Abstract
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Technical field of the invention
[0001] The present invention relates to a loudspeaker and a method for its manufacture, in particular a loudspeaker with a wire damper (centering spider) with locally adjustable elasticity and a method for its manufacture. 2. State of the art
[0002] A well-known moving coil loudspeaker uses the principle that the reaction force of a fixed magnetic field moves another magnetic field in the opposite direction to generate sound (i.e., oppositely directed magnetic fields attract each other, and like-directed magnetic fields repel each other). In addition, the AC power generated by the power amplifier is transmitted through a wire to a voice coil to change the polarity of the magnetic field, so that the voice coil exerts a reaction force against a permanent magnetic region or magnetic field generated by a permanent magnet. A forward pulse causes the diaphragm to move outward relative to the magnet, while a reverse pulse causes the diaphragm to move inward. As the voice coil moves the diaphragm back and forth, the diaphragm presses on the air, and the air pressure changes, generating sound waves. The damper or spider is responsible for maintaining the correct position of the voice coil in the gap of a magnetic core of the magnet, ensuring that the voice coil moves back and forth along a longitudinal axis when actuated.
[0003] However, in a conventional speaker, the wire is suspended in the air without any support, so the wire bears the vibrational force transmitted by the voice coil alone. As a result, after the voice coil moves rapidly and frequently for a period of time, the wire can easily fatigue and break.
[0004] In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the industry has begun to improve the process of attaching the wires to the damper or spider during the manufacturing process of the wire damper or spider. First, a base material is impregnated with a liquid synthetic resin to allow the base material to absorb the synthetic resin; then, the base material that absorbs the resin is dried and cured; then, the wire is firmly bonded to the surface of the base material; next, both the base material and the wire are hot-pressed by the thermoforming device to form a wire damper or spider; finally, the wire damper or spider is cut out of the base material by a cutting device. Because the main body of the wire damper or spider is made of a liquid synthetic resin, the centering spider is used to support the wire, the wire has increased fatigue strength and is not as easy to break.
[0005] However, since the wire is firmly bonded to the wire arrangement portion of the wire damper or spider main body, when the wire damper or spider is thermoformed on the base material, the warp threads on two sides of the wire arrangement portion cannot expand outward. As a result, the wire protrudes from the surface of the wire damper or spider main body, which is easily damaged by the hot pressing of the thermoforming device. The wire damper or spider is unusable due to wire damage and must be discarded, which is quite wasteful. It is obvious that the wire damper or spider produced by the conventional method has a low yield and high manufacturing cost.
[0006] In addition, the wire is harder than the main body of the wire damper or the centering spider, and the elasticity and resilience of the wire are worse than those of the main body of the wire damper or the centering spider. Therefore, under the condition that the wire cannot stretch the warp threads on two sides of the wire arrangement area outwards, the combination of the wire arrangement area and the wire is harder than the other areas of the main body of the wire damper or the centering spider, and the elasticity and resilience of the combination of the wire arrangement area and the wire are worse than those of other areas of the main body of the wire damper or the centering spider. Therefore, the hardness, elasticity, and resilience of the wire damper or the centering spider are uneven, resulting in uneven elastic compliance and fatigue strength of the wire damper or the centering spider, which causes the wire damper or the centering spider to deteriorate.the spider can be easily deformed, thereby impairing the sound quality of the speaker's output.
[0007] Furthermore, the thermoforming machine requires greater pressing force to form the wave crests and troughs of the wave structures on the base material, while the thermoforming machine requires less pressing force to form the inner and outer sidewalls on the base material. It is obvious that the pressing force of the thermoforming machine is uneven, so the thermoforming machine exerts uneven force on the wire, causing the following two problems: first, the wire is easily deformed due to the uneven force; and second, the deformed wire causes the overall structure of the wire damper or spider to be unbalanced. These two problems affect the sound quality of the speaker.

[0034] The present invention has the advantage that the wire arrangement areas can be pressed through the wires, causing them to indent and form the cavities. This ensures that the wires are not damaged by the hot pressing of the thermoforming device. As a result, the manufactured wire damper or centering spider has a high yield and low manufacturing costs.
[0035] Furthermore, the hardness, elasticity, and resilience of the wire array sections can be adjusted through the elastic adjustment sections. This makes the wire array sections softer and increases their elasticity and resilience. As a result, the hardness, elasticity, and resilience of the combination of the wire array sections and the wires are equivalent to those of other sections of the main body. Therefore, the wire damper or centering spider has uniform hardness, elasticity, and resilience, ensuring uniform elastic resilience and fatigue strength, and is not easily deformed or brittle, thus improving the sound quality of the speaker's sound output.
[0036] Since the hollow sections with uneven depth allow the wires to extend therein in an uneven arrangement, the thermoforming device can apply a uniform force to the wires, so that the wires maintain their original shape and are not deformed, thereby improving the sound quality of the speaker's sound output.
[0037] Furthermore, the present invention can ensure that the wire damper or the centering spider has a more balanced overall structure and is therefore not easily deformed and brittle, which improves the sound quality of the sound output of the loudspeaker. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

Furthermore, the inner sides of the protrusions of the upper die 511 and the outer sides of the protrusions of the lower die 512 press the base material 10 to form a plurality of outer sidewalls 4114 and the at least one wire 42. The central flat portion of the upper die 511 and the central flat portion of the lower die 512 press the base material 10 to form a preformed region with a center hole. Each crest 4111, each trough 4112, each inner sidewall 4113, and each outer sidewall 4114 are formed with a wave structure.Under the pressure of the upper forming tool 511 and the lower forming tool 512, the at least one wire 42 further pushes the at least one wire arrangement region 413 of the base material 10 inward to form at least one hollow portion 414, and the at least one wire 42 stretches the warp threads 111 on two sides of the at least one wire arrangement region 413 toward the outside, so that the at least one wire 42 directly enters the at least one hollow portion 414.As a result, the corrugated structures 411, the region with a pre-formed center hole, and the region with at least one wire arrangement region 413 are formed with a main body 41, wherein the at least one wire 42 extends into the at least one hollow section 414, and two ends of the at least one wire 42 each pass through the inner edges and outer edges of the main body 41, so that the main body 41 and the at least one wire 42 are formed with a wire damper 40. The corrugated structures 411 are formed sequentially from the outer edge of the main body 41 toward the pre-formed region with the center hole. The at least one wire arrangement region 413 extends radially from the outer edge of the main body 41 through the corrugated structures 411 to the pre-formed region with the center hole. As shown in FIGS. Fig. 8 to 10, the at least one wire 42 stretches the warp threads 111 on two sides of the at least one wire arrangement region 413 toward the outer sides, wherein a first elastic adjustment region 151 is formed between a warp thread 111 that is closest to the outer side of a first side 4131 of the at least one wire arrangement region 413 and a warp thread 112 on the inner side of the at least one wire arrangement region 413, wherein a second elastic adjustment region 152 is further formed between a warp thread 111 that is closest to the outer side of a second side 4132 of the at least one wire arrangement region 413 and the warp thread 112 on the inner side of the at least one wire arrangement region 413, wherein the widths of the first elastic adjustment region 151 and the second elastic adjustment region 152 are the same, and the distances between the remaining warp threads 11 are smaller than the width of each of the first elastic adjustment areas 151 and the second elastic adjustment areas 152. As shown in the , Fig. 8 to 10, after the at least one wire 42 stretches the warp threads 111 on two sides of the at least one wire arrangement region 413 towards the outer sides, the depth D31 of the at least one hollow section 414 at the inner side walls 4113 is less than the depth D1 of the at least one hollow section 414 at the wave crests 4111, the depth D32 of the at least one hollow section 414 at the outer side walls 4114 is less than the depth D1 of the at least one hollow section 414 at the wave crests 4111, the depth D31 of the at least one hollow section 414 at the inner side walls 4113 is less than the depth D2 of the at least one hollow section 414 at the wave troughs 4112, and the depth D32 of the at least one hollow section 414 at the outer side walls 4114 is less than the depth D2 of the at least one hollow section 414 at the wave troughs 4112. Preferably, as in Fig. 8 and Fig. 9, the depth D1 of the at least one hollow section 414 at the wave crests 4111 is equal to the depth D2 of the at least one hollow section 414 at the wave troughs 4112. Preferably, as in Fig. 10, the depth D31 of the at least one hollow portion 414 on the inner side walls 4113 is equal to the depth D32 of the at least one hollow portion 414 on the outer side walls 4114. In the first embodiment, the wire damper 40 has four wires 42, and the main body 41 has four wire arrangement portions 413. The wires 42 are respectively arranged on the wire arrangement portions 413. The wire arrangement portions 413 are recessed inward to form four hollow portions 414. The wires 42 each extend in the hollow portions 414. When the upper mold 511 and the lower mold 512 are pressed against each other and apply pressure to the base material 10 and the at least one wire 42, electric power is supplied to the heater to increase the temperature of the upper mold 511 and the lower mold 512, thereby softening the resin on the base material 10.In addition to destroying or breaking up the resin structure, the resin also fills interstices, bonding individual portions of the resin together to form the final morphology of the solid resin layer 13. This creates the resin cover between the warp threads 11 and the weft threads 12.
[0046] In cutting step S6, as in Fig. 2, a cutting device 60 is provided with an upper cutting tool 61 and a lower cutting tool 62. The wire damper or centering spider 40 is cut out of the base material 10 by the upper cutting tool 61 and the lower cutting tool 62, and the preformed area with the center hole is cut out by the upper cutting tool 61 and the lower cutting tool 62, so that the wire damper or centering spider 40 is separated from the base material 10, and the wire damper 40 has a center hole 412.
[0047] In assembly step S7, as in Fig. As shown in Figures 2 to 5, a loudspeaker body 71 has a base 711, a permanent magnet 712, a basket 713, a diaphragm 714, a dust cover or cover cap 715, and a surround 716. The permanent magnet 712 is arranged on the base 711. A voice coil 72 is movably arranged in the permanent magnet 712. The basket 713 is arranged on top of the permanent magnet 712 and supports the outer edge of the main body 41 of the wire damper or centering spider 40. The diaphragm 714 is coupled to the voice coil 72 in a sleeve-like manner. The cover cap 715 is arranged on a center hole of the diaphragm 714. The surround 716 is arranged between the upper edge of the diaphragm 714 and the basket 713. The center hole 412 of the wire damper or the centering spider 40 is coupled to the voice coil 72 in a sleeve-like manner and the wires 42 of the wire damper or the centering spider 40 are connected to the voice coil 72.The loudspeaker body 71, the voice coil 72 and the wire damper or the centering spider 40 are assembled to form a loudspeaker 70.
[0048] As in the Fig. As shown in Figures 3 to 10, the present invention provides a loudspeaker 70 with a wire damper or spider with locally adjustable elasticity, wherein the loudspeaker 70 comprises a loudspeaker body 71, a voice coil 72, and a wire damper or spider 40. The structure of the loudspeaker body 71, the voice coil 72, and the wire damper or spider 40 and their connection relationship are as described above.
[0049] Accordingly, since the wires 42 do not adhere tightly to the surface of the threads of the base material 10 when arranged on the base material 10, the wire arrangement regions 413 can be pressed by the wires 42 when the wire damper or the spider 40 is formed on the base material 10 by hot pressing by the thermoforming device 50, and the wire arrangement regions 413 are indented inward to form the hollow portions 414. This ensures that the wires 42 are not damaged by the thermal pressurization of the thermoforming device 50. As a result, the manufactured wire damper or the spider 40 has a high yield and a low manufacturing cost.
[0050] Furthermore, the first elastic adjustment portions 151 and the second elastic adjustment portions 152 can adjust the hardness, elasticity, and resilience of the wire arrangement portions 413. This softens the wire arrangement portions 413 and increases their elasticity and resilience. As a result, the hardness, elasticity, and resilience of the combination of the wire arrangement portions 413 and the wires 42 are equivalent to those of the other portions of the main body 41. Therefore, the wire damper or spider 40 has uniform hardness, elasticity, and resilience, thereby providing uniform elastic resilience and fatigue strength, and preventing it from being easily deformed and brittle, thus improving the sound quality of the speaker's output.
[0051] Furthermore, the thermoforming device 50 must apply a uniform force to each wire 42 to ensure that each wire 42 is not deformed due to uneven pressure. However, the thermoforming device 50 requires a larger pressing force to thermoform the wave crests 4111 and the wave troughs 4112, and the thermoforming device 50 requires a smaller pressing force to thermoform the inner side walls 4113 and the outer side walls 4114.Therefore, after the at least one wire 42 stretches the warp threads 111 on two sides of the at least one wire arrangement region 413 toward the outer sides, the depth D31 of the hollow sections 414 at the inner side walls 4113 is less than the depth D1 of the hollow sections 414 at the wave crests 4111, the depth D32 of the hollow sections 414 at the outer side walls 4114 is less than the depth D1 of the hollow sections 414 at the wave crests 4111, the depth D31 of the hollow sections 414 at the inner side walls 4113 is less than the depth D2 of the hollow sections 414 at the wave troughs 4112, and the depth D32 of the hollow sections 414 at the outer side walls 4114 is less than the depth D2 of the hollow sections 414 at the Wave troughs 4112. In other words, the depths of the hollow sections 414 are uneven or varying.Because the hollow portions 414 with uneven depth allow the wires 42 to extend therein in an uneven arrangement, the thermoforming device 50 can apply a uniform force to each wire 42, so that the wires 42 maintain their original shape and are not deformed, thereby improving the sound quality of the speaker's sound output. Under the condition that the wires 42 maintain their original shape, relatively large volume fractions of the wires 42 are positioned in the hollow portions 414 at the wave crests 4111 and the wave troughs 4112, while relatively small volume fractions of the wires 42 are positioned in the hollow portions 414 at the inner side walls 4113 and the outer side walls 4114.In addition, relatively small volume parts of the wires 42 are exposed on the surface of the main body 41 at the wave crests 4111 and the wave troughs 4112, while relatively large volume parts of the wires 42 are exposed on the surface of the main body 41 at the inner side walls 4113 and the outer side walls 4114.
[0052] Furthermore, the depth D1 of the hollow portions 414 at the crests 4111 is equal to the depth D2 of the hollow portions 414 at the troughs 4112, so that the volumes of the wires 42 positioned in the hollow portions 414 at the crests 4111 and the troughs 4112 are equal to each other, and the volumes of the wires 42 exposed on the surface of the main body 41 at the crests 4111 and the troughs 4112 are equal to each other. In addition, since the depth D31 of the hollow portions 414 on the inner side walls 4113 is equal to the depth D32 of the hollow portions 414 on the outer side walls 4114, the volumes of the wires 42 arranged in the hollow portions 414 on the inner side walls 4113 and the outer side walls 4114 are equal to each other, and the volumes of the wires 42 exposed on the surface of the main body 41 on the inner side walls 4113 and the outer side walls 4114 are equal to each other. Therefore, the wire damper or the centering spider 40 has a more balanced overall structure with uniform hardness, elasticity and resilience, which makes it have uniform elastic resilience and fatigue strength and is not easily deformed and brittle, which improves the sound quality of the speaker's sound output.
[0053] With reference to Fig. 1 and Fig. 11A to 16, the present invention provides a method for manufacturing a loudspeaker with a wire damper and a centering spider with locally adjustable elasticity, respectively, wherein the manufacturing method of the second embodiment differs from that of the first embodiment as follows.
[0054] In a preparation step S1, as in Fig. 11A, a base material 10A is formed as a two-layer woven structure and includes a first woven fabric 101 and a second woven fabric 102. The first woven fabric 101 is formed by interweaving a plurality of first warp threads 11A and a plurality of first weft threads 12A. The second woven fabric 102 is formed by interweaving a plurality of second warp threads 11B and a plurality of second weft threads 12B.
[0055] In an impregnation step S2, as in Fig. As shown in Figure 11A, the first fabric 101 and the second fabric 102 are impregnated in a resin solution 21.
[0056] In a drying step S3, as in Fig. 11A, the first fabric 101 and the second fabric 102 are dried to form a first solid resin layer 13A on the first fabric 101 and a second solid resin layer 13B on the second fabric 102.
[0057] In a wire arrangement step S4 as shown in Fig. 11A, first, at least one wire 42 is arranged on at least one first wire arrangement region 413A of the first fabric 101, the second fabric 102 is then arranged on the first fabric 101, at least one wire 42 is arranged on at least one second wire arrangement region 413B of the second fabric 102, and the at least one first wire arrangement region 413A corresponds to the at least one second wire arrangement region 413B.
[0058] If in a forming step S5, as in Fig. 11B, the upper forming tool 511 and the lower forming tool 512 are pressed together, the depressions of the upper forming tool 511 and the elevations of the lower forming tool 512 press the first fabric 101 to form a plurality of first wave crests 4111A, the second fabric 102 to form a plurality of second wave crests 4111B, and the at least one wire 42. The elevations of the upper forming tool 511 and the depressions of the lower forming tool 512 press the first fabric 101 to form a plurality of first wave troughs 4112A, and the second fabric 102 to form a plurality of second wave troughs 4112B, and the at least one wire 42. The outer sides of the elevations of the upper forming tool 511 and the inner sides of the elevations of the lower forming tool 512 press the first fabric 101 to form a plurality of first inner side walls 4113A, the second fabric 102 to form a plurality of second inner side walls 4113B,and the at least one wire 42. The inner sides of the protrusions of the upper forming tool 511 and the outer sides of the protrusions of the lower forming tool 512 press the first fabric 101 to form a plurality of first outer sidewalls 4114A, the second fabric 102 to form a plurality of second outer sidewalls 4114B, and the at least one wire 42. The central flat portion of the upper forming tool 511 and the central flat portion of the lower forming tool 512 press the first fabric 101 to form a pre-formed region with a first center hole, and the second fabric 102 to form a pre-formed region with a second center hole. Each first wave crest 4111A, each first wave trough 4112A, each first inner side wall 4113A and each first outer side wall 4114A are formed with a first wave structure 411A, and each second wave crest 4111B, each second wave trough 4112B,Each second inner sidewall 4113B and each second outer sidewall 4114B are formed with a second wave structure 411B. Under the pressure of the upper forming tool 511 and the lower forming tool 512, the at least one wire 42 presses the at least one first wire arrangement region 413A of the first fabric 101 further inward to form at least one first trench 4141, and the at least one wire 42 presses the at least one second wire arrangement region 413B further inward to form at least one second trench 4142, wherein the at least one first trench 4141 and the at least one second trench 4142 together form at least one hollow portion 414A, wherein the at least one wire 42 stretches the first warp threads 111A on two sides of the at least one first wire arrangement region 413A toward the outside.and the at least one wire 42 stretches the second threads 111B on two sides of the at least one second wire arrangement region 413B toward the outer sides, so that the at least one wire 42 directly enters the at least one hollow section 414A. Therefore, the first wave structures 411A, the first preformed region with a center hole, and the at least one first wire arrangement region 413A are formed with a first fabric 415, and the second wave structures 411B, the second preformed region with a center hole, and the at least one second wire arrangement region 413B are formed with a second fabric 416, wherein the first fabric 415 is joined to the second fabric 416 and formed with a main body 41A, wherein the at least one wire 42 extends in the at least one hollow section 414A.and two ends of the at least one wire 42 respectively pass through the inner and outer edges of the first fabric 415 and the second fabric 416,so that the main body 41A and the at least one wire 42 are formed with a wire damper 40A. The first wave structures 411A are arranged sequentially from the outer edge of the first fabric 415 to the preformed region with the first center hole. The at least one first wire arrangement region 413A extends radially from the outer edge of the first fabric 415 through the first wave structures 411A to the preformed region with the first center hole. The second wave structures 411B are arranged sequentially from the outer edge of the second fabric 416 to the preformed region with the second center hole. The at least one second wire arrangement region 413B extends radially from the outer edge of the second fabric 416 through the second wave structures 411B to the preformed region with the second center hole. As shown in FIGS. Fig. 14 to 16, after the at least one wire 42 stretches the first warp threads 111A on two sides of the at least one first wire arrangement region 413A toward the outer sides, a first lower elastic adjustment region 161 is formed between a first warp thread 111A closest to the outer side of a first side 4131A of the at least one first wire arrangement region 413A and a first warp thread 112A on the inner side of the at least one first wire arrangement region 413A. A second lower elastic adjustment region 162 is formed between a first warp thread 111A closest to the outer side of a second side 4132A of the at least one first wire arrangement region 413A and a first warp thread 112A on the inner side of the at least one first wire arrangement region 413A.The widths of the first lower elastic adjustment portion 161 and the second lower elastic adjustment portion 162 are equal to each other, and the distances between the remaining first warp threads 11A are smaller than the width of each of the first lower elastic adjustment portion 161 and the second lower elastic adjustment portion 162. As shown in FIGS. Fig. 14 to 16, after the at least one wire 42 stretches the second warp threads 111B on two sides of the at least one second wire arrangement region 413B toward the outer sides, a first upper elastic adjustment region 171 is formed between a second warp thread 111B closest to the outer side of a first side 4131B of the at least one second wire arrangement region 413B and a second warp thread 112B on the inner side of the at least one second wire arrangement region 413B, a second upper elastic adjustment region 172 is formed between a second warp thread 111B closest to the outer side of a second side 4132B of the at least one second wire arrangement region 413B and a second warp thread 112B on the inner side of the at least one second wire arrangement region 413B,the widths of the first upper elastic adjustment portion 171 and the second upper elastic adjustment portion 172 are equal to each other, and the distances between the remaining second warp threads 11B are smaller than the width of the first upper elastic adjustment portion 171 and the second upper elastic adjustment portion 172. As shown in FIGS. , Fig. 14 to 16, after the at least one wire 42 stretches the first warp threads 111A on two sides of the at least one first wire arrangement region 413A toward the outer sides, and after the at least one wire 42 stretches the second warp threads 111B on two sides of the at least one second wire arrangement region 413B toward the outer sides, the depth D4 of the at least one first trench 4141 at the first wave crests 4111A is less than the depth D5 of the at least one second trench 4142 at the second wave crests 4111B, the depth D6 of the at least one first trench 4141 at the first wave troughs 4112A is greater than the depth D7 of the at least one second trench 4142 at the second wave troughs 4112B, the depth D81 of the at least one first trench 4141 at the first inner Side walls 4113A is equal to the depth D91 of the at least one second trench 4142 on the second inner side walls 4113B,and the depth D82 of the at least one first trench 4141 on the first outer sidewalls 4114A is equal to the depth D92 of the at least one second trench 4142 on the second outer sidewalls 4114B. Preferably, as shown in FIGS. Fig. 14 and Fig. 15, the depth D4 of the at least one first trench 4141 at the first wave crests 4111A is equal to the depth D7 of the at least one second trench 4142 at the second wave troughs 4112B, and the depth D5 of the at least one second trench 4142 at the second wave crests 4111B is equal to the depth D6 of the at least one first trench 4141 at the first wave troughs 4112A. In addition, as shown in Fig. 16, the depth D81 of the at least one first trench 4141 on the first inner sidewalls 4113A is equal to the depth D82 of the at least one first trench 4141 on the first outer sidewalls 4114A; and the depth D91 of the at least one second trench 4142 on the second inner sidewalls 4113B is equal to the depth D92 of the at least one second trench 4142 on the second outer sidewalls 4114B. In the second embodiment, the wire damper or spider 40A comprises four wires 42. The first web 415 comprises four first wire arrangement regions 413A, and the second web 416 comprises four second wire arrangement regions 413B. The wires 42 are arranged in the first wire arrangement regions 413A and the second wire arrangement regions 413B, respectively. The first wire arrangement regions 413A are recessed inward to form four first grooves 4141, the second wire arrangement regions 413B are recessed inward to form four second grooves 4142, and the first grooves 4141 and the second grooves 4142 together form four hollow sections 414A. The wires 42 respectively extend in the hollow sections 414A. When the upper die 511 and the lower die 512 are pressed together and press the first web 101, the second web 102, and at least one wire 42, current is applied to the heater to increase the temperature of the upper die 511 and the lower die 512, thereby softening the resin on the first web 101 and the second web 102.In addition to breaking the resin structure, the resin also flows into the interstices, bonding the respective parts of the resin together and forming the final morphology of the solid resin layer 13. Therefore, the resin covers the warp threads 11 and the weft threads 12.
[0059] In the cutting step S6, as in Fig. 11B, the wire damper 40A is cut out from the base material 10A, and both the preformed portion with the first center hole and the preformed portion with the second center hole are cut out by the upper cutting tool 61 and the lower cutting tool 62, so that the wire damper 40A is separated from the base material 10A and the wire damper 40A has a first center hole 412A and a second center hole 412B.
[0060] In an assembly step S7, as shown in Fig. 11B, the first center hole 412A and the second center hole 412B are each sleeve-coupled to a voice coil.
[0061] As in the Fig. 12 to 16, the present invention provides a loudspeaker 70A having a wire damper or spider with locally adjustable elasticity, the differences between the structure of the loudspeaker 70A of the second embodiment and the loudspeaker 70 of the first embodiment being as described above.
[0062] Therefore, since the wires 42 are not firmly adhered to the surface of the threads of the first fabric 101 when the wire damper 40 is formed on the base material 10 by hot pressing using the thermoforming device 50, the first wire arrangement regions 413A and the second wire arrangement regions 413B can be pressed by the wires 42, thereby indenting them to form the first grooves 4141 and the second grooves 4142, and the first grooves 4141 and the second grooves 4142 can further form the hollow portions 414A. This ensures that the wires 42 are not damaged by the hot pressing of the thermoforming device 50. As a result, the manufactured wire damper or the manufactured spider 40 has a high yield and a low manufacturing cost.
[0063] Furthermore, the hardness, elasticity, and resilience of the first wire arrangement portions 413A can be adjusted by the first lower elastic adjustment portions 161 and the second lower elastic adjustment portions 162, and the hardness, elasticity, and resilience of the second wire arrangement portions 413B can be adjusted by the first upper elastic adjustment portions 171 and the second upper elastic adjustment portions 172. Therefore, the first wire arrangement portions 413A and the second wire arrangement portions 413B become softer, and their elasticity and resilience are increased. As a result, the hardness, elasticity, and resilience of the combination of the first wire arrangement portions 413A, the second wire arrangement portions 413B, and the wires 42 correspond to those of the other portions of the main body 41A. Therefore, the wire damper or the centering spider 40A has uniform hardness, elasticity, and resilience, whereby it or the second wire arrangement portions 413B can be adjusted.which has uniform elastic resilience and fatigue strength and is not easily deformed and brittle, which improves the sound quality of the speaker's sound output.
[0064] Furthermore, the thermoforming apparatus 50 must apply a uniform force to each wire 42 to ensure that each wire 42 is not deformed due to uneven pressure. However, the thermoforming apparatus 50 requires a larger pressing force to thermoform the first wave crests 4111A, the first wave troughs 4112A, the second wave crests 4111B, and the second wave troughs 4112B. Furthermore, the thermoforming apparatus 50 requires comparatively less pressing force to thermoform the first inner side walls 4113A, the first outer side walls 4114A, the second inner side walls 4113B, and the second outer side walls 4114B.Therefore, after the at least one wire 42 stretches the first warp threads 111A on two sides of the at least one first wire arrangement region 413A toward the outer sides, and after the at least one wire 42 stretches the second warp threads 111B on two sides of the at least one second wire arrangement region 413B toward the outer sides, the depth D4 of the first trenches 4141 at the first crests 4111A is less than the depth D5 of the second trenches 4142 at the second crests 4111B. The depth D6 of the first trenches 4141 at the first troughs 4112A is greater than the depth D7 of the second trenches 4142 at the second troughs 4112B. The depth D81 of the first trenches 4141 on the first inner sidewalls 4113A is equal to the depth D91 of the second trenches 4142 on the second inner sidewalls 4113B. The depth D82 of the first trenches 4141 on the first outer sidewalls 4114A is equal to the depth D92 of the second trenches 4142 on the second outer sidewalls 4114B.In other words, the depths of the hollow portions 414A are uneven. Because the hollow portions 414A with uneven depth allow the wires 42 to extend therein in an uneven arrangement, the thermoforming device 50 can apply a uniform force to each wire 42, allowing the wires 42 to maintain their original shape and not be deformed, thereby improving the sound quality of the speaker's sound output.Under the condition that the wires 42 maintain their original shape, the diameter of the hollow portions 414A in the space between the first wave crests 4111A and the second wave crests 4111B is equal to the diameter of the wires 42; the diameter of the hollow portions 414A in the space between the first wave troughs 4112A and the second wave troughs 4112B is equal to the diameter of the wires 42; the diameter of the hollow portions 414A in the space between the first inner side walls 4113A and the second inner side walls 4113B is equal to the diameter of the wires 42; and the diameter of the hollow portions 414A in the space between the first outer side walls 4114A and the second outer side walls 4114B is equal to the diameter of the wires 42.
[0065] Furthermore, the depth D4 of the first trenches 4141 at the first crests 4111A is equal to the depth D7 of the second trenches 4142 at the second troughs 4112B, and the depth D5 of the second trenches 4142 at the second crests 4111B is equal to the depth D6 of the first trenches 4141 at the first troughs 4112A, so that the diameter of the hollow portions 414A in the space between the first crests 4111A and the second crests 4111B is equal to the diameter of the hollow portions 414A in the space between the first troughs 4112A and the second troughs 4112B.In addition, the depth D81 of the first trenches 4141 on the first inner sidewalls 4113A is equal to the depth D82 of the first trenches 4141 on the first outer sidewalls 4114A, and the depth D91 of the second trenches 4142 on the second inner sidewalls 4113B is equal to the depth D92 of the second trenches 4142 on the second outer sidewalls 4114B, so that the diameter of the hollow portions 414A in the space between the first inner sidewalls 4113A and the second inner sidewalls 4113B is equal to the diameter of the hollow portions 414A in the space between the first outer sidewalls 4114A and the second outer sidewalls 4114B. Therefore, the wire damper or the centering spider 40A has a more balanced overall structure with uniform hardness, elasticity and resilience, which makes it or the centering spider 40A more suitable for the application.which has uniform elastic resilience and fatigue strength and is not easily deformed and brittle, which improves the sound quality of the speaker's sound output.
[0066] It should be noted that the wires 42 do not come into contact with the thermoforming device 50 because they are arranged between the first fabric 101 and the second fabric 102, thereby ensuring that the wires 42 are not damaged by the hot pressing of the thermoforming device 50.
