Abstract
Description
[0001] The present invention relates to a piece of furniture comprising a furniture body and a movable furniture part, in particular a drawer, wherein the movable furniture part can be ejected in the opening direction via an ejection device after unlocking the ejection device, and the ejection device has a drive element pre-tensioned by a power storage device, which is movable relative to a guide of the ejection device and can be coupled to a support element, wherein the guide of the ejection device is held on a support.
[0002] WO 2015 / 058222 A1 discloses a drive device for a movable furniture component, in which a force-actuated ejector element is provided for ejecting the movable furniture component from a closed position to an open position. The ejector element is connected to a control element that is guided along a cam track, the cam track having side wall sections of varying hardness to reduce noise generation in the area of the cam track. However, noise generation in an ejector device does not only occur in the area of the cam track, but can arise at various points where moving components strike or slide. Therefore, the measures shown here for preventing noise generation are insufficient.
[0003] It is therefore an object of the present invention to create a piece of furniture with an ejection device that has optimized acoustic damping.
[0004] This problem is solved with a piece of furniture having the features of claim 1.
[0005] In the furniture according to the invention, the ejection device is arranged such that at least one elastic element for acoustic damping is provided between the support element and the drive element on the one hand, and between the guide and the carrier on the other. This places the ejection device, with its movable drive element (which is movable relative to a guide) and the guide (which is held on a carrier), within an "elastic shell," thus largely preventing noise generation from the ejection device. In particular, no switching noises from the ejection device are transmitted to the furniture body or the drawer, which act as a resonating chamber. This results in a significant reduction in noise generation, regardless of where on the ejection device the noise is produced.
[0006] Preferably, the guide is formed on a housing in which a guide track for the drive element is provided. The guide track can be linear or curved and serves to guide the drive element. Such guides can be designed as slots, grooves, or guide ribs.
[0007] At least one elastic surface element, for example made of a foamed material, is provided between the guide and the support. This elastic surface element can be designed as an elastic strip or as an adhesive element, reducing noise transmission between the guide or a housing with such a guide and the support. In addition to foamed materials, elastic plastics or rubber-like materials can also be used for the elastic surface element.
[0008] Alternatively or additionally, at least one elastic ring is provided between the guide and the support, surrounding a pin and enclosed by an annular receptacle. The elastic ring can form a plane parallel to a plane of the elastic surface element. This allows the support and the guide to be supported in different directions by elastic elements. While the surface element provides support perpendicular to its plane, the ring can provide support in the plane of the surface element, thus permitting slight movements of the guide relative to the support, which are damped by the elastic ring or the elastic surface element. Preferably, several elastic rings can also be provided, each with a pin inserted into it. This also prevents rotation of the guide relative to the support.
[0009] The elastic element between the drive element and the support element can have a greater stiffness than the elastic element between the guide and the carrier. If the damping travel of the elastic element between the drive element and the support element is too long, it can increase the distance required to unlock the ejector, which should be avoided. Conversely, short damping travels have a negligible effect on the unlocking distance. Preferably, the thickness of the elastic element between the drive element and the support element is less than 1 mm. Alternatively or additionally, the stiffness of the elastic element can be selected to allow for slight compression. Here, too, plastics or elastic rubber-like materials can be used.
[0010] For damping purposes, it is irrelevant whether the elastic element is located on the moving or stationary part. The elastic element can be positioned on the drive element, the support element, or both. Similarly, the elastic element can also be fixed to the guide, the housing, and / or the support.
[0011] Furthermore, the ejection device and its guide can be fixed to either the stationary, direct or indirect furniture body or to the movable furniture part, in order to allow the movable furniture part to be ejected upon release. Indirect fixing to the furniture body can be achieved, for example, by fixing the ejection device to a fitting, with the fitting being located on the furniture body.
[0012] The drive element can have a magnet adjacent to a contact surface, which exerts magnetic forces on the support element when the drive element comes into contact with it. This allows not only compressive but also tensile forces to be transmitted via the drive element and the support element. To avoid full-surface contact, the elastic element can also have a grooved or profiled contact surface on the drive element.
[0013] The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to an exemplary embodiment and the accompanying drawings. These show: Fig. 1 a perspective view of a piece of furniture according to the invention; Fig. 2 a perspective exploded view of the furniture of the Fig. 1; Fig. 3 a perspective view of a drawer of the furniture of the Fig. 1; Fig. 4A and Fig. 4B Two views of a drawer slide of the furniture Fig. 1; Fig. 5 a perspective view of an ejection device for a movable furniture part; Fig. 6 a detailed view of the ejection device of the Fig. 5; Fig. 7 and Fig. 8 Two perspective exploded views of the ejection device of the Fig. 5; Fig. 9A to 9D several detailed views of the ejection device of the Fig. 5; Fig. 10A to 10C several detailed views of the ejection device of the Fig. 5, and Fig. 11A and Fig. 11B Two views of the ejection device in a partially assembled position.
[0014] A piece of furniture 1 comprises a cuboid furniture body 2, on which one or more movable furniture parts 3, in particular drawers, are movably mounted.
[0015] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 2, the movable furniture part 3 is formed by a drawer comprising a front panel 30, a base 32, a back panel 33, and two side rails 31. The drawer is slidably mounted on two drawer slides 4. Each drawer slide 4 includes a guide rail 5, which can be fixed to the furniture body 2, and a running rail 7, against which the movable furniture part 3 is supported. A center rail 6, extending the drawer's extension, is provided between the guide rail 5 and the running rail 7. Drawer slides 4 with only two rails or with more than three rails can also be used. Furthermore, the movable furniture part can also be designed as a flap, door, or drawer element.
[0016] An ejection device 8 is provided adjacent to each drawer slide 4. This ejection device has a force storage unit by means of which the movable furniture part 3 can be ejected in the opening direction when the ejection device 8 is unlocked. Unlocking preferably occurs by pressing the drawer into the furniture body 2 into an over-pressure position. The force storage unit can be tensioned, for example, during a closing movement of the drawer.
[0017] We in Fig. As shown in Figure 3, the side panels 31 are hollow and each accommodates a drawer slide 4. In the illustrated embodiment, the ejection device 8 is fixed to the bottom 32 of the drawer. It is also possible to mount the ejection device 8 stationary on the furniture body 2 or on the drawer slide 4.
[0018] In the Fig. 4A and Fig. Figure 4B shows the ejection device 8 with a side frame 31. The ejection device 8 is fixed to a support 20, which is fixed directly or indirectly to the base 32. The ejection device 8 comprises a drive element 10, which can be coupled to a support element 41 to eject the drawer when the drive element 10 moves relative to a guide. The support element 41 is fixed to the guide rail 5 or the furniture body 2 when the ejection device 8 is fixed to the movable furniture part 3. Conversely, the support element 41 can also be connected to the movable furniture part 3 or the guide rail 7 when the ejection device 8 is arranged in a stationary position.
[0019] In the illustrated embodiment, an ejection device 8 is provided on each extension guide 4. To ensure that when one of the two ejection devices 8 is unlocked, the other ejection device 8 is also unlocked, synchronization means 9 in the form of a rod are provided, which ensure that unlocking occurs simultaneously on both ejection devices 8. For this purpose, the rod can, for example, be rotated or pivoted.
[0020] In Fig. Figure 5 shows the ejection device 8 without an extension guide. The drive element 10 of the ejection device 8 is movable along a guide 11, which can be designed as a slot or guide rib. The ejection device 8 comprises a housing 12 that surrounds a power storage device which acts on the drive element 10. Furthermore, a locking mechanism is provided within the housing 12 to lock the drive element 10 in a closed position against the force of the power storage device. The internal structure of the ejection device 8 can, for example, be designed as described in application DE 10 2016 113 044.
[0021] The drive element 10 is in Fig. Figure 6 shows the drive element 10 in detail. The drive element 10 is provided on one contact side with an elastic element 14, which can come into contact with the support element 41, which is made of a dimensionally stable material, for example, a metal sheet. To reduce impact noise, the elastic element 14 is designed to be damping, for example, with a hardness between 40 and 90 Shore A. Plastic, rubber-like materials, or foamed materials are used as elastic materials, with the thickness of the elastic material preferably being less than 1 mm. The elastic material can also be magnetic or magnetically conductive. The elastic element 14 has a profiled design on the contact side.
[0022] On the side opposite the elastic element 14, the drive element 10 is connected to a bolt 15 which has at least a partial external thread that meshes with a knurled nut 16. This allows the position of the drive element 10 relative to a driver 17 to be adjusted in order to set the closed position of the movable furniture part 3.
[0023] In the Fig. 7 and Fig. The ejection device 8 is shown in an exploded view. The housing 12 of the ejection device 8 includes a receptacle 13 for the synchronization means 9, via which a release mechanism can be switched so that two or more ejection devices 8 can be released simultaneously. The driver 17 with the drive element 10 is movable along a guide 11 along the housing 12. A magnet 18 is arranged in the drive element 10, which becomes effective when the drive element 10 comes into contact with the support element 41 by generating magnetic attraction between the magnet 18 and the support element 41. This allows both tensile and compressive forces to be transmitted via the drive element 10 and the support element 41. The drive element 10 can also be designed without a magnet, e.g., by a separable positive-locking connection. The housing 12 is fixed to a support 20, with an elastic surface element 25 or 25' being provided between the housing 12 and the support 20, which is glued into a trough-shaped receptacle 19 on the housing 12. The elastic surface element 25 or 25' can be made of a foamed material, a rubber-like material, or a soft plastic. The elastic surface element 25 or 25' can be glued to the housing 12 or a plate 22 of the support 20 in one or more strips or in other surface element shapes.
[0024] A plate 22 for receiving the housing 12 has two openings 21 recessed into which pins 26 on the underside of the housing 12 engage. Elastic rings 24, preferably O-rings, are applied to the pins 26, thus preventing direct contact of the pins 26 with the edge of the openings 21. Furthermore, the housing 12 has locking lugs 27 that interact with locking receptacles 28 on the plate 22. This allows the housing 12 to be fixed to the plate 22 of the support 20 without transmitting noise directly from the housing 12 to the support 20, since the ring 24, the elastic element 25, and the locking lugs 27 are sufficiently elastic to provide sound insulation.
[0025] In the Fig. Figures 9A to 9D show details of the ejection device 8. The housing 12 extends through the openings 21 in the plate 22 with its pins 26. Elastic rings 24 are provided around the pins 26 so that direct contact between the pins 26 and the edges of the openings 21 is avoided. Furthermore, in Fig. Figure 9D shows that the planar elastic material 25 is formed between the surface of the plate 22 and a lower side of the housing 12, thus preventing direct contact between the housing 12 and the plate 22. The elastic material 25 therefore largely prevents the transmission of sound.
[0026] In the Fig. Figures 10A to 10C show further details of the ejection device 8, which is arranged on the movable furniture part in a sound-decoupled manner via the elastic elements 14 and 25 and the elastic ring 24.
[0027] In the Fig. 11A and Fig.Figure 11B shows the assembled position of the ejection device 8, in which the drive element 10 is arranged adjacent to the support element 41. The support element 41 is integrally formed with a holder 40, which is fixed to the guide rail 5 or the furniture body. This allows the drive element 10 to push against the stationary support element 41 when the movable furniture part 3 is to be ejected.
[0028] The support 20 is attached directly or indirectly to the running rail 7 or the movable furniture part via a fastening strip 23. This connects the housing 12 to the movable furniture part.
[0029] Instead of fixing the ejection device 8 to the movable furniture part 3, the latter can also be arranged in a stationary position, while the support element 41 is then attached to the movable furniture part in order to eject the movable furniture part when the ejection device 8 is unlocked.
[0030] The ejection device shown can also be used for other movable furniture parts instead of drawers. Reference symbol list 1 piece of furniture 2 furniture carcass 3 Furniture part 4.
