Abstract
Claims
[1] Light-guiding building installation device (1) for a building (1), for an arrangement on the building (1) which at least partially extends through a building boundary (2) of the building (1), with opposing and mutually angled and / or curved light reflectors (22, 23), which together delimit a light-guiding space (24) which extends from a light-transparently closed light inlet opening (25) to a light-transparently closed light outlet opening (26), with a light absorption device which has a first light absorption device for the light absorption of light in the infrared range with a non-changeable absorption coefficient and a second light absorption device which is adjustable with regard to its absorption coefficient for the light absorption of visible light, wherein the first light absorption device has a light guide arranged on at least one of the light reflectors (22,23) and the second light absorption device is a switching device (30) located in a light guide path extending from the light inlet opening (25) to the light outlet opening (26), which in a first switching setting has a first light transmittance and in a second switching setting has a second light transmittance different from the first light transmittance, and wherein the switching device (30) has a light-transmitting disk (31) extending from one of the light reflectors (22, 23) to the other of the light reflectors (22, 23), which divides the light guide space (24) into a plurality of light guide subspaces (33, 34, 35). [2] Building installation device according to claim 1, characterized by that the switching device (30) has a coating (32) applied to the pane (31) which is electrically adjustable with regard to light transmission. [3] Building installation device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized by that the second light absorption device is arranged closer to the light exit opening (26) than the first light absorption device, seen in section. [4] Building installation device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized by that the light reflectors (22, 23) approach one another starting from the light inlet opening (25) at least over a part of the light guide path, or that the light reflectors (22, 23) approach one another starting from the light inlet opening (25) over a first part of the light guide path and a distance between the light reflectors (22, 23) increases over a second part of the light guide path adjoining the first part at a transition point. [5] Building installation device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized bythat the disc (31) of the switching device (30) is arranged at the transition point, or that the disc (31) of the switching device (30) is arranged, as seen in section, on a first side of the transition point and on a second side of the transition point opposite the first side, a light-permeable separating element (36) passing through the light guide space (24). [6] Building installation device according to claim 5, characterized by that the disc (31) of the switching device (30) and the separating element (36) delimit at least one of the light-guiding sub-chambers (33, 4 30, 35) on opposite sides. [7] Building installation arrangement (3) for a building (1), for an arrangement on the building (1) which at least partially penetrates a building boundary of the building (1), characterized bya light-guiding building installation device (4) according to one or more of the preceding claims and an insulating element (13) receiving the building installation device (4), which has an insulating layer (14) made of an insulating material embedding the building installation device (4) and a stiffening layer (15) with a higher stiffness than the insulating layer (14). [8] Building installation arrangement according to claim 7, characterized by that the building installation device (4) completely penetrates the insulation layer (14) and the stiffening layer (15) in section and / or projects beyond the insulation element (13) at least on one side. [9] Building installation arrangement according to claim 7 or 8, characterized bythat the insulation layer (14) has at most the same material thickness as a roof rafter (7) arranged adjacent to the insulation layer (14) of a building boundary (2) of the building (1) designed as a roof and the building installation device (4) projects beyond the insulation layer (14) in section and is in overlap with the roof rafter (7). [10] Building installation arrangement according to claim 9, characterized by that the building installation device (4) extends in section up to a roof batten (8) supported by the roof rafter (7). [11] Building installation arrangement according to one of claims 7 to 10, characterized by that the building installation device (4) is overlapped by a translucent area (10) of the building boundary (2). [12] Building installation arrangement according to claim 11, characterized bythat the translucent part (10) of the building boundary (2) together with an opaque part of the building boundary (2) forms the building boundary (2). [13] Building (1) with a building installation device (4) according to one or more of claims 1 to 6 and / or a building installation arrangement (3) according to one or more of claims 7 to 12.
