Description

The invention relates to a motor vehicle according to the preamble of claim 1.It is already known to screw motor vehicle components having large profile cross sections to other motor vehicle components. For the use of the large profile cross sections, cylindrical or funnel-shaped cavities are provided for the introduction of screws, rivets, bolts or the like. In order to avoid long screws and for reasons of clearance, such as a required freedom from ground, the respective fastening screw must be lowered into the profile to be fastened and the accessibility of the tool for rotating the screws must be ensured.FR 2 689 945 A1 discloses a motor vehicle having two motor vehicle components which are connected to one another by means of a screw connection. A cavity for the screw connection is formed in the one motor vehicle component, and a bushing having a through-opening is fastened in the cavity, through which bushing a screw is passed, wherein the bushing has an outer bushing section at its open end, on which means for fastening a closure plug are formed. It is the object of the invention to provide a motor vehicle in which a motor vehicle component having a large profile cross section is fastened to a further motor vehicle component in a simple manner. This object is achieved by the features of claim 1.In a motor vehicle according to the invention, two motor vehicle components are connected to one another via a screw connection. In the one motor vehicle component, a cavity for the screw connection is formed.A bushing having a through-opening is fastened in the cavity, through which a screw is passed. The socket has at its open end an outer socket portion on which means for fastening a closure plug are formed.By closing the respective screw connection cavity of the motor vehicle component by a closure plug, the stiffness of the profile cross section of the motor vehicle component is increased, in particular in the case of a large profile cross section of the motor vehicle component.According to the invention, provision is made for,the bushing is configured rotationally symmetrically and comprises a cylindrical region and a funnel-shaped region, which together form the first bushing section, in which the through opening for the screw is located, the first bushing section extends along the longitudinal axis of the bushing, the bushing has a second bushing section, different from the first bushing section having the through opening, at the end of which, opposite the first book section, the outer bushing section is located, the second bushing section having the bushing cavity extends along the longitudinal axis of the bushing, the outer diameter of the first bushing section having the through-opening is smaller than the outer diameter of the second bushing section having the bushing cavity, andthe outer surface of the bushing is accommodated within the cavity of the motor vehicle component receiving the bushing in a true-contour manner. The first bushing section with the through-opening advantageously has an end face with a bearing surface on which a screw head rests in the fastened state. In an advantageous embodiment, the means for fastening a closure plug are an internal thread and / or latching elements. The closure plug advantageously has means which make a positive and / or frictional connection and / or a clip connection possible. The means for fastening the closure plug are, in an advantageous embodiment, an external thread or latching elements.Advantageously, the thicker motor vehicle component has a profile cross section with a thickness t that lies in a range of 5 cm≤t≤40 cm.In an advantageous embodiment, the connection of the closure plug is effected by adhesive bonding or the like.An embodiment of the invention will be described with reference to a single FIG. 1.FIG. 1 shows a cross section of a screw connection 4 for fastening a motor vehicle component 2 with a large profile cross section to a further motor vehicle component 3, in particular a body component, for example a carrier component or a floor section of a vehicle body of a motor vehicle 1.A motor vehicle component 2 with a large profile cross section is, for example, a front axle carrier or a high-voltage accumulator housing or the like. In the embodiment shown, the screw connection 4 consists of a screw 5aa and a nut 5b.The profile cross section of the motor vehicle component 2 has, for example, a thickness t of 5 cm≤t≤40 cm. The bending load of a screw increases with the length l of a screw 5a. Accordingly, the length l of a screw 5a must be as short as possible in order to minimize a bending load of the screw 5a.In the embodiment shown, this is achieved in that depressions or cavities 6 open towards the outside are formed on the motor vehicle component 2. The cavities 6 can be formed, for example, rotationally symmetrically, for example cylindrically or funnel-shaped or conically. In the embodiment shown, a rotationally symmetrical bushing 7 is fastened in the cavity 6 of the motor vehicle component 2. The bushing 7 has a first bushing section 8 with a through opening 9 for passing the screw 5 a. In the embodiment shown, an end face 10 of the first bushing section 8 terminates flush with an outer surface 11 of the motor vehicle component 2.The first bushing section 8 is adjoined in the opposite direction by a second bushing section 12 awith a bushing cavity 12 b. The inner diameter d 12 of the socket cavity 12 bis dimensioned such that a tool for screwing the screw 5 ais sufficiently free in the socket cavity 12 b.In the embodiment shown, a bearing surface 14 for the flat bearing of a screw head 15 and optionally of a washer 15 ais formed on an end face 13 of the first bushing section 8 pointing towards the bushing cavity 12 bof the second bushing section 12 a.At an open end 16 of the bushing 7 a bushing section 17 is formed, which in the embodiment shown has an internal thread 18. In the internal thread 18 of the socket section 17 a locking screw or a locking plug 19 is screwed with an external thread 19a. The closure plug 19 is provided with an internal hexagon 19 bin the embodiment shown. The bushing 7 and the locking screw 19 are in one embodiment made of a metal or light metal, such as steel or aluminum.Furthermore, in one embodiment, a force-fit or form-fit or material-fit captive securing or screw securing is provided. The captive securing can be effected in a force-fitting manner by additional, possibly co-tensioned, structural elements such as spring rings, spring washers or in a form-fitting manner by means of securing plates with projecting lugs or in a material-fitting manner by means of adhesive or screw securing lacquer. In another embodiment, projections or the like are formed on the end-side socket section 17 of the socket 7, which projections or the like make it possible to releasably latch the closure plug 19 with correspondingly formed latching elements on the closure screw 19.In addition to a form-fitting connection, it is also possible to fasten the closure plug 19 by means of a press fit, by clipping or by latching or by press fitting.
