Description

The invention relates to a toilet comprising a toilet assembly with a cover element and a seat element, a toilet body and a shower device with a housing.WCs with integrated, respectively installed shower device are enjoying increasing popularity. They allow water cleaning, which allows effective cleaning and is advantageous for hygienic reasons, but which also gives a pleasant feel. In known toilets, the water which flows to the shower device in a controlled manner via a water connection and a downstream valve is supplied to the shower device, wherein the shower device, usually a shower rod, flows into the toilet body coming from behind. For this purpose, the shower rod is moved into the toilet body, if required, which can be effected, for example, by means of a corresponding electric motor drive. In order to bring the water, which is usually taken from a cold water connection, to a pleasant temperature, a continuous flow heater is usually integrated in the shower device. Tank heaters are also known, i.e. a water reservoir in the form of a tank is provided, which has an integrated heating device, after which the water is drawn off or pumped out of the tank. The shower device and the toilet clothing are fastened on the toilet body. This fastening places requirements on the optics of the toilet with the housing of the shower device fastened and the toilet fitting fastened. It is particularly desirable that neither cables nor lines be visible.JP 2002-242 261 A discloses a toilet comprising a toilet assembly with a cover element and a seat element, a toilet body and a shower device with a housing, wherein a fastening plate which can be releasably attached to the toilet body is provided and wherein at least one fastening element via which the housing of the shower device can be fastened to the fastening plate is provided or at least one first fastening element is provided, wherein the housing of the shower device can be fastened to the fastening plate with the first fastening element, wherein the fastening plate at least one recess and the housing of the shower device at least one nose complementary thereto, wherein the nose and the recess are each provided on the rear side of the housing and of the fastening plate facing the rear side of the toilet, wherein the nose engages in the recess when the housing is fastened, and wherein the housing is connected to the fastening plate via the at least one fastening element in the region of the front side of the housing and the fastening plate. The object of the invention is thus to specify a toilet of the type mentioned at the beginning which enables simplified fastening of the housing of the shower device and of the toilet fitting to the toilet body with appealing optics. To achieve this object, a toilet is provided, comprising a toilet assembly with a cover element and a seat element, a toilet body and a shower device with a housing, wherein a fastening plate releasably attachable to the toilet body is provided and wherein either at least one fastening element is provided via which the housing of the shower device is attachable to the fastening plate and to which the toilet assembly is attachable, or at least a first and a second fastening element are provided, wherein the housing of the shower device is attachable to the fastening plate with the first fastening element and the toilet assembly is attachable to the fastening plate with the second fastening element, wherein the fastening plate has at least one nose and the housing of the shower device has at least one recess complementary thereto, or vice versa, wherein the nose and the recess are each provided on the rear side of the housing and the fastening plate facing the rear side of the toilet, wherein the nose engages in the recess when the housing is fastened, and wherein the housing is connected to the fastening plate via the at least one fastening element or via the first fastening element in the region of the front side of the housing and the fastening plate.According to the invention, the toilet is characterized in that at least one fastening element is provided, via which the housing of the shower device can be fastened to the fastening plate and to which the toilet clothing can be fastened. The embodiment variant in which the housing of the shower device and the toilet fitting can be fastened to the same fastening element is preferred here, and therefore the at least one fastening element performs both fastening tasks, the fastening of the toilet fitting and the housing of the shower device to the fastening plate and thus to the toilet body. It is likewise possible for at least one first and one second fastening element to be provided, wherein the housing of the shower device can be fastened to the first fastening element and the toilet fitting can be fastened to the second fastening element.Particularly preferably, two fastening elements or two first and two second fastening elements are provided on the toilet according to the invention. The use of two fastening elements or two first and two second fastening elements ensures improved fastening of the toilet fitting and of the housing of the shower device, since this enables a laterally offset arrangement of the fastening elements, which provides a higher stability of the fastening.Preferably, the one fastening element or the at least one first and second fastening element have an external thread at one end for screwing into in each case at least one opening of the fastening plate having an internal thread. As a result, the fastening element or the at least one first and second fastening element can be screwed into the fastening plate into the opening or openings provided for this or the openings provided for this and having a complementary internal thread.By screwing the at least one fastening element or the at least one first fastening element into the opening or openings provided for this purpose of the fastening plate, the housing of the shower device is fastened to the fastening plate. For this purpose, the housing of the shower device has at least one through-opening, the diameter of which is greater than the external thread of the fastening element or of the first fastening element. The fastening elements preferably have a diameter which is increased compared to the external thread and is greater than the aperture in the housing of the shower device. When fastening the housing, the respective fastening element or the first fastening element engages through the corresponding aperture of the housing in the opening of the fastening plate and can thus be fastened, preferably by screwing in. Here, a further type of fastening is likewise conceivable, for example by a latching, clamping or snap-on connection or further connection types known from the prior art. The housing of the shower device can thus be fastened in a simple manner to the fastening plate and thus to the toilet body by the at least one fastening element or the at least one first fastening element. The inventive WC can be further developed in that the fastening plate has at least one fastening opening for receiving a fastening screw for fastening the fastening plate to the WC body. For this purpose, the fastening plate has at least one fastening opening, preferably two fastening openings, for receiving a fastening screw in each case. The fastening openings of the fastening plate are here arranged coaxially with openings in the WC body when the fastening plate is fastened to the WC body. The fastening screws are secured to the toilet body in the fastened state by corresponding means; these can fix the fastening screws and thus the fastening plate to the toilet body in the form of dowels or nuts. The fastening openings of the fastening plate can either be dimensioned with an exact fit on the fastening screws used, or can allow a certain play of the fastening plate with respect to the fastening screws, so that an adjustment of the fastening plate on the toilet body can be carried out.A further development of the toilet according to the invention can consist in the toilet fitting having at least one connecting element, by means of which the toilet fitting can be fastened to the fastening element by a latching connection or clamping connection or snap connection. Particularly preferably, in a fastened state, the at least one fastening element or the at least one second fastening element is screwed into the fastening plate. By means of the connecting element of the toilet fitting, the toilet fitting is thus fastened to the fastening plate, that is to say to the fastening element or elements or the second fastening elements and thus to the toilet body, by means of a latching connection or clamping connection or snap connection. To improve the latching connection or clamping connection or snap connection of the toilet fitting or of the connecting element of the toilet fitting on the fastening plate, it is provided that the at least one fastening element or the at least one second fastening element have a depression in its cross section at its free ends, i.e. the end opposite the screwed-in end, and the toilet fitting has at least one connecting element complementary to the depression of the cross section. The latching connection or clamping connection or snap connection, by means of which the toilet fitting is fastened to the fastening plate, is thus made possible by the complementary connecting element engaging in the depression of the at least one fastening element or of the at least one second fastening element. The connecting element of the toilet fitting can be a spring-loaded connecting element or a connecting element that enables a locking connection or clamping connection or snap connection due to its own deformability and / or a connecting element made of the material of the toilet fitting, in particular plastic. It is also possible to secure the toilet clothing by means of a screw. The toilet clothing can accordingly be fastened to the fastening plate in such a way that the at least one fastening element or the at least one second fastening element are installed with their free ends in the complementary connecting element of the toilet clothing and releasably latch, latch or clamp with the complementary connecting element. In a preferred development of the invention, at least one washer is provided for fastening the toilet fitting and / or the housing of the shower device. A washer can thus be provided between the housing of the shower device and the fastening element or the fastening elements. For fastening the housing of the shower device to the fastening plate, it is provided in a preferred embodiment that the fastening plate has at least one lug and the housing of the shower device has at least one recess complementary thereto or vice versa, and that the lug engages in the recess when the housing is fastened. The housing of the shower device is thus fastened on the one hand to the fastening plate via the nose which engages in the recess of the fastening plate or vice versa and on the other hand to the fastening plate via the at least one fastening element or the at least one first fastening element. The nose or the recess, in which the nose engages in the fastened state, is preferably located on the side of the fastening plate or of the housing of the shower device facing the rear side of the toilet, that is to say the side facing the wall in the assembled state of the toilet. A comparatively simple assembly is ensured by the engagement of the nose in the recess, since the housing of the shower device can be pushed onto the fastening plate and can subsequently be screwed firmly to the fastening plate by the at least one or the at least one first fastening element. The housing of the shower device preferably has an electrical connection and a water connection on its underside. Via these connections, the shower device is supplied with water and electricity in order to be able to operate the shower device. The electrical connection is used here, for example, for an electric motor which drives the shower wand or a pump for the shower water or a heating device for the water. Due to the fact that the connections for water and electricity are arranged on the underside of the housing of the shower device, it is ensured in the fastened state of the housing of the shower device on the toilet body or on the fastening plate that no lines are visible on the entire toilet, since these are connected inside the housing or on the underside thereof coming from the interior of the toilet body through at least one upper opening there. This ensures an attractive visual appearance, since no cables or hoses are visible. To ensure this optical system, it can furthermore be provided that the WC body has in each case an aperture for an electrical connection and a water connection. These perforations are preferably positioned below the connections for the water connection and the electrical connection on the underside of the housing, so that when the housing is fastened they can be connected to the connections provided on the underside of the housing. The perforations on the toilet body are thus provided on the upper side of the toilet body. The fastening plate can furthermore each have a receptacle for the water connection and the electrical connection, to which said receptacles can be fixed at least temporarily. Likewise, holding plates can be provided which have a recess for a respective connection, onto which they can be slid laterally and thus fixed. After the attachment of the connections, these holding plates can be removed from the lines again, whereby the lines can be pushed back into the toilet body again. For assembly, the connections can then be pulled a certain distance out of the toilet body in order to be fastened to the complementary connections of the underside of the housing of the shower device. After being fastened to the underside of the housing, these can be pushed back into the toilet body. This results in an attractive visual appearance, since no hoses or electrical lines are visible when the housing of the shower device is fastened. For assembly, the fastening plate is then initially easily fixed to the toilet body by means of at least one fastening screw through the at least one fastening opening. Subsequently, the at least one fastening element or the at least one second fastening element are screwed with their ends with the external threads into the corresponding openings of the fastening plate. The toilet fitting can then be pushed onto the fastening element or elements, which can be designed as pins, for example, and locked or clamped or snap-fitted.Subsequently, the toilet clothing can be adjusted or aligned by the fastening plate fastened to the toilet body only slightly via the at least one fastening screw. Once the correct position for the toilet clothing and thus also the fastening plate has been reached, the fastening plate is fastened by means of the fastening screw. The toilet fitting is then released from the at least one or the at least one second fastening element by releasing the clamping connection or latching connection or snap connection. For this purpose, for example, an actuating element can be used which serves to release the latching mechanism. In this case, a clamping or snap connection can be provided. The at least one or the at least one second fastening element is then likewise removed again. In the next step, the electrical connection and the water connection are fastened to the underside of the housing of the shower device. Subsequently, the housing of the shower device is slid onto the at least one lug of the fastening plate, wherein the lug engages in the recess provided for this purpose. In the next step, the at least one fastening element or the at least one first fastening element is screwed into the recess of the housing of the shower device, which is arranged coaxially with the at least one opening of the fastening plate, preferably with the aid of at least one washer. In addition, the at least one second fastening element can now be screwed in, if necessary. Subsequently, the toilet fitting can be pushed onto the at least one or the at least one second fastening element again and fastened by means of a latching connection or snap connection or clamping connection.Further advantages and details of the invention are explained below on the basis of exemplary embodiments with reference to the drawings. The drawings are schematic representations and show: FIG. 1 shows a WC according to the invention in a perspective illustration; FIG. 2 shows a WC body of the WC according to the invention from FIG. 1 ; FIG. 3 shows a detail of the inventive toilet of FIG. 1 without a toilet fitting and housing of a shower device; FIG. 4 shows the inventive WC of FIG. 1 during the assembly of a WC clothing; FIG. 5 shows a detail of the toilet according to the invention from FIG. 1 during the mounting of a housing of a shower device; FIG. 6 shows a detail of the inventive WC of FIG. 1 during the assembly of the housing of the pressure device of FIG. 4 ; FIG. 7 shows the inventive WC of FIG. 1 during assembly of the WC clothing; and FIG. 8 is an exploded view of the inventive WC of FIG. 1.FIG. 1 shows a perspective view of a toilet 1 comprising a toilet clothing 2 with a cover element 3 and a seat element 4. In addition, the toilet 1 comprises a toilet body 5 and a shower device 6 with a housing 7.FIG. 1 shows the completely fastened state of the toilet 1, in which the housing 7 of the shower device 6 and the toilet fitting 2 are fastened to the toilet body 5.FIG. 2 shows the toilet body 5 of the toilet 1 of FIG. 1 in a perspective illustration, wherein all the add-on parts such as the toilet clothing 2 and the shower device 6 are removed. On the top side of the toilet body 5, two apertures 22 are shown, one of which is provided in each case to receive a water connection 17 or an electrical connection 16. In addition, FIG. 2 shows two openings 23 which are located on the inside with respect to the apertures 22, in each of which openings a fastening screw 9 can engage in order to fasten a fastening plate 8 to the toilet body 5. This is described in detail in FIG. 3.FIG. 3 shows a perspective detail of the toilet 1 from FIG. 1, in which the housing 7 and the toilet clothing 2 are not fastened. In FIG. 3 a fastening plate 8 is shown which is fastened to the WC body 5 by means of fastening screws 9. The fastening screws 9 engage through fastening openings 10 of the fastening plate 8 into the openings 23 on the upper side of the toilet body 5. There, the fastening screws 9 can be fastened by means of a respective dowel or a nut. Furthermore, abutment plates 11 are provided, which are arranged on a respective fastening opening 10 and engage over the latter. By means of the abutment plates 11, the fastening plate 8 can be adjusted in a certain range relative to the fastening openings 10.Furthermore, FIG. 3 shows that the fastening plate 8 has two openings 12 which are designed to receive in each case one fastening element 13. For this purpose, the openings 12 have an internal thread, the fastening elements 13 have an external thread 24 at the corresponding end sections. The fastening elements 13 have at their free end opposite the end section with the external thread 24 a depression 14 which serves for fastening the toilet clothing 2, which will be discussed in more detail below. The fastening plate 8 additionally has two lugs 15 which serve for fastening the housing 7 of the shower device 6, as will be discussed in FIG. 4. Furthermore, an electrical terminal 16 and a water terminal 17 are arranged on the WC body 5. The electrical connection 16 and the water connection 17 in this case pass through a respective aperture 22 in the toilet body 5, which is illustrated in more detail in FIG. 2, and are conducted through these apertures 22 to the rear wall of the toilet body 5, so that no cables or lines are visible in a fastened state of the toilet 1. Furthermore, holding plates 26 are shown in FIG. 3, which have a recess, which partially surrounds one of the connections 16, 17 in each case. The retaining plates 26 prevent the terminals 16, 17 from slipping through the apertures 22 in the toilet body 5 during assembly. After the attachment of the connections 16, 17 to the underside of the housing 7, the retaining plates 26 can be pulled off laterally and the cables or lines of the connections 16, 17 can be correspondingly pushed back into the toilet body.FIG. 4 shows the toilet 1 of FIG. 1 during the fastening of the toilet fitting 2, i.e. before the adjustment of the fastening plate 8, For this purpose the toilet fitting 2 has two second connecting means 18 which have a geometry complementary to the depression 14 of the fastening elements 13 and thereby enable a latching connection of the toilet fitting 2 to the fastening elements 13, i.e. to the fastening plate 8 and thus to the toilet body 5. The toilet clothing 2 is locked with the connecting means 18, which are preferably mounted on the shafts of the axis of rotation of the toilet clothing 2, i.e. the mounting of the cover element 3 on the seat element 4.The locking is effected by the toilet clothing 2 being plugged onto the fastening elements 13 from above by means of the connecting means 18. For this purpose, the fastening elements 13 are inserted into the connecting means 18 and, for example, an edge, not shown, arranged in the connecting means 18 is brought into engagement with the depression 14 and thereby locked. For this purpose, the connecting means 18 are designed as an opening into which the edge engages laterally. The edge has a shape complementary to the depression 14 and prevents the fastening element 13 from being pulled out of the corresponding connecting means 18 when engaging in the depression 14. The edge can be formed, for example, as a through hole in a metal sheet connected to the actuating element, which is spring-loaded. The aperture has a larger diameter than the actuating element 13. As a result, the locking connection is released and the toilet clothing can be pulled off from the fastening element 13 or the fastening elements 13. If the actuating element is not actuated, spring-loaded latching of the edge in the depression 14 is made possible.Following the fitting of the toilet fitting, the toilet fitting 2 and the fastening plate 8 connected therewith can be adjusted on the toilet body 5 and, after completion of the adjustment, fastened by the fastening screws 9. After the adjustment, the toilet fitting 2 can be released again by releasing the connection between the connecting means 18 and the fastening elements 13. According to this exemplary embodiment, this is achieved by means of the actuating element which releases the latching of the edge with the depression 14. It is also possible to overcome the detent resistance by applying a certain force and thus to remove the toilet clothing 2 from the fastening elements 13. Furthermore, the fastening elements 13 can be removed again in order that the housing 7 of the shower device 6 can be fastened to the toilet body 5.FIG. 5 shows a detail section of the toilet 1 of FIG. 1 in the region of the fastening plate 8 during the fastening of the housing 7 of the shower device 6. FIG. 5 shows the situation which exists when the housing 7 is fastened to the fastening plate 8 by means of the recesses 19 which are complementary to the noses 15 of the fastening plate 8, for example by being pushed on. In a fastened state, the noses 15 engage in the recesses 19 and thus fix the housing 7 of the shower device 6 to the fastening plate 8, which in turn is fastened to the toilet body 5. It is of course also possible to design the noses on the housing 7 and the recesses on the fastening plate 8.The fastening plate 8 has a respective tab 27 surrounding an opening 12, which may however also have any other shape.FIG. 6 shows the toilet 1 of FIG. 1 in a perspective detail in which the shower device 6 or the housing 7 of the shower device 6 is fixed to the toilet body 5 or to the fastening plate 8. FIG. 6 illustrates the fastening step following the fastening step shown in FIG. 5. After the housing 7 has been pushed onto the noses 15 of the fastening plate 8, the housing 7 is not yet completely fastened to the toilet body 5, since this can be released again at any time by pushing it back, since the noses 15 are then pulled out of the complementary recesses 19 and the housing 7 can be lifted off the toilet body 5 again. To complete the fastening of the housing 7 to the toilet body 5, the fastening elements 13 are therefore screwed into the openings 12 provided for this purpose in the fastening plate 8. The openings 12 are not visible here, since they are covered by the housing 7, which completely covers the fastening plate 8. However, the openings 20 of the housing 7 are shown, which are arranged coaxially with the openings 12. The fastening means 13 is introduced into the openings 20 and then screwed to the openings 12 of the fastening plate 8. It is shown here that a respective washer 21 is provided for each of the fastening elements 13, which washer improves a screw connection of the fastening element 13 or of the fastening elements 13 against the housing 7. The washers 21 serve as abutments for the fastening elements 13 in this case. For this purpose, the washers 21 have a smaller inner diameter than the section of the fastening elements 13 which adjoins the outer thread 24. In addition to the washers 21, further washers 25 are shown. The washers 25 have a larger hole diameter than the washer 21, and the washers 25 serve as a damping stop for the connecting means 18 when the toilet clothing 2 is plugged onto the fastening elements 13.FIG. 7 shows the WC 1 of FIG. 1 in the subsequent fastening step shown in FIG. 6. Here, the housing 7 of the shower device 6 is fixed to the WC body 5 or to the fastening plate 8 arranged under the housing 7 by the fastening means 13. In the fastening step shown in FIG. 7, the toilet clothing 2 is fixed to the fastening elements 13 and thus to the toilet body 5 via the fastening plate 8. For this purpose, the fastening elements 13 are inserted into the connecting means 18 of the toilet fitting 2, i.e. the toilet fitting 2 is plugged onto the fastening elements 13 from above with the connecting means 18, wherein a latching connection is produced during the insertion of the fastening elements 13 into the connecting means 18 on account of the internal structure of the connecting means 18. In this case, a respective lug is provided in the interior of the connecting elements 18 and latches into the depression 14 of the corresponding fastening element 13.After completion of the attachment step shown in Fig. 7, the WC 1 is in the situation shown in Fig. 1. FIG. 8 shows an exploded illustration of the WC 1 from FIG. 1, wherein the connections 16, 17 are not depicted for reasons of clarity.
