Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a lifting gate, in particular a fast-running lifting gate according to the preamble of claim 1 and a sliding guide therefor according to the preamble of claim 13.A lifting gate of the generic type is known from DE 42 42 430 A1. It is proposed that the flexible door leaf is guided with its marginal edge sections in slot-shaped guides which run parallel and coplanar to the door leaf plane. In the event of a collision of a vehicle with the closed door curtain, it is proposed to provide funnel-shaped support legs on the slot-shaped guides, on which a door leaf temporarily deformed by the collision can be supported. In such a roller door, it may occur that, for example, a high wind pressure on the curtain or a somewhat greater collision with a vehicle leads to the door curtain being torn out of the guide grooves and thus being blocked for further actuation of the door curtain. Furthermore, a relatively space-consuming configuration of the frame is necessary for such a door, since a certain minimum width of an edge section must be guided within the groove so that in the event of a deformation of the curtain, a threading or a tearing out does not take place unintentionally early. This results in a relatively large width of the frame in the width direction of the door. In addition, it is desirable to improve a gate of the generic type also with regard to the sealing, for example wind tightness. It is also known to mount thickened sliders for anchoring the door leaf in the guides, which sliders are designed, for example, as knobs, as a zipper profile or as a piping element. Such elements that are thicker than the curtain lead, among other things, to local thickenings in the edge region of the curtain winding arising during the winding of the door curtain and thus an irregular winding possibly results. It is an object of the invention to reduce or avoid one or more of the above-mentioned disadvantages from the prior art. In particular, it is the object of the invention to ensure a particularly space-saving accommodation of the door curtain within frames of the door, because as a result a particularly compact construction of the frames, in particular in their cross section, can be realized.Furthermore, it is in particular the object of the present invention to specify in a simple manner a configuration of a lifting gate which is optimized with regard to the sealing, for example wind sealing in the frames.According to the invention, the above-mentioned objects are achieved with a lifting gate, in particular a fast-moving lifting gate, which comprises a gate curtain having a first side edge and a second side edge, wherein the side edges are guided along an opening and closing direction in each case in sliding guides, wherein edge sections of the side edges are guided at least in sections, provided they are guided in the sliding guides, at an angle α>0° out of a curtain plane. With such a lifting gate according to the invention, the angled position of an edge section of the door curtain within the frame, in particular in the sliding guide, ensures that the full extended length of the door curtain in a transverse direction Q of the lifting gate does not become effective and thus the possibility is provided of using frames of smaller cross-sectional area. As a result, with a predetermined installation space, for example with a predetermined clear width of an opening in a building, an optimized size of the maximum door opening can be achieved by narrower configuration of the frames. In addition, due to the angled arrangement of the door leaf or the flexible door curtain, it rests on guide surfaces at two height lines in each frame and thus forms labyrinth chambers, whereby a good seal, i.e. in particular a good wind seal of the curtain with respect to the frames, is achieved. Furthermore, wind tightness is improved, since the angled arrangement of the edge regions of the curtain always abuts against frame plates or guides and thus the sealing is improved.Due to an angled position of the edge regions, thickening sliders that may be present are less loaded and can thus be made smaller. Tear-out forces in the curtain plane E cause the edge regions to be rotated in the guides, which leads to a wedge which can absorb large tear-out forces.Furthermore, anchoring elements of the door curtain, such as buttons, zipper profiles or reinforcements, can be made much flatter, since, due to an angled arrangement of the door curtain in the guide rails, the anchoring elements must absorb a smaller proportion of tear-out forces, which can possibly act on the door leaf. Smaller anchor devices in turn lead to improved and easier windability of the apron on a apron winding. This results in an advantage of less wrinkling during winding and, overall, also a reduced space requirement of the roll with respect to its diameter. The invention also makes it possible to use planar reinforcing elements or anchoring elements which apply less in the thickness direction D of the curtain than in the prior art. Viewed overall, it is therefore advantageous in the invention that a very stable anchoring of the door curtain in the frames or in the sliding guides is possible, wherein local threading out of the frames or out of the sliding guides is also effectively prevented. A lifting gate according to the invention is distinguished by particularly good sealing and allows optimally narrow frames to be used, which optimizes the clear gate opening size. By means of a smaller winding roll, in particular a winding roll of smaller diameter of the wound curtain, an optimum passage height is additionally ensured.Advantageously, the sliding guides are angled from the curtain plane E about a bending axis A, which runs parallel to the opening and closing direction.Such an orientation of the bending axis A enables a particularly smooth threading and unthreading of the door curtain into the sliding guides and out of the sliding guides.Furthermore, it can be expedient for the marginal edge sections for winding up the door curtain to be guided out of the sliding guides and in particular to be arranged pivoted back by the angle (α) into the curtain plane E (stretched position L1).In this way, it is possible to transfer, for winding up such a door curtain according to the invention, which is guided in an angled manner at the edges in the closed state, into an extended state of the curtain in the transverse direction Q and thus to enable simplified winding of the door curtain to form a door curtain roll.It has proven advantageous for the selection of the angle α that the angle (α) is in a range from 10° to 120° inclusive, in particular in a range between 20° and 90° inclusive. If the angle α >120°, undesirable compressions or wrinkling can occur due to the strong development of the edge sections. However, if the angle is less than 10°, the effect of saving space and also the effect of a possible sealing of the door curtain are present, but are rather weak.If the angle (α) is at least 45°, it is possible to achieve the effects desired according to the invention in a particularly good compromise. It can be expedient for the marginal edge sections to be angled away from the curtain plane E in the direction of a plane E' parallel to the curtain plane E, which contains a winding axis W of a curtain roll.Such a type of angle can allow a particularly space-saving configuration of the lifting gate, in particular in a direction perpendicular to the gate plane (thickness direction D). The reason for this is that in the unwound state an angled edge section is arranged below the curtain roll in a plan view. However, it can also be expedient for the marginal edge sections to be angled away from the curtain plane E in the direction of the plane (E') parallel to the curtain plane E, which contains a winding axis W of a curtain winding. With such an angular deflection of the edge sections, a particularly smooth threading and unthreading of the edge sections into the angularly arranged sliding guides is achieved. It can also be advantageous that the edge sections are provided with reinforcements or are formed from reinforcements which are held and guided in the sliding guide. This ensures a particularly stable and accurately guided positioning of the edge sections of the door curtain within the sliding guides. Moreover, such a configuration can easily absorb higher tensile forces in a transverse direction of the door opening, which result from a load on the door curtain.Expediently, the reinforcements are designed in such a way that the reinforcements are knobs, local thickenings or one or more piping profiles and / or are formed from a material which is more rigid than a material from which the door curtain is formed.Such a configuration helps to ensure the durability of the mounting with simultaneously good displaceability of the door curtain or its edge sections in the sliding guides. It is also expedient to form the reinforcements in a direction transverse to the longitudinal direction, i.e. for example in the transverse direction more transversely stable with simultaneous easy windability about the winding axis W.It is advantageous that the reinforcements themselves form the edge sections. In this embodiment, the reinforcements themselves are the edge sections and are not provided additively as reinforcements of the door curtain but rather adjoin, for example, a flexible door curtain, but do not reinforce the latter, for example by forming a double layer. An advantageous embodiment of the invention is characterized in that, viewed in a transverse direction, between the reinforcements and a central portion of the door curtain provided for opening and closing a door opening, a bending region is formed from a material which is flexurally softer about the pivot axis (A) than the material of the reinforcements and / or of the central region. This embodiment is based on the idea that, if appropriate, a particularly flexurally soft zone is to be provided only in the transition region between the central region and the edge sections, which zone makes it possible to bend about the vertical axis A particularly easily. The remaining components, for example the reinforcements and the door curtain itself, can be formed from relatively transversely rigid materials and thus can be provided, for example, with sufficient strength for a higher wind pressure. It is also expedient that, viewed in the opening and closing direction, between a free end of the sliding guides on the curtain winding side and the curtain winding there is at least one guide device which, in the opening direction, i.e. when opening the lifting gate and winding up the gate curtain, brings an angled edge portion into its extended position (α=0) and, in the closing direction, i.e. when closing the lifting gate and unwinding the gate curtain, brings an extended edge portion into its angled position within the sliding guide. In order to ensure in a particularly smooth manner a transition from an angled positioning of the edge sections relative to the central region of the door curtain to an extended alignment of these two sections with respect to one another, it is recommended to provide in a transition region from the curtain wrap up to the inlet into the sliding guide a guide device which acts in a supporting manner during the deformation of the edge sections or during the transfer of an extended edge section into an angled position. The invention is likewise realized with a sliding guide for a door curtain of a lifting door, wherein the sliding guide comprises a guide groove or a guide space which is / is configured and configured to accommodate a marginal edge section of a door curtain in a slidable manner, wherein a guide plane of the sliding guide is arranged at an angle with respect to a plane E of the door curtain. With such a configuration of a sliding guide, a configuration of a lifting gate can be carried out in a simple manner, which has the above-mentioned advantages of the lifting gate. All design features and advantages mentioned within the scope of the lifting gate can also be transferred and applied to the sliding guide itself. The invention is explained in more detail below by way of example with reference to the drawings. The side edges 3; 4 are guided along an opening direction 5 and a closing direction 6 in sliding guides 7 (compare FIGS. 2 to 6 ). The sliding guides 7 are accommodated in frames 8.The door curtain 2 can be rolled up by means of a drive motor (not shown) to form a curtain roll (not shown), which is accommodated in a roll box 9. The door curtain 2 can be wound and unwound about a winding axis W, which is arranged a certain distance in front of a curtain plane E in the illustration according to FIG. 1.Let a transverse direction Q parallel to the curtain plane E be defined, in which a door opening extends in its width direction. A thickness direction D is perpendicular to the curtain plane E. Furthermore, a bending axis A is defined, which indicates a fictitious bending center about which edge edge sections 10 (compare FIGS. 2 to 6 ) of side edges 11 of the door curtain 2 are angled by an angle α with respect to the curtain plane E of the door curtain 2. The angle α is defined as the bending angle which results between the curtain plane E and the position of the edge sections 10 in cross section parallel to a height line (plan view) of the lifting gate 1 according to the invention. In the embodiments according to FIGS. 2, 4, 5, the angle α is, for example, 90°. In the embodiments according to FIGS. 3 and 6, the angle α is, for example, 45°. The bending axis A is shown as a thickened point in the views according to FIGS. 2 to 6.In the embodiments according to FIGS. 2 to 6, the sliding guides 7 are formed from a first guide plate 12 and a second guide plate 13. In the embodiment according to FIG. 2, the guide plates 12, 13 extend parallel to one another in sections and form between them a guide groove 14, in which the edge edge section 10 together with a reinforcing piece 15 is guided displaceably in the opening direction 5 and in the closing direction 6 perpendicular to the paper plane of FIGS. 2 to 6. In the embodiments according to FIGS. 3 and 6, the two guide plates 12, 13 form between them a guide space 14', which in plan view can be wedge-shaped and which likewise serves for receiving and guiding the edge sections 10 together with the reinforcement pieces 15. A guide plane of the guide chamber 14' is arranged at an angle α to the plane E.In embodiments according to FIGS. 2, 3 and 6, the reinforcement piece 15 is designed, for example, as a reinforcement knob. In the embodiments according to FIGS. 4 and 5, the reinforcement piece 15 is designed, for example, as a reinforcement plate or reinforcement strip. The embodiments of the reinforcement pieces 15 as buttons or reinforcement plates or reinforcement strips or reinforcement profiles are not bound to specific embodiments of the lifting gate 1 according to the invention. It is only essential that the reinforcement pieces 15 can slide well in the sliding grooves 14 or in the sliding space 14' and in particular have a fixed connection to the door curtain 2.The door curtain 2 is expediently formed as a tarpaulin from a conventional door leaf fabric. Such embodiments are shown, for example, in FIGS. 2 to 4. The reinforcing piece 15 is designed, in the embodiment according to FIG. 2, for example as a button or as an elongate plate, which are connected in a positive-locking or materially integral manner to the edge sections 10 of the door curtain 2. Such buttons can, for example, pass through a hole in the edge portion 10 or be glued to it. Nevertheless, these can also be welded to a marginal edge section 10 with suitable pairings of materials. Fastening methods from the fields of sewing and gluing or the like are certainly also possible. In the embodiment according to FIG. 4, the reinforcement piece is designed, for example, as a transversely stable and longitudinally flexible element and is adhesively bonded or otherwise fastened to the door curtain 2. The reinforcing piece 15 is designed as a zipper profile or as a toothed belt or the like.In the embodiment according to FIG. 5, the bent-over edge section is formed from a conventional door tarpaulin and both the reinforcement piece 15 and the remaining curtain in its central region 17, which is arranged between the edge sections 10, are formed from the material "Transilon". The Transilon is somewhat more cross stable than the conventional Torplane. The invention is of course not only applicable to rollable, plane-shaped hangers 2. Rather, the invention can also be applied to rolling door leaves which are formed from transversely stable materials, for example from slats or sectors. The embodiments according to FIGS. 7A, 7B show less schematically a solution corresponding to the embodiment according to FIG. 3. The first guide plate 12 together with the frame 8, which forms the second guide plate 13 in sections, forms the guide space 14', in which the reinforcement 15 is mounted displaceably in the opening direction 5 and the closing direction 6. The angle α is likewise about 45° in this embodiment.FIG. 7B shows the embodiment according to FIG. 7A in a vertically further upper cross section. It is clear that compared to FIG. 7A, the frame 8 has a larger cross section. In particular, the frame is wider by the distance d. Namely, FIG. 7B shows a transition region between an upper free end of the guide groove 14 or of the guide space 14' before the transition to the curtain wrap. In this region, a guide device 16 is arranged, which is designed as a guide plate and ensures that the edge section 10 is transferred from its extended position L 1 into the angled position L 2 and vice versa. Both states are shown in one and the same sectional representation according to FIG. 7B. The layer L 1 is only vertically higher in the frame 8 than the layer L 2.Finally, solutions from the prior art will be briefly explained with reference to FIGS. 8 and 9. In the prior art, a reinforcing body in the form of a button (FIG. 8 ) or a reinforcing body 15 in the form of a piping (FIG. 9 ) is attached to the edge region of the curtain 2. The apron together with the adjacent edge sections 10 is always in a stretched position. The piping is guided, for example, in a piping guide 17 which is c-shaped in cross section. The reinforcement piece 15 in the form of the reinforcement head according to FIG. 8 is supported on the inside, for example, on frame metal sheets 18, wherein a passage slot for the curtain 2 is formed between the frame metal sheets 18.List of reference characters1 Lifting gate 2 door curtain 3 first side edge 4 second side edge 5 opening direction 6 closing direction 7 sliding guide 8 frame 9 winding box 10 edge sections 11 side edges 12 first guide plate 13 second guide plate 14 guide groove 14' guide space 15 reinforcing piece 16 guide device 17 central region α angle Q transverse direction E curtain plane E' plane D thickness direction W winding axis A bending axis d distance L 1 stretched position of the edge section 10 L 2 angled position of the edge section 10References included in the specificationThis list of documents cited by the applicant has been produced in an automated manner and is only included for the better information of the reader.
