Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a motor vehicle with the aid of which persons seated in a seat row within a motor vehicle body can be moved.A motor vehicle may have a front seat row for a driver and a passenger and a rear seat row ("rear bench") for further persons, which is provided behind the front seat row in the direction of travel. In order for the persons to enter the motor vehicle and exit the motor vehicle, side doors are provided on each side of the motor vehicle. It is possible to provide separate side doors for each row of seats, so that a front side door can be provided between an A-pillar and a B-pillar of the motor vehicle body and a rear side door can be provided between the B-pillar and the C-pillar, resulting in a high number of components for the motor vehicle. Alternatively, the rear side door can be omitted, which makes it more difficult for the persons provided for the rear row of seats to get in and out.DE 10 2015 012 144 A1 discloses a motor vehicle having the features of the preamble of claim 1.FR 2 945 241 A1 discloses a motor vehicle having a front door which can be pivoted onto a motor vehicle roof in a horizontal opening position, in which a door pane is moved into the front door, so that both front doors can simultaneously be positioned as close to one another as possible without striking in their opening position. It is the object of the invention to show measures which, with a small number of components, make it possible to gain a comfortable entry of persons into a motor vehicle. The object is achieved according to the invention by a motor vehicle having the features of claim 1. preferred embodiments of the invention are specified in the dependent claims and the following description, which can each represent an aspect of the invention individually or in combination.According to the invention, a motor vehicle is provided with a motor vehicle body, a front seat row provided within the motor vehicle body, a rear seat row provided within the motor vehicle body and offset with respect to the front seat row in the direction of travel, a side door at least partially covering both the front seat row and the rear seat row, and a movement device engaging the side door and the motor vehicle body for displacing the side door between a closed position, in which the side door is integrated in the motor vehicle body, and an opening position provided above the motor vehicle body, in which the front seat row and the rear seat row are simultaneously accessible, wherein the movement device is configured to displace the side door into a second opening position provided above the motor vehicle body, wherein the side door in the second opening position is laterally spaced apart from a center line of the motor vehicle for positioning the side door horizontally next to a roof construction arranged substantially centrally on the motor vehicle body, and wherein the side door is configured without a frame and has a door pane retractable into the side door and extendable from the side door, wherein the door pane is automatically retracted in the side door in the opening position of the side door.In order to provide access for the front row of seats and the rear row of seats, a common side door is provided. Instead of two side doors on one side of the motor vehicle, only one side door is provided for each side of the motor vehicle. The number of components is thereby reduced. Since the side door covers both the first row of seats and also the second row of seats at least partially, preferably to a large extent or completely, the entry and exit of both rows of seats is possible in a simple and comfortable manner. The side door may extend, for example, from an A-pillar of the motor vehicle body to a C-pillar of the motor vehicle body. The A-pillar represents a vehicle pillar that can connect a vehicle roof of the vehicle body to a front dash panel. The C-pillar is a supporting vehicle pillar that can connect the vehicle roof of the vehicle body to the rear fenders of a vehicle rear. However, the side door is not pivotably articulated on the A-pillar or on the C-pillar, but rather can be moved by the movement device as a whole out of the shape profile of the motor vehicle body and moved into the opening position provided above the vehicle roof of the motor vehicle body. Although the side door has a significantly greater extension in the direction of travel compared to two individual side doors, the side door can be moved between the closed position and the open position with a small space requirement, in particular as close as possible to the outer side of the motor vehicle body. An increased pivot range for the side door is thereby avoided, so that a stop of the side door on resistors located next to the motor vehicle is avoided. The side door covering both rows of seats and movable over the vehicle roof with the aid of the movement device enables a comfortable entry of persons into a motor vehicle.Depending on whether or not a roof construction that impairs the actual opening position is provided, the movement device can actuate the second opening position or the originally provided opening position when opening the side door. In the second opening position, the side door is more closely spaced from the center line of the motor vehicle than in the originally provided opening position, so that a collision with the roof construction can be avoided. The side door is designed without a frame, so that the door pane is guided and sealed not on the movable side door, but on the fixed motor vehicle body. By automatically retracting the door pane into the frameless side door when opening the side door, the extension of the side door can be reduced. The side door can thereby be positioned further towards the vehicle centre line in the closed position, so that the side door protrudes laterally to a correspondingly smaller extent or even not at all. Abutment on the side door during exiting is thereby avoided. In particular, the side door is oriented substantially vertically in the closed position and substantially horizontally in the open position. The side door can be moved between the closed position and the open position with a movement portion which includes a rotation by approximately 90° about an axis of rotation running in the direction of travel. The side door can thereby follow a movement path which runs as close as possible to the outer side of the motor vehicle body. Since the side door is oriented substantially horizontally in the open position, the side door can be arranged substantially parallel to the vehicle roof, so that the upward space requirement can be kept low. Preferably, the side door is positioned as close as possible to a center line of the motor vehicle, so that the side doors of both sides of the motor vehicle can be arranged next to one another substantially in a common plane above the vehicle roof in the opening position without abutting against one another. In particular, the side door has at least one stop sensor for detecting an object in the movement path of the side door, in particular for detecting a roof construction on the motor vehicle body. The stop sensor can detect an object located in the movement path of the side door in a touch-sensitive or contactless manner. The side door can thereby itself detect during the opening movement whether a collision of the side door with another object is imminent. As a result, the side door can also independently determine whether or not an interfering roof construction is present and, depending on this, move to the originally provided opening position or merely to the second opening position. The motor vehicle body preferably has a front A-pillar and a rear C-pillar, wherein in particular the motor vehicle body is free of B-pillars. The A-pillar and the C-pillar can each delimit a lateral delimitation of an entry opening, which can be closed by the side door, into the interior of the motor vehicle, at which entry opening persons can be supported in a comfortable manner during entry and exit. Since a door hinged to a B-pillar is not provided at this time, the B-pillar can also be omitted, as is the case, for example, with Coupés. With the aid of the movement device and the side door covering both rows of seats, a sedan or a combination motor vehicle ("wagon") can also be designed to be free of Coupé B columns in a comparable manner. The motor vehicle is preferably designed as a B-pillar-free sedan. As a result, the comfort of entry and the all-round view from the interior of the motor vehicle are improved.Particularly preferably, the movement device is supported on the A-column and on the C-column. The dynamic and static loads acting on the movement device during the movement of the side door can thus easily be securely supported on a supporting component of the motor vehicle. In particular, the movement device has a multi-link kinematics for displacing the side door with a movement path running along the motor vehicle body. As a result of the multi-link kinematics, a plurality of link levers connected directly or indirectly to one another can be provided, which can form a non-uniform gear mechanism and can realize a movement path different from a pure pivoting movement of the side door along a circular path and / or a pure linear movement of the side door. The side door can thereby follow a movement path which runs as close as possible to the outer side of the motor vehicle body, so that a space requirement for opening and closing the side door can be minimized. The movement device preferably has at least one spindle drive for the respective change in length of a link lever and / or a spring element, in particular a gas spring, and / or a damper element. The spindle drive can increase or decrease the length of the associated link lever at a suitable point in time in order to be able to implement a desired motion kinematics for the side door. The spring element allows the side door to react in a flexible manner when it strikes against a resistance and / or a stable end position can be provided for the side door, which can only be left when the acting spring force of the spring element is overcome. The damper element can, for example, brake an excessively fast, in particular spring-loaded movement, of the side door. The movement comfort of the side door can thereby be improved.Particularly preferably, components of the movement device that are movable relative to one another are accommodated in a telescopic protective tube, wherein in particular the protective tube has a crash element for absorbing impact energy. Damage to a person by the components of the movement device that are movable relative to one another is thereby avoided. For example, this makes it possible to avoid jamming between two link levers of the movement device that can be moved relative to one another in a scissors-like manner. The protective tube itself can have deformation bodies acting as crash elements, for example, which are provided, for example, in a free installation space between the outer side of the protective tube and the components of the movement device accommodated in the protective tube. As a result, the crash behavior of the motor vehicle can be improved almost without any space being required. The invention is explained below by way of example with reference to the attached drawings on the basis of preferred exemplary embodiments, wherein the features illustrated below can represent an aspect of the invention both individually and in combination. The following are shown: FIG. 1 shows a schematic side view of a motor vehicle in the closed position, FIG. 2 shows a schematic perspective top view of one half of the motor vehicle from FIG. 1 in the opening position, FIG. 3 shows a schematic side view of the motor vehicle from FIG. 2 ; and FIG. 4 shows a schematic side view of the motor vehicle from FIG. 3 with installed protective tubes. The motor vehicle 10 illustrated in FIG. 1 has a side door 12 which extends in the direction of travel of the motor vehicle 10 substantially from an A-pillar 14 to a C-pillar 16. The side door 12 and a one-piece or multi-piece door pane 18 of the frameless side door 12 can cover a front row of seats and a rear row of seats provided behind the front row of seats in the illustrated closed position. The side door 12 can be moved over a vehicle roof 22 of a motor vehicle body of the motor vehicle 10 by a movement device 20 supported in each case on the A-pillar 14 and on the C-pillar 16, in order to open an entry opening 24 which opens up both the first row of seats and the second row of seats, as is illustrated in FIGS. 2 and 3. The motor vehicle 10 does not have a B-pillar, so that the boarding and alighting via the boarding opening 24 is not impaired by a B-pillar. In the open position shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the door pane 18 is retracted in the side door 12, so that the side door 12 can be positioned further toward a center line of the motor vehicle 10 with a correspondingly smaller lateral protrusion. As shown in FIG. 4, a large part of the components of the movement device 20 can be accommodated in a telescopic protective tube 26, so that no person can be injured by the components moving relative to one another.
