AI Technical Summary
Existing vehicle body designs lack high functional integration, leading to complex construction, increased weight, material costs, and reduced stability due to separate components for various functions.
A die-cast aluminum frame integrates multiple functions, such as sealing, heat dissipation, and structural support, providing a single component with precise alignment and numerous connection points.
This integration simplifies manufacturing, reduces weight and material costs, enhances stability, and streamlines assembly by combining multiple functions into one component.

Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a frame for a body. The present invention furthermore relates to a corresponding body and a corresponding motor vehicle.Prior ArtIn technical theory and in particular design theory, the aim of covering as many technical functions as possible with as few components as possible is commonly referred to as function integration, functional integration, function combination, integral function utilization or multifunctional utilization. In mechanical engineering, for example, a motor housing according to the prior art serves at the same time for sealing the piston chamber, heat dissipation of the combustion processes, mechanical combination and embedding of the motor parts and formation of a counter torque on the motor shaft.DE 196 32 712 A1, the generic DE 10 2011 112 386A1, WO 2014 / 063 687 A2, DE 102 26 526 A1 and DE 10 2017 002 972 A1 each disclose the subject matter of the preamble of claim 1.DE 199 09 726 A1 discloses a body shell floor part which integrates longitudinal, seat cross and auxiliary cross beams in a single cast component.DE 10 2004 062 932 A1 presents a rear floor structure of a motor vehicle which, in the form of a large cast component, integrates battery carriers, transverse and longitudinal carriers and connections for chassis parts.DE 10 2010 020 304 A1 proposes an auxiliary carrier which integrates both the drive unit and individual chassis components as a single component.Disclosure of the InventionThe invention addresses the problem of providing a frame for a body, a corresponding body and a corresponding motor vehicle with high functional integration. The problem is solved by the features of claims 1, 2 and 3.One advantage of this solution is the high functional integration of the scope according to the invention. This simplifies construction, article care, delivery tracking, storage and assembly by the manufacturer. In addition, it reduces the weight and material costs of the vehicle body and improves its stability by combining a wide variety of connection points in an accurately fitting and aligned manner in one component. The frame is manufactured in die-cast aluminum, which enables its manufacture with high process stability, surface quality, dimensional accuracy and the lowest tolerances.A further advantageous embodiment of the invention is specified in the dependent patent claim.Brief Description of the DrawingsAn exemplary embodiment of the invention is illustrated in the drawings and is described in more detail below. FIG. 1 shows the top view of the body of a medium engine sport car according to the invention. FIG. 2 is a top view of a frame of the center motor sport car of FIG. 1. Figure 3 shows the top view of an alternative frame.Embodiments of the InventionFIG. 1 illustrates the installation position of the frame ( 10) according to the invention within the body ( 20) of a central engine sport car. The collective term "middle motor" is understood in the present context to mean any vehicle drive in which the motor is arranged in front of the driven rear axle, in particular behind or under the occupants in the intended direction of travel. In this arrangement, the depicted frame ( 10) serves to delimit the installation space for the electric motor and traction battery of the motor vehicle, which is embodied here as a combined clutch.FIG. 2 shows the frame ( 10) of the motor vehicle, which is presently manufactured as a cast part, in its details. In the rear region, and thus the right region as viewed in the direction of travel, of the frame (10), which is shaped substantially mirror-symmetrically with respect to the roll axis, spring strut receptacles (11) are provided on both sides, each with three bores distributed uniformly circumferentially, for fastening a spring plate. In the front region with respect to the direction of travel and thus on the left as shown, the receptacle ( 12) for a rollover device is arranged in the form of a bracket or a corresponding reinforcement. As can be seen from the figure, the frame (10) is provided with transverse structures (13) in the front and rear regions. These define approximately the base sides of a convex trapezoid tapering counter to the direction of travel, the symmetrical legs of which can be seen to include additional longitudinal structures ( 14). Along the base sides and legs, eleven approximately equidistant fastening points ( 15) are provided for a inspection or service cover, which allows access to the motor and battery compartment during maintenance or repair.FIG. 3 illustrates a slight modification of this frame (10). In the front region with respect to the direction of travel and thus on the left as shown, which defines the longer base side of the trapezoid, the frame ( 10) is here stamped with a plurality of beads, which partially open in a zigzag shape into the front edge of the frame ( 10).
