Description

BACKGROUND

[0001] The present invention relates to an air conditioning device.

[0002] As shown in Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. JP 2016-55783 A, a seat cushion is known to which an air conditioning device is attached. The air conditioning device includes a fan, a duct, etc. The duct connects the fan to a ventilation passage formed in the seat cushion. Documents WO 2014 / 056638 A1, DE 102 15 781 A1, and US 2012 / 0 114 512 A1 disclose further air conditioning devices. Document US 6 736 452 B2 discloses an air conditioning device according to the preamble of claim 1. SUMMARY

[0003] For example, a housing module of the fan is formed by attaching a first housing to a second housing. The orientation of the second housing relative to the first housing must correspond to a specific or predetermined orientation. However, in some cases, the second housing and the first housing may be incorrectly attached to each other if the orientation of the second housing relative to the first housing differs from the specified orientation.

[0004] Based on US 6 736 452 B2, the object of the invention is to provide an air conditioning device which can prevent the fastening of the second housing to the first housing if the orientation of the second housing relative to the first housing deviates from a specific orientation, wherein a securing element for fastening the second housing to the first housing can be prevented from obstructing or damaging elements peripheral to the securing element.

[0005] One embodiment of the present invention is an air conditioning device arranged on the underside of a seat surface of a vehicle seat, said device comprising a fan for blowing out or sucking in air. The fan comprises a housing module and a positioning device. The housing module comprises a first housing and a second housing. The first housing is arranged on the side of the fan on which the seat surface is arranged, and the second housing is arranged on a side of the fan opposite the seat surface and is fastened to the first housing. The positioning device is configured to prevent fastening of the first housing to the second housing if the orientation of the second housing relative to the first housing deviates from a predetermined orientation. The positioning device is at least one rib arranged in the first housing or the second housing. The at least one rib rests against the housing selected from a group consisting of the first housing and the second housing in which the at least one rib is not arranged, thereby preventing the attachment of the first housing to the second housing if the orientation of the second housing relative to the first housing deviates from the determined orientation. The first housing has a seat, and the second housing has a counter-seat, wherein the seat and the counter-seat are fastened to one another via a securing element, and wherein the at least one rib surrounds at least a part of the securing element when viewed horizontally from one side of the outer circumference of the at least one rib.

[0006] The air conditioning device of the present invention can prevent the attachment of the second case to the first case when the orientation of the second case to the first case is different from the specified orientation.

[0007] In the air conditioning device of the present invention, at least a part of the securing member is surrounded by the at least one rib from the above-mentioned one side of the outer periphery of the at least one rib, as viewed horizontally. Thus, the securing member can be prevented from interfering with or damaging peripheral elements of the securing member.

[0008] For example, the air conditioning apparatus of the present invention may additionally have the following configuration.

[0009] A cable harness is routed on a rear side of the air conditioning device. The material of a contact surface of the at least one rib, which can be in contact with the cable harness, comprises resin.

[0010] When the air conditioning device of the present invention additionally has the above-mentioned configuration, damage to the wiring harness routed on the rear side of the air conditioning device can be prevented by the at least one rib. The contact surface of the at least one rib that can be in contact with the wiring harness can be formed of resin. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0011] Preferred embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which: Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing a configuration of a vehicle seat; Fig. Fig. 2 is an exploded perspective view showing a mounting position for an air conditioning device; Fig. 3 is a perspective view showing a configuration of the air conditioning device; Fig. 4 is an exploded perspective view showing the configuration of the air conditioning device; Fig. Fig. 5 is a side sectional view showing the air conditioning device and its peripheral elements; Fig. 6 is a perspective view showing a configuration of a fan; Fig. 7 is an exploded perspective view showing the configuration of the fan; and Fig. 8 is a plan view showing the configuration of the fan. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS<Erste Ausführungsform> 1. Configuration of a vehicle seat 1(1) Overall configuration of the vehicle seat 1

[0012] Based on Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 describes an overall configuration of a vehicle seat 1. The vehicle seat 1 is a seat for an automobile. Unless expressly stated otherwise, in the following description, "front" refers to a front side of the vehicle seat and the automobile, and "rear" refers to a rear side of the vehicle seat and the automobile. The vehicle seat 1 includes a backrest 3 as a backrest for an occupant and a seat cushion 5 to be used as a seating area. An upper surface of the seat cushion 5 is an example of a seat surface.

[0013] The vehicle seat 1 has an electrically driven front tilt mechanism 7. The front tilt mechanism 7 changes an angle of the seat cushion 5. Details of the front tilt mechanism 7 will be described later.

[0014] The vehicle seat 1 can change the angle of the backrest 3. The vehicle seat 1 has two slide rails 9 on the floor of the automobile. The seat cushion 5 is connected to the slide rails 9. The seat cushion 5 can be moved in the front / backward direction by sliding the slide rails 9.

[0015] The vehicle seat 1 has a seat lifter 11 between the seat cushion 5 and the slide rails 9. The seat cushion 5 can be moved in the up / down direction by actuating the seat lifter 11.

[0016] The vehicle seat 1 has an air conditioning device 13 in a region below the seat cushion 5. The air conditioning device 13 draws air from a region where the seat cushion 5 is arranged. Because the air conditioning device 13 draws air from the region where the seat cushion 5 is arranged, the seat cushion 5 is prevented from becoming damp. The configuration of the air conditioning device 13 will be described later. (2) Seat cushion configuration 5

[0017] Based on Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 describes the configuration of the seat cushion 5.

[0018] The seat cushion 5 has two side frames 15, a front frame element 17, a front tube 19, a rear tube 21, two tilt arms 25 and a pivot axis or joint 27.

[0019] The front frame element 17 bridges the front ends of the two side frames 15. The front frame element 17 supports the thighs of the occupant from below.

[0020] The front tube 19 and the rear tube 21 are round tubes made of metal. The front tube 19 and the rear tube 21 bridge the two side frames 15. The front tube 19 is arranged behind the front frame member 17. The rear tube 21 is arranged behind the front tube 19 and bridges end portions of the two side frames 15.

[0021] One of the two tilt arms 25 extends rearward from the left end of the front frame member 17, and the other of the two tilt arms 25 extends rearward from the right end of the front frame member 17. The pivot shaft 27 connects rear ends of the two tilt arms 25 to two side frames 15 so that the rear ends of the two tilt arms 25 are rotatable. The front frame member 17 and the two tilt arms 25 are rotatable about the pivot shaft 27. As a result of the rotation of the front frame member 17 and the two tilt arms 25, the angle of the seat cushion 5 changes. The front frame member 17, the two tilt arms 25, and the pivot shaft 27 constitute the front tilt mechanism 7. The front tilt mechanism 7 further includes a drive unit (not shown) that rotatably drives the front frame member 17 and the two tilt arms 25. (3) Configuration of the air conditioning device 13

[0022] Based on Fig. 2 to 8, the configuration of the air conditioning device 13 is described. As in Fig. 3 to 5, the air conditioning device 13 comprises a fan 29, a mounting plate 31, a bracket 33, a suspension (or hook) 35 and a duct 37.

[0023] As in Fig. 4 and Fig. As shown in Figure 7, the fan 29 has a ventilation hole 39 on its upper surface. The fan 29 can draw in air through the ventilation hole 39. The fan 29 can be configured to exhaust air through the ventilation hole 39. The fan 29 can have the function of heating or cooling air.

[0024] As in Fig. As shown in Figures 6 to 8, the fan 29 includes an upper case 41, a lower case 43, a wiring harness 45, and an air blowing mechanism; the air blowing mechanism is not shown in the drawings. The connection of the upper case 41 and the lower case 43 is an example of a housing module. The upper case 41 is an example of a first housing. The lower case 43 is an example of a second housing.

[0025] The upper housing 41 is fixed to the lower housing 43, thereby forming a housing module of the fan 29. The above-mentioned air blowing mechanism is housed in the housing module of the fan 29. Viewed in a plan view, the upper housing 41 is substantially rectangular. The upper housing 41 has a flat plate shape. The upper housing 41 is arranged on the upper side of the fan 29 (ie, on the side near the seat cushion 5). The above-described ventilation hole 39 is formed in a central region of the upper housing 41.

[0026] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 7, the upper housing 41 has seats 47A, 47B, 47C, 47D at four corners of the upper housing 41. The seats 47A, 47B, 47C, 47D are columnar and protrude toward the lower housing 43. Viewed in a plan view, the seats 47A, 47B, 47C, 47D are arranged at the four corners of a square. A screw hole 49 is arranged in each seat 47A, 47B, 47C, 47D.

[0027] An outer peripheral portion of the seat 47A has a distal portion distal to the center of the upper case 41 (i.e., the portion is located on the outer side of the fan 29). An arcuate rib 51A is disposed in the distal portion. Likewise, an arcuate rib 51B is disposed in such a distal portion of an outer peripheral portion of the seat 47B. The heights of the ribs 51A, 51B are greater than the heights of the seats 47A, 47B. No ribs are disposed in the outer peripheral portions of the seats 47C, 47D. The material of the upper case 41 and the ribs 51A, 51B is resin. The ribs 51A, 51B are an example of a positioning device. Each of the ribs 51A, 51B has a contact surface that can be in contact with the wire harness 45.

[0028] Viewed in plan view, the lower housing 43 is substantially rectangular. The lower housing 43 is disposed on the lower side of the fan 29 (i.e., on the side opposite the seat cushion 5). The lower housing 43 has a substantially cylindrical central portion 53 and a flat portion 55 disposed around the central portion 53.

[0029] On the flat portion 55, screw through holes 57A, 57B, 57C, 57D are formed at positions corresponding to the four corners of the lower housing 43. The positions of the screw through holes 57A, 57B, 57C, 57D are set so that, when the upper housing 41 and the lower housing 43 are fastened to each other, as viewed in a plan view, the screw through hole 57A is located on the seat 47A, the screw through hole 57B is located on the seat 47B, the screw through hole 57C is located on the seat 47C, and the screw through hole 57D is located on the seat 47D. The four corners of the lower housing 43 in which the screw through holes 57A, 57B, 57C, 57D are formed constitute the counter seat.

[0030] As in Fig. 6 and Fig. As shown in Fig. 8, the flat portion 55 has outer peripheral portions 55A, 55B disposed in the vicinity of the screw through holes 57A, 57B. The outer peripheral portions 55A, 55B are formed in the shape of an arcuate cutout so that the ribs 51A, 51B do not abut the flat portion 55 when the upper case 41 and the lower case 43 are fastened to each other.

[0031] Accordingly, the upper housing 41 and the lower housing 43 can be fixed to each other when the orientation of the lower housing 43 relative to the upper housing 41 is that shown in the Fig. 6 and Fig. 8 (hereinafter: "normal orientation"). The wire harness 45 is routed in rear areas of the upper housing 41 and the lower housing 43. When the orientation of the lower housing 43 relative to the upper housing 41 is the normal orientation, the wire harness 45 can be connected to other wire harnesses (not shown). The normal orientation is an example of a specific orientation.

[0032] The flat portion 55 has outer peripheral portions 55C, 55D arranged in the vicinity of the screw through holes 57C, 57D. However, the outer peripheral portions 55C, 55D do not have the above-mentioned arcuate cutout shape. When the lower housing 43 is removed from the Fig. 8 and attached to the upper housing 41, attachment is not possible; the reason for this is that the ribs 51A and 51B abut the outer peripheral portions 55C and 55D, respectively, before the lower housing 43 comes sufficiently close to the upper housing 41. Furthermore, the wire harness 45 could not be connected to other wire harnesses (not shown) if the lower housing 43 is rotated 180 degrees from the orientation shown in Fig. 8 and attached to the upper housing 41.

[0033] That is, the attachment of the lower housing 43 to the upper housing 41 by the ribs 51A, 51B is prevented when the orientation of the lower housing 43 relative to the upper housing 41 is different from the normal orientation.

[0034] The wire harness 45 is led out from a region in the vicinity of the regions where the screw through holes 57C, 57D are arranged in the lower case 43.

[0035] To fasten the upper housing 41 to the lower housing 43, a screw is inserted into the screw through hole 57A and screwed into the screw hole 49 of the seat 47A. Similarly, a screw is inserted into the screw through hole 57B and screwed into the screw hole 49 of the seat 47B; a screw is inserted into the screw through hole 57C and screwed into the screw hole 49 of the seat 47C; and a screw is inserted into the screw through hole 57D and screwed into the screw hole 49 of the seat 47D. The above screws are an example of a locking member.

[0036] As in Fig. 6 and Fig. 8, the screw inserted into the screw through hole 57A is surrounded by the rib 51A when viewed horizontally from the outer circumference of the fan 29. The screw inserted into the screw through hole 57B is surrounded by the rib 51B when viewed horizontally from the outer circumference of the fan 29.

[0037] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 6, a gap 59 exists between the upper housing 41 and the lower housing 43 when the upper housing 41 and the lower housing 43 are attached to each other. The height of the gap 59 corresponds to the height of the seats 47A, 47B, 47C, 47D.

[0038] As in Fig. 4, the mounting plate 31 is a substantially rectangular metal plate. The mounting plate 31 is bolted to the upper surface of the lower case 43. The mounting plate 31 has an opening 61 so that the ventilation hole 39 is not blocked. The mounting plate 31 has two upwardly extending axle supports 63, one of which is located at the left end in the front portion of the mounting plate 31, and the other of which is located at the right end in the front portion of the mounting plate 31. The mounting plate 31 has a rail groove 65 in its rear portion.

[0039] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 4, the bracket 33 is a member formed from a single piece of metal plate. The bracket 33 includes an upper frame member 67, two side members 69, and a side member 71. The two side members 69 are formed such that left and right edges of the upper frame member 67 are bent downwardly. The side member 71 is formed such that a rear edge of the upper frame member 67 is bent downwardly.

[0040] Front portions of the two side members 69 are arranged to overlap the two axle supports 63 when viewed from the side. An axle pin 73 penetrates the two side members 69 and the two axle supports 63. The axial direction of the axle pin 73 is parallel to the seat width direction. Thus, the bracket 33 is rotatable about the axle pin 73 relative to the mounting plate 31.

[0041] As in Fig. 4 and Fig. As shown in Figure 5, two mounting seats 75 are arranged in a front portion of the upper frame member 67. The mounting seat 75 has the shape of an upwardly projecting seat base. The upper surface 75A of the mounting seat 75 is flat.

[0042] As in Fig. 2 and Fig. 5, the upper surface 75A on a rear side of the front frame member 17 abuts against a bottom surface 17A of the front frame member 17 from below. The mounting seat 75 and the front frame member 17 are fixed to each other by screwing.

[0043] As in Fig. 4, the upper frame member 67 has a hook claw 77 formed by cutting and bending upwards between the two fastening seats 75. As shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 5, the hook claw 77 is engaged with an engagement hole 17B arranged on the rear side of the front frame member 17.

[0044] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 4, an opening 79 is formed in a rear portion of the upper frame member 67. The opening 79 is located above the ventilation hole 39 and the opening 61.

[0045] As in Fig. 3 to 5, the suspension 35 has a C-shaped cross section. The suspension 35 is arranged to open towards the rear. As shown in Fig. As shown in Figure 5, the suspension 35 has an engagement piece 81 projecting downward from the bottom of the suspension 35. The engagement piece 81 engages with the rail groove 65, thereby securing the suspension 35 to the mounting plate 31. The suspension 35 is slidable in the front-rear direction relative to the mounting plate 31.

[0046] As in Fig. 5, the suspension 35 is attached to the front tube 19 from the outside. The suspension 35 is rotatable about a central axis of the front tube 19. Accordingly, the air conditioning device 13 is also rotatable about the central axis of the front tube 19.

[0047] As in Fig. 3 to 5, the suspension 35 has at least one protrusion 83 (in the present embodiment, a plurality of protrusions 83) on an interface abutting the front tube 19. Because the plurality of protrusions 83 are provided, the contact area between the suspension 35 and the front tube 19 is reduced, thereby achieving an effect that causes the suspension 35 to rotate smoothly relative to the front tube 19.

[0048] As in Fig. 4 and Fig. 5, the duct 37 is a tubular member made of rubber. The duct 37 is flexible. A lower end of the duct 37 is connected to the ventilation hole 39 of the fan 29. An upper end of the duct 37 is connected to a coupling opening (not shown) in an air duct groove arranged in the seat cushion 5.

[0049] As in Fig. 3, the channel 37 is inserted into the opening 79 of the holder 33. As shown in Fig. 4, the channel 37 has a narrowed portion 85. The narrowed portion 85 is narrowed and narrower than portions above and below the narrowed portion 85 in the channel 37. The bracket 33 supports the channel 37 with the narrowed portion 85. Therefore, a portion of the channel 37 located in the vicinity of the narrowed portion 85 moves together with the bracket 33 when the bracket 33 is rotated relative to the mounting plate 31.

[0050] As in Fig. 3 to 5, the channel 37 has a holder 87 extending rearward on the rear side of the channel 37. The holder 87 is a part of the channel 37. The holder 87 is arranged below the narrowed portion 85 in the up-down direction. The holder 87 is arranged on the opposite side to the axle pin 73 relative to a main body of the channel 37 (i.e., the main body is a portion of the channel 37 excluding the holder 87). A hemispherical projection 89 is formed in an upper surface 87A of the holder 87. A plurality of projections 89 may be provided. The portion of the upper surface 87A excluding the projection 89 is a flat surface.

[0051] When the fastening seat 75 is not attached to the underside 17A of the front frame member 17, the side part 71 of the bracket 33 rests from above on the upper surface 87A, as in Fig.5. This maintains the bracket 33 in a fixed position. In this case, the upper surface 75A of the mounting seat 75 is substantially parallel to the bottom surface 17A. That is, the retainer 87 abuts the side member 71, thereby holding the upper surface 75A and the bottom surface 17A so that the upper surface 75A and the bottom surface 17A are substantially parallel to each other. The abutment position of the side member 71 is located in the upper surface 87A in an area forward of the projection 89. 2. Relationship between the operation of the front tilt mechanism 7 and the operation of the air conditioning device 13

[0052] The front tilt mechanism 7 rotates the two tilt arms 25 around the pivot pin 27, thereby raising or lowering the front frame member 17. The mounting seat 75 is attached to the front frame member 17, and therefore, when the front frame member 17 is raised or lowered, the bracket 33 rotates around the pivot pin 73 in the raising / lowering direction of the mounting seat 75. Furthermore, the suspension 35 rotates relative to the front tube 19.

[0053] Furthermore, when the front frame member 17 is raised or lowered, the distance between the front frame member 17 and the front tube 19 changes. The distance between the mounting seat 75 and the suspension 35 corresponds to the distance between the front frame member 17 and the front tube 19 because the suspension 35 is displaced relative to the mounting plate 31.

[0054] Accordingly, when the front tilt mechanism 7 is operated, a load is less likely to act on the mounting seat 75 and the suspension 35 of the air conditioning device 13. 3. Effects of the air conditioning device 13

[0055] The air conditioning device 13 has the following effects. (1A) When the orientation of the lower housing 43 relative to the upper housing 41 is different from the normal orientation, the upper housing 41 is prevented from being attached to the lower housing 43. Therefore, when the orientation of the lower housing 43 relative to the upper housing 41 is different from the normal orientation, the upper housing 41 can be prevented from being attached to the lower housing 43. (1B) The ribs 51A, 51B are members that prevent the upper housing 41 from being attached to the lower housing 43 when the orientation of the lower housing 43 relative to the upper housing 41 is different from the normal orientation. Thus, it can be ensured that the upper housing 41 is prevented from being attached to the lower housing 43 when the orientation of the lower housing 43 relative to the upper housing 41 is different from the normal orientation. (1C) The upper housing 41 and the lower housing 43 are secured together with screws. When viewed horizontally from one side of the outer periphery of each of the ribs, each of the ribs 51A, 51B surrounds a screw. Therefore, the screw connection to the screw can be prevented from interfering with or damaging peripheral components. Examples of peripheral components include a wiring harness, etc. (1D) The ribs 51A, 51B are formed of a material including resin. Thus, damage to the wire harness 45 caused by the ribs 51A, 51B can be prevented. The ribs 51A, 51B may be formed of resin. <Andere Ausführungsformen>

[0056] Embodiments for carrying out the present invention have been described; however, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments and can be carried out in various modified ways. (1) The air conditioning device 13 may be attached to the seat back 3. The air conditioning device 13 may also be attached to the seat cushion 5 and the seat back 3. (2) Only one of the fins 51A and 51B may be arranged in the air conditioning device 13. (3) The ribs 51A, 51B may be arranged in the lower housing 43 and protrude toward the upper housing 41. In this case, the upper housing 41 may have a shape that prevents the upper housing 41 from abutting against the ribs 51A, 51B when the orientation of the lower housing 43 relative to the upper housing 41 is the normal orientation, and that allows the upper housing 41 to abut against at least one of the ribs 51A, 51B when the orientation of the lower housing 43 relative to the upper housing 41 is different from the normal orientation.

[0057] The above configurations allow the upper housing 41 and the lower housing 43 to be fixed to each other when the orientation of the lower housing 43 relative to the upper housing 41 is the normal orientation. Furthermore, the above configurations prevent the upper housing 41 from being fixed to the lower housing 43 when the orientation of the lower housing 43 relative to the upper housing 41 is different from the normal orientation. (5) In the above-described embodiments, the vehicle seat 1 is used in an automobile; however, the vehicle seat 1 may also be used in vehicles other than an automobile (e.g., railway vehicles, aircraft, ships, etc.). (6) In the above-described embodiments, functions possessed by one component may be divided among multiple components; alternatively, functions possessed by multiple components may be integrated into one component. Furthermore, parts of the configurations of each of the above-described embodiments may be omitted. Furthermore, at least part of the configurations of each of the above-described embodiments may be added to, replaced with, or replaced with a configuration of other than the above-described embodiments.
