Abstract

Description

The present invention relates to a sport pants, in particular a bicycle pants having a seat cushion.Such spendons, in particular bicycle pants, are worn in a skin-tight manner and have a seat cushion in the crotch region which comes into contact with the bicycle saddle or the like, for example, in order to increase the seating comfort. It has been found in the design and layout of especially bicycle pants as a major decision criterion for purchase how comfortable the pants are especially when worn for a longer period of time and how effective is the cushioning and cushioning of the crotch portion against impacts, shocks and the general permanent compressive load of the body's own weight on the saddle.Bicycle pants already exist with improved wearing comfort and more satisfactory cushioning effect. According to the known bicycle pants, this is realized in that the seat cushion is not sewn to the pants material over its full circumference in its edge region, but instead unse sewn regions remain, in which a relative movement between the seat cushion and the pants material is permitted. The free edge regions are arranged in edge regions of the seat cushion, which are oriented substantially in the direction of travel, so that a freedom of relative movement transversely to the direction of travel is mainly made possible.It has been found that the wearing comfort and the ability of the pants to follow the pedaling movement can be further improved.It is an object of the present invention to overcome the disadvantages of the prior art, in particular to further improve the wearing comfort of a sport pants.The object is achieved by the features of the independent claim.The present invention relates to a sport pants, in particular a bicycle pants, such as a bib shorts, also referred to as bib pants or wheel sports training pants, which is a specialized type of bicycle pants, particularly designed to provide comfort, support and functionality, especially during long trips. Unlike conventional bicycle pants having an elastic collar, bib shorts have built-in pants beams or shoulder straps similar to bib pants. The pant carriers may be made of a lightweight, stretchable material and help securely hold the pants in place without the need for an elastic waistband. One advantage of the bib short compared to conventional bicycle pants is, among other things, that the waistband does not cut into the waist or cause discomfort, especially in the forwardly bent bicycle drive position. The integrated pant carriers uniformly distribute the pressure throughout the torso, thereby reducing discomfort, particularly in the waist region. The sport pants, in particular bib shorts, can usually be made of a combination of different materials directed to comfort, wear resistance, moisture-dissipating properties and extensibility. For example, Lycra or Spandex are suitable, which is a stretchable synthetic fiber that is often mixed with other materials to provide flexibility and a near-body fit, thereby providing unrestricted freedom of movement with optimum fit. It is also possible to make the sports pants from nylon, a lightweight and durable synthetic material, which is particularly distinguished with regard to good abrasion protection. Further, polyester may be used, which is a synthetic moisture repellent material and helps the user dry in sports pants.The sport pants according to the invention comprise a pants material forming an outer side and a seat pad disposed in a cut portion of the pants. The seat cushion may comprise foam and / or gel materials and / or may be coated with or incorporated into a soft moisture-dissipating substance. The seat cushion generally serves to cushion and support the driver, especially during long trips, and can prevent scrubbing in the area of the driver's crotch. The pant material can at least for the most part form an inner side of the sport pants, in particular apart from the crotch region which is covered by the seat cushion. In other words, the sports pants can for the most part be of single-layer construction and / or be determined by the material thickness of the pants material.According to the invention, the sport pants further comprise an inner carrier material connecting the seat cushion to the pant material. When reference is made here to the inside, inside and outside, respectively, the orientation with respect to the body of the person wearing the sport pants is to be understood. In this case, the outer side or the outer side means that that surface or side faces away from the body, while the inner side or the inner side is to be understood as facing the body. The carrier material is arranged on an inner side of the pant material and thus faces the body. In the attracted state, the carrier material contacts the body. In other words, the seat cushion is connected to the carrier material, in particular attached thereto, as sewn, and the carrier material is in turn connected to the pant material, in particular attached thereto, as sewn. In this way, a particularly effective decoupling between the seat cushion and the pant material is possible at least in sections, so that on the one hand the fit is maintained and on the other hand the seat cushion can optimally follow the movement of the body. The carrier material can be arranged in sections on an inner side of the pant material in the manner of an insert or intermediate layer between body and pant material and / or can be largely free of a fastening or connection to the pant material, i.e. in particular to an extent of at least 50%, at least 60%, at least 70%, at least 80%, at least 90% or at least 95% of its surface extension, so that a freedom of relative movement of the carrier material with respect to the pant material is provided, in particular in order to be able to follow the alternating movements of the legs even better during walking, for an optimum cushioning effect. Because the seat cushion is connected to the pant material via an additional carrier material, connection interfaces such as connection seams can be positioned more flexibly and in particular arranged outside the crotch region, whereby comfort is further improved.According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the carrier material connects the seat cushion to the pant material in such a way that a relative movement between pant material and seat cushion is permitted. The possibility of relative movement between the pant material and the seat cushion by means of the carrier material on the one hand promotes comfort, in particular with regard to the fact that the seat cushion can follow the movement of the body particularly effectively, and on the other hand maintains the most optimum possible fit of the pant material with the body.In a further exemplary embodiment of the sport pants, the seat cushion has an edge which is connected, in particular sewn, over the full circumference to the pants material and / or the carrier material. In an exemplary development of the sports pants according to the invention, the edge is connected in its course either to the pants material or to the carrier material. It has been found that a full-circumferential, edge-side fastening of the seat cushion to the pant material or to the carrier material is important. Because the seat cushion is connected, in particular fastened, on the one hand to the pant material and on the other hand to the carrier material, a particularly optimal adaptation to the body, in particular to different body shapes and / or body movements, is possible.In an alternative embodiment, it may be possible for the edge to be free of a fastening to the carrier material and the pant material in sections in its course and thus to be loosely present on an inner side of the pant material.In a further exemplary embodiment of the sports pants according to the invention, the edge has, in its course, a sliding portion which is free of a connection to the pants material, but is connected to the carrier material and / or which is displaceable relative to the pants material, in particular together with the carrier material, in particular can slide relative thereto. This construction provides more freedom of movement. It can be avoided, as is the case with conventional sporthoses, that movements are transferred from the upper body to the seat cushion, which can lead to relative movements between the seat cushion and the skin of the body, in particular during long journeys, which significantly reduces comfort and can even partially produce severe inflammations in the seat area etc. Due to the possibility of relative movement of the seat cushion relative to the pant material, shear and / or torsion forces can be decoupled, in particular in response to the leg movement during driving.In a further exemplary embodiment of the sport pants according to the invention, the carrier material is arranged in such a way that a sandwich arrangement of seat cushion, carrier material and pant material is formed in sections. According to an exemplary development, the carrier material is free of a fastening to the pant material in the region of the sandwich arrangement. The preferred embodiment of the sport pants according to the invention is advantageous in that connection points, in particular seams, can be avoided, which in turn can impair comfort.In a further exemplary embodiment of the sports pants according to the invention, the carrier material and the pant material are produced from the same material. In this respect, there is the same feeling of wearing for the body.In a further exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the sports pants further comprise pants carriers which are directly connected to the carrier material, in particular are manufactured in one piece therewith. In this respect, the pant carriers are directly connected to the seat cushion via the carrier material. This produces a direct transmission of force of the tread frequency into the upper body, whereby the stability is increased. Furthermore, the transmission of force from the seat cushion to the pant carriers guarantees a perfect fit. A tension compensation takes place by the direct connection and force transmission from the seat cushion to the pant carriers and thus also a distribution of the forces over the entire upper body with which the pant carriers are in contact.In an exemplary development of the invention, the pant material in the region of the sandwich arrangement is free of a connection, in particular seam, to the seat cushion that is visible from the outside.
