Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a lifting mechanism of a rack of a piece of furniture or domestic appliance having a scissors mechanism with at least two crossed scissors levers and a pivot lever which is mounted pivotably on the rack or the scissors mechanism and is coupled to one of the scissors levers via a further lever, wherein a locking device is provided with a locking lever which is arranged between the pivot lever and the scissors mechanism or the rack or the further lever in order to block a pivoting movement of the pivot lever in at least one pivoting direction in such a way that it can be unlocked. The invention further relates to a piece of furniture or domestic appliance with such a lifting mechanism.Such a lifting mechanism is known from the publication DE 10 2015 102 500 A1 and is also described in the post-published publication DE 10 2015 216 057 A1. The lifting mechanism is combined with a sliding guide for pulling a shelf out of, for example, an interior of a household appliance, in particular a dishwasher. The lifting mechanism has a scissors mechanism in order to be able to lift the storage compartment after it has been moved out. The rack, which is designed, for example, as a dish rack, can be raised by pivoting a pivot lever, as a result of which the dish rack can be loaded or unloaded in an upright position of the user, which unloads the back muscles and the spinal column. At a free end of the pivot lever, a handle is arranged for operation, on which the basket can be both pulled out and raised by the pivoting movement. In order to fix the basket in an upper position, according to the publications DE 10 2015 102 500 A1 and DE 10 2015 216 057 A1, the further lever mentioned at the beginning, which couples the pivot lever to the scissors mechanism, is configured together with the pivot lever as a knee joint, which assumes its blocked position in the upper position of the storage area.A disadvantage of this is that after leaving the locked position of the knee joint, there is no safety against uncontrolled lowering of the storage compartment. If an operator slides off the handle when the rack is moved up or down, which can occur in particular in the case of dishwashers and any residual moisture remaining on the handle, the crockery basket moves down undelayed, as a result of which the washware can be damaged. In addition, in this movement, the pivot lever pivots about in an uncontrolled manner and could in an unfavourable case damage the user.It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a lifting mechanism of the type mentioned at the beginning or a piece of furniture or a household appliance with such a lifting mechanism, in which locking of the shelf can take place in different height positions and in which uncontrolled lowering of the shelf is prevented. This object is achieved by a lifting mechanism and a piece of furniture or domestic appliance having the respective features of the independent claims. Advantageous embodiments and developments are the subject matter of the dependent claims.A lifting mechanism according to the invention of the type mentioned at the beginning is characterized in that the locking lever is of rigid design and is rotatably mounted at one end on a rider, wherein the rider is guided on the pivot lever in a displaceable and lockable manner. If the locking lever can move freely along the pivot lever with its rider, the pivoting movement of the pivot lever is released. If the rider is fixed to the pivot lever, the pivot movement is also blocked. The blocking of the pivoting movement leads to a blocking of the lifting movement, by means of which an uncontrolled lowering of the shelf is prevented. The positioning of the locking lever in the region of the pivot lever makes it possible to be able to actuate the locking device in a user-friendly manner in the region of the pivot lever and thus in the region of the handle. This can be done mechanically easily without a release movement having to be transmitted mechanically complex, for example up to the scissors joints. In addition, because of the relatively long lever arm that the pivot lever has, a locking with low forces is possible, which enables a mechanically slender construction of the locking device. In an advantageous embodiment of the lifting mechanism, the rider engages around the pivot lever for its guidance. Preferably, the rider is coupled to the pivot lever in a force-fit and / or form-fit manner for locking. In order to be able to fix the rider or to release it for displacement, the pivot lever can be constructed in multiple parts, wherein components of the pivot lever can be pressed against the rider from the inside in order to couple the rider in a force-fit and / or form-fit manner. A control movement for releasing or for fixing the rider can thus be transmitted via the multi-part pivot lever itself, so that no additional transmission mechanism has to be provided for the movable rider. The pivot lever can comprise, for example, at least one main strip and one wedge strip, which can be displaced relative to one another in a longitudinal direction, wherein the main strip and the wedge strip are each provided on mutually opposite sides with a saw-tooth profile.Due to the sawtooth profiling of the main and wedge bars, a longitudinal displacement of the two bars relative to each other results in a widening of the pivot lever in a transverse direction. To transmit the control movement, the two strips are moved against one another and clamp the rider when they are pushed apart by the saw-tooth profiling, or release it when the arrangement of main and wedge strips becomes narrower again in the transverse direction. Preferably, the pivot lever further comprises a guide strip on which the main strip and the wedge strip rest and along which the main strip and / or the wedge strip are displaceably guided. In an advantageous embodiment, the lifting mechanism has a handle with a grip strip which is coupled to the locking device for unlocking the latter. Preferably, the main strip and / or the wedge strip are coupled directly to the grip strip. An actuation of the grip strip thus releases or activates the locking device. Alternatively, the locking device can also be indirectly coupled to the grip strip via a cable pull.In an alternative advantageous embodiment of the lifting mechanism, the locking lever is designed to be lockable and telescopic and is rotatably mounted with one end each on the pivot lever and the support or the scissors mechanism or the further lever. In this embodiment, the length of the locking lever can change with the pivoting movement if the pivoting movement is not to be blocked. For this purpose, the locking lever can have a guide rail and a pull-out rail, which are guided so as to be displaceable relative to one another in the longitudinal direction. To block the pivoting movement of the pivot lever, the locking lever is fixed with respect to its length, which can be carried out, for example, by an unlockable latching mechanism which blocks the pull-out rail from being pushed into the guide rail.In a further advantageous embodiment, the lifting mechanism is coupled to a sliding guide. A combined lifting and sliding function for the storage compartment can thus be realized.A piece of furniture or household appliance according to the invention is distinguished by the use of such a lifting mechanism. The advantages mentioned in connection with the lifting mechanism result. The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to exemplary embodiments with the aid of figures. The figures show: FIGS. 1-3 each show a side view of a tray with a first embodiment of a lifting mechanism; FIG. 4 is an exploded isometric view of the locking device of the lifting mechanism according to the first exemplary embodiment; FIGS. 5 a, b show in each case a side view of a detail of the lifting mechanism of the first exemplary embodiment in different actuation positions of its handle; FIG. 6 shows a second exemplary embodiment of a lifting mechanism for a shelf, inserted into a furniture element, in an isometric illustration; FIGS. 7 a, b show in each case a sectional illustration of the lifting mechanism of the second exemplary embodiment in different locking states; and FIG. 8 is an exploded isometric view of the locking mechanism of the second exemplary embodiment of the lifting mechanism.FIGS. 1 to 3 first show a side view of a first exemplary embodiment of a lifting mechanism with a shelf guided by it. The three figures show the lifting mechanism in different lifting positions: Fig. 1 shows the lowered position of the tray, Fig. 3 shows the fully lifted position of the tray and Fig. 2 shows an intermediate position. The lifting mechanism has a scissors mechanism 10 which comprises two scissors levers 11, 12. The scissor mechanism 10 serves to lift a rack 20, the rack 20 extends in a direction perpendicular to the plane of the paper of FIGS. 1 to 3, and a second scissor mechanism is usually present on the opposite side of the rack 20, which is constructed in mirror image to the scissor mechanism 10 shown. For actuating the scissors mechanism 10 and thus for raising or lowering the storage 20, a pivot mechanism 30 with a pivot lever 31 is provided. An identical or comparable pivot mechanism is present on the opposite side of the shelf 20 in the scissors mechanism there. Both pivot mechanisms are connected via a handle 40 which extends between the two pivot levers 31. The handle 40 which is thus common ensures a symmetrical movement of the two scissors mechanisms. The two scissor levers 11, 12 of the scissor mechanism 10 are rotatably connected to one another in a central scissor joint 13. Two lower bearings 111, 121 are provided, which support the scissor levers 11, 12 on a piece of furniture or domestic appliance. With regard to a vertical lifting movement of the shelf 20, the lower bearing 111 of the scissors lever 11 is a pivot bearing which is stationary relative to the furniture or domestic appliance during the lifting movement. The lower bearing 121 of the scissors lever 12 is a rotary and sliding bearing which moves towards the bearing 111 when the scissors mechanism 10 is extended. It is noted that both bearings 111, 121 can be connected displaceably to the furniture or domestic appliance in order to implement a sliding function (pull-out function) in addition to the lifting function. The pull-out function can be implemented by pull-out guides or rollers in the region of the bearings 111, 121. It is not shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 for reasons of clarity. The scissor levers 11, 12 are mounted on the shelf 20 via upper bearings 112, 122. The upper bearing 122 of the scissors lever 12 is a pivot bearing, whereas the upper bearing 112 of the scissors lever 11 is a pivot and slide bearing. For this purpose, a guide 201 is formed on the shelf 20, which is visible in FIGS. 2 and 3.The pivot lever 31 of the pivot mechanism for actuating the scissors mechanism 10 already mentioned is a two-sided lever which has a longer first lever arm 311, on which the handle 40 is mounted. A second lever arm 312 is formed at an angle to the first lever arm 311. The pivot lever 31 is pivotably mounted in a pivot joint 313 on the storage area 20 in the present case, wherein the pivot joint 313 is arranged in the region between the first lever arm 311 and the second lever arm 312.Between the free end of the second lever arm 312 and the scissors lever 11 there is arranged a further lever 38 which is articulated in two joints 381, 382 on the scissors lever 11 and the pivot lever 31, respectively. A pivoting of the pivot lever 31 by manual movement of the handle 40 is thus transmitted to the scissor mechanism 10 and the latter is extended or retracted and the storage area 20 is correspondingly raised or lowered. The maximum end position extended that can be reached is shown in FIG. 3. In this maximally extended position, the first lever arm 311 of the pivot lever 31 and the further lever 38 run substantially in alignment. In order to keep the shelf 20 fixed in any desired height position if the handle 40 is released during the raising or lowering of the shelf 20, according to the application a locking device is provided for blocking the pivoting movement of the pivot lever 31.In the present exemplary embodiment, the locking device comprises a locking lever 36 which is pivotably articulated on the shelf 20 in a lower joint 361 and pivotably articulated on a rider 37 in an upper joint 362. This rider 37 engages around the pivot lever 31 and can be moved along the pivot lever 31 in an unlocked state. In a locked state, the movement of the rider 37 along the pivot lever 31 is blocked by a force fit and / or form fit of the rider 37 with the pivot arm 31. The pivot position of the pivot lever 31 is determined geometrically in this case by the triangle formed between the joints 313, 361 and 362 and is fixedly predefined. The mode of operation of the arresting device is explained in more detail below in conjunction with FIGS. 4 and 5 a, b.Figure 4 shows in more detail the structure of the pivot lever 31 and its connection to the handle 40 in an exploded isometric drawing. The pivot lever 31 is constructed from several components in several layers. A main strip 33 is placed on an inner guide strip 32. In the region of the second lever arm 312, the two strips 32, 33 are congruently located one above the other. In the region of the first lever arm 311, the guide strip 32 is formed wider than the main strip 33, so that only an upper region of the guide strip 32 in FIG. 4 is occupied by the main strip 33. The main strip 33 is also longer and has a cranked portion 332 projecting beyond the guide strip 32 in the direction of the handle 40. Alternatively, the main strip 33 could also be guided further straight instead of cranked. At its lower side edge, the main strip 33 is provided with a saw-tooth profile 331.In the same plane as the main strip 33, a wedge strip 34 is located on the guide strip 32, which wedge strip likewise has a saw-tooth profile 341 on its upper side facing the main strip 33. The wedge strip 34 is displaceably guided on the guide strip 32. For this purpose, elongated holes 342 are formed in the wedge strip 34, with which the wedge strip 34 is displaceably guided along bolts or rivets which are inserted into bores 321 in the guide strip 32. The guide primarily offers a range of movement in the longitudinal direction of the first lever arm 311 of the pivot lever 31; the elongated holes 342 are oriented with their longitudinal edges parallel to the inclination of the saw-tooth profile 343 and thus slightly obliquely. A displacement of the wedge bar 34 in the longitudinal direction thus also leads to a movement transversely to the longitudinal direction of the wedge bar 34.A spring 35 is arranged between the wedge strip 34 and the main strip 33, in the present case designed as a compression spring, which displaces the wedge strip 34 in the direction of the handle 40 with respect to the main strip 33. In this direction towards the handle 40, the wedge strip 34 is also cranked and connected to a component of the handle 40.The handle 40 is constructed in several parts and comprises a handle tube 41 which the user can enclose with his hand or hands. In the middle part of the handle tube 41 facing away from the user, an elongated, slot-shaped opening 411 is introduced. A transverse connector 42 extends through the handle tube 41 and is connected at its ends to the cranked portion 332 of the main strip 33 of the pivot lever 31. A grip strip 421 is arranged centrally on the transverse connector 42 and, in the assembled state of the grip 40, protrudes through the opening 421 and protrudes beyond the grip tube 41. In order to connect the handle tube 41 and the cross connector to one another, tube caps 43 are inserted laterally into the handle tube 41, only one of which is shown here on one side of the handle 40. The tube cap 43 has a circumferential collar 431 with which it is inserted into the grip tube 41. In a section 432 facing the pivot lever 31, the collar 431 is interrupted, so that a sliding guide for the end of the main strip 33 is formed. On the outside of the tube cap 43, a receptacle 433 for the end of the wedge strip 34 is formed. The end of the wedge bar 34 is positioned in this receptacle 433 and connected to the tube cap 43 by a rivet or a screw or another connecting means. The rider 37 engages around the pivot lever 31, as described above, and is formed in two parts by two half shells 371, 372. The two half shells 371, 372 can be connected to one another in a latching manner or via inserted screws or rivets. Along one of the inner transverse sides of the rider 37 a latching tooth profile 373 is formed, which in the assembled state of the pivot lever 31 lies opposite the latching tooth profile 343 on the wedge strip 34. As previously described, the locking lever 36 is connected to the rider 37 at a hinge 362.The interaction of pivot lever 31, handle 40 and rider 37 is explained in more detail below with reference to FIGS. 5 aand 5 b.In FIGS. 5 aand 5 b, the locking device is shown in two different actuation states of the handle 40. FIG. 5 ashows the rest state with the handle 40 not actuated, whereas FIG. 5 bshows the state with the handle strip 421 of the handle 40 being pulled. In the non-actuated state of the handle 40 according to FIG. 5 a, the wedge strip 34 is pushed in the direction of the handle 40 with respect to the main strip 33 by the clamping force of the spring 35. The saw tooth profiles 331 and 341, which are mirror-image of one another, are positioned with respect to one another in such a way that the wedge strip 34 assumes a maximum distance from the main strip 33 in a direction transverse to the displacement direction and thus clamps the rider 37 from the inside. When the main strip 33 and the wedge strip 34 are pushed apart, the latching tooth profiles 373 and 343 engage in one another. Even without the profiling, the pressing apart of the bars 33, 34 would lead to the rider 37 being prevented from sliding along the pivot lever 31 by frictional engagement. In the exemplary embodiment shown, the latching tooth profiling 343 and 373 additionally produces a positive connection between the rider 37 and the pivot lever 31. In this direction, the system is self-inhibiting, since any pivoting movement in the direction shown would press the rider 37 further in the direction of the handle 40 by the locking lever 36, which via the force or form fit also presses the wedge strip 34 in the direction of the handle 40, whereby the force exerted on the rider 37 from the inside increases. To release the locking, as shown in FIG. 5 b, the grip strip 421 is pulled toward the grip tube 41, or the grip tube 41 is thereby displaced in the direction of the pivot lever 31. This displacement also moves the wedge strip 34 relative to the main strip 33, as a result of which the spring 35 is compressed. The sawtooth profiles 331 and 341 sliding on one another lead to the distance of the wedge strip 34 from the main strip 33 decreasing in a direction transverse to the displacement direction, whereby the frictional connection between the pivot lever 31 and the rider 37 is successively reduced and the latching tooth profiles 343 and 373 become disengaged. The rider 37 can now be freely displaced along the pivot lever 31, whereby the scissor mechanism 10 can be actuated and the storage area 20 can be raised or lowered. Upon release of the handle 40, the system automatically returns to the locked position shown in FIG. 5a.FIGS. 6, 7 a, 7 band 8 show a second exemplary embodiment of a lifting mechanism. Identical reference numerals identify identical or identically acting elements in these figures as in the preceding figures.FIG. 6 first shows an isometric overall overview of the lifting mechanism with a shelf 20 installed in a furniture element 1 shown here in a U-shaped manner by way of example. The furniture element 1 can be a furniture carcass, of which only parts of the panels forming the carcass are shown here.In this exemplary embodiment, the lifting mechanism is coupled to a sliding guide in order to be able to retract the (lowered) shelf 20 into the furniture carcass. For this purpose, pull-out guides 3 are mounted on side walls 2 of the furniture element 1, on which pull-out guides the lifting mechanism is guided in a pull-out manner. The lifting mechanism has on each side a scissors mechanism 10 which is guided by the respective pull-out guide 3. The scissors mechanisms 10 are analogous to those described in connection with the first exemplary embodiment. The scissors-type mechanisms 10 support the shelf 20, which in the present case comprises a shelf. Fittings are mounted laterally on the latter, which provide the corresponding upper bearings 112, 122 for the scissor levers 11, 12 of the scissor mechanism 10. Each of the scissors-type mechanisms 10 is coupled to a pivot mechanism 30, each having a pivot lever 31, wherein the forward-pointing free ends of the pivot levers 31 are connected to one another via a handle 40. On the handle 40, the lifting mechanism can be extended from the furniture element 1 along the pull-out guide 3 and the storage compartment 20 can be lifted by pivoting the pivot levers 31.In contrast to the first exemplary embodiment, the pivot levers 31 are in the present case one-piece levers which are mounted on the shelf 20 in a pivotable manner together with the scissor levers 11 on the upper bearing 111. A further lever 38 which is double cranked here connects the pivot lever 31 to the scissor mechanism 10, specifically the scissor lever 11.Again, a locking device is provided for blocking the pivoting movement of the pivot levers 31, which locking device comprises locking levers 50. Unlike in the first exemplary embodiment, the locking levers 50 are not articulated between the swivel arm 31 and the storage area 20, but instead are articulated between the swivel lever 31 and the further lever 38 by means of joints 501, 502. A further difference is that the locking lever 50 is coupled directly to the pivot lever 31 and not via the rider 37 (cf. FIGS. 1 to 5 ).In order to enable a free movement of the pivot lever 31 when the shelf 20 is raised or lowered, the locking lever 50 is configured to be telescopic, i.e. the locking lever 50 can be pulled apart and pushed into one another. To block the pivoting of the pivot lever 31 and thus to fix the shelf 20 at a specific height, the locking lever 50 can be blocked from being pushed into one another. The blocking or release of the insertion of the locking lever 50 into one another is illustrated in more detail in FIGS. 7 aand 7 b. The figures are sectional views showing a view of the inner side of the lever mechanism 10 and the locking lever 50 as viewed from the storage location. FIG. 7 ashows the locking lever 50 in a locked position, in which uncontrolled lowering of the shelf 20 is not possible. In the second exemplary embodiment, the handle 40 is formed by a handle rod 44 which rigidly connects the ends of the two pivot levers 31 to one another. For weight reasons or for saving material, the handle rod 44 can of course also be hollow in the form of a tube. Arranged at a distance from the handle rod 44 is a displaceably guided handle strip 45 which is held at a distance from the handle rod 44 by springs 451. Similar to the grip strip 421 in the first exemplary embodiment, the grip strip 45 in this second exemplary embodiment serves to unlock the locking of the lifting mechanism. For this purpose, the grip strip 45 is connected to the respective locking lever 50 via a cable 46 in each case.Specifically, the cable 46 has a cable 461 which is guided to the locking lever 50 via two deflection rollers 462. In the locked position, the locking lever 50 cannot be pushed further together, so that the pivot lever 31 cannot be pivoted downward, whereby the tray 20 cannot be lowered. As shown in FIG. 7 b, when the grip bar 45 is pulled to the grip rod 44, the locking lever 50 is unlocked and can be slid together, whereby the tray 20 can be lowered.FIG. 8 shows the locking lever 50 in a detailed representation in the form of an isometric exploded drawing. The locking lever 50 is telescopic in that it has a guide rail 51 in which a pull-out rail 52 can be moved in a longitudinally displaceable manner. For this purpose, the guide rail 51 is substantially C-shaped, whereas the pull-out rail 52 is configured flat except for a stiffening profiling. Longitudinally, a guide slot 511 is formed on the guide rail 51 and has a plurality of latching protrusions 512 arranged side by side in one direction. A pivotable latching arm 521 is arranged on the pull-out rail 52, which engages with a bolt 522 in the guide slot 511 or the latching bulge 512.The latching indentations 512 are asymmetrical, so that when the locking lever 50 is pulled apart, the bolt 522 is led out of a latching indentation 512 and latches into the following latching indentation 512. When the locking lever 50 is pressed together, the bolt 522 blocks in contrast in a latching bulge 512 and prevents the locking lever 50 from being pushed together further. the latching arm 521 can in this case either move the bolt 522 in the direction of the latching bulge 512 under the action of gravity or by means of an additional spring. An unlocking device 53 is provided for unlocking the locking lever 50. The unlocking device 53 is mounted on a bracket 513 fixed to the guide rail 51. The unlocking device 53 comprises two parallel pendulum arms 531, which are arranged pivotably on the extension arm 513. The free ends of the pendulum arms 531 are likewise pivotably connected to a lifter bar 532 arranged parallel to the guide slot 511. In the locked state of the locking lever 50, the lifter bar 532 bears against the guide rail 51 below the latching bulge 512. Pivoting of the pendulum arms 531 leads to a parallel lifting of the lifter bar 532, which then lifts the bolt 522 protruding with respect to the guide rail 51 out of the respective latching bulge 512 and brings it into the region of the guide slot 511, whereby the pull-out rail 52 can be moved freely with respect to the guide rail 51.To actuate the unlocking device 53 via the grip strip 45, the cable 461 of the cable 46 is connected to one of the pendulum arms 531 or the lifting strip 532. FIG. 7 bshows the pivoting of the pendulum arms 531 and the lifting of the lifting bar 532 in the unlocked state of the locking lever 50.It is finally pointed out that in principle a longitudinally displaceable locking lever 50 can also be arranged between other levers of the lifting mechanism which move relative to one another in order to prevent uncontrolled lowering of the storage bin 20. In principle, it would therefore also be conceivable to arrange the arresting lever 50 for example between the scissor levers 11, 12 or the scissor lever 12 and the storage area 20.Reference numerals denote reference numerals1 Furniture element 2 side wall 3 pull-out guide 10 scissor mechanism 11, 12 scissor levers 111, 121 lower bearing 112, 122 upper bearing 13 scissor joint 20 shelf 201 guide 30 pivot mechanism 31 pivot lever 311 first lever arm 312 second lever arm 313 pivot joint 32 guide strip 321 bore 33 main strip 331 saw tooth profile 332 cranked portion 34 wedge strip 341 saw tooth profile 342 guide 343 ratchet tooth profile 35 spring 36 locking lever 361 lower joint 362 upper joint 37 rider 371, 372 half shell 373 ratchet tooth profile 38 further lever 381, 382 Joint 40 Handle 41 Handle tube 411 Opening 42 Transverse connector 421 Handle strip 43 Tube cap 431 Encircling collar 432 Section 433 Receptacle 44 Handle rod 45 Handle strip 451 Spring 46 Cable pull 461 Cable 462 Deflection roller 50 Locking lever 501 Joint 502 Joint 51 Guide rail 511 Guide slot 512 Latching protrusion 513 Cantilever 52 Pull-out rail 521 Latching arm 522 Bolt 53 Unlocking device 531 Pendulum arm 532 Pull-out strip
