Abstract
Description
[0001] The invention relates to a vehicle seat comprising a base frame, which includes a seat part frame and a backrest frame, and a seat part that can be displaced relative to the base frame.
[0002] Vehicle seats of this type are well known from the prior art and are designed in this way.
[0003] These vehicle seats may have a backrest cushion that is connected to the backrest frame and may be adjustable depending on the needs of the individual.
[0004] However, these backrest cushions are usually difficult to replace or even impossible to replace, requiring the entire vehicle seat to be replaced. This is often undesirable, especially in passenger transport, as replacing an entire seat is extremely costly due to the limited space available.
[0005] These vehicle seats are also difficult to assemble and, if necessary, extremely difficult to repair.
[0006] DE 10 2013 012 291 A1 describes a vehicle seat comprising a base frame which includes a seat part frame in the form of support rails and a backrest frame in the form of support rails.
[0007] DE 10 2007 012 728 A1 shows a passenger seat for railway vehicles with a seat part and a backrest, wherein the seat part is displaceable in the longitudinal direction of the seat part relative to a base frame common to the backrest.
[0008] AT 348 582 B concerns a seat for vehicles with a seat frame that can be moved forwards from the basic position.

[0010] US 7 874 618 B2 relates to a vehicle seat with a backrest and a seat part, in which the seat part can be moved in the forward and backward direction.
[0011] FR 2 981 309 A1 concerns a vehicle seat for transport vehicles.
[0012] DE 10 2021 201 069 A1 shows a lordosis support element made of plastic.
[0013] WO 2004 / 085197 A1 is directed to a backrest for a vehicle seat.
[0014] The object of the present invention is therefore to overcome the disadvantages of the prior art. It proposes a vehicle seat with a particularly simple design, allowing the backrest cushion to be easily replaced.
[0015] This problem is solved by a vehicle seat having the features of patent claim 1.
[0016] A core concept of the invention is to provide a vehicle seat comprising a base frame, which includes a seat part frame and a backrest frame, and a seat part that is displaceable relative to the base frame. The vehicle seat comprises a backrest part, wherein the backrest part is designed and configured to be detachably connectable to the backrest frame and the seat part.
[0017] According to the invention, the backrest part can be detached from the base frame of the vehicle seat and mounted thereon. This makes it possible to remove only the backrest part from the vehicle seat, so that the rest of the vehicle seat, in this case the base frame, does not need to be dismantled.
[0018] The backrest section is an assembly that is independent of the base frame and can be connected to it. The backrest section can therefore also be considered a module of the vehicle seat.
[0019] According to a further embodiment, it can additionally be provided that the seat part is detachably connected to the base frame, in particular the seat part frame. This makes it possible to detach both the backrest part and the seat part separately from the base frame for replacement or cleaning. The seat part preferably includes a seat cushion.
[0020] According to a further preferred embodiment, it can be provided that the backrest part comprises a cushion frame with a backrest cushion, wherein the cushion frame is preferably provided and designed to be detachably connectable to the backrest frame.
[0021] Particularly preferably, the backrest cushion is connected to the cushion frame, so that a relatively rigid structure is created which is accordingly easy to grip and carry.
[0022] Furthermore, the rigid design of the frames allows for easy attachment between the two frame elements, namely the upholstery frame and the backrest frame, since twisting of one of the frames during assembly is prevented. Particularly preferably, the assembly or connection between the upholstery frame and the backrest frame is further facilitated if the upholstery frame and the backrest frame are at least partially complementary to one another.
[0023] The comfort of the vehicle seat is further enhanced if the backrest section features an adjustment option for changing the backrest angle and / or lumbar support. Accordingly, the backrest section includes a support section that is rotatably connected to the upholstery frame about a first axis of rotation and detachably connected to the seat section to further ensure easy detachability between the backrest section and the base frame.
[0024] The support part is a component of the backrest part and can be removed from the base frame or attached to it accordingly.
[0025] It can therefore be particularly preferred if the support part is provided and designed to deform a central region of the backrest cushion, wherein the deformation can be brought about by means of a displacement of the seat part, wherein a backrest inclination angle can be adjusted by the deformation of the central region.
[0026] Since the support part is, on the one hand, fixed to the upholstered frame except for rotation, and, on the other hand, connected to the seat part, which is movable, the support part moves accordingly when the seat part is moved. In order to be able to advantageously follow the displacement of the seat part, it can be advantageous for the support part to be at least partially deformable. In particular, the support part is intended and designed to be elastically deformable.
[0027] By adjusting the backrest angle, the lumbar support can be changed, for example, depending on the wishes of the person sitting in the vehicle seat.
[0028] Deformation of the backrest cushion occurs because the support element is pivotally connected to the cushion frame on one side and to the seat part on the other. Moving the seat part, either forward or backward, causes the support element to move in line with the seat part. Since the support element is connected to the cushion frame, as described, the overall angle of the support element to the seat part, the backrest frame, or the cushion frame changes.
[0029] It is particularly preferred that in a non-displaced position the backrest inclination angle is smaller than in a displaced position.
[0030] The non-displaced position can be understood as the seat section being in its rearmost position. With regard to the backrest tilt angle, this means that the backrest tilt angle is at its smallest possible value. A displaced position is therefore any position that deviates from the non-displaced position, for example, when the seat section is or is displaced forward.
[0031] A displacement of the seat part relative to the seat part frame is preferably provided along a displacement direction. Particularly preferably, the displacement direction is a longitudinal direction of the vehicle seat. According to a preferred embodiment, the seat part is displaceable exclusively in a translational direction relative to the seat part frame.
[0032] Preferably, the seat part can be displaced by an applied force, wherein the applied force is applied by a person sitting on the seat part. Such an applied force can act on the seat part or can be introduced into the seat part by a shift in the person's weight. This allows for a particularly simple and adapted displacement of the seat part according to the person's needs.
[0033] According to a preferred embodiment, a guide device is provided by means of which the seat part can be guided relative to the seat part frame. Particularly preferably, the guide device is designed such that the seat part can be displaced in the displacement direction.
[0034] According to a preferred embodiment, the guide device can be constructed particularly simply if the guide device comprises sliding block elements and grooves, wherein the sliding blocks are formed at least partially complementary to the grooves, so that the sliding blocks can be guided in the grooves.
[0035] In this case, it can be provided that the sliding block elements are connected, in particular firmly connected, to the seat part frame, and the grooves are formed in the seat part. This can facilitate the assembly of the seat part. Alternatively, it would also be conceivable for the sliding block elements to be connected, in particular firmly connected, to the seat part, and for the grooves to be formed in the seat part frame.
[0036] The guide device can be designed in a particularly simple and structurally advantageous manner if one of the sliding block elements or each sliding block element comprises a first section, a second section and a third section, wherein the first section is arranged above the groove and is wider than the groove, and wherein the second section adjoins the first section and extends through the corresponding groove and a third section is arranged below the groove and adjoins the second section, wherein the third section is also wider than the groove.
[0037] The T-slot element therefore preferably has a layered structure formed by the first section, the second section, and the third section, which are arranged one above the other in a vertical direction. Because the second section can preferably be guided in the groove and the first section and the third section are wider than the groove, loosening of the T-slot and the groove can be prevented.
[0038] Particularly preferably, the groove(s) has(have) a mounting section designed and provided so that the first section can be guided through this mounting section, so that the second section can then protrude through the groove. The mounting section is preferably dimensioned such that the first section can be guided through it.
[0039] The groove is held by the first section and the third section, so that falling out of the slot nut from the groove can be effectively prevented.
[0040] Particularly preferably, the position of the mounting section or the displacement of the seat part is such that in an assembled state of the vehicle seat, i.e. that the seat part is mounted on the seat part frame, the sliding block cannot be guided into the mounting section in order to prevent the sliding block from falling out of the groove.
[0041] According to a preferred embodiment, the falling out of a sliding block can be prevented and the displacement can be limited particularly advantageously if a first end stop is arranged on the seat part and a bolt element is arranged on the seat part frame, which bolt elements are provided and designed to interact with one another during a movement of the seat part from the displaced position into the non-displaced position, wherein contact of the bolt element with the end stop defines the non-displaced position.
[0042] It is further advantageous if the first end stop is arranged in front of the mounting section in the direction of displacement. This means that when moving to the home position, it is not possible to move the seat part far enough for the sliding block to be positioned in the mounting section.
[0043] According to a further preferred embodiment, it can be provided that the backrest frame comprises a first upwardly extending backrest frame support and a second upwardly extending backrest frame support. It can also be provided that the upholstered frame comprises a first upwardly extending upholstered frame support and a second upwardly extending upholstered frame support. Even more preferably, it can be provided that the first backrest frame support and the first upholstered frame support, as well as the second backrest frame support and the second upholstered frame support, can be firmly connected to one another in a lower region, but in particular can be detachably connected to one another.
[0044] In this context, upwards may be in a vertical direction, for example along a vehicle seat height direction, which is preferably perpendicular to the displacement direction.
[0045] The fact that the backrest frame and the upholstery frame each have supports ensures particularly easy assembly of the frames. The stability of the frames can also be increased.
[0046] A fixed but detachable connection can be realized by a screw connection or the like.
[0047] Particularly preferably, it can be provided that the lower ends of the cushion frame supports, i.e. seen in the vehicle seat height direction, can be connected to the backrest frame supports, in particular to the lower ends of the backrest frame supports.
[0048] In addition, for further connection between the upholstered frame and the backrest frame, it may be provided that the upholstered frame can be hooked into corresponding recesses in the backrest frame or vice versa.
[0049] According to a preferred embodiment, for the space-saving arrangement of the vehicle seat, it can be provided that the seat part frame and the backrest frame enclose a fixed and unchangeable angle to one another.
[0050] This may advantageously allow the person's angle between the upper part of the back and the buttocks to remain unchanged, allowing for further particularly advantageous adjustment in the lumbar region of the back.
[0051] It is particularly preferred that the backrest frame and the seat part frame are detachably connectable or connected to one another, thereby facilitating further assembly and disassembly.
[0052] According to a further embodiment, the upholstery frame may include a first cross brace to increase stability. Particularly preferably, the first cross brace is arranged between the upholstery frame supports and connected to them.
[0053] Further preferably, the support element can be rotatably mounted on the first cross strut. The cross strut thus serves to position the support element in the backrest part. Particularly advantageously, the support element is attached centrally to the first cross strut, whereby the support element for deforming the central region of the backrest cushion can already be provided. In particular, the support element is arranged at a distance from the upholstery frame supports, so that contact between the support element and the upholstery frame supports can be avoided when the seat part is moved.
[0054] According to a preferred embodiment, the detachable connection of the backrest part to the seat part can be designed such that the support part is connected to the seat part by means of a connecting unit. Further preferably, the connecting unit comprises a driver element that is fixedly connected to the seat part. Particularly preferably, the driver element is welded to the seat part or connected in a similar manner, although a detachable connection would also be conceivable.
[0055] Further preferably, an engagement element is arranged on the support part, which is intended and designed to be connected to the driver element. In particular, the engagement element can be designed such that the driver element can engage with the engagement element, thus forming a detachable connection by means of the connecting unit.
[0056] The support part is made of an elongated wire. This allows for cost-effective and material-saving production. To increase stability and elastic deformation of the support part, the support part has several meanders so that the support part has a meandering structure.
[0057] In order to further facilitate the manufacture of the support part, it can be provided according to a further preferred embodiment that the support part is formed from a first support part element and a second support part element, wherein the first support part element and the second support part element are connected to one another.
[0058] Particularly preferably, the support elements are designed identically so that the production effort can be further reduced.
[0059] Since the support part can be formed from two support elements that are connected to one another, one embodiment advantageously provides for the support elements to be connected to one another by means of at least two connecting elements. The connecting elements are preferably made of wire.
[0060] Further refinements and developments of the embodiments are applicable to the other embodiments and can be freely combined with each other, provided they do not correspond to opposing embodiments. Features relating to the vehicle seat and the method for assembling the vehicle seat can be used in a corresponding manner.
[0061] Further advantageous embodiments emerge from the subclaims.
[0062] The different versions with all their features can be combined and interchanged as desired.
[0063] All features disclosed in the application documents are claimed as essential to the invention, provided that they are new, individually or in combination, compared to the prior art.
[0064] The applicant reserves the right to claim all features disclosed in the application documents as essential to the invention, provided they are novel, individually or in combination, over the prior art. It is further noted that the individual figures also describe features that may be advantageous in and of themselves. The skilled person will immediately recognize that a specific feature described in a figure may be advantageous even without adopting further features from that figure. Furthermore, the skilled person will recognize that advantages may also arise from a combination of several features shown in individual or different figures.
[0065] Further objects, advantages, and benefits of the present invention will become apparent from the following description taken in conjunction with the drawings, in which: Fig. 1A shows a vehicle seat according to an embodiment in a side view; Fig. 1B the vehicle seat according to Fig. 1A in a front view; Fig. 2A-2C the functioning of the vehicle seat according to Fig. 1A; Fig. 3 a backrest part of the vehicle seat; Fig. 4A-4B the vehicle seat with a base frame, a seat part and the backrest part; Fig. 5A-5B a support element of the backrest part; Fig. 6A-6B a connection of the support element to a seat part; Fig. 7A-7D show the vehicle seat in different positions in different views; Fig. 8A-8C show the vehicle seat in a sectional view in different positions.
[0066] In the figures, identical components are identified by the corresponding reference symbols. For clarity, some components may not be provided with a reference symbol in some figures, but are identified elsewhere.
[0067] In the Fig. 1A and Fig. 1B shows a vehicle seat 1 according to the invention, wherein the vehicle seat 1 in the Fig. 1A in a side view and in the Fig. 1B is shown in a front view, each in a non-displaced position G.
[0068] Furthermore, the vehicle seat 1 has a backrest RL with a backrest frame 4 and a backrest part 5 with a backrest cushion 7. Further preferably, the vehicle seat 1 can have at least one armrest 26 rotatably connected to the backrest RL and a headrest 27. A seat part frame 3 is also shown. A seat part 100 is also shown. The seat part 100 can be displaced relative to the seat part frame 3, for example, along a displacement direction VR, which can correspond to a vehicle seat longitudinal direction L.
[0069] Furthermore, a vehicle seat height direction H and a vehicle seat width direction B are shown.
[0070] Advantageously, a guide device can be provided by means of which the seat part 3 can be guided relative to the seat part frame 3. Particularly preferably, the guide device is designed such that the seat part 100 can be displaced in the displacement direction VR.
[0071] Further preferably, a first cover element 28 and a second cover element 29 are shown, which are connected to the seat part frame 3, preferably detachably connected, and which cover the seat part frame 3 to the outside, so that it is not possible for fingers to engage in the guide device and during displacement.
[0072] In the Fig. 2A to 2C show the functional principle using schematic drawings.
[0073] A person P is sitting on the vehicle seat 1, more precisely the person P is sitting on the seat part 100. By the person P a force F acting on the seat part 100 can be brought from the currently existing non-displaced position G of the vehicle seat 1 into a displaced position V, which in the Fig. 2B. The seat part 100 is compared to the Fig. 2A relocated.
[0074] The vehicle seat 1 can be designed and provided in such a way that the seat part 100 can be held in the displaced position V by a weight force of the person P sitting on the seat part 100.
[0075] Likewise, the person P can return the seat part 100 to the non-displaced position G by applying the appropriate force F. This is shown in the Fig. 2C. As is particularly evident in the Fig. 2B, the backrest cushion 7 has changed with respect to a backrest inclination angle 10 by moving the seat part 100 forward, which can be seen by the change in the sitting position of the person P. The sitting position of the person P in the basic position G is schematically shown by a dashed line in the Fig. 2B.
[0076] In the Fig. 3 shows the backrest part 5 according to the invention according to a preferred embodiment, wherein the backrest cushion 7 is not shown for better clarity.
[0077] As can be seen, the cushion frame 6 comprises a first cushion frame support 13 and a second cushion frame support 14, which extend in the vehicle seat height direction H.
[0078] The upholstery frame supports 13, 14 are connected to one another by a first cross strut 17, wherein the first cross strut 17 extends in the vehicle seat width direction B. A support part 8 is arranged on the first cross strut 17 so as to be rotatable about a first axis of rotation 32. Furthermore, a receiving part 30 is preferably provided, which is intended and designed to rotatably connect the support part 8 to the first cross strut 17.
[0079] Likewise, a second cross strut 18 is visible, which also connects the upholstery frame supports 13, 14 and extends in the vehicle seat width direction B. Preferably, the second cross strut 18 is arranged in front of the first cross strut 17 with respect to the vehicle seat longitudinal direction L. Likewise, the support part 8 is designed such that the support part 8 is arranged in front of the first cross strut 17 and in front of the second cross strut 18, whereby the support part 8 cannot fall out of the backrest part 5 and can move easily in the displacement direction VR and backwards.
[0080] The first cross strut 17 and the second cross strut 18 are arranged approximately in the center of the upholstery frame 6.
[0081] In addition, a third cross strut 31 is provided which connects the cushion frame supports 13, 14 to one another in an upper region 33 and extends in the vehicle seat width direction B.
[0082] A lower region 15 of the upholstered frame 6 is free of cross struts 17, 18, 31, which could otherwise hinder the movement of the support part 8 when the seat part 100 is displaced.
[0083] The lower area 15 and the upper area 33 refer to the vehicle seat height direction H.
[0084] The support part 8 is arranged in a central region 9 of the upholstery frame 6, wherein the central region 9 relates to the vehicle seat width direction B. More precisely, the central region 9 is arranged between the upholstery frame supports 13, 14.
[0085] In the Fig. 4A and Fig. 4B shows how the upholstery frame 6 is arranged with respect to the base frame 2. In the Fig. 4A is a perspective view of the vehicle seat 1 from the rear and in the Fig. 4B shows a perspective view of the vehicle seat 1 from the front, in each case without upholstery elements.
[0086] As shown, the upholstered frame 6 can be connected to the backrest frame 4 by means of suspension connections 34, wherein preferably an upholstered frame support 13, 14 can be connected to a backrest support 11, 12. A suspension connection 34 can be designed such that it functions according to a "keyhole principle", i.e. that a larger opening 35 and a smaller opening 36 are provided, wherein the larger opening 35 is larger than the smaller opening 36. A holding means 37 of the upholstered frame 6 can be introduced into the larger opening 35 and suspended downwards into the smaller opening 36. For this purpose, the holding means 37 is designed to be at least partially larger than the smaller opening 36.
[0087] It can be provided that the first backrest frame support 11 and the first upholstered frame support 13, as well as the second backrest frame support 12 and the second upholstered frame support 14, are firmly connected to one another in the lower region 15, but in particular are detachably connected to one another. This can be achieved by a corresponding connection 38, which in the present case is designed as a screw connection.
[0088] In the Fig. 5A and Fig. 5B, the support part 8 is shown according to an embodiment, wherein the support part 8 in the Fig. 5A from the front and in the Fig. 5B is shown from behind.
[0089] The support part 8 comprises a first support part element 23 and a second support part element 24, which are connected to one another by means of connecting elements 25. One of the connecting elements 25, namely the uppermost connecting element 25, 39, is longer than the other connecting elements 25, so that it can be easily connected to the receiving part 30, so that the uppermost connecting element 25, 39 forms the first axis of rotation 32.
[0090] The support part 8 is such that it has several meanders 22.
[0091] The support part 8 further has at its lower end an engagement element 21, which is part of the connecting unit 19 and is designed to receive a driver element 20, so that the support part 8 can be or is connected to the seat part 100.
[0092] For this purpose, the engagement element 21 has an opening 40 into which the driver element 20 can protrude and protrude.
[0093] The connecting unit 19 comprising the engagement element 21 and the driver element 20 is in the Fig. 6A and Fig. 6B is shown in more detail. Fig. 6A shows the vehicle seat 1 in the non-displaced position G, the Fig. 6B the vehicle seat 1 in the displaced position V or how the vehicle seat 1 is brought into the displaced position V.
[0094] As can be seen, the driver element 20 is inserted into the opening 40 of the engagement element 21 and projects from one side of the opening 40 through the opening 40 and extends further on the other side of the opening 40.
[0095] By moving the seat part 100 forward, as shown in the Fig. 6B, the driver element 20 moves with the seat part 100 in accordance with the displacement of the seat part 100, since they are connected to one another. This movement or displacement of the driver element 20 causes the engagement element 21 to move accordingly. Since the engagement element 21 is connected, in particular firmly connected, to the support part 8, the engagement element 21 undergoes a corresponding movement. However, since the support part 8 is fixedly connected to the upholstery frame 6 except for rotation, the support part 8 moves forward in the lower region of the support part 8 by the engagement element 21 and thus also upward in the vehicle seat height direction H. The engagement element 21 therefore moves relative to the driver element 20 and is guided by it.
[0096] As a consequence of this movement, the support part 8 is moved accordingly, whereby the central region 9 of the backrest cushion 7 is deformed accordingly by the deformation of the support part 8. The movement of the support part 8 as well as the seat part 100 and the driver element 20 in conjunction with the engagement element 21 is in the Fig. 6B by corresponding arrows. Particularly preferably, the support part 8 is designed to be deformable, in particular elastically deformable. In the Fig. 7A to 7D, the movement of the seat part 100 and the corresponding movements of the connecting unit 19 with engagement element 21 and driver element 20 are shown again in their entirety, wherein in the Fig. 7A the vehicle seat 1 in perspective view from the front in the non-displaced position G and in the Fig. 7B in the displaced position V, and in which Fig. 7C the vehicle seat 1 in perspective view from behind in the non-displaced position G and in the Fig. 7D is shown in the displaced position V.
[0097] In the Fig. 8A is a side sectional view of the vehicle seat 1 in the non-displaced position G and in the Fig. 8B in the displaced position V, and in which Fig. 8C the vehicle seat 1 shows a superposition of the non-displaced position G and the displaced position V.
[0098] In the Fig. In Figure 8C, the movement of the support part 8 resulting from the displacement of the seat part 100 is particularly clearly visible.
[0099] A further preferred embodiment of the driver element 20 can be seen in that the driver element 20 comprises at least a first section 41, a second section 42 and a third section 43. The first section 41 is preferably connected to the seat part 100, the second section 42 to the first section 41 and the third section 43 to the second section 42. The third section 43 is preferably arranged above the second section 42, and the second section 42 above the first section 41. The first section 41 is preferably arranged at a first angle 41' to the vehicle seat longitudinal direction L, the second section 42 at a second angle 42' to the vehicle seat longitudinal direction L and the third section 43 at a third angle 43' to the vehicle seat longitudinal direction L. The first angle 41' is preferably smaller than the second angle 42' and the second angle 42' is smaller than the third angle 43'.Preferably the third angle is 43' 90°.
