiment; and FIG. 6 is a partial perspective view of a floor mat of a foot ventilation system ventilated by means of a ventilation system.FIG. 1 shows a perspective view from above of a rear-side foot well 1 of a vehicle. The foot space 1 is bounded in the vehicle longitudinal direction x by a rear seat bench 3, indicated by an arrow, and by a rear vehicle seat contour 5 of a front vehicle seat 6. As can be further seen from FIG. 1, a special shoe rest 9 is integrated in the floor 7. The shoe support 9 is displaceable between a support position I shown in FIG. 1 and a storage position II shown in FIG. 2. The shoe support 9 is designed in FIGS. 1 to 4 as a flat, one-piece support plate which, in the support position I, together with the adjoining edge region 11 of the floor 7 of the foot well, lies in a common horizontal plane, as a result of which a flush-surface transition is produced between the floor 7 of the foot well and the shoe support 9. In the depositing position I, the floor depression 13 is completely covered by the plate-shaped shoe depositing means 9.According to FIG. 2, a depression 13 is formed in the floor 7, which depression is offset downward by a height offset Δz relative to the base surface of the floor 7. The depression 13 is bounded by a bottom surface 14 and side walls 10 raised thereon and forms an additional storage space. Depending on the dimensioning of this storage space, different objects can be arranged therein. The plate-shaped shoe support 9 can be displaced, for example, by motor or else manually between the support position I and the storage position II. For a reliable positioning movement of the shelf plate 9, it is preferred if the shelf plate 9 is guided on lateral movement guides, for example guide rails or the like.As can be seen from FIGS. 1 and 3, a shoe rest storage space 15 is provided below the vehicle seat 6, within which storage space the shoe rest 9 is arranged in its storage position II. The storage space 15 is formed directly in a seat frame structure 19 which carries the seat cushion 17.FIGS. 2 and 4 show the storage position II of the shoe rest 9 in a side view. Consequently, the plate-shaped shoe rest 9 with shoes placed thereon (only shown in FIG. 2 ) is arranged completely in the storage space 15 of the vehicle seat 6. The rear edge 21 of the shoe rest 9 facing the foot well 1 is arranged recessed by a length offset Δx from the vehicle seat contour 5 facing the foot well 1. In this way, the plate-shaped shoe rest 9 together with the shoes placed thereon is arranged under the vehicle seat 6 in a completely visually protected and protected manner from external mechanical influences in the stowage space 15.FIG. 5 shows the floor arrangement according to a second exemplary embodiment. Consequently, the shoe support 9 is no longer an integral support plate, but rather has a number of plate segments 23 which can be moved relative to one another. In FIG. 5, the plate segments 23 form a compression- and tension-resistant roller blind which can be extended in a pull-out direction as far as the storage position I. The roller blind can also be adjusted as far as the storage position II, in which it is at least partially inserted or wound up in a winding unit 25 below the vehicle seat 6.The perspective partial sectional illustration according to FIG. 6 shows a ventilated floor mat 27 as a foot treatment unit, which can be inserted into the floor depression 13. The floor mat 27 has air guidance channels 29 in which the air flow L is guided up to upwardly open air nozzles 31 via which the air flow I is ejected in the direction of the occupant feet. As can be seen from FIG. 6, the air ducts 29 with their ejection nozzles 31 extend approximately in the shape of strips in the vehicle transverse direction y. The air ducts 29 form strip-shaped nozzle regions 32, which, viewed in the vehicle longitudinal direction x, are arranged in each case alternately with nozzle-free regions 33. In addition, bamboo rods, for example, are inserted into the nozzle-free areas 33, whereby different surface structures are produced on the aerated floor mat 27 to further increase the wellness feel.It is particularly preferred if the air flow is applied to the feet in a pulsating manner, namely preferably with reversal of the direction of the air flow, in which an air inflow and an air outflow are generated alternately
