Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a light incidence device for basement rooms, which is designed as a prefabricated concrete part and has two side walls, between which a longitudinal wall is arranged, which is inclined outwards towards the vertical after installation, wherein the undersides of the longitudinal wall and the side walls can be placed on a base plate of the basement room.Such a light incidence device is known from DE 20 2011 005 674 U1. It enables a very good incidence of daylight into the floor area of a basement room, whereby the basement room is illuminated significantly better than with conventional light shafts. The outwardly inclined longitudinal wall also has the advantage that the cellar space is widened outwards, i.e. receives a larger volume. The entire light incidence device can be prefabricated as a prefabricated concrete part and placed on a floor panel on a construction site and connected laterally to wall parts of a basement projectile.Since the light incident device is completely surrounded by soil, it is exposed to moisture and pressurized water. It is therefore necessary to ensure that the light incidence device is sufficiently sealed. In particular, the work joints must be sealed against pressurized water and general soil moisture. This has been achieved hitherto by applying sheets of sealing material to the outside of the light incidence device after installation of the light incidence device and sealing working joints with the aid of joint tapes. The sealing of the concrete part is therefore relatively complicated.DE 20 2015 102 325 U1 discloses a light incidence device which can be inserted into a recess of a basement wall and is provided with a sealing coating or joint plates at the points of intersection with the basement wall.DE 75 34 500 U describes a connection point between two solid concrete parts, which is designed as a tongue and groove connection. The spring part can be provided with flexible sealing lips which automatically seal the joint after the concrete parts have been joined.DE 20 2020 102 433 U1 describes the sealing of a vertical joint between two concrete wall elements, wherein the end face of one of the wall elements is provided with a joint plate which projects into a groove of the second wall element and is centered there with spacers before the joint is poured with concrete. The invention has for its object to design a light incidence device of the type mentioned at the beginning in such a way that the sealing of the component is possible more efficiently. The object is achieved by a light incidence device having the features of claim 1.The light incidence device according to the invention is placed on the base plate of the basement projectile and then the groove is filled with concrete. This not only produces a material connection between the light incidence device and the base plate, but also an automatic sealing of the joint between the two components. The subsequent provision of joint tapes can therefore be dispensed with. Thus, the installation of the light incidence device is significantly more efficient than in the past.If the longitudinal wall is provided with a groove on its underside, the grooves in the longitudinal wall and in the side walls are filled with concrete via openings in the inside and / or the outside of the longitudinal wall after the light incidence device has been placed on the base plate. This plurality of openings makes it possible to fill the groove uniformly and without bubbles even in the case of light incidence devices which extend over the entire length of a basement space. If, on the other hand, the underside of the longitudinal wall has a recess, then after the device has been placed on the base plate, the latter is closed by a formwork part. This enables the recess and the grooves in the side walls to be filled from the top side of the longitudinal wall.It is furthermore advantageous if sealing elements are also integrated at the joints between the side walls and the longitudinal wall of the light incidence device. The joints between the longitudinal wall and the side walls are thus also sealed and do not have to be provided with a seal subsequently on the construction site. Alternatively, the light incidence device can also be cast as a solid component.Advantageously, in addition, at the connection points of the side walls, sealing elements projecting outwards can be concreted with basement bullet wall parts. As a result, joints with a reliable seal are also produced at these connection points after the wall parts have been concreted out on the construction site. The sealing elements can be inserted into the casting molds of the walls already during the production of the longitudinal and side walls of the light incidence device in the concrete structure. As a result, the production of the seals is extremely efficient and cost-effective.As sealing elements, it is preferably possible to use joint plates whose coating bonds to concrete by exposure to moisture. These sheets can easily be concreted in and can also be concreted in a simple manner in such a way that the joint sheets of adjoining components overlap.Further advantages result if at least the longitudinal wall is provided with a heat insulation on the outer side. This makes it possible to ensure that no heat losses to the ground occur due to the light incidence device. It is also possible to arrange a lintel between the side walls for receiving a ceiling plate of the basement space. Such a fall facilitates the production of the ceiling of the basement projectile, but is not absolutely necessary. The light incidence device is preferably designed as a solid prefabricated concrete part into which the sealing elements can be easily integrated. The upper sides of the side walls and of the longitudinal wall can preferably form a receptacle for a glass window. However, the glass window can also be placed with its own frame construction from above onto the upper sides of the longitudinal wall and the side walls. In any case, it is advantageous if the glass window can be walked on, since it extends in the area of the surface of the earth. It can also be covered by a grid or the like for protection. The window can also be made of plexiglass.Instead of a window, a light dome could also be provided. It is also possible to place a grid on the upper sides of the longitudinal wall and the side walls and to provide a window at the bottom which is flush with the wall of the building. Windows can also be used which can be opened for ventilation purposes. Additionally or alternatively, openings for connecting ventilation tubes can be provided in the side walls.A preferred exemplary embodiment of a light incidence device according to the invention is described in more detail below with reference to the drawing. The following are shown: FIG. 1 is a vertical sectional view of a first light incidence device in the installed state; FIG. 2 is a vertical section through a second light incidence device in the installed state; FIG. 3 is a horizontal section through the light incidence device from FIG. 1.The vertical section through a light incidence device 10 shown in FIG. 1 discloses a longitudinal wall 11 inclined obliquely outwards towards the vertical, which is seated with its underside 12 on a base plate 13 of a basement space. FIG. 1 also shows, drawn in dashed lines, a wall part 14 of a basement projectile, which adjoins the light incidence device 10, as FIG. 3 shows. The underside 12 of the longitudinal wall 11 and the undersides of side walls 19, 20 shown in FIG. 3 have a continuous longitudinal groove 15. A sealing element 17 in the form of a joint plate is concreted into the base plate 13, which sealing element projects into the groove 15 after the light incidence device 10 has been placed on the base plate 13. Sealing elements 22 (FIG. 3 ) concreted into the side walls 19, 20 in the connection region of the wall part 14 and of an opposite, second wall part 21 (FIG. 3 ) also protrude into the groove 15. The sealing elements 17, 22 overlap. If the groove 15 is then filled with concrete by means of a plurality of openings 18 provided in the longitudinal wall 11, a reliable sealing of the joint between the underside 12 of the light incidence device 10 and the base plate 13 is produced. The alternative embodiment of a light incidence device 10' shown in FIG. 2 has a longitudinal wall 11' which has, on its underside 12', instead of a groove 15, a recess 35 which is aligned with grooves, not shown here, on the undersides of the side walls and can be closed by a formwork part 36 after being placed on the base plate 13. Subsequently, the recess 35 and the grooves in the side walls 19, 20 can be filled with location concrete from the top side of the longitudinal wall 11'. In this embodiment, too, a reliable sealing of the joint between the underside 12' of the light incidence device 10' and the base plate 13 is produced with the aid of the joint plate 17 in the base plate 13 and the sealing elements 22.As the horizontal sectional view of FIG. 3 illustrates, the longitudinal wall 11 is bounded at right angles by side walls 19 and 20. Together with these, it forms a unitary prefabricated concrete part which is prefabricated in the concrete structure and can be placed on the floor plate 13 on the construction site. The light incidence device 10 is inserted between two wall parts 14, 21 of a basement projectile. The sectional view also shows that sealing elements 22 are provided at the joints between the longitudinal wall 11 and the side walls 19, 20 and between the side walls 19, 20 and the adjoining wall parts 14, 21, respectively, which sealing elements extend over the entire height of the longitudinal and side walls 11, 19 and 20 and are likewise already concreted into the longitudinal and side walls 11, 19, 20 in the concrete structure and seal the joints between the walls 11, 19, 20 of the light incidence device 10 and between the side walls 19, 20 and the adjoining wall parts 14, 21 of the basement projectile. The side walls 19, 20 have on their underside grooves which are aligned with the groove 15 of the longitudinal wall 11 and into which the sealing elements 22 project and overlap with the sealing element 17 of the base plate 13, so that the joints between the undersides of the side walls 19, 20 and the base plate 13 are also sealed by the sealing elements 22 between the wall parts 14, 21 and the side walls 19, 20.The adjoining wall parts 14, 21 of the basement projectile are preferably made of double shell finished elements, which are filled with concrete at the construction site. The illustrated light incidence device 10 is located completely in the ground and is therefore provided with a thermal insulation 23 on the outer side, as is the adjoining wall parts 14, 21.
