Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a lighting device for a motor vehicle according to the preamble of claim 1.A generic lighting device for a motor vehicle is described, for example, in DE 103 37 615 B3, wherein at least one lighting means is arranged within a free space bounded by outer body parts of a motor vehicle. The lighting means can backlight openings provided in the outer body parts and / or between the outer body parts, wherein it is arranged such that it is not visible through the openings from viewing angles that are usual in normal traffic circumstances. It is disadvantageous that such lighting devices are composed of numerous components, which are usually screwed relatively expensively to form a structural unit.Further lighting devices for motor vehicles are described in JP 2017-183 231 A and WO 2020 / 090 476 A1. DE 10 2011 050 423 A1 discloses an optical pane and a tail lamp for a vehicle. DE 10 2020 004 110 A1 relates to a further motor vehicle lamp. From EP 3 783 258 A1 a vehicle lamp holder is known. The object of the invention is to specify an improved or at least one other embodiment for a lighting device. In particular, attempts should be made to provide a lighting device which is composed of fewer components than since. In the present invention, this object is achieved in particular by the subject matter of the independent claim. Advantageous embodiments are the subject matter of the dependent claims and of the description. The basic idea of the invention is to completely dispense with fastening screws used since then for assembling the lighting devices.A lighting device according to the invention for a motor vehicle has for this purpose a rear housing which is arranged with especially elastic sealing bodies made of sealing material on a light-transparent closure panel. Between the back housing and the closure pane, a free installation space is formed or bounded, in which light-emitting lighting means, a light guide body, a frame body and a light reflector are arranged. According to the invention, the lighting means and the light guide body are each inserted or inserted into the light reflector in a contacting manner, so that the latter can serve as a carrier. In order that this composite structure remains, the frame body fixes the lighting means and the light guide body to the light reflector, for example by clamping. Furthermore, it is provided that the frame body is fixed with the sealing bodies on the back housing and / or the closing disk. Thus, the light source, the light guide body and the light reflector together with the frame body form, so to speak, an integral structural unit which can be attached relatively easily and quickly to the back housing and / or to the closure panel during the assembly of the light device, for which purpose it is provided according to the invention to use the sealing bodies which already connect the back housing and the closure panel to one another. This has the advantageous effect that no additional fastening means such as screws are required for mounting the lighting device according to the invention. This results in costs and weight advantages.Expediently, the sealing bodies can each be realized by a cured potting compound or a hose seal or a sealing strip. With the aid of such sealing bodies, the assembly of the lighting device can be implemented relatively quickly and easily.Furthermore, the light guiding body expediently forms a so-called thick-wall optical unit. Such a thick-wall optical system is widely known in the relevant technical circles; it expediently has a base body, which has at least one light input surface and at least one light output surface, for guiding light. Light emitted by the lighting means can be coupled into the base body via the light coupling surfaces and can be coupled out again via the light coupling-out surface.Furthermore, the lighting means can be formed by a light bar or an LED light bar or even by a thick-wall optical system. This provides advantageous lighting means. To summarize, the present invention relates preferably to a lighting device for a motor vehicle, having a rear housing which is arranged with a plurality of sealing bodies made of sealing material on a light-transparent closure panel, having a free installation space bounded between the rear housing and closure panel, in which free installation space light-emitting lighting means, a light guide body, a frame body and a light reflector are arranged, wherein the lighting means and the light guide body are each inserted in a contacting manner into the light reflector, are carried by the latter and are fixed to the light reflector by means of the frame body, wherein the frame body is fixed to the rear housing and / or the closure panel by means of the sealing bodies.Further important features and advantages of the invention are evident from the dependent claims, from the drawing and from the associated description of the figures with reference to the drawing. It is understood that the features mentioned above and those still to be explained below can be used not only in the respectively specified combination, but also in other combinations or alone, without departing from the scope of the present invention.A preferred exemplary embodiment of the invention is illustrated in the drawing and explained in more detail in the following description. The following is shown schematically: FIG. 1 shows a perspective sectional view of a lighting device according to a preferred exemplary embodiment.FIG. 1 shows a lighting device for a motor vehicle, denoted overall by the numeral 1. It has a rear dimensionally stable rear housing 2, which is substantially of U-shaped cross section and is arranged in a free mounting space, which is not designated in more detail and bounded by outer body parts of the motor vehicle. A light-transparent clear closing disk 4 is arranged on said back housing 2 with a plurality of sealing bodies 3 which are each illustrated in FIG. 1 by a black point and are each produced from sealing material having elastic material properties. Between the back housing 2 and the closing pane 4, a free installation space 5 is delimited or formed, in which light-emitting lighting means 6, a light guide body 7, a frame body 8 and a light reflector 9 are arranged. As can be seen in FIG. 1, the lighting means 6 and the light guide body 7 are each inserted into the light reflector 9 in a contacting manner and are carried by the latter. In order that the lighting means 6 and the light guide body 7 do not fall off the light reflector 9 again, it is provided by way of example that they are fixed to the light reflector 9 by means of the frame body 8, for example by clamping. As a result, these components form an integral structural unit which is fixed to the back housing 2 and the closing disk 4 by the sealing bodies 3 which engage on the frame body 8, so that it is possible to dispense with screws and fastening clamps.
