Description

The present invention is directed to a cushioning furniture combination according to the preamble of the independent apparatus claim. This upholstery combination is equipped with a base frame which has a longitudinal extension, and with a first resting part and a backrest part and is convertible between a seat surface and a one- and two-part lying surface. The prior art discloses, for example, the publication DE 297 03 704 U1, in which the resting part can be extended on the left and right sides in its longitudinal extension by means of adjustable flex cushions. Thus, the resting part can be reconfigured into a one-piece lying surface by the left-hand and right-hand side flex cushions. However, a disadvantage of this upholstery combination is that it cannot be placed in a room corner, since otherwise it is not possible to fold down the left-hand and right-hand side flex cushions. The disclosed upholstery combination must therefore be arranged freely or on one side on a rear wall of the room. Otherwise, lateral folding out of the flex cushions is not possible. The further publication DE 198 11 496 A1 likewise discloses a cushioning furniture combination which can be converted from a seat region into a reclining region. Here, the enlargement of the seat surface of the resting part is effected by folding over the backrest part. However, a disadvantage of this upholstery combination is that the seat area has a great depth of seating, so that the user sits up the upper legs when sitting, if he wants to lean with his back against the backrest part. However, the user cannot remain on the ground or can only remain in a very uncomfortable posture when sitting with the feet.Further upholstery items are known from the documents EP 0 943 269 A3, DE 20 2016 105 800 U1, DE 20 2005 014 502 U1, DE 20 2004 011 330 U1 and DE 200 20 181 U1.It is the object of the present invention to overcome the disadvantages mentioned from the prior art at least partially. In particular, it is an object of the present invention to improve the seating and reclining comfort of the upholstery combination and in particular to increase the possible uses. It is advantageous here if, even in the lying position, the head region of the user can be adjusted at least in an angular range. The present object is achieved by a cushioning furniture combination having the features of claim 1, in particular from the characterizing part. Further features and details of the invention are evident from the respective dependent claims, the description and the drawings. Features and details which are described in connection with the patent claims according to the invention naturally also apply in connection with the upholstery according to the invention, and vice versa, so that with regard to the disclosure reference is or can always be made to the individual aspects of the invention in a mutual manner. Preferred developments of the invention are set forth in the dependent claims. In the upholstery combination according to the invention, it is provided that a base frame with a longitudinal extension is provided. At least one first resting part and one backrest part are arranged on this base frame in order to be able to form a sitting position on the one hand and a lying position on the other hand for a user. The first resting part has at least one seat cushion and a first adjustable flex cushion, wherein the resting part is arranged displaceably with respect to the base frame by a bearing element. The first flex cushion is configured to be displaceable relative to the resting part by a first retaining element. Expediently, the flex cushion represents an extension (in particular on the head side) of the seat cushion. Ideally, the seat cushion and the flex cushion completely cover the rest part in terms of area. Furthermore, the backrest part can be arranged on the base frame by a pivoting mechanism, wherein the pivoting mechanism enables at least a vertical and a horizontal position of the backrest part on the base frame. Furthermore, the backrest part also has at least one reclining cushion and a second adjustable flex cushion, wherein the flex cushion is configured so as to be adjustable with respect to the backrest part by a second retaining element. Here, too, the second adjustable flex cushion ideally extends the reclining cushion, in particular on the head side, wherein in particular the combination of the reclining cushion with the second adjustable flex cushion covers the backrest part (on the rear side) in terms of its surface area. According to the invention, it is provided that the first adjustable flex cushion can be arranged on both sides (but this does not mean simultaneously in time, but only on the left or right side) of the seat cushion in the longitudinal extension from the first rest part by the first holding element, and / or that the second adjustable flex cushion can be arranged on both sides (see above) of the rest cushion in the longitudinal extension from the backrest part by the second holding element. The core of the invention is to improve the possible uses of the inventive upholstery combination in a simple manner. For this purpose, the adjustable flexible cushions provided can be arranged (exclusively) on the left or right side (meaning either on the left or on the right side) of the seat cushion or reclining cushion by the holding elements present. The left-hand or right-hand arrangement is also understood to mean the arrangement on both sides, wherein a flex cushion can always be arranged only on the left-hand or right-hand side but not on the left-hand and right-hand side of a seat cushion, since only one flex cushion is provided per seat cushion or reclining cushion. The adjustable flex cushions serve to improve the reclining comfort of a user in the head region, since the flex cushions are designed to be adjustable and can thus form a headrest. Furthermore, the flex cushions are arranged directly adjacent to the reclining cushion or seat cushion and are expediently in direct contact, so that no gap is formed which has an interfering effect. Thus, especially in the case of a horizontal alignment of the adjustable flex cushions with respect to the reclining or seat cushion, a uniform planar reclining surface can be formed.Furthermore, it is conceivable within the scope of the invention that the first resting part completely covers the base frame in a seating position and that the first resting part only partially covers the base frame in a lying position in which the resting part is displaced relative to the base frame. This makes it possible to achieve a particularly stable construction of the upholstery combination.Preferably, it can be provided within the scope of the invention that at least one foot element is arranged on the first resting part in order to be able to support the resting part on a floor, wherein in particular the foot element is fastened to an underside of the resting part. Preferably, the foot elements present can be provided with rollers in order to facilitate the mobility during displacement. In order to increase the stability, a plurality of foot elements can be distributed over a width. It is also optionally conceivable for the bearing element to be fastened directly or indirectly at least to the resting part or to the base frame, in order thus to achieve high operating comfort and good stability. The bearing element can be designed as a longitudinal guide and can be fastened at least partially to a rear side of the resting part. The resting part itself can have a plate with a front side and a rear side, on which at least the bearing element or the holding element for the first flex cushion or a first fixing element for the seat cushion can be securely arranged. Ideally, such a panel is covered with fabric in the color of the upholstery and can additionally be upholstery.A further advantage can be achieved within the scope of the invention if the pivot mechanism is fastened at least to the backrest part or to the base frame, wherein in particular the pivot mechanism has at least one pivot and / or pivot hinge, wherein in particular a tilting movement of approximately 90° can be realized for the backrest part between the vertical and the horizontal position. The pivot mechanism can be designed as a rotary and pivot hinge and ideally supports the backrest part over the entire width of the upholstery combination.Furthermore, it is conceivable within the scope of the invention that the first adjustable flex cushion can be arranged on the left or right side adjacent to the seat cushion in the longitudinal extension, wherein in particular the flex cushion forms an, in particular continuous and / or gap-free, extension of the seat cushion in its horizontal position. This allows the seating and reclining comfort to be significantly improved. It may further be possible that at least the first or the second flex cushion can be transferred and fixed by the first or second holding element from at least one horizontal position into an oblique support position, wherein the oblique support position forms an angle α to the horizontal of between 0 and 90°, preferably between 0 and 45°, and particularly preferably between 0 and 30°. The angled support layer allows a comfortable headrest to be formed. It can preferably also be provided that at least the first or second holding element is used as a rotary and / or swivel snap fitting, wherein in particular at least two rotary and / or swivel snap fittings are used per holding element (preferably arranged over a width of the flex cushions). A very stable and easy-to-handle flex cushion can thus be realized as a head part.Furthermore, it is conceivable that the backrest part is formed from a plate, wherein the reclining cushion and the second flex cushion are arranged in particular on a first side of the plate, and wherein a back cushion is present in particular on a second side. This plate is also expediently provided with a fabric or covering in order to improve the comfort of sitting and reclining and to impart a pleasant, visual expression to the subject matter of the invention.A further advantage within the scope of the invention can be achieved if the seat cushion is fastened to the first resting part via at least one first fixing element and / or if the lying cushion is fastened to the first backrest part via at least one second fixing element. It is advantageous here if, within the scope of the invention, at least the first or the second fixing element is designed in the form of Velcro fasteners, a thread / screw connection, a mushroom-head-slot connection, a clamping connection or a combination thereof. This makes it possible to achieve easy adjustability of the invention and realizes the manifold possible uses. The use of hook and loop fasteners is technically particularly simple and cost-minimal. By using threaded / screw connections, such as for example in the case of ENSAT bushes (see FIG. 8 ) which have an internal and an external thread, a particularly stable construction can be achieved. Preferably, the threaded / threaded connection is applied in a defined dot pattern, so as to achieve the desired flexibility. The use of a mushroom head-elongated hole connection likewise makes possible a stable connection which can also be converted quickly, if necessary without tools. It is also advantageous if the backrest part is supported on the base frame in the horizontal position and, in particular, forms a uniform reclining surface with the resting part which is located in the reclining position. This produces a two-part reclining surface which offers sufficient space for two users, in contrast to the one-part reclining surface. It is also advantageous if the resting part in the seat position blocks the backrest part in the vertical position, wherein the resting part itself can preferably be locked in the seat position by at least one latching means, in particular in a form-fitting manner. This can ensure that an undesired adjustment or conversion of the upholstery combination is excluded.Furthermore, it is optionally possible within the scope of the invention for the base frame to have a storage box which can be covered by the first resting part at least in the seat position. This can serve as a stowage space for bedding or free back cushions and is preferably accessible only via the resting part. For this purpose, the resting part can also be foldable upwards or partially or even completely displaceable towards the base frame.Furthermore, it can be provided within the scope of the invention that the flex cushions can be arranged on the resting part and backrest part adjacent to one another or spaced apart from one another in opposite directions by the existing holding elements, wherein in particular a position of the flex cushions can be freely adjusted in each case. This makes it possible to produce a two-sided divan for two users, in which the users are located opposite each other with their head in order to be able to maintain themselves conveniently, for example.Preferably, it can be provided that the first resting part in the lying position covers the base frame substantially as far in terms of area as the backrest part covers the base frame in the horizontal position. The stability of the lying surface can thus be increased in a simple manner.Optionally, it can be provided that at least one freely arrangeable back cushion is provided for cushioning the backrest part and / or that a topper is provided for improving the reclining surface, which topper preferably covers the entire reclining surface. By the additional use of the back cushions and / or the topper, the seating and reclining comfort of the upholstery combination can be improved. The foregoing explanation of the embodiments describes the present invention solely by way of examples. Of course, individual features of the embodiments can be freely combined with one another, insofar as technically expedient, without departing from the scope of the present invention.According to the invention, the features from the description and the claims can be essential for the invention individually and in conceivable combinations. Further measures which improve the invention are described in more detail below together with the description of the preferred exemplary embodiment in various possible applications of the invention on the basis of the figures. In this case, the base frame 11 can be easily seen, which optionally has a storage box 11.1. This base frame 11 serves to be able to arrange the first resting part 20 and the first backrest part 30 thereon. In this case, fastening can be effected directly or indirectly on the base frame 11. The individual elements of the inventive upholstery combination are clearly visible in FIG. 1. The first resting part 20 has a plate 20.1, to which a first seat cushion 21 and a first flex cushion 22 can be fastened. Furthermore, a first backrest part 30 is also provided, which likewise has a plate 30.1, on which a reclining cushion 31 and a second flex cushion 32 can be arranged. The first seat cushion 21 is usually firmly connected to the first resting part 20 via a first fixing element 24. Furthermore, the reclining cushion 31 is also firmly connected to the backrest part 30 via a second fixing element 34. The fixing elements 24, 34 can be designed in the form of Velcro fasteners, threaded / screw connections, mushroom head long hole connections, clamping connections or a combination of the connections mentioned. In FIG. 7, for example, a mushroom head oblong hole connection for the first or second fixing element 24, 34 is shown. It is also conceivable here for a latching to be provided in the first or second fixing element 24, 34, so that the corresponding reclining cushion 31 is fixed in a positive-locking manner to the reclining part 30 or the corresponding seat cushion 21 is fixed in a positive-locking manner to the resting part 20.In a particularly simple embodiment of the invention, the seat cushion 21 or the reclining cushion 31 can be connected to one another on the resting part 20 or backrest part 30 via Velcro fasteners. It is also conceivable that a fixed, but reversibly detachable, fixing between the reclining cushion 31 and the backrest part 30 or the seat cushion 21 and the resting part 20 can be produced by means of a threaded / screw connection. In FIG. 1, the arrows B represent the adjustable degrees of freedom of the upholstery combination 10 according to the invention. This results in particular in the specific arrangements of the individual elements of the inventive upholstery combination, as shown in FIGS. 2 to 5.In FIG. 1, the bearing elements 12 shown for guiding the first resting part 20 on the base frame 11 are arranged below the plate 20.1 of the first resting part 20 and cooperate with the base frame 11. Here, foot elements 25 can also be provided for supporting the resting part 20 on the ground. Above the plate 20.1 of the resting part 20 are arranged the first holding elements 23 and first fixing elements 24, which cooperate mechanically with the seat cushion 21 and the first flex cushion 22. The same applies to the first backrest part 30, since the second holding element 33 for the second flex cushion 32 is provided on one side of the plate 30.1 for the backrest part 30, and the second fixing element 34 for the corresponding reclining cushion 31.FIGS. 2 to 5 show the achievable adjustment possibilities of the upholstery combination according to the invention, wherein the conversion of the upholstery combination 10 from a seat combination into a reclining combination and an adjustability of the adjustable flex cushions (which form headrests) are each shown in the various sketches from above to below.FIG. 2 shows the top sketch of the upholstery combination 10 according to the invention as seating furniture. By displacing the first resting part 20 (see initial position in upper sketch) from the seat position Ila into the lying position Ilb on the base frame 11 with the aid of at least one bearing element 12, the first backrest part 30 can be pivoted through 90° from the vertical position la into the horizontal position Ib. As a result, the lying surface F illustrated in the middle sketch in FIG. 2 can be achieved. In this adjustment possibility, the two first and second flex cushions 22, 32 are arranged to the right of the longitudinal extension L of the seat cushion 21 and the reclining cushion 31. The first and second flex cushions 22, 32 form the adjustable head region of the reclining surface F. In the lower sketch of FIG. 2, an oblique supporting position of the first and second flex cushions 22, 32 at the angle α (see also FIG. 6 ) is shown. Expediently, the first and second holding elements 23, 33 are designed as a rotary and / or swivel latch fitting, which enables particularly comfortable operation and adjustment of the adjustable flex cushions 22, 32. In this case, the corresponding first or second flex cushion 22, 32 only has to be raised from the horizontal position and automatically latches in its corresponding inclined supporting position. By reaching an end position of the inclined support position, the first or second flex cushion 22, 32 can then be transferred back into the horizontal position. In FIG. 3, the cushioning furniture combination according to the invention has been modified from FIG. 2 in such a way that both flex cushions 22, 32 are arranged on the left side of the reclining cushion 31 or seat cushion 21 for lengthening the seat surface or backrest surface. As a result, the upholstery combination 10 according to the invention can be arranged accordingly in space-according to the wishes of its user, also in the corner region. As can be seen easily from the lower sketch in FIG. 3, the two flex cushions 22 and 32 are erected next to one another in an oblique supporting position IIIb, comparable to the lower figure from FIG. 2.In FIGS. 4 and 5, the two flex cushions 22, 32 are arranged in opposite directions to one another and at a distance from one another. These two possible uses of FIGS. 4 and 5 make clear the great flexibility of the inventive upholstery combination. In FIG. 4, the first flex cushion 22 is arranged on the right side of the seat cushion 21 and the second flex cushion 32 is provided on the left side of the first reclining cushion 31. In FIG. 5, the arrangement sides of the two flex cushions 22, 32 are exactly interchanged. Thus, the first flex cushion 22 is arranged on the left side of the seat cushion 21 and the second flex cushion 32 is arranged on the right side of the reclining cushion 31. The lower sketches in FIGS. 4 and 5 then show the oblique support position of the first flex cushion 22 and of the second flex cushion 32.FIG. 5 additionally shows a topper 15 for harmonizing the lying surface F. Furthermore, loose back cushions can also be provided, which are also shown in FIG. 5.Furthermore, the mentioned fixing elements can also be designed as so-called ENSAT threaded bushes, as shown in FIG. 8. Such threaded bushes have an internal and external thread, wherein the bush itself can be screwed with the external thread e.g. into the plate 20.1, 30.1 of the resting part 20 or backrest part 30, for which a corresponding tool wrench insert can be provided. Furthermore, a screw which is customary on the market (for example with metric threading) can be screwed into the internal thread of the bushing in order thus to firmly connect the seat cushion 21 or reclining cushion 31 to the resting part 20 or the backrest part 30. In order to arrange the seat cushion 21 or reclining cushion 31 variably on the resting part 20 or backrest part 30, the corresponding fixing elements in the form of threaded bushes can be arranged on the resting part 20 or backrest part 30 in a predetermined point structure. The foregoing explanation of the embodiments describes the present invention solely by way of examples. Of course, individual features of the present invention, insofar as technically expedient, can be freely combined with one another without departing from the scope of the present invention / claims.List of reference characters10 Upholstery combination 11 Basic frame 11.1 Storage box 12 Storage element for 20 13 Pivot mechanism for 30 14 Upholstery cushions loosely 15 Topper 20 First resting part 20.1 Plate 21 Seat cushion 22 First flex cushion 23 First holding element 24 First fixing element 25 Foot element of 20 (with rollers if appropriate) 30 First backrest part 30.1 Plate 31 Lying cushion 32 Second flex cushion 33 Second holding element 34 Second fixing element Ia Vertical position of 30 Ib Horizontal position of 30 IIa Seat position of 20 IIb Lying position of 20 IIIa Horizontal position of 22 or 32 IIIb Inclined supporting position of 22 or 32 L Longitudinal extent of 10 and 11 F Lying surface α Angle between the positions III P Arrow (for degree of freedom / direction of movement)
