Description

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

[0001] The invention relates to the field of lighting devices, for example for lighting purposes in buildings. In particular, the invention relates to the field of profile lights and / or profile or track lighting systems. The invention relates to a fastening arrangement for fastening a lighting assembly in an elongated rail profile open on one long side, as well as to a lighting device comprising a rail profile, a lighting assembly, and such a fastening arrangement. TECHNICAL BACKGROUND

[0002] Profile luminaires and profile luminaire systems have already been proposed. Conventional profile luminaires or profile luminaire systems, for example, often involve the delivery of luminaire inserts permanently installed within a profile to a construction site for installation. Such luminaire inserts are typically wired to a converter or control gear installed within the profile or located outside the profile. If the luminaire inserts are to be subsequently inserted into the profile on site, wiring is also cumbersome with conventional designs.

[0003] Track lighting systems with light inserts that can be inserted into a rail are also already known.

[0004] The document DE 20 2013 103 419 U1 describes a luminaire with a support element and at least one lamp module that can be detachably attached to the support element.

[0005] The document DE 10 2009 004 025 A1 describes a luminaire with a luminaire housing and an inner frame for holding optical elements, which is at least partially detachable from the housing and is connected to the housing in an assembly position via a locking arrangement.

[0006] The document DE 10 2004 048 484 A1 describes a luminaire with a built-in housing intended to accommodate the light source, reflector and associated mechanical and electrical or electronic components, a housing frame connected to the housing and a functional frame that can be detached from the housing frame at least in part. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0007] Against this background, it is an object of the invention to make the assembly and disassembly of lighting inserts or lighting assemblies in profiles, for example for creating a profile light or a lighting device based on a profile or track lighting system, easier and more flexible.

[0008] According to the invention, this object is achieved by a fastening arrangement having the features of claim 1, by a fastening arrangement having the features of claim 2, by a lighting device having the features of claim 19, and / or by a lighting device having the features of claim 22.

[0009] Accordingly, according to a first aspect of the invention, a fastening arrangement for fastening a lighting assembly in an elongated rail profile open on one longitudinal side is proposed.

[0010] The fastening arrangement comprises a locking device configured to engage the rail profile in a locking manner to hold the lighting assembly. The fastening arrangement comprises a body, and the locking device comprises locking elements arranged on the body, each of which is configured to engage behind an edge running along the rail profile or an undercut of the rail profile running along the rail profile.

[0011] The fastening arrangement further comprises a blocking arrangement that can be brought into a release configuration and a blocking configuration. In the release configuration, the engagement of the locking device in the rail profile can be brought about and released by overcoming an elastic force of the locking device. In the blocking configuration, the blocking arrangement prevents the engagement from being released against the elastic force. In particular, in the blocking configuration, the blocking arrangement can also prevent the engagement of the locking device.

[0012] The blocking arrangement comprises an actuating element that can be actuated by an operator in a state in which the fastening arrangement holds the lighting assembly inserted into the rail profile. The blocking arrangement can be brought into the release configuration and the blocking configuration by actuating the actuating element by pressing the same. The actuating element can be displaced against an elastic force during actuation.

[0013] Furthermore, according to a second aspect of the invention, a fastening arrangement for fastening a lighting assembly in an elongated rail profile open on one longitudinal side is proposed.

[0014] The fastening arrangement has a locking device which is designed to engage in the rail profile in a locking manner in order to hold the lighting assembly.

[0015] The fastening arrangement further comprises a blocking arrangement that can be brought into a release configuration and a blocking configuration.

[0016] The blocking arrangement comprises an actuating element which can be actuated by an operator in a state in which the fastening arrangement holds the lighting assembly inserted into the rail profile, wherein the blocking arrangement can be brought into the release configuration and the blocking configuration by actuating the actuating element by pressing the same.

[0017] The actuating element has an end-side actuating surface and a peripheral surface portion adjacent to the actuating surface, wherein the peripheral surface portion is concealed in the blocking configuration.

[0018] Furthermore, according to a third aspect of the invention, a lighting device is proposed with an elongated rail profile open on one longitudinal side, a lighting assembly, and at least one fastening arrangement according to the invention. The lighting assembly is inserted into the rail profile, and the locking device of the fastening arrangement engages the rail profile in a locking manner to hold the lighting assembly.

[0019] Furthermore, according to a fourth aspect of the invention, a lighting device is proposed with an elongated rail profile open on one longitudinal side, a lighting assembly and at least one fastening arrangement for fastening the lighting assembly in the rail profile.

[0020] The fastening arrangement has a locking device which is designed to engage in the rail profile in a locking manner in order to hold the lighting assembly.

[0021] The fastening arrangement has a blocking arrangement which can be brought into a release configuration in which the engagement of the locking device in the rail profile can be brought about and released by overcoming an elastic force effect of the locking device, and can be brought into a blocking configuration in which the blocking arrangement prevents the release of the engagement against the elastic force effect.

[0022] The blocking arrangement comprises an actuating element which can be actuated by an operator in a state in which the fastening arrangement holds the lighting assembly inserted into the rail profile therein.

[0023] The blocking arrangement can be brought into the release configuration and the blocking configuration by actuating the actuating element by pressing the same.

[0024] The lighting assembly is inserted into the rail profile and the locking device of the fastening arrangement engages in the rail profile to hold the lighting assembly.

[0025] A housing or a reflector section or a reflector arrangement of the lighting assembly is provided with an opening on a visible side, wherein the actuating element protrudes outwardly through the opening in the release configuration.

[0026] One idea underlying the invention is that in this way the lighting assembly can be inserted by the installer like an insert or "inset" quickly, easily and flexibly, in particular at any desired location along an already installed rail profile. In particular, in a first assembly step, the lighting assembly can be inserted into the rail profile simply and easily and fastened to it by the locking engagement of the locking device, without the operator or installer having to perform any further steps in this first step. Installation is thus made much easier, particularly with longer lighting assemblies, since the lighting assembly already holds itself in place after insertion. Final fixing is then achieved by simply pressing on the actuating element.Particularly when working in ceiling areas or above head height, simply pressing in one or more actuating elements is very convenient. This can easily be done one after the other if there are multiple mounting arrangements on a lighting assembly. Similarly, the locking mechanism can be easily released again if necessary to remove the lighting assembly from the rail profile.

[0027] Advantageous embodiments and further developments of the invention emerge from the subclaims and from the description with reference to the figures of the drawing.

[0028] In one embodiment, the actuating element can be displaced along a direction substantially parallel to a depth direction of the rail profile by the operator exerting a compressive force on the actuating element. This allows for simple and intuitive actuation.

[0029] In particular, the actuator can be operated by the operator without tools, making operation particularly simple and convenient.

[0030] In particular, the actuating element can be displaced against an elastic force when actuated. This can, for example, counteract unintentional actuation, and the actuating element can always assume a defined position when not actuated.

[0031] In a further development, the blocking arrangement can be alternately converted into the release configuration and the blocking configuration by repeatedly actuating the actuating element. This allows switching between release and blocking in a simple and easily understandable manner for the operator or technician.

[0032] According to one embodiment, the fastening arrangement comprises a body. The locking device comprises locking elements arranged on the body, each of which is configured to engage behind an edge running along the rail profile or an undercut of the rail profile running along the rail profile. In this way, the lighting assembly can be reliably held to the rail profile, particularly enabling flexible positioning of the lighting assembly along the rail profile.

[0033] In one embodiment, the locking elements are each pivotable, preferably elastically, about a pivot axis that runs essentially parallel to a longitudinal direction of the rail profile. This further simplifies the manufacture of the fastening arrangement.

[0034] In one embodiment, the locking elements are provided on opposite sides of the body, whereby edges or undercuts provided in the rail profile on opposite sides of the rail profile can be engaged behind by means of the locking elements. In the blocking configuration of the blocking arrangement, each of the locking elements is prevented from becoming detached from the edge or undercut. This ensures reliable fastening, and also reliably prevents unintentional release of the locking elements. In particular, at least two locking elements can be provided on opposite sides of the body.

[0035] In one embodiment, the locking elements are each integrally connected to the body in an elastically movable manner. This contributes to the ease of manufacture of the fastening arrangement.

[0036] According to a further development, the blocking arrangement comprises a displaceably guided blocking element. In the release configuration, the blocking element is in a first displacement position, in which the locking elements can be moved against the elastic force to engage or release the engagement in the rail profile. Furthermore, in this further development, the blocking element is in a second displacement position in the blocking configuration, in which the blocking element prevents the movement of the locking elements for engaging or releasing the engagement in the rail profile against the elastic force or limits the movement path of the locking elements. This allows for a simple structure and, at the same time, a reliable blocking effect on the locking elements.

[0037] In one embodiment, a projection is connected to each of the locking elements, which projection is provided on an inner side of the locking element facing an interior region of the body. The projections provided on the inner side of the locking elements face one another. The blocking element is displaceable such that the blocking element is arranged essentially between the projections in the blocking configuration. By displacing the blocking element, for example, two locking elements can be jointly blocked against unwanted movement against the action of elastic force, or the movement of the locking elements can be sufficiently restricted to prevent engagement with or release of the rail profile. This can also contribute to further simplifying the structure of the fastening arrangement and, at the same time, achieving reliable fastening of the lighting assembly.Furthermore, this design can contribute to a good protection of the blocking arrangement against external influences and to its mechanically stable design and blocking effect.

[0038] In a further development, the actuating element and the blocking element are arranged displaceably along a common displacement axis. The blocking arrangement further comprises a sleeve that is displaceable along the displacement axis by actuating the actuating element and that can be rotated stepwise about the displacement axis. The sleeve is arranged in sections in the direction of the displacement axis between surfaces of the actuating element and the blocking element that are provided for contact with the sleeve. In this further development, the sleeve is supported in a first position along the displacement axis in the release configuration and in a second position along the displacement axis, different from the first, in the blocking configuration relative to the body. Thus, with the aid of these two support or rest positions of the sleeve, two displacement positions of the blocking element can be implemented for the release and blocking configurations, respectively. As in the case of a ballpoint pen, in this further development the use of the gradually rotating sleeve enables the realization of the two rest positions alternately by repeatedly pressing the actuating element in the same direction.

[0039] In particular, in one embodiment, the actuating element has a coupling section that extends through an opening in the blocking element and partially engages behind the blocking element. In this way, a positive connection for transmitting a force in one direction can be established between the blocking element and the actuating element.

[0040] In particular, the coupling portion may extend through a hollow interior of the sleeve.

[0041] According to one embodiment, the actuating element has a front-side actuating surface and a peripheral surface section adjacent to the actuating surface. In this case, the peripheral surface section is concealed in the blocking configuration. In particular, the peripheral surface section can be designed as a signal surface and / or with a warning color. In this way, the displacement position of the actuating element in the release and blocking configuration can advantageously be used to inform the installer or operator whether the locking device can be released from the rail profile by overcoming the elastic force or whether engagement can be achieved during insertion, in other words, whether the locking device is blocked or not. This advantageously prevents the actuation from being forgotten during assembly.

[0042] In a further development, the fastening arrangement has a guide section for the actuating element. The rail profile, in which the lighting assembly can be fastened by means of the fastening arrangement, can be closed at least partially on the open longitudinal side by an insertable cover such that the cover conceals the guide section from the visible side. Furthermore, this further development provides that the actuating element protrudes from the guide section in the release configuration and / or that the actuating element is substantially flush with a side of the guide section facing the cover in the blocking configuration. Thus, for example, good operability, an aesthetic appearance of the lighting device, and at the same time an effective warning function of the actuating element can be achieved through its protrusion. This prevents, in particular, the cover from being fitted before the blocking arrangement is brought into the blocking configuration and thus the lighting assembly is secured against unintentional release.

[0043] According to another embodiment, the actuating element, in the release configuration, protrudes outwardly from a visible side of a housing or a reflector or a reflector arrangement of the lighting assembly and / or the actuating element, in the blocking configuration, is substantially flush with a visible housing surface or a visible surface of a reflector component of the lighting assembly. In this way, a good signaling effect can be achieved for the installer or operator, informing them that the actuating element must be actuated to finally fix the lighting assembly. The flushness in the blocking configuration, in turn, enables a clean, aesthetic appearance of a lighting device after the lighting assembly has been finally fixed.

[0044] According to a further development, the fastening arrangement for the mechanical coupling to the lighting assembly is designed to be latchable. This allows the mechanical coupling to the lighting assembly to be achieved in a simple, time-saving, and reliable manner.

[0045] In particular, the fastening arrangement can be mechanically coupled, in particular latched, to a housing component or a profile-shaped support and / or reflector component or a circuit board of the lighting assembly provided with LED devices. This can contribute to a simple construction of a lighting device.

[0046] For example, it can be provided that the fastening arrangement is designed to engage behind opposite longitudinal edges of the housing component or carrier or reflector component or opposite longitudinal edges of the printed circuit board in a locking manner.

[0047] In one embodiment, the body of the fastening arrangement has a U-shaped cross-section, at least in sections, wherein a portion of the lighting assembly can be accommodated in an inner region of the U-shape. This advantageously enables stable and reliable accommodation of the lighting assembly and coupling thereto. Furthermore, the lighting assembly can be protected and guided by the shape of the body during insertion into the rail profile, and the alignment of the lighting assembly in the rail profile can be stabilized by means of the U-shaped shape of the body.

[0048] According to a further development, a housing or a reflector or a reflector arrangement of the lighting assembly is provided with an opening on a visible side, wherein the actuating element protrudes outwardly through the opening in the release configuration. The actuating element is thus easily accessible for its actuation.

[0049] In one embodiment of the lighting device, the rail profile can be closed at least partially on the open longitudinal side by an insertable cover, or is at least partially closed, with the inserted cover covering the actuating element. This allows for an aesthetically pleasing lighting device. Furthermore, the cover can help to influence the light emission in the desired manner, protect the lighting assembly from dirt and dust, and prevent unwanted access to the lighting assembly.

[0050] In particular, the cover can be designed as a piece that can be inserted separately into the rail profile and can be partially or completely translucent.

[0051] In a further embodiment of the lighting device, two or more lighting assemblies are held in the rail profile, in particular adjacent to one another at the end and preferably with essentially no space between them. Furthermore, in this embodiment, the cover extends along a longitudinal direction of the rail profile over more than one of the lighting assemblies. This makes it possible to arrange several lighting assemblies as inserts ("insets"), in particular essentially seamlessly. Subsequently, the interior of the rail profile with the received inserts can be covered with a continuous translucent cover, thus creating a continuous light strip. The created light strip can, for example, be several meters long.

[0052] In another embodiment, the lighting assembly may include a reflector or a reflector arrangement.

[0053] In yet another embodiment, the lighting assembly may comprise one or more adjustable spotlights.

[0054] In one embodiment of the lighting device, a conductor device for providing an electrical supply voltage and / or control signals is arranged on the rail profile, in particular in the region of a base thereof. In this embodiment, the lighting assembly is connected to two or more fastening assemblies to form a module, and the module is held in the rail profile by means of the fastening assemblies. At least one of the fastening assemblies is formed as a unit together with a contacting device, and conductors of the conductor device are contacted by means of the contacting device. The lighting assembly can in particular have light-generating devices and an operating device that is coupled to the contacting device to supply the light-generating devices. Such a lighting device is advantageously simple and flexible to install and supply. For example, the rail profile can be pre-assembled and the module can then be easily inserted, particularly at any location along the rail profile. Position adjustment along the length of the rail profile can also be enabled, contributing to a flexible design.

[0055] In an alternative embodiment, the contacting device can be provided separately from the fastening arrangements and can be connected to the lighting assembly, for example, as an independent unit or can be formed together with the operating device as a unit.

[0056] The above embodiments and further developments can be combined with one another as desired, where appropriate. Further possible embodiments, further developments, and implementations of the invention also include combinations of features of the invention not explicitly mentioned above or described below with regard to the exemplary embodiments. In particular, those skilled in the art will also add individual aspects as improvements or additions to the respective basic form of the present invention.

[0057] It is understood that the embodiments and further developments described above with regard to the fastening arrangement can be applied analogously to the lighting device, and vice versa. TABLE OF CONTENTS OF THE DRAWING

[0061] Fig. Figure 1 shows a part of a lighting device 100 according to a first embodiment, partially in exploded view. The lighting device 100, in the assembled state in Fig. 4, comprises an elongated rail profile 3 with a longitudinal direction 16, an elongated lighting assembly 2, and an elongated cover 50. The lighting device 100 can be part of a profile lighting system. For example, the lighting device 100 can be designed as a continuous light strip with a length, along the direction 16, of several meters.

[0062] The rail profile 3 has an open longitudinal side 10, which, in an assembled state, is arranged on a visible side of the device 100. For example, the open longitudinal side 10 faces a room to be illuminated. The open longitudinal side 10 can be an underside of the assembled device 100.

[0063] On the open longitudinal side 10, the profile 3 can be closed by the cover 50. The cover 50 can be inserted separately into the rail profile 3 and is partially or preferably completely translucent. In the first exemplary embodiment, the cover 50 is provided on its inner side along the longitudinal edges of the cover 50 with rib-shaped projections, which allow it to snap into the profile 3 to hold the cover 50.

[0064] A length of the cover 50 can, for example, essentially correspond to a length of the profile 3 along the direction 16, so that the open side 10 is essentially completely closed by the cover 50. Light provided by the lighting assembly 2 is emitted through the cover 50 for the purpose of illumination. Several individual covers 50 arranged in a row are also conceivable.

[0065] While in Fig. While only one lighting assembly 2 is shown in FIG. 1, two or more substantially similar lighting assemblies 2 can be arranged adjacent to one another within the rail profile 3, for example, at the end faces and with essentially no gaps between them. In this case, the cover 50 can extend along the longitudinal direction 16 over several lighting assemblies 2.

[0066] In cross-section, the rail profile 3 is essentially U-shaped, with side walls 3a, 3b and a central section connecting them. At a base of the rail profile 3, in the region of the central section coupling the walls 3a, 3b, a conductor device 60 with conductors 61 held by insulating support bodies is arranged. The conductors 61 are provided for providing an electrical supply voltage and control signals.

[0067] In the first exemplary embodiment, the lighting assembly 2 is designed as a unit with a printed circuit board 19, an operating device 70, and a channel-like, profile-shaped support component 18, and is connected to two fastening arrangements 1 and 1a to form a module (“inset”). In variants of the exemplary embodiment, more than two fastening arrangements 1 can be provided, although, with a relatively short length of the lighting assembly 2, a design with only one fastening arrangement 1 or 1a is also conceivable. The fastening arrangement 1a, in Fig. 1 at the right end of the module, is formed together with a contacting device 62 as a unit, see also Fig. 11. The fastening arrangement 1, in Fig. 1 shown at the left end of the module, is shorter in the longitudinal direction 16 than the arrangement 1a and does not include a contacting device.

[0068] The contacting device 62 is formed with contact elements 63, which come into electrically conductive contact with the conductors 61 when the module with the lighting assembly 2 is inserted into the profile 3. Each contact element 63 contacts one of the conductors 61, whereby in the first embodiment, four conductors 61 and four contact elements 63 are provided for providing the supply voltage and a DALI signal. In detail, Fig. 2 The two outer conductors 61 carry a DALI signal, while the two inner conductors carry the neutral and phase of an AC power supply, approximately in the following order from left to right: DALI - Phase - Neutral - DALI. The conductor device 60 is arranged in an upper area of the profile 3 when it is mounted in the ceiling area.

[0069] On the elongated printed circuit board 19, a plurality of LED devices 20 are arranged, see for example Fig. 2 and Fig. 3, and in particular, for example, conductor tracks for the operation of the LED devices 20.

[0070] By means of the contacting device 62 (“feeder”), the DALI signals as well as the supply voltage, which can be mains voltage, such as alternating voltage with a nominal voltage between 100 volts and 240 volts, in particular between 220V and 240V, are tapped from the conductor device 60 and forwarded to the operating device 70, Fig. 11. The operating device 70 is configured to convert the tapped alternating current at mains voltage into a voltage with a suitable current type for operating the lighting assembly 2, and in particular the LED devices 20 thereof. The operating device 70 and the contact device 62 are arranged on the rear side of the component 18, in particular connected to it.

[0071] The circuit board 19 is housed in the channel-like component 18, which in some examples can also be designed as a reflector 18 for directing the light emitted by the LED devices 20 during operation toward the open side 10. The component 18 can also be considered, in particular, as a type of housing component for accommodating the circuit board 19.

[0072] By means of the fastening arrangements 1 and 1a, the lighting assembly 2 with the printed circuit board 19, the operating device 70 and the reflector 18 is held in the rail profile 3. The fastening arrangements 1 and 1a of the lighting device 100 are designed in the same way with regard to the devices for mechanically holding the lighting assembly 2 in the rail profile 3 and differ essentially in that the arrangement 1a is larger than the arrangement 1 for accommodating the contacting device 62, see for example Fig. 6 and Fig. 11.

[0073] During assembly of the device 100, after attaching the rail profile 3, for example, in the ceiling area, the assembly 2 with the fastening arrangements 1, 1a arranged thereon is inserted into the rail profile 3 from the open side 10, whereby the conductors 61 are contacted by the contact elements 63. Upon complete insertion, the lighting assembly 2 is automatically held in the profile 3, as described below. The lighting assembly 2 is then finally fixed, as also explained below, and the cover 50 is inserted.

[0074] The fastening arrangements 1, 1a are mechanically coupled to the lighting assembly 2 by locking, see Fig. 3-11. Here, the fastening arrangement 1 is formed with a body 4 with a substantially U-shaped cross-section. The body 4 is made, for example, of a plastic material. The U-shape of the body 4 with legs 45 forms an inner region 44 of the body 4, see, for example, Fig. 9 and Fig. 10.

[0075] The channel-like component 18 with the printed circuit board 19 accommodated therein is overlapped from a rear side area 5 of the lighting assembly 2 in a section thereof along the longitudinal direction 16, see in particular Fig. 3 to 7. The rear side region 5 faces away from a light emission side 6 of the lighting assembly 2, on which the LED devices 20 are arranged on the circuit board 19. Fig. 6, Fig. 7 show the rear side 18r of the support component 18.

[0076] The overlapped portion of the lighting assembly 2, and in this case a longitudinal portion of the support component 18, is received in the inner region 44 of the body 4. The mechanical coupling of the body 4 to the component 18 is achieved by means of four locking elements 46, which are arranged on the body 4 facing the inner region 44 and of which two each engage behind one of two opposite upper, outer longitudinal edges 47 of the support component 18.

[0077] The printed circuit board 19 is in two opposite longitudinal grooves of the component 18, see Fig. 3 to 5, kept at the edge.

[0078] The fastening arrangement 1 has a locking device 17 with two elastically springy locking elements 7 formed integrally with the body 4 on opposite sides 11, 12 thereof. Each of the legs 45 is formed with a longitudinally connected region 48, one longitudinal boundary of which forms a free edge of the leg 45 and the other longitudinal boundary of which is integrally connected to the resiliently movable locking element 7 in a central region, as viewed in the longitudinal direction 16 in the assembled state of the device 100.

[0079] The locking elements 7 are each configured to engage behind an edge 8 running along the interior of the rail profile 3, or an undercut 8 of the rail profile 3 running along the interior of the rail profile 3, thereby holding the lighting assembly 2 in the profile 3. The edges or undercuts 8 engaged by the locking elements 7 are provided on opposite sides of the profile 3, on the inside, on the opposite side walls 3a, 3b.

[0080] Fig. 4, Fig. 5, for example, further show that inclined locking surfaces 7a of the locking elements 7, which interact with the edges or undercuts 8, are arranged above or behind a plane in which the printed circuit board 19 is received in the inner region 44, as seen in the assembled state in the depth direction 14 of the profile 3. Fig. 4, Fig. 5 further show inclined sliding ramp surfaces 7b provided on the locking elements 7. The sliding ramp surfaces 7b are inclined more gently relative to the depth direction 14 than the locking surfaces 7a and enable easy engagement of the edges or undercuts 8 during the insertion process.

[0081] The locking elements 7 of the locking device 17, which are formed in one piece with the body 4, are each elastically pivotable about a pivot axis 40, see Fig. 8. In the assembled state of the lighting device 100, the pivot axis 40 is parallel to the longitudinal direction 16 of the rail profile 3.

[0082] Pressing the locking elements 7 into the body 4 in the transverse direction 15 thus requires overcoming an elastic force effect, which can be suitably adapted in particular by the choice of the material of the body 4 and the dimensioning of the connection of the locking elements 7 to the body 4. Fig. 4, Fig. 5 show that the locking surfaces 7a are not aligned perpendicular to the depth direction 14, but are also inclined such that by applying a sufficient tensile force to the fastening arrangement 1, for example mediated via the support component 18, the locking of the locking elements 7 with the edges or undercuts 8 can be released against the depth direction 14. However, without the application of the tensile force by the operator or installer, the locking elements 7 remain in their holding position behind the edges or undercuts 8 under the elastic force and thus automatically hold the module with the lighting assembly 2 in the profile 3.

[0083] The fastening arrangement 1 has a blocking arrangement 30, which can be brought into a release configuration and a blocking configuration by the operator. For this purpose, the blocking arrangement 30 comprises an actuating element 9, which, in a state in which the fastening arrangement 1, together with the fastening arrangement 1a, holds the lighting assembly 2 inserted into the rail profile 3 in the profile 3, can be actuated by the operator from the open side 10, provided the cover 50 is not inserted or removed. The fastening arrangement 1a also has a locking device 17 and a blocking arrangement 30, which are designed and function as in the fastening arrangement 1.

[0084] At the beginning of the assembly of the module formed by the lighting assembly 2 and the fastening assemblies 1, 1a in the rail profile 3, the blocking assemblies 30 of assemblies 1 and 1a are each in their release configuration. After inserting this module into the rail profile 3, the locking device 17 engages the rail profile 3, with the locking elements 7 locking behind the edges or undercuts 8. In this state, the module is already automatically held in the profile 3. The operator then manually and without the use of a tool actuates the actuating elements 9 of each of the assemblies 1, 1a, for example, one after the other, thereby bringing each of the blocking assemblies 30 into its blocking configuration.

[0085] While in the release configuration the locking elements 7 can be brought into engagement with the edges or undercuts 8 by overcoming the elastic force, and the engagement can also be released again by simply pulling on the module against the depth direction 14, this is no longer possible in the blocking configuration. In the blocking configuration, movement of the locking elements 7 against the elastic force is at least restricted or prevented to such an extent that engagement of the locking elements 7 behind the edge or undercut 8 can neither be brought about nor such an existing engagement can be released. Thus, in the blocking configuration of the blocking arrangement 30, the module formed with the lighting assembly 2 is secured against unintentional release.

[0086] After actuating the actuating elements 9, the cover 50 can be inserted into the rail profile 3, whereby the cover 50 then covers the actuating elements 9, see Fig. 4. Preferably, the cover 50 is translucent and opal to form a light band.

[0087] The blocking arrangement 30 can be conveniently converted into the blocking and release configurations without the need for tools by exerting a pressure force on the actuating element 9 parallel to the depth direction 14, for example, with a finger. By repeatedly pressing in this manner, the blocking arrangement 30 is alternately switched into the release and blocking configurations. The pressing takes place against an elastic force, which is provided by spring elements as described below, whereby the actuating element 9 is displaced against the elastic force.

[0088] Fig. 3, for example, shows that the fastening arrangement 1 has a guide section 31 that is sleeve-shaped and projects through a round through-opening 21 in the circuit board 19. The actuating element 9 can be displaced in the guide section 31 for actuation, as described above. Fig. Figure 3 shows a displacement position of the actuating element 9 for the blocking configuration. A front actuating surface 9a of the actuating element 9 is accessible from the light emitting side 6 of the lighting assembly 2, provided the cover 50 is not inserted, and is in Fig. 3 substantially flush with an end 31a of the guide section 31, which faces the cover 50 after insertion of the cover 50, see also Fig. 4. The activation is done by pressing on the surface 9a.

[0089] Adjacent to the actuating surface 9a, the actuating element 9 has a peripheral surface section 9b, see Fig. 10, which can, for example, extend along the entire circumference of the actuating element 9 and is designed as a signal surface with a warning color, for example a bright, conspicuous red. In the release configuration of the blocking arrangement 30, the actuating element 9 protrudes slightly beyond the end 31a from the guide section 31, whereby the circumferential surface section 9b is visible and alerts the operator / installer that the locking devices 17 are not yet blocked. This prevents the actuation of the actuating elements 9 from being forgotten before the cover 50 is inserted. When the cover 50 is inserted, it conceals the guide section 31 and the actuating surface 9a from the visible side.

[0090] In a second and third embodiment, which are described below, a blocking arrangement 30' is provided which differs from the blocking arrangement 30 only in the design of the actuating element 9'. The structure of the blocking arrangement 30' and its function and effect on the locking device 17 are described in more detail below, whereby it is understood that the structure, function, and mode of operation apply equally to the blocking arrangement 30, except for the difference in the shape of the actuating element.

[0091] In the Fig. In the lighting device 100' illustrated in Figures 12 to 16 according to the second embodiment, a lighting assembly 2' is provided, which has a reflector arrangement 80' with a plurality of funnel-shaped reflector sections 81'. The reflector sections 81' each open toward a light emission side 6' of the lighting assembly 2'. The reflector arrangement 80' is attached to a profile-shaped support component 18' and enclosed by it at the rear, see Fig. 13, Fig. 16. The lighting assembly 2' further comprises, in particular, light generating devices which are designed as LEDs on a suitable printed circuit board, wherein LEDs and printed circuit board are not explicitly designated for the second embodiment.

[0092] The carrier component 18' is, analogously to the carrier component 18 of the first embodiment, overlapped in a rear area 5' of the lighting assembly 2' by the body 4, 4a of two fastening arrangements 1' and 1a' and locked to the body 4 and 4a by means of the locking elements 46. The positions of the fastening arrangements 1', 1a' are shown in Fig. 12 indicated.

[0093] A narrow, elongated opening 85' is formed between two adjacent reflector sections 81'. In the second embodiment, the opening 85' is incorporated into a rib-shaped bead formed by the funnel shape of the two adjacent reflector sections 81'. Overall, the lighting device 100' has two such openings 85'.

[0094] An actuating element 9' of the blocking arrangement 30' of the fastening arrangement 1' projects outwardly through one of the openings 85' when the blocking arrangement 30' of the arrangement 1' is in the release configuration, see Fig. 13. An actuating element 9' of the blocking arrangement 30' of the fastening arrangement 1a' projects outwardly through the other of the openings 85' in a similar manner when the blocking arrangement 30' of the arrangement 1a' is in the release configuration. However, in the blocking configuration of the blocking arrangements 30', the actuating elements 9' are each flush with the visible surface 82' of the reflector arrangement 80' in the region of the ridge between the adjacent reflector sections 81', see Fig. 14 and Fig. 15.

[0095] In the state of Fig. 14, Fig. 15, the locking elements 7 are thus blocked against unintentional release. A frontal actuating surface 9a' is essentially flush with the surface 82' and is thus aesthetically unobtrusive, yet at the same time accessible to the operator for transferring the blocking arrangement 30' into the release configuration for tool-free, manual actuation.

[0096] In contrast, in the state of Fig. 13, the initiation and release of the mechanical connection is released by means of the locking elements 7. Adjacent to the actuating surface 9a', each actuating element 9' has a circumferential surface section 9b', which can extend, for example, along the entire circumference of the actuating element 9' and is provided as a signal surface with a warning color, for example a bright, conspicuous red. The warning color makes Fig. 13 makes it clear to the operator / installer that the locking devices 17 are not yet blocked. This prevents the operator from forgetting to operate the actuating elements 9'.

[0097] A lighting device 100", see Fig. 17 to 22, according to a third embodiment, a lighting assembly 2'' with two adjustable spotlights 90'', for example "spots". The lighting assembly 2'' further comprises a housing 95'', to which the spotlights 90'' are pivotably coupled. Analogous to the first and second embodiments, the lighting assembly 2'' can be inserted into the rail profile 3, wherein in the inserted state a visible surface 95a'' of the housing 95'' is substantially flush with the rail profile 3 on its open longitudinal side 10, see for example Fig. 17, Fig. 18. The 90'' spotlights have, for example, light generating devices designed as LEDs, not shown in detail.

[0098] The lighting assembly 2'' further comprises an operating device 70'', which is arranged in a rear area 5'' of the lighting assembly 2'', see Fig. 19. In addition, the lighting assembly 2'' is connected to a first fastening arrangement 1' and a second fastening arrangement 1a' to form a module that can be inserted into the rail profile 3. Fig. Figure 19 shows the module formed in this way.

[0099] The housing 95'' has two openings 96'' on the visible side in the surface 95a'', one of which is assigned to an actuating element 9' of the fastening arrangement 1' and the other to an actuating element 9' of the fastening arrangement 1a'.

[0100] The fastening arrangements 1', 1a' and actuating elements 9' correspond to those described above for the second exemplary embodiment, wherein in the third exemplary embodiment the bodies 4, 4a of the fastening arrangements 1', 1a' are mechanically coupled to a rear housing component 98'' of the housing 95'' by means of the locking elements 46 by locking.

[0101] A position of the actuating elements 9' for the release configuration of the blocking arrangement 30' show Fig. 17 and Fig. 21, whereas the Fig. 18 and Fig. 20 show a position of the actuating elements 9' for the blocking configuration. In the blocking configuration, the actuating surface 9a' of the actuating element 9' is aesthetically discreetly flush with the housing surface 95a'', the actuating element 9' therefore does not protrude beyond the housing surface 95'', a manual, tool-free pressing of the actuating element 9', in particular with the finger, is possible in the state of the Fig. 20, Fig. 18 for the transition from the blocking to the release configuration is possible.

[0102] However, the release configuration states, Fig. 17 and Fig. 21, the actuating element 9' protrudes from the outside of the visible housing surface 95a'' through the opening 96''. As in the second embodiment, the actuating element 9' is designed adjacent to the actuating surface 9a' with a peripheral surface section 9b' in a warning color. Thus, in the third embodiment as well, the operator can quickly and unambiguously recognize when the locking device 17 is not blocked against unintentional release by the blocking arrangement 30'.

[0103] The functioning of the blocking arrangement 30' is explained below using the Fig. 23 to 35, wherein the described mode of operation also applies to the blocking arrangement 30 of the first embodiment.

[0104] The actuating element 9' is guided in the body 4 in the guide section 31 along a displacement axis 13. Along the displacement axis 13 - see for example Fig. 33 - the actuating element 9', a sleeve 27, and a blocking element 26 are arranged. The blocking element 26 is guided in a recess 22 of the body 4, also displaceably along the axis 13. The actuating element 9' and the blocking element 26 are prevented from rotating about the axis 13 relative to the body 4. For this purpose, the actuating element 9' has a plurality of guide ribs 23 on the outside, which are guided in corresponding grooves in an inner passage of the guide section 31. Furthermore, the blocking element 26 has two wings 26a on opposite sides, which are guided in corresponding areas of the recess 22.

[0105] The sleeve 27 is arranged between functional surfaces of the actuating element 9' and the blocking element 26. The sleeve 27, the actuating element 9', and the blocking element 26 are arranged coaxially with the axis 13. The sleeve 27 has an inner passage through which a coupling portion 28 of the actuating element 9' extends. The coupling portion 28 also extends through a central through-opening 26b of the blocking element 26 and engages behind the blocking element 26 with an end portion in sections in the vicinity of the central through-opening 26b, see Fig. 33.

[0106] The guide section 31 is formed as part of the body 4 in such a way that the guide section 31 projects in the inner region 44 into the space between the connected regions 48 of the two legs 45. On a side of the body 4 facing away from the free end 31a of the guide section 31, the body 4 is closed by a separate cover element 49 that is locked to the body 4.

[0107] The blocking arrangement 30' includes the actuating element 9', the sleeve 27 and the blocking element 26, the internal geometry of the guide section 31, and further first and second spring elements 32 and 33, which are designed as compression springs in the form of helical springs. The first spring element 32 is arranged along the axis 13 within the inner passage of the sleeve 27 and surrounds the coupling section 28. The first spring element 32 acts on the blocking element 26 and the actuating element 9' and applies an elastic compressive force that preloads the elements 26 and 9' away from each other along the displacement axis. However, the spring element 32 does not act directly on the sleeve 27. The second spring element 33 is arranged along the axis 13 between the cover element 49 and the blocking element 26 and applies an elastic compressive force that preloads the blocking element 26 away from the cover element 49.

[0108] A projection 25 projecting inward toward the recess 22 is integrally connected to each of the locking elements 7 on an inner side 24 of the locking element 7 facing the recess 22 of the inner region 44. The projection 25 is arranged on the locking element 7 near its free end, which has the locking surface 7a and the sliding ramp surface 7b. The projections 25 on the two locking elements 7 face each other.

[0109] In the release configuration, see Fig. 33, the blocking element 26 is in a lower, first displacement position. In the release configuration, the actuating element 9' is also in its lowest position along the axis 13. Fig. 33 shows that in the release configuration, the wings 26a of the blocking element 26 are arranged below the projections 25 and thus do not hinder an inward movement E of the locking elements 7.

[0110] By pressing on the actuating surface 9a', as indicated by arrow P, the actuating element 9', the sleeve 27, on which the actuating element 9' acts, and the blocking element 26, which rests against the sleeve 27, are displaced along the displacement axis 13 against the compressive force of the spring element 33. The elements 9', 27 and 26 are thereby moved into the configuration of the Fig. 34. After unloading the surface 9a', in other words after removing the finger after pressing on it, the blocking configuration of the Fig. 35 taken. In Fig. 35, the blocking element 26 is arranged in a second displacement position along the axis 13, in which the wings 26a are each located at the height of the projection 25 of the adjacent locking element 7. The blocking element 26 is thus arranged essentially between the projections 25. Pressing in the locking elements 7 in direction E is therefore not possible or only possible to a small extent, whereby this distance is not sufficient to allow the locking element 7 to engage behind the edge or undercut 8 or to release such a locking engagement again. Fig. 35, the actuating element 9' is pushed further into the guide section 31 than in Fig. 33, whereby the above-described flushness of the surface 9a' with the adjacent or surrounding outer surface is achieved and the signal surface 9b' is hidden.

[0111] The two in Fig. 33 and Fig. The positions of the blocking element 26 shown in Figure 35 are thus two rest positions of the same, which can be alternately assumed by manual pressing - somewhat similar to the actuation of a push-button ballpoint pen - and are retained without further actuation. This is achieved by means of the interaction of the sleeve 27 with the actuating element 9' and the guide section 31 as described below, with particular reference also to Fig. 25-31.

[0112] At the beginning of the movement of the actuating element 9' in the direction of arrow P, see Fig. 33, the sleeve 27 is guided inside the guide section 31 by guide ribs 34 extending along the outside of the sleeve 27 and corresponding guide grooves 35a inside the guide section 31, and is prevented from rotating about the axis 13. The actuating element 9' has obliquely inclined active surfaces 36a, which act on likewise obliquely inclined active surfaces 36b on an end face of the sleeve 27 facing away from the blocking element 26, whereby the sleeve 27 is also displaced in direction P when the blocking element 9' is displaced. The guide ribs 23 of the element 9' are guided in the lower regions of the grooves 35a and further grooves 35b. Fig. 26.

[0113] After sufficient pressing of element 9' in direction P, see Fig. 34, the guide ribs 34 disengage from the guide grooves 35. The sleeve 27 can then be rotated about the displacement axis 13. A first partial rotation of the sleeve 27 is caused by the surfaces 36a, 36b, which, due to the lack of engagement of the ribs and grooves 34, 35a, can now slide slightly against one another due to the bevel and under the action of the counterpressure built up by the spring element 33. As a result, the active surface 36b moves over an obliquely inclined active surface 37a on the guide section 31, with the active surface 37a adjacent to the groove 35a.When the actuating element 9' is released, i.e. the pressure on the surface 9a' is removed, the blocking element 26 moves under the action of the spring force of the element 33 in the opposite direction to the arrow P, takes the sleeve 27 with it in the same direction, whereby the active surface 36b slides over the active surface 37a and the sleeve 27, which is rotatable relative to the blocking element 26, performs a further partial rotation about the axis 13 until it rests with the rib 34 on a projecting wall 37b of a further guide groove 35b.

[0114] The parallel grooves 35a and 35b differ in that groove 35a has a radially recessed portion toward the sleeve 27 and toward the recess 22, whereas this is not the case with groove 35b. A seat 38b is thus formed at the end of groove 35b, which is higher toward the recess 22 than a seat 38a formed in groove 35a. Surface 36b rests partially on seat 38a in the frontal region of rib 34 when sleeve 27 assumes a first position corresponding to the release configuration of blocking arrangement 30'. In contrast, surface 36b rests partially on seat 38b when sleeve 27 assumes a second position corresponding to the blocking configuration of blocking arrangement 30'.

[0115] A renewed pressing of the actuating element 9' causes the rib 34 to disengage from the wall 37b, a first partial rotation of the sleeve 27 by the sliding of two surfaces 36a and 36b under the action of the spring element 33, and when the pressure is removed, the active surface 36b comes into contact with a further inclined surface 37a adjacent to the wall 37b, see Fig. 26 and, due to the sliding of surface 36b thereon, a second partial rotation of sleeve 27 occurs until guide rib 34 falls into the upper, recessed part of guide groove 35a and back onto seat 38a. Thus, sleeve 27 returns to the first position corresponding to the release configuration.

[0116] The spring element 32 also ensures that the actuating element 9', unless pressed, always protrudes from the guide section 31 toward the visible or light-emitting side as far as the position of the blocking element 26 allows. Thus, a clear and reliable warning effect of the surface section 9b' can be achieved.

[0117] The blocking arrangement 30 is actuated and functions in the same way as described above for the blocking arrangement 30', with the exception that in the arrangement 30, the actuating element 9 is significantly shorter on the visible side, since it is intended to be covered by the inserted cover 50. The fastening arrangements 1, 1a and 1', 1a' are each formed with blocking arrangements 30 and 30', respectively, which are constructed and function in the same way. The bodies 4, 4a differ essentially in that the body 4a is longer in order to accommodate the contacting device 62. With regard to the locking and blocking mechanism, the bodies 4, 4a are designed identically.

[0118] It can be provided that, in the state locked by means of the locking elements 7, the lighting assembly 2, 2' and / or 2'' can still be displaced longitudinally in the rail profile 3, at least to a certain extent, in order to enable position corrections.

[0119] In the embodiments described above, the lighting assemblies 2, 2', 2'' can thus be easily inserted by a technician at any location along an already installed / assembled track 3 on a construction site and removed just as easily and without tools. Several insets 2, 2' can be arranged virtually seamlessly or with only a slight spacing or gap. For example, continuous light strips several meters long can be created. Modules formed with the lighting assemblies 2, 2', 2'' can be used in individual profile luminaires or combined in different configurations in a profile luminaire system.

[0120] For example, a 2' or 2' light assembly can be up to about 3 meters long. However, other lengths are conceivable.

[0121] Advantageously, in the embodiments described above, profile 3 can first be mounted separately and then the modules formed with the lighting assemblies 2, 2' and / or 2'' can be inserted. During insertion, the lighting assemblies 2, 2', 2'' each automatically hold themselves to the profile 3. For complete fixation, the actuating elements 9, 9' are pressed in to block the locking devices 17. The signal surfaces 9b, 9b' advantageously contribute to ensuring that this pressing in is not forgotten. Lighting assemblies 2 can then be covered with the translucent cover 50. During disassembly, all actuating elements 9 or 9' can first be pressed in to release the locking devices 17. During this time, the modules with the lighting assemblies 2, 2', 2'' remain held on the rail profile 3 and can be removed by pulling. Complicated cabling is avoided, and assembly and disassembly are considerably simplified.

[0122] While the rail profile 3 and the assemblies 2, 2', 2'' of the exemplary embodiments described above are each designed to be straight, in variants of the exemplary embodiments, the profile 3 and the assemblies 2, 2', 2'' could have a curved shape, in particular a flat curved shape. In this case, too, the fastening arrangements 1, 1a, 1', 1a' facilitate assembly.

[0123] In variants of the above embodiments, the operating device 70 or 70'' could be installed together with the contacting device 62 and the fastening arrangement 1a or 1a' in one unit.
