Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The invention relates to snow goggles with an integrated ventilation and interchangeable lens structure, particularly to a system that not only simplifies lens installation but also utilizes a two-stage pressure release method. This method allows for a small gap between the lens and the frame to ensure effective ventilation and air permeability. Furthermore, it allows for quick and convenient lens removal to facilitate easy replacement. Overall, the snow goggles according to the invention increase practical usability and functionality. [State of the art]

[0002] In the design of snow goggles, it is common practice to create a continuous, open opening at the front of the frame for the lens. A groove surrounds this opening, into which the lens is inserted, and anchored to this groove at the edge to ensure a secure fit. This allows the goggles to fit snugly around the wearer's face, with the inserted lens shielding the eyes, allowing the wearer a clear view of their surroundings while also providing eye protection.

[0003] However, mounting the lens, as it is placed in the opening and its edge is anchored to the groove at the edge of the opening, proves impractical. If the lens needs to be removed or replaced, this requires the frame to be pulled apart forcefully on both sides to release the lens from the groove. This is often laborious, time-consuming, and usually requires the use of additional tools. Inserting a new lens is also impractical. [Task of the invention]

[0004] The invention is based on the object of creating snow goggles with an integrated ventilation and interchangeable lens structure that not only simplifies lens installation, but also features a two-step push-and-release mechanism that creates a gap between the lens and the frame, ensuring effective ventilation and air permeability. Additionally, the design facilitates quick and convenient lens removal for easier lens replacement, thus enhancing the overall practicality and functionality of the goggles. [Technical solution]

[Detailed Description of the Preferred Embodiment]

[0008] In Fig. 1 to Fig. 4 shows snow goggles according to the invention with integrated ventilation and interchangeable lens structure, which essentially consists of a goggle frame 1, a positioning device 2 and a goggle lens 3.

[0009] The spectacle frame 1 has a continuous, perforated opening 11 for the spectacle lens on its front side. Corresponding receiving slots 12 are formed on both sides of this opening 11 in the spectacle frame 1, in the center of which are outwardly projecting mounting parts 13. Mounting holes 14 are provided in the spectacle frame 1 at the upper and lower ends of these mounting parts 13. Furthermore, two opposing holes 131 are formed in the mounting parts 13, which extend continuously from the mounting parts 13 toward the receiving slots 12. An elastic support element 132 protrudes between these two holes 131 in the mounting parts 13. Connection recesses 111 are provided on the sides of the opening 11 in the spectacle frame 1, corresponding to the mounting parts 13.

[0010] The positioning device 2 includes a positioning base 21 having mounting holes 211 corresponding to the mounting holes 14 of the spectacle frame and through holes 212 corresponding to the opposite holes 131 of the mounting parts 13.

[0011] Within the positioning base 21, a first positioning portion 213 and a second positioning portion 214 are arranged between the two through holes 212 on both the inside and outside. Furthermore, the positioning base 21 has at least one screw hole 215 and one insertion hole 216 provided for secure connection to a connecting piece 22. The connecting piece 22 is designed to have a recess 221 on one side of the positioning base 21. A plurality of protruding first connecting projections 222 are provided on the inner end surface of this recess 221. Furthermore, corresponding guide grooves 223 are provided on the top and bottom surfaces of the recess 221. A protruding insertion projection 224 is provided on the connecting piece 22 and can be precisely inserted into the insertion hole 216 of the positioning base 21.This enables a firm and interlocking connection between the connecting piece 22 and the positioning base 21. In addition, the connecting piece 22 is firmly connected to the screw hole 215 of the positioning base 21 by means of a screw 225. An elastic element 23 is attached to the first connecting projection 222 of the connecting piece 22. Within the recess 221 is a movable pressure block 24, which has limiting projections 241 at its upper and lower ends that fit into the corresponding guide grooves 223. This allows the pressure block 24 to slide within the predetermined limits of the guide grooves 223. Also attached to the pressure block 24 is a second connecting projection 242, which serves to connect to the other end of the elastic element 23.Additionally, a pressure control element 25 is provided, which is located opposite the first positioning section 213 and the second positioning section 214 of the positioning base 21. This pressure control element 25 consists of a first pressure part 251 and a second pressure part 252, which are arranged inside and outside, respectively. Between these two pressure parts, a locking projection 253 is attached, which, after passing through the corresponding holes 131 in the mounting parts 13, locks into the through-hole 212 and establishes a firm connection. The inside of the pressure control element 25 is pressed outward by the elastic support element 132 of the mounting parts 13. A cover cap 26 is provided to match the mounting parts 13 and has locking projections 261 at its upper and lower ends. These projections fit through the mounting holes 14 and lock within the positioning holes 211 of the positioning base 21.The cover cap 26 has a recess 262 provided for actuating the pressure control element 25. A mounting groove 263 for connection to a band 4 is also provided at the rear end of the cover cap 26.

[0012] The lens 3 has inserts 31 on both sides, which are inserted through the recesses 111 in the frame 1 and inserted between the positioning base 21 and the connecting piece 22 of the positioning device 2. Furthermore, the movable pressure block 24 is pressed inward. Located in the center of the inserts 31 is a positioning element 32, which is slidably connected to the first positioning section 213 and the second positioning section 214.

[0013] In this way, the lens 3 is inserted such that the insertion parts 31 on both sides of the lens 3 are inserted through the recesses 111 of the lens frame 1 into the space between the positioning base 21 and the connecting piece 22 of the positioning device 2. In this state, the insertion parts 31 press the movable pressure block 24 inward, thereby compressing or stressing the elastic member 23. When the insertion parts 31 are fully pushed in, the positioning member 32 moves and firmly connects with the second positioning member 214, thereby reliably and precisely positioning and fixing the lens 3 in the opening 11 of the lens frame 1.

[0014] With reference to the representation of the first use state in the sectional view of the invention [see Fig. 5], when the pressure control element 25 is pressed inward, the second pressing part 252 will press the positioning element 32 located on the second positioning section 214 outward. This releases the positioning element 32 from the connection with the second positioning section 214. In this state, the movable pressing block 24 is pressed outward by the spring force of the elastic member 23, which in turn causes the pressing block 24 to press the insertion parts 31 outward and the spectacle lens 3 to detach from the fixed connection with the spectacle lens mounting opening 11. At the same time, the inner side of the pressure control element 25 is pressed outward by the elastic support element 132 of the mounting parts 13 and thus returned to the original position. The positioning element 32 then moves to the first positioning section 213 and connects there firmly, whereby a gap 5 is formed between the spectacle lens 3 and the spectacle lens mounting opening 11, which gap allows ventilation and air permeability [see also . Fig. 6 for a representation of the structure of the first use state of the invention].

[0015] Referring to the representation of the second state of use in the perspective sectional view of the invention, as shown in Fig. 7, when the pressure control element 25 is pressed inward again, the first pressure part 251 will press the positioning element 32 located on the first positioning section 213 outward. This releases the positioning element 32 from its connection with the first positioning section 213. In this state, the movable pressure block 24 is pressed outward by the spring force of the elastic element 23, which in turn causes the pressure block 24 to press the insertion parts 31 outward and thus completely release the spectacle lens 3 from the opening 11 [see also Fig. 8 for a structural illustration of the second use state of the invention.] At the same time, the inner side of the pressure control element 25 is pushed outward by the elastic support element 132 of the mounting parts 13 and thus returned to the initial position, whereby the spectacle lens 3 can be replaced by the user.

[0016] From the above description of the practical application of the invention, it is clear that, compared to existing technical solutions, it is primarily characterized by the simpler and more convenient installation of the lens. Furthermore, the two-step push-and-release process allows for the creation of a gap between the lens and the frame, providing a ventilation and airing function. Furthermore, the invention allows for quick and easy removal of the lens, which facilitates lens replacement and overall increases the practical applicability and functionality of the glasses.
