Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a kitchen installation device for installation in a counter top or a kitchen furniture item. The built-in kitchen appliance comprises a base box, a housing and electrical devices for operating the built-in kitchen appliance. The kitchen built-in appliance can be a hob, but it can likewise be a vapor extraction device inserted into a work plate, i.e. for example a so-called down draft extraction. The kitchen built-in appliance can likewise be a vapor extractor which is integrated into a suspended cabinet above the hob, an oven which is installed into a kitchen cabinet below a work plate or at the working height of the user, or a microwave which is integrated firmly into a kitchen line. Finally, however, other kitchen built-in devices are also conceivable, such as refrigerators, dishwashers or washing machines. The lower case is the lower termination of the kitchen built-in appliance, which is connected to the housing in a fixed or detachable manner or is formed in one piece with the latter. All devices require positioning in the horizontal direction when installed in the counter top or a kitchen furniture item in order to be closed off optimally with the counter top or kitchen furniture item. Differently configured seals then delimit the kitchen appliances from the counter top or kitchen furniture. However, the kitchen appliances are usually inserted into the corresponding opening with a certain amount of play in order to facilitate connection or simply ensure only ease of cleaning. Kitchen fixtures used in countertops generally have a decorative frame which covers the space between the countertop and the kitchen fixture inserted therein. However, for other kitchen built-in appliances, frame members are also known which fulfil a comparable purpose. Narrow frame screens and decorative frames are gaining more and more interest to the consumer, so that the requirement arises to insert the kitchen built-in appliances centrally in a work top cutout or a piece of furniture with high precision. From the post-published publication DE 10 2015 211 076 B3, an extractor device is known as a kitchen built-in appliance for installation in a kitchen cabinet. The publication DE 10 2010 038 483 A1 shows a dishwasher rack as a kitchen installation device for installation in a kitchen cabinet. In order to reduce the very high outlay during assembly, the document DE 10 2012 200 315 A1 has provided an assembly frame which is inserted into a work plate cutout and positioned therein before a hob is inserted into the assembly frame. The positioning is effected by spacer lugs which are arranged on at least one side of the mounting frame and are bendable in the direction of the work plate. Thus, with the aid of these spacer lugs, the intermediate space between the mounting frame and the work plate can be defined exactly. Centering within a work plate cutout is possible. However, when the installation location is changed or the mounting frame is removed and the spacer lugs are inserted again at the same point for other reasons, they are subjected to a plurality of bending processes. This can lead to breaks in the tabs and thus to loss of function. Stresses on the hob can also lead to the merely bent-up lugs being bent back into the mounting frame, so that the mounting frame can slip within the work plate cutout. The invention thus addresses the problem of providing a kitchen built-in appliance which has at least one device for fastening and / or centering the kitchen built-in appliance in a work plate or a kitchen furniture item, wherein the disadvantages of the prior art are overcome.According to the invention, this problem is solved by a kitchen built-in appliance having the features of claim 1. Advantageous embodiments and developments of the invention are evident from the general description and from the following dependent claims. The kitchen built-in device according to the invention for installation in a countertop or in kitchen furniture, in particular a kitchen cabinet, comprises a housing. At least one rotatably mounted fixing element is accommodated in the housing, wherein the fixing element does not protrude beyond the outer boundary of the housing when the kitchen appliance is installed in an assembly position. In a fixing position after installation, however, it can protrude beyond the edge of the housing at least on one side. The rotatable mounting has the advantage that the fixing element can be quickly moved from the mounting position into the fixing position using simple means. However, it can be connected to the housing in such a way that it is not lost during transport to the mounting location or even in front of it and is nevertheless robust. In particular pins or hooks that can be pivoted out or folded out laterally or comparable means are included here. However, it is also conceivable that the fixing element can be mounted in a removable manner, wherein a rotation capability is still ensured. This can be made possible, for example, by latching the fixing element into a latch within the bearing. A plurality of storage points can be provided on the kitchen built-in appliance. Fixing elements are then inserted into the bearings on site during installation of the kitchen installation device by the installer on the basis of the installation conditions. After moving into the fixing position, the fixing element can either clamp the kitchen built-in appliance between opposite sides of the work plate cutout or of the kitchen furniture. However, it is also conceivable for grooves to be provided in the work plate or in the kitchen furniture item, in which grooves the fixing element engages. This achieves not only a definable spacing of the kitchen built-in appliance from surrounding work surface or surrounding kitchen furniture, but also an increased fastening of the kitchen built-in appliance at the installation location. The kitchen built-in appliance according to the invention is particularly advantageous when the fixing element is configured flat. Planar elements have a small installation height, so that simple accommodation on the kitchen installation device can generally be easily realized without further adaptation. Nevertheless, they are sufficiently robust even when more severe stress is applied. Various shapes may be considered here. For example, round, triangular or polygonal shapes are to be mentioned. In a particularly advantageous embodiment of the fixing element, this is an eccentric disk. Eccentric disks have an axis of rotation which does not run through the center point of the disk. An eccentric disk is advantageous here, which has an oval shape and whose pivot point is displaced on the longer axis of symmetry from the center point in the direction of a side with strong curvature. The eccentric disc is inserted into the bearing within the housing in the direction of its shorter axis of symmetry and then rotated about the offset pivot point in such a way that the end of the longer axis of symmetry facing away from the pivot point protrudes from the housing and sets the distance of the housing from the countertop or from the kitchen furniture.Advantageously, the fixing element is provided with toothing at least on the side projecting beyond the outer boundary of the housing in the fixing position. The toothing can achieve, inter alia, that the counter top and / or kitchen furniture is connected more securely to the kitchen built-in appliance. An increased stress on the kitchen built-in device thus does not lead to the kitchen built-in device slipping within the installation location. When the fixing element is rotated from the mounting position into the fastening position, the toothing engages e.g. in the usually rough surfaces of the work plate cutout or also in the coating of the kitchen furniture carcass. As far as possible a stationary mounting is thereby achieved. A toothing on the outer edge also prevents the fixing element from unintentionally turning back from the fixing position into the mounting position. In a further advantageous embodiment of the kitchen built-in appliance, the fixing element is mounted in the housing of the kitchen built-in appliance. The fixing element mounted within the kitchen built-in device has the advantage that it is protected from mechanical damage during transport to the site inside the housing. In addition, a much improved connection of kitchen built-in appliance and countertop or kitchen furniture is possible, since forces acting on the fixing element after the built-in appliance has been installed can be better transmitted to the housing and thus the bearing does not suffer from the mechanical stress. In a further embodiment of the kitchen built-in appliance according to the invention with a mounting of the fixing element in the housing of the kitchen built-in appliance, the fixing element is mounted in a lower case of a hob. It is precisely in the case of hobs that the use of planar fixing elements which are arranged in the lower case of the hob is of great advantage. In this case, an opening can be provided in the lower case, through which opening the rotation of the fixing element takes place from the mounting position into the fixing position. With a simple hand tool such as a screwdriver, the fixing element can be actuated by a rotation of less than a semicircle.According to the invention, the fixing element is mounted in at least one tab. However, it is preferable to support in two or more tabs. The tabs are connected to a component of the kitchen built-in appliance and can be bent out of the kitchen built-in appliance or already bent out at this time when the fixing element is mounted on the kitchen built-in appliance. In the latter case, a bending open of the brackets can be provided in the manufacturing process of the kitchen built-in device. Such a storage is particularly simple to realize, since the storage can be produced without great effort even in production by the simplest means. A further component which serves as a bearing is thus avoided. In the kitchen built-in appliance according to the invention, the component provided with the tabs is the bottom of a lower case of a hob. Especially hobs are also connected for electrical connection predominantly from below to the work plate into which they are inserted. By mounting the fixing elements in the vicinity of the floor of the lower case, direct access by the assembler to the fixing elements is possible. In a further special embodiment of the kitchen built-in appliance, the housing has at least one slot in at least one of the side walls. This slot is dimensioned and arranged such that the fixing element can emerge through the slot from the mounting position into the fixing position when it is rotated. In this way, it is ensured that the fixing element is accommodated within the housing and nevertheless does not lose its function. Unused fixing elements do not interfere, since they cannot be seen in the interior of the housing. The slots can also be produced in a simple manner, since in the production process a slot-shaped recess in the housing side wall only has to be provided at a corresponding point. In order to be able to operate the fixing element in the interior of the housing, an opening must then be provided in the base corresponding to each slot, through which opening a tool for rotating the fixing element can be inserted.According to a particular embodiment of the built-in kitchen appliance according to the invention, at least two fixing elements are arranged on opposite sides of the built-in kitchen appliance. This has the advantage that a clamping function is achieved by the fixing elements and the kitchen built-in appliance can be firmly placed between opposite sides of the work plate opening or two opposite sides of a kitchen cabinet. The more precise setting of the distance between the housing and the work plate or kitchen cabinet or a precise centering of the built-in kitchen appliance in the work plate or kitchen cabinet is thus also more likely. The advantages which can be achieved with the invention consist essentially in the very easy production process and the great robustness of the means used. In addition, a considerable gain in speed can be achieved during assembly. The assembly can be carried out with simple tools. Side effects with respect to the installation safety of the kitchen built-in appliance are achieved. An exemplary embodiment of the invention is illustrated purely schematically in the drawings and is described in more detail below. They show FIG. 1 shows a fixing element, FIG. 2 shows a detail of this fixing element, FIG. 3 shows a view of a lower case of a hob before mold raising, and FIG. 4 shows a view of a lower case of a hob with an inserted fixing element. The fixing element 1 shown in FIG. 1 has an oval shape in this exemplary embodiment. It is shaped as an eccentric disk. For this purpose, it has a tool holder 2 displaced along the longer axis of symmetry outside its center point. During assembly, a screwdriver, for example, can be inserted into this tool holder 2 and the fixing element 1 can be rotated from the assembly position into a fixing position. The tool holder 2 represents the pivot point of the fixing element 1. The detail 3 is shown in more detail in FIG. 2.In detail 3, which is shown in FIG. 2, the shape of the circumferential edge of the fixing element 1 can be seen. The encircling edge is provided with toothing 4 which, when the fixing element 1 is rotated from the mounting position into the fixing position, enters into a force-fitting connection with the work plate or the kitchen appliance surrounding the kitchen appliance.FIG. 3 shows a lower case 5 of a hob before shaping, i.e. directly after production. The lower case 5 comprises a base 6 and side walls 7. Wherever a fixing element 1 can be arranged, the side walls 7 have slots 10, through which the fixing element 1 can be inserted before assembly and can be turned laterally out of the lower case 5 during assembly. The fixing element 1 is mounted in brackets 8 which can be bent out of the base 6. In order to enable a rotation of the fixing element 1, the assembler must be able to engage in the tool receptacle 2 of the fixing element with a screwdriver or a comparable tool. For this purpose, an opening 9 is provided in the base 6, so that the screwdriver can be brought from below to the lower case 5 during assembly and inserted into the tool holder 2.The lower case 5 shown in Fig. 4 has been shaped to a corresponding shape so that a hob can be accommodated therein. For this purpose, the side walls 7 have been bent over by 90 degrees along the bending edge to the base 6. The slits 10 in the side walls 7 are arranged so as to run directly along the crease. The tabs 8 have also been bent out of the base 6, so that the fixing element 1 can be mounted in them. It is expedient to arrange the tabs 8 at a distance from the side walls 7 which corresponds approximately to the length of the shorter axis of symmetry of the fixing element 1. FIG. 4 shows how the fixing element 1 is inserted in the fixing position in the lower case 5. It has reached its fixing position in that a rotation has taken place by means of a screwdriver inserted into the tool holder 2 of the fixing element 1 through the opening 9. Due to the mounting in the brackets 8, the substantially oval fixing element 1 is turned with one end out of the slot 10 during the turning.Since the above fixing element 1 for a hob described in detail is an exemplary embodiment, it can be modified to a great extent by the person skilled in the art in the usual manner without departing from the scope of the invention. In particular, the specific embodiments of the fixing system and the pivot point can also follow in a different form than in the one described here. The slots 10 can likewise be arranged at a different position if this is necessary for mounting reasons in other kitchen installation devices or for design reasons. The tool holder 2 can also be adapted to a tool other than a screwdriver if required. Furthermore, the use of the indefinite article "a" or "an" does not exclude that the features in question can also be present multiple times.List of reference characters1 Fixing element 2 Tool holder 3 Detail 4 Toothing 5 Lower case 6 Base 7 Side wall 8 Tab 9 Opening 10 Slot
