Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a backrest carrier, a backrest with such a backrest carrier, and a vehicle seat.Vehicle seats conventionally have a seat part and a backrest, wherein the backrest has a backrest frame, on which a backrest carrier made of plastic is fastened. A backrest cushion, for example made of foam material, abuts on a front side of the backrest carrier for supporting a back of an occupant. The backrest carrier is fastened to the backrest frame by a rear side via suitable fastening means. The backrest cushion is furthermore surrounded by a backrest cover, wherein the backrest cover is fastened in particular to the rear side of the backrest carrier. In order to bring the backrest cover on the rear side into a certain shape, foam bodies, for example, can be attached to the rear side in an edge region of the backrest carrier, over which foam bodies the backrest cover is placed. The disadvantage here is that such foam bodies are complicated to produce and, in addition, have to be attached subsequently to the backrest support, so that the production outlay is increased. It is furthermore disadvantageous that, when the backrest support is arranged on a front seat, an occupant in the rear row of the vehicle can get between the backrest support and the backrest frame during boarding or disembarking or also during travel with the fingers in certain embodiments of the vehicle seat, which can lead to a clamping of the fingers.EP 2 296 938 B1 also describes arranging ribs on individual elements on a rear side of a backrest support for stabilization or stiffening purposes. In EP 2 480 427 A1, the stiffening ribs additionally terminate with an end profile which forms the transition to a frame structure.US 20120013157 A1 describes a child seat which consists of an outer shell made of hard plastic, a cushioned shell and a protective shell arranged between the outer shell and the cushioned shell. Ribs are arranged on the outside of the protective shell and can be in contact with the hard outer shell in the assembled state, in particular when the outer shell is deformed. These ribs serve to absorb forces from the outer shell in the event of an impact.JP 2016187579 A describes a backrest in which a backrest cover rests on a backrest carrier. The backrest cover has an edge plate in which holes are located which are placed on the rear side on projections, so that the backrest cover can be held on the backrest carrier under tension via the edge plate. The backrest cover is guided laterally, at the top and at the bottom over edge strips which form the side edges or lower edges of the backrest carrier. The object of the invention is to specify a backrest support, a backrest and a vehicle seat which, with little production complexity, enable a simple and secure fastening of a backrest covering and can in the process prevent damage by clamping fingers in.This object is achieved by a backrest carrier, a backrest and a vehicle seat according to the independent claims. The dependent claims describe preferred refinements.According to the invention, a backrest carrier for a backrest of a vehicle seat is provided, which carrier has at least:a front side for supporting a backrest cushion;a rear side for fastening the backrest support to a backrest frame via fastening means arranged on the rear side of the backrest support, wherein a side edge runs between the front side and the rear side in the longitudinal direction, andat least one rib structure which extends in a longitudinal direction in an edge region of the rear side of the backrest carrier and has a plurality of ribs which project, preferably project perpendicularly, from a surface of the rear side, wherein adjacent to an inner side of the ribs of the at least one rib structure a retaining profile extends in the longitudinal direction, wherein the retaining profile protrudes from the surface of the rear side and comprises a first fixing structure which is configured to be connected to a second fixing structure at an outer edge of the backrest covering in a positive-locking and / or non-positive-locking manner, for example to be brought into engagement by hooking.According to the invention, a backrest with a backrest carrier according to the invention and a vehicle seat with the backrest are also provided.By means of such a construction according to the invention, the following advantages can be achieved:Thus, the rib structure with the ribs not only allows stiffening or reinforcement of the backrest support to be achieved laterally in the edge region, but at the same time also allows a shaping of the backrest cover to be established. Therefore, the foam parts used in the prior art for pre-shaping the backrest cover can be dispensed with on the rear side, which simplifies the production outlay since no additional parts have to be produced and attached. Since the rib structure is arranged on the rear side of the backrest support, this does not influence comfort since the occupant normally does not support on this part of the backrest. At the same time, an effective fastening of the outer edge of the backrest covering is achieved via the retaining profile adjacent to the rib structure, so that the outer edge can bear under tension in the bearing region on the rib edges which run from the outer side of the respective rib to the inner side of the respective rib. In this case, the distance between the ribs can be adjusted, for example, depending on the desired tension of the backrest covering, wherein the ribs of the respective rib structure preferably run approximately parallel to one another in order to achieve a uniform supporting effect.Furthermore, in certain designs of the backrest, the ribs of the rib structure have the effect that the backrest support does not bear against the backrest frame over the entire longitudinal extent in the edge region, wherein the rib edges come closest to the backrest frame, but are ideally not pressed against the latter. A rear occupant who touches the edge region of the backrest frame with his fingers, for example when getting out or in or during travel, will then automatically grasp an intermediate region between the ribs by the ribs, so that a clamping of the fingers between the backrest frame and the backrest carrier can be avoided. The spacing of the ribs of the rib structure can then be selected accordingly such that there is space therebetween somewhat more than one finger width, for example 3-4 cm.The holding profile itself can also contribute to the shaping if, for example, the first fixing structure is arranged at a free end of the holding profile opposite the surface of the rear side and the backrest cover is simultaneously also guided under tension over the free end of the holding profile, wherein the free end can then be designed in accordance with the shape specification. Otherwise, a specific design can already be determined in a flexible manner during the production of the backrest support, mainly by the shape or the rib contour of the rib edges, for example in accordance with the predefined requirements imposed on the backrest support or on the backrest. Thus, for example, different heights or profiles of the rib edges, which are preferably curved or nonlinear, can contribute to a specific design, for example also in order to increase a volume in the edge region and thus to make the seat back appear optically more robust. The backrest cover then bears under tension against the rib edge in a corresponding bearing region either only over part or over the entire rib edge as far as the inner side.It is preferably furthermore provided that the first fixing structure is arranged at a free end of the holding profile opposite the surface, preferably interrupted continuously or only over a short distance. This allows effective fixing over the entire longitudinal extent and without wrinkling to be achieved.Preferably, it is further provided that the ribs of the at least one rib structure extend, starting from the side edge of the backrest support, in the transverse direction inward to the inner side, which is adjoined by the retaining profile extended in the longitudinal direction, preferably merging into one another. As a result, the backrest covering can rest on the ribs in the transverse direction starting from the side edge under tension via the respective bearing surface, and efficient fixing and tensioning via the retaining profile is ensured. It is preferably furthermore provided that the first fixing structure is designed to be complementary to the second fixing structure for the force-fit and / or form-fit connection of both fixing structures, for example by hooking, clipping or the like. This allows a simple and secure connection to be formed. In particular, it is provided that the first fixing structure is designed as a first hook structure, for example in the form of a nose with a groove, for receiving a second hook structure as a second fixing structure, wherein the second hook structure is designed in the form of a U, for example, such that the U-shaped second hook structure can be brought into engagement with the groove of the first hook structure by a free end, while the backrest cover rests on the ribs of the rib structure under tension in the bearing region. This makes it possible to achieve simple hooking in order to fasten the backrest cover to the backrest carrier under tension. A particularly good connection results here if the hook structures engage one another along an engagement direction which is aligned approximately perpendicular to the direction of tension in which the backrest covering is guided under tension over the rib structures. It is preferably furthermore provided that the rib structure extends at least over the entire longitudinal extent of the first fixing structure, wherein both longitudinal extents are preferably always approximately identical. As a result, the backrest covering can be held under tension over the entire longitudinal extent on the entire rib structure. It is preferably further provided that the holding profile is adapted in the longitudinal direction to the course of a side edge of the backrest support, wherein the holding profile preferably runs in the longitudinal direction approximately parallel to the side edge. As a result, a rib structure approximately of the same width in the longitudinal direction can be provided, which enables a constant stiffening and also a uniform bracing of the backrest covering. The invention is explained in more detail below on the basis of the attached drawings using an embodiment. The following are shown: FIG. 1 shows a vehicle seat in a schematic side view; FIG. 2 shows a detailed view of a backrest of the vehicle seat according to FIG. 1 ; FIG. 2A shows a detail of the backrest according to FIG. 2 ; FIG. 2B shows an alternative construction of the backrest of the vehicle seat; FIG. 3 shows the backrest according to FIG. 2 with a backrest covering (shown transparently); FIG. 4 is a sectional view of the backrest according to FIG. 3 ; and FIG. 4A shows a detail of the backrest according to FIG. 4.FIG. 1 schematically shows a vehicle seat 1 with a seat part 1 aand a backrest 1 b,which is pivotable with respect to it. The backrest 1 bhas a backrest frame 2 on which a backrest support 3 made of plastic is fastened. The backrest support 3 has a front side 3 a, against which a backrest cushion 4, for example made of foam, abuts for supporting a back of an occupant. The backrest carrier 3 bis fastened to the backrest frame 2 by a rear side 3 bvia suitable fastening means 20 (see FIG. 2 ). The backrest cushion 4 is surrounded by a backrest covering 5, wherein the backrest covering 5 is fastened in particular to the rear side 3 bof the backrest carrier 3, as explained below. On the rear side 3 bof the backrest carrier 3, as shown in FIG. 2 (without backrest cover 5) and FIG. 3 (with backrest cover 5 shown transparently), a rib structure 6 comprising a plurality of ribs 7 is arranged on the left and right in the lateral edge regions 3 c. Adjacent ribs 7 of the rib structure 6 extend approximately parallel to one another in the exemplary embodiment shown. As can be seen in the detailed view in FIG. 2A, an outer side 7 aof the ribs 7 lies adjacent to a side edge 3 dof the backrest carrier 3, wherein the side edge 3 druns substantially along a longitudinal direction X with respect to the backrest carrier 3. The respective rib 7 then extends inward, i.e. away from the side edge 3 din a transverse direction Q, as far as an inner side 7 bof the respective rib 7. the respective rib 7 projects between the outer side 7 aand the inner side 7 bin an approximately perpendicular manner from a surface 3 eof the rear side 3 bof the backrest carrier 3, wherein a rib edge 7 cextending from the outer side 7 ato the inner side 7 bhas a defined rib contour 7 dor a defined rib pattern. This rib contour 7 dis preferably nonlinear, in particular curved, as also shown in FIG. 2B.The backrest cover 5, which covers the backrest cushion 4 on the front side 3 a, is placed around the side edges 3 dof the backrest carrier 3, as illustrated in FIGS. 3 and 4, and is placed or guided at the rear side 3 bat least in regions over the rib structure 6, such that the backrest cover 5 rests on the rib edges 7 cin a bearing region 5 a. In the embodiments shown, the bearing region 5 aof the backrest covering 5 is not extended over the entire respective rib edge 7 cto the inner side 7 bof the respective rib 7. Depending on the design and shape of the ribs 7, the support region 5 acan, however, also be extended over the entire rib edge 7 c, if, for example, the rib edge 7 cincreases further upwards as far as the inner side 7 b, so that the backrest covering 5 can bear against the rib edge 7 cover the entire length. The backrest cover 5 lies under tension in the respective bearing region 5 aon the respective rib edges 7 c,so that the backrest cover 5 at least in regions adapts to the shape of the rib contour 7 d. A specific design for the backrest covering 5 can thus be established via the rib contour 7 dor a part of the rib contour 7 d. No additional foam structure is then necessary for forming the backrest covering 5 on the rear side 3 b, since the shape is achieved solely by the tensioned, at least in regions, resting on the individual rib edges 7 c. Depending on the desired design, the profile of the rib contour 7 dmay thus be defined flexibly depending on the desired design before the production of the backrest support 3. In addition to the shaping of the backrest cover 5, the ribs 7 can simultaneously also ensure stiffening of the backrest support 3 in the edge region 3 c,with the result that the rib structure 6 performs a dual function.Furthermore, when the backrest 1 bis constructed as shown in FIG. 2B, for example, the ribs 7 of the rib structure 6 have the effect that the backrest support 3 does not bear against the backrest frame 2 over the entire longitudinal extent in the edge region 3 c, wherein the rib edges 7 ccomes closest to the backrest frame 2, but ideally are not pressed against the latter or bear against the latter. Furthermore, in this embodiment, the backrest cover 5 bears against the backrest frame 2, with the result that the latter is also tensioned as a result. A rear occupant who touches the edge region 3 cof the backrest support 3 or the backrest frame 2 with his fingers in order to support himself, for example during getting out or in or during the journey, will then automatically grasp an intermediate region between the ribs 7 by the ribs 7, such that it is possible to prevent the fingers from being clamped between the backrest frame 2 and the backrest support 3. The spacing of the ribs 7 of the rib structure 6 is then selected accordingly such that there is space therebetween somewhat more than one finger width, for example 3-4 cm. Furthermore, the contact of the backrest cover 5 with the backrest frame 2 prevents the fingers from being able to pass further inwards between the backrest frame 2 and the backrest carrier 3.In order to be able to tension the backrest covering 5 sufficiently such that it bears firmly against the backrest cushion 4 both on the front side 3 aand also firmly against the rib edges 7 con the rear side 3 bin the bearing region 5 a, a retaining profile 8 is arranged adjacent to the inner sides 7 bof the ribs 7 of the respective rib structure 6, as is illustrated in detail in FIGS. 4 and 4A. The retaining profile 8 protrudes from the surface 3 eof the rear side 3 bof the backrest carrier 3, for example perpendicularly to the transverse direction Q or at an angle thereto, and extends in the longitudinal direction X preferably completely or at least over a large part of the longitudinal extent of the rib structure 6, such that the backrest covering 5 can be tensioned securely and effectively over the ribs 7 of the rib structure 6. The course of the holding profile 8 in the longitudinal direction X can be adapted here, for example, to the course of the side edge 3 dof the backrest support 3, for example both can run approximately parallel to one another, so that the rib structure 6 is approximately always of the same width in the longitudinal direction X (extension in the transverse direction Q).The ribs 7 can either pass directly with their inner sides 7b into the retaining profile 8, as shown, or a certain distance between the two is left, as indicated in FIG. 2B. The holding profile 8 is also formed into a certain shape and arranged relative to the ribs 7 in order to obtain a fixed design for the backrest covering 5 in cooperation. The holding profile 8 has, at its free end 8 aopposing the surface 3 e, a first fixing structure 9, by which or on which a second fixing structure 10 can be held on an outer edge 5 bof the backrest cover 5. The second fixing structure 10 is designed correspondingly complementary to the first fixing structure 9 for this purpose, such that both can be connected to one another in a force-fitting and / or form-fitting manner, for example can engage or clip into one another or bear against one another. The longitudinal extension (in the longitudinal direction X) of the first fixing structure 9 preferably corresponds to the longitudinal extension (in the longitudinal direction X) of the retaining profile 8 and also to the longitudinal extension (in the longitudinal direction X) of the second fixing structure 10, so that a secure connection between the two can be achieved on account of the extension. The first fixing structure 9 can be formed, for example, by a first hook structure 9 a, in which a correspondingly complementarily embodied, e.g. U-shaped, second hook structure 10 acan engage as the second fixing structure 10. As shown in FIGS. 4 and 4A, the first hook structure 9 acan be embodied, for example, in the form of a nose with a groove 11 and the U-shaped second hook structure 10 acan be brought into engagement with the groove 11 by way of its free end 12. The backrest covering 5 can then be placed or tensioned over the free end 8 aof the retaining profile 8, as a result of which the two hook structures 9 a, 10 acan be brought securely into engagement with one another under tension. In this way, a simple and secure fastening of the backrest covering 5 can be achieved while simultaneously fixing a surface shape of the backrest covering 5 in the edge regions 3 c. The backrest cover 5 hooked in on the rear side is then, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 4A, placed with tension starting from its outer edge 5 bover the free end 8 aof the retaining profile 8 and then, depending on the design, runs to the correspondingly shaped rib edge 7 cand over the bearing region 5 aalong this rib edge 7 cover the side edge 3 dof the backrest carrier 3 to its front side 3 aprovided with the backrest cushion 4.List of reference characters1 Vehicle seat 1 a Sitzteil part 1 b Rückenlehne 2 Backrest frame 3 Backrest support 3 a Vorderseite front side of the backrest support 3 3 b Rückseite rear side of the backrest support 3 3 c Randbereich region of the backrest support 3 3 d Seitenkante edge of the backrest support 3 3 e Oberfläche surface of the rear side 3 bof the backrest support 3 4 Backrest cushion 5 Lehnen cover 5 a Auflage region of the backrest cover 5 5 b Äußerer edge 5 bof the backrest cover 5 6 Rib structure 7 Rib 7 a Äußere side of the rib 7 b Innere side of the rib 7 c Rippen edge of the rib 7 d Rippen contour of the rib edge 7 c Halte profile 8 aFree end of the retaining profile 8 9First fixing structure 9 aFirst hook structure 10Second fixing structure 10 aSecond hook structure 11 Groove 12Free end of the second hook structure 20 Fixing means q Transverse direction X Longitudinal directionReferences included in the specificationThis list of documents cited by the applicant has been produced in an automated manner and is only included for the better information of the reader.
