[0015] In order to facilitate understanding of the object, features and effects of this present disclosure, embodiments are provided together with the accompanying drawings for the detailed description of the present disclosure.
[0016] With reference to the Fig. 1 to 11, it should be noted that the present disclosure provides a paper dispenser comprising a base 10, a paper dispensing section 1, and a cover 20. The paper dispensing section 1 has two support members 12, 13 and a paper dispensing unit 11. The paper dispensing unit 11 has at least one auxiliary roller 112, 113, a paper dispensing roller 111, an oscillating unit 114, and a paper dispensing cutter 115. With reference to Fig. 14, the paper dispenser according to this embodiment is exemplified by two auxiliary rollers 112, 113. Increasing the number of auxiliary rollers 112, 113 can improve the efficiency of feeding paper 91 and thus prevent paper jams. Each auxiliary roller 112, 113 and the paper dispensing roller 111 press against each other to clamp and dispense a roll of paper 91. A paper dispensing surface 1112 of the paper dispensing roller 111 and paper dispensing surfaces 1122, 1132 of the auxiliary rollers 112, 113 are made of rubber to thereby increase the friction required for dispensing paper 91. The paper dispensing roller 111 has a receiving groove 1113. The receiving groove 1113 extends in the axial direction of the paper dispensing roller 111 and has a V-shaped cross section parallel to the radial direction of the paper dispensing roller 111. The oscillating unit 114 has two oscillating arms 1141 and a cutter holder 1144.Two ends of each swing arm 1141 each have a pivotable link unit 1142 (e.g., a pivotable link shaft) and a guide unit 1143 (e.g., a guide shaft). Two sides of the cutter holder 1144 are respectively connected to the swing arms 1141 and respectively between the pivotable link unit 1142 and the guide unit 1143 of each swing arm 1141. The paper dispensing cutter 115 is fixed to the cutter holder 1144 and is toothed. The pivotable link units 1142 of the swing arms 1141 are respectively pivotally connected to two sides of the paper dispensing roller 111 and arranged on the same side of the receiving groove 1113. Referring to FIG. Fig. 9 to 11, it should be noted that the pivotable connecting units 1142 of the swing arms 1141 are pivotally connected to the top of the receiving groove 1113. The swing unit 114 allows the paper dispensing cutter 115 to swing between the inside and outside of the receiving groove 1113. The support members 12, 13 each have a roller elastic positioning unit 125, 135 (for example, an elastic positioning post), a pivotable connecting unit 121, 131 (for example, a drop-shaped post with a pivotable connecting hole 1211, 1311), and cam guide grooves 122, 132. The roller elastic positioning units 125, 135 elastically extend with respect to the support members 12, 13 and retract to engage the central hole (in Fig. 1 and Fig. 14) of the roller 9 in place. The pivotable connecting units 121, 131 of the support elements 12, 13 are drop-shaped posts with arcuate cross-sections. The cam guide grooves 122, 132 respectively surround the pivotable connecting units 121, 131 of the support elements 12, 13 from the outside and are closed. Two sides of the paper dispensing roller 111 are pivotally connected to the pivotable connecting holes 1211, 1311 at the front ends of the pivotable connecting units 121, 131 of the support elements 12, 13, respectively, by a pivotable connecting unit 1111 (e.g., pivotable connecting shaft). The guide units 1143 of the swing arms 1141 are movably arranged on the cam guide grooves 122, 132 of the support elements 12, 13, respectively. The pivotable connecting units 1121 (e.g., the pivotable connecting shafts) at the two ends of the auxiliary roller 112 are pivotally connected to the pivotable connecting units 123, 133 (e.g., the pivotable connecting holes) of the support members 12, 13, respectively. The pivotable connecting units 1131 (e.g., the pivotable connecting shafts) at the two ends of the auxiliary roller 113 are pivotally connected to the pivotable connecting units 124, 134 (e.g., pivotable connecting holes) of the support members 12, 13, respectively. The backs of the bottoms of the support members 12, 13 are pivotally mounted on the base 10. The cover 20 is pivotally mounted on the base 10 and has a paper dispensing hole 203. The cover 20 covers the base 10. The paper dispensing section 1 is disposed between the cover 20 and the base 10.
[0017] With reference to Fig. 14, the paper dispensing roller 111 is driven by the paper 91 and thereby rotates counterclockwise when a user pulls the paper 91. With reference to the Fig. 9 to 13 and Fig. 15, the guide units 1143 disposed on both sides of the swing unit 114 move toward the rear surfaces of the cam guide grooves 122, 132 over the top surfaces of the cam guide grooves 122, 132 under the guidance of the wall surfaces of both sides of the cam guide grooves 122, 132 of the respective support members 12, 13, so that the guide units 1143 on both sides of the swing unit 114 move away from the pivotal link units 1111 on both sides of the paper dispensing roller 111, thereby allowing the paper dispensing cutter 115 to cut and form a perforation line (not shown) in the paper 91. Then, the user pulls the paper 91 to get the paper 91. Meanwhile, the paper dispensing roller 111 is driven by the paper 91 and thereby continues to rotate counterclockwise. The guide units 1143 on the both sides of the swing unit 114 move over the bottom surfaces of the cam guide grooves 122, 132 under the guidance of the wall surfaces of the both sides of the cam guide grooves 122, 132 of the respective support members 12, 13 to the front sides of the cam guide grooves 122, 132, so that the guide units 1143 on the both sides of the swing unit 114 respectively approach the pivotal link units 1111 on the both sides of the paper dispensing roller 111, thereby causing the paper dispensing cutter 115 to retract and return to its original position.
[0018] Therefore, the paper dispenser according to the present disclosure is advantageous in that the paper dispensing cutter 115 is integrated into the paper dispensing roll 111 to reduce the volume of the paper dispenser. Furthermore, the paper dispenser according to the present disclosure is also advantageous in that the base 10 has a plurality of (cross-shaped or keyhole-shaped) mounting holes 105, so that the paper dispenser according to the present disclosure can be mounted upside down in a confined space or in an open space to make good use of the space.
[0019] With reference to the Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. 4, it should be noted that, according to one embodiment, the pivotable connecting units 201 (e.g., the pivotable connecting holes) on both sides of the top surface of the cover 20 are pivotally arranged on both sides of the top surface of the base 10, each by two damping axes 101. The back sides of the bottoms of the support members 12, 13 are pivotally arranged on the pivotable connecting units 102 (e.g., the pivotable connecting holes) on the two sides of the bottom surface of the base 10, each by two damping axes 126, 136. The cover 20 and the paper dispensing section 1 rotate in opposite directions. For example, the cover 20 rotates counterclockwise while the paper dispensing section 1 rotates clockwise, so that the roll 9 of the paper dispenser according to the present disclosure can be easily mounted in place. When the cover 20 is opened, the damping axes 126, 136 prevent the paper dispensing section 1 from immediately escaping due to its own weight, thereby protecting the paper dispenser according to the present disclosure from damage.
[0020] With reference to the Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. 4, it should be noted that, according to one embodiment, an engagement unit 204 (e.g., an engagement hole) is arranged on the underside of the cover 20 to engage with an engagement unit 104 (e.g., an elastic engagement button) on the underside of the base 10. Therefore, the cover 20 can be temporarily attached to the base 10.
[0021] With reference to the Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 4 and Fig. 5, it should be noted that an engagement unit 1251, 1351 (e.g., an engagement groove) according to one embodiment is arranged on each of the two sides of the upper surfaces of the support members 12, 13 to engage with the engagement units 103 (e.g., elastic snap-in hooks) on the two sides of the base 10. Therefore, the paper dispensing section 1 can be temporarily attached to the base 10.
[0022] With reference to the Fig. 2, Fig. 4 and Fig. 6, it should be noted that, according to one embodiment, the support elements 12 each include an electrical processing unit 16 (e.g., a control board), a drive section 14, and a power supply unit 17 (e.g., a battery or mains power). The electrical processing unit 16, the drive section 14, and the power supply unit 17 of the support element 12 are covered with a cover 120. The drive section 14 includes a drive unit 141 (e.g., a motor), a transmission unit 142 (e.g., a gear transmission), and a unidirectional transmission 143. The power supply unit 17 is electrically connected to the electrical processing unit 16. The electrical processing unit 16 is electrically connected to the drive unit 141. The drive unit 141 is connected to the transmission unit 142. The transmission unit 142 is connected to the unidirectional transmission 143.The unidirectional gear 143 is connected to the paper dispensing roller 111. The gear unit 142 and the unidirectional gear 143 enable the drive unit 141 to drive the paper dispensing roller 111 to rotate in the direction of discharging the paper 91 from the paper discharge hole 203. Therefore, the unidirectional gear 143 unidirectionally (counterclockwise) drives the paper dispensing roller 111 to rotate to extend the service life of the paper dispenser according to the present disclosure. Thanks to the electrical processing unit 16 and the drive section 14, the paper dispenser according to the present disclosure enables manual paper pulling, both manual and electric paper pulling, or electric paper pulling to meet the practical needs of the user.Especially with wet hands or delicate paper, the electrical processing unit 16 and the drive unit 141 may prevent the user from pulling out a torn piece of paper.
[0023] With reference to the Fig. 2, Fig. 4 and Fig. 6, it should be noted that, according to one embodiment, the unidirectional gear 143 is connected to a magnetic switch rotating element 1432. The two ends of the magnetic switch rotating element 1432 each have a magnetic element 1433 (e.g., a magnet). The electrical processing unit 16 has a magnetic detection unit 162 (e.g., a magnetic sensor) whose position corresponds to that of one of the magnetic elements 1433. Therefore, thanks to the control exercised with the electrical processing unit 16, the drive unit 141, the magnetic detection unit 162, and the magnetic elements 1433 of the magnetic switch rotating element 1432, it is possible for the paper dispensing roller 111 to rotate by at least half a turn to provide users with an appropriate number of pieces of paper. When the paper dispenser according to the present disclosure is not in use, a small angle and distance between the magnetic detection unit 162 and the magnetic elements 1433 are allowed; when the user pulls the paper to drive the rotation of the paper dispensing roller 111 and the magnetic switch rotating element 1432, the magnetic detection unit 162 can start the drive unit 141 upon detecting the magnetic element 1433 directly below it and turn off the drive unit 141 upon detecting the next magnetic element 1433.
[0024] With reference to the Fig. 1 to 4 and 6, it should be noted that, according to one embodiment, the unidirectional gear 143 is connected to a manually operated rotary member 1431. The manually operated rotary member 1431 is exposed from positioning holes 1201 of the support members 12 and a through hole 205 of the cover 20. The magnetic switch rotary member 1432 is disposed in the manually operated rotary member 1431. Therefore, to pull the paper 91 by hand, the user rotates the manually operated rotary member 1431, whereby the unidirectional gear 143 enables the manually operated rotary member 1431 to drive the rotation of the paper dispensing roller 111 unidirectionally (counterclockwise), thereby enabling the paper dispensing roller 111 to dispense the paper 91 toward the paper dispensing hole 203.
[0025] With reference to the Fig. 2, Fig. 4 and Fig. 6, it should be noted that, according to one embodiment, the electrical processing unit 16 includes a central processing unit, a memory, a processing circuit, an alarm (e.g., a buzzer or a light-emitting element), and an infrared sensing unit 161. The cover 20 includes a translucent plate 202. The translucent plate 202 enables the infrared sensing unit 161 to detect the human hand, thereby enabling the paper dispenser according to the present disclosure to provide the paper 91 in an electrically driven manner. Alternatively, the electrical processing unit 16 estimates the amount of used paper 91 according to the number of revolutions the drive unit 141 has rotated, so that the alarm generates a warning sound or a warning light when the paper 91 is running low.
[0026] With reference to the Fig. 1, Fig. 6 and Fig. 7, it should be noted that the electrical processing unit 16 according to one embodiment includes a paper shortage informing unit 163. The paper shortage informing unit 163 includes a roller detection unit 1631 (e.g., a detection rod), a link unit 1635 (e.g., a connecting rod), and a stroke switch 1637. One end of the roller detection unit 1631 is pivotally connected to a roller pressing roller 1632 for pressing against the roller 9, and the other end includes an elastic pivotable linking member 1633 (e.g., an elastic rotary member). The roller pressing roller 1632 and the roller detection unit 1631 are located outside the support members 12. The elastic pivotable linking member 1633 is located inside the support members 12.The other end of the roller detection unit 1631 is pivotally mounted on the support members 12 and penetrates the support members 12 to be connected to the elastic pivotable connecting member 1633, so that the other end of the roller detection unit 1631 is elastically pivotally mounted on the support members 12. The elastic pivotable connecting member 1633 has a drive cavity 1634. The connecting unit 1635 is disposed in the support member 12. A pivotable connecting intersection 1636 between two ends of the connecting unit 1635 is pivotally mounted on the support member 12. One end of the connecting unit 1635 is movably connected to the drive cavity 1634, and the other end is connected to the stroke switch 1637. The stroke switch 1637 is electrically connected to the processing circuit of the electrical processing unit 16 and disposed in the support member 12.Therefore, the roll pressure roller 1632 elastically presses against the roll 9 due to the elastic pivotable connecting member 1633. The less paper 91 remains in the roll 9, the smaller the diameter of the roll 9 becomes. As shown in . Fig. As shown in Figure 7, the elastic pivotal link 1633 drives the roll detection unit 1631 to rotate clockwise, and the drive cavity 1634 of the elastic pivotal link 1633 rotates clockwise to drive the movement of one end of the link unit 1635, causing the link unit 1635 to rotate counterclockwise, thereby allowing the other end of the link unit 1635 to press against the stroke switch 1637. When the roll 9 runs out of paper, the stroke switch 1637 causes the alarm to generate a paper shortage warning.
[0027] With reference to Fig. 8, it should be noted that, according to one embodiment, the support members 13 each have an auxiliary drive section 15 therein. The auxiliary drive section 15 includes a gear 151, a stop arm 152, and an elastic unit 153 (e.g., a tension spring). A cover 130 of the support member 13 covers the auxiliary drive section 15. The gear 151 is connected to the paper dispensing roller 111 and includes a plurality of bevel gears 1511 and a pivotable connecting unit 1531 (e.g., a pivotable connecting shaft). The two ends of the elastic unit 153 are arranged on the pivotable connecting unit 1531 of the gear 151 and the fastening unit 1532 (e.g., a hook element) of the support member 13, respectively. The two ends of the stop arm 152 each have a stop end 1521 and an elastic pivotable connecting unit 1522 (for example, a pivotable connecting element with a torsion spring). The elastic pivotal link unit 1522 is pivotally mounted on the support members 13 to drive the stop end 1521 to stop between the bevel gears 1511, thereby rotating the paper dispensing roller 111 in the direction of paper discharge from the paper discharge hole. Referring to FIG. Fig. 8, it should be noted that the stop arm 152 allows the rotation of the gear 151 and the paper dispensing roller 111 only clockwise. Therefore, when the user pulls the paper, the paper dispensing roller 111 of the gear 151 rotates Fig. 8 rotates clockwise, and the pivoting link unit 1531 of the gear 151 rotates clockwise, moving and stretching the elastic unit 153 to store elastic energy. After a perforation line is formed on the paper, the elastic unit 153 is stretched to its maximum length. Then, the elastic unit 153 shortens and releases the elastic energy. Consequently, the pivoting link unit 1531 pulls the gear 151 and causes the gear 151 and the paper dispensing roller 111 to further rotate clockwise to assist the paper dispensing roller 111 in dispensing paper to users.
[0028] With reference to the Fig. 9 to 11, it should be noted that, according to one embodiment, both sides of the paper dispensing roller 111 have a pivotable connecting unit 1114 (e.g., a pivotable connecting groove) and a mounting frame 1116, respectively. The pivotable connecting units 1114 of the paper dispensing roller 111 are arranged on the upper side of the receiving groove 1113. The pivotable connecting units 1142 of the swing arms 1141 are pivotally arranged on the pivotable connecting unit 1114 of the paper dispensing roller 111 and are fixed to the fixing unit 1115 (e.g., a fixing hole) of the paper dispensing roller 111 through the fixing unit 1117 (e.g., a fixing hole) of the fixing frame 1116 with bolts for positioning. Therefore, the swing unit 114 can be easily mounted on the paper dispensing roller 111.
[0029] With reference to the Fig. 4 and Fig. 5 and 9 to 11, the paper dispensing section 1 according to one embodiment comprises a cover 117 and a positioning frame 116. The cover 117 and the positioning frame 116 are arranged between the support elements 12, 13. In particular, the cover 117 is arranged on the front side of the paper dispensing roll 111. The pivotable connecting units 1171 (e.g., the pivotable connecting axes) on the two sides of the cover 117 are respectively pivotally connected to and engage with the pivotable connecting units 128, 138 (e.g., the engaging grooves) on the inner sides of the support elements 12, 13. The engaging units 1172 (e.g., elastic engaging hooks) on the two sides of the cover 117 engage with the engaging units 129, 139 (e.g., engaging holes) on the inner sides of the support elements 12, 13.Therefore, the user can open the cover 117 to repair the swing unit 114 and the paper dispensing cutter 115. The fixing units 1161 (e.g., fixing holes) on both sides of the positioning frame 116 are respectively fixed to the fixing units 127, 137 (e.g., fixing posts) on the inner sides of the support members 12, 13. The auxiliary rollers 112, 113 and the paper dispensing roller 111 are arranged on the positioning frame 116. The positioning frame 116 thus prevents paper jams.
[0030] With reference to the Fig. 2 and Fig. 4, Fig. 14 and Fig.15, it should be noted that, according to one embodiment, the cover 117 includes an auxiliary roller 1173. The auxiliary roller 1173 and the paper dispensing roller 111 press against each other to clamp and dispense the paper 91.
