Description

The application describes pulverulent cosmetic cleaners based on anionic surfactants, specific polyols and polysaccharides which can be dissolved and foamed in contact with water. The application further describes methods for producing the powders and their use for cleaning the human body and / or the hair.Products containing surfactants for cleaning the human body and the hair have been known for a long time and are commercially available predominantly as foam baths, shower preparations, shampoos and / or oral care compositions in liquid or pasty form in packs suitable for this purpose. End consumers remove the respectively necessary amount of product from the packages during use and dispose of them after emptying. Compared with conventional soaps marketed in solid form, such products offer the user the advantage of simple and rapid handling, for which reason they nowadays dominate the market. However, this advantage is achieved by incorporating certain disadvantages which will be discussed below. Usually, the packages of the described products in liquid or paste form consist of non-recyclable plastic, which is a serious problem from the environmental point of view in view of the constantly growing amount of plastic waste.Another problem is that previous products usually contain higher amounts of water or water / solvent mixtures, whereby the products have a larger volume and, from a transport point of view, under certain circumstances of higher importance, a relatively high weight. This is disadvantageous for several reasons. Resources should be saved over times of increasing water shortage. Also of importance from the environmental point of view, but also from the cost point of view, is an undesired, increased transport volume which is associated with heavy products of large volume. Another interesting point is that the worldwide travel activity is constantly increasing. Consumers are thus increasingly interested in cosmetic products which are easy to transport because of their low weight and volume. This is particularly relevant with regard to air travel, since larger containers containing liquids are generally excluded from being carried along in an aircraft cabin, so that a traveler only with hand luggage is often found, by the cosmetic products which nowadays are prevalent on the market, in the situation of not being able to carry his preferred selection of product or first having to transfer the corresponding products into smaller containers, which is however usually associated with an even more increasing volume of packaging material. The provision of alternative product forms with a very low water content, which are contained in a space-saving manner in more environmentally friendly, for example recyclable, packaging, is therefore an important aim in the formulation of improved, timely and lasting cosmetic products.WO 2019 / 0233332 discloses shampoos in powder form which comprise substantially sulfate-free surfactants (and further surfactants) and also thickeners and conditioners. However, it has been found that the care effect of such products - in particular on very dry, strained skin and / or on dry, damaged hair - was not always completely satisfactory. There is therefore still a need for powder-form cosmetic cleaners which, in addition to the requirements mentioned above, also have improved care properties, in particular on very dry, strained skin and / or on dry, damaged hair.In view of the problems and requirements described above, the inventors have therefore set themselves the object of providing cosmetic cleaning formulations in powder form which can be produced in an energy-saving manner and can be used easily and in which the use of preservatives can be substantially dispensed with.In addition to satisfactory cleansing, the formulations in powder form should also have an increased conditioning advantage on the skin and / or the hair. The object of the invention is achieved by the formulations described in detail below: 1. powdered cosmetic cleaning agent containing, based on the total weight of the cleaning agent a), 10.0 to 70.0% by weight of at least one anionic surfactant, b) 1.0 to 8.0% by weight of at least one polyhydric C 2- C 6- alcohol, c) 20.0 to 40.0% by weight of at least one polysaccharide. 2. powdered cosmetic cleaning agent according to item 1, containing - based on the total weight of the cleaning agent - 15.0 to 65.0 wt. %, preferably 20.0 to 60.0 wt. % and particularly preferably 25.0 to 55.0 wt. % of at least one surfactant a). 3. powdered cosmetic cleaning agent according to one of the items 1 or 2, containing amino acid-based surfactants, isethionates and / or alkyl sulfates as surfactant(s) a). 4. powdered cosmetic cleaning agent according to one of the preceding points, containing, based on the total weight of the cleaning agent, 1.0 to 7.5 wt. %, preferably 1.5 to 7.0 wt. % and particularly preferably 2.0 to 6.5 wt. % of at least one polyvalent C 2- C 6- alcohol b). 5. a powdered cosmetic detergent according to any one of the preceding items, comprising as polyhydric alcohol b) 1,2-propylene glycol, 1,3-butylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, glycerol and / or diglycerol. 6.A powdery cosmetic detergent according to item 5, containing glycerin as the polyhydric alcohol b). 7.Powdered cosmetic cleaning agent according to one of the preceding points, containing - based on the total weight of the cleaning agent - 21.0 to 38.0 wt.-%, preferably 22.0 to 36.0 wt.-% and particularly preferably 23.0 to 34.0 wt.-% of at least one polysaccharide c). 8. powdered cosmetic cleaning agent according to one of the preceding points, containing as polysaccharide c) starch fractions from maize, potatoes, rice, wheat and / or tapioca and / or derivatives of starch such as amylose, amylopectin and / or dextrin. 9. A composition suitable for both because of its formulation and formulation can thus be considered advantageous. The invention also relates to a pulverulent cosmetic cleaning agent as described above in the form of a powder which dissolves and foams in contact with water. A powder form is well soluble, namely particularly rapidly. This corresponds to the time history, but at the same time is associated with a small "wellness experience" in the application, since a new application feel, which is different from previous experiences, is generated with the use of the powder and emphasizes the player side of the personal care.A novel, tensionful application form of the powder compositions according to the invention associated with a particular experience is formulation, for example in a (paper) sachet or a glass. In addition to the new sensory experience, this is associated above all with the advantage of relatively rapid dissolution by a high surface area. The packaging materials glass and paper are packaging materials which are readily recyclable and are popular for environmentally friendly buyers, the properties of which therefore match well the properties of the powdered cosmetic compositions described and claimed here.It is also possible to fill the powder compositions according to the invention into a crucible, for example made of glass. Since the strength of these compositions is in a range that allows a portion of use to be taken manually, without a tool, from a multiple-use crucible. When the composition is foamed in a crucible during its production, a particularly interesting feel is obtained.
