Abstract
Description
The invention relates to refrigerated display cases having a plurality of merchandise floors arranged one above the other, wherein an evaporator for cooling and a fan for circulating a cooling air flow over the merchandise floors are arranged under the lowermost merchandise floor in an insulated trough. Such refrigerated display cases are used for the sale of foodstuffs, such as e.g. cake, pie, sandwiches and snacks. The side facing the customer is closed over a glass surface or contains removal openings in the form of self-service flaps, rotating doors, sliding doors or open areas. Such refrigerated display cases are known from AT 12 335 U1, EP 3 804 576 A1, DE 20 2018 004 422 U1, EP 3 090 661 A1, DE 20 2019,001 043 U1 and DE 10 2017 008 344 A1.Since the evaporator is arranged below the lowermost product floor, food residue, such as crumbs and salad pieces, fall down into the trough through the slits of the air blowing area. In order that no mold can form here, the trough must be cleaned daily. For this purpose, the lowermost product support can generally be removed or pivoted upwards, so that the trough space is accessible for cleaning. In order to be able to clean the floor in the trough, the evaporator can generally be pivoted upwards separately or together with the lowermost product support. The opening angle is generally limited by the product floor arranged above the lowermost product floor. To achieve a larger opening angle, this product floor can be removed in some refrigerated display cases and must then be stored outside the display case during the cleaning process. The floors above the lower floor of the goods consist of glass surfaces in most display cases, so that the removal must be carried out very carefully.Experience has shown that cleaning is substantially less frequently in practice than would be required from the hygiene point of view. In order for the tub to be cleaned daily with the evaporator, access to this area should be made as easy as possible to the personnel. From AT 12 335 U1 a solution is known in which the lower product base is arranged in a trough-like construction in a height-adjustable manner. In order to clean the lower cooling tray floor here, this product floor can be removed. The evaporator can then be folded up. The disadvantage here is that the lower material floor must be removed and the actual cooling trough floor is now slightly deep. It can be reached by the cleaning personnel with the hand-but the arm must extend very far down into the cooling trough.A refrigerated display case with a flatter cooling trough is known from EP 3 804 576 A1. However, no information can be gathered here concerning the accessibility for cleaning the lower trough region. DE 20 2018 004 422 U1 likewise discloses a refrigerated display case with a flat cooling trough. FIG. 4 shows a cooling trough in open form, as it is also installed in the cooling showcase. For cleaning the lower cooling tray floor, the lowermost product support can be pulled up. The evaporator hangs below the lowermost product support and is thus likewise opened. In the upper position, the product support with evaporator is self-supporting via gas compression springs, so that the tray base can be cleaned. However, the opening angle in the display case is limited by the next merchandise display arranged above it. In order to be able to clean correctly here, it is necessary to carefully remove the next floor of the goods, which consists of glass, and to deposit it elsewhere.Further vitrines are known from EP 3 090 661 A1 and DE 20 2019 001 043 U1. With regard to the cleaning of the lower cooling pan base, they have the same disadvantages as explained above.DE 10 2017 008 344 A2 discloses a cooling counter which comprises at the bottom an insulated trough with evaporator and fan and a pivotable lower product base arranged above it. Above this, an upper product floor is arranged. During times which are poor in sales, the upper product bottom can be folded upwards, so that no empty product bottom is present any longer and the product pressure for the customer is maintained. However, it can already be seen from the drawings that the lower product floor and the evaporator can be opened up to the maximum of the upper product floor. Little space will remain below the evaporator to clean the tub by hand. The object is to provide a method for performing a processIt is the object of the invention to simplify access in the region of the evaporator and the floor pan in such a way that cleaning of the floor pan and the evaporator is as simple as possible even without removing goods floors. This object is achieved by the refrigerated display case having the features of claim 1.Advantageous embodiments of the inventive refrigerated display case are the subject matter of the dependent claims and are also described in the following description, in particular in conjunction with the figures. In the case of the refrigerated display cabinet of the aforementioned type, it is provided according to the invention to design the upper product floor (2) arranged above the lower product floor (1) to be pivotably mounted, wherein the pivot axis (3) runs parallel to the pivot axis of the lower product floor (1) and the direction of rotation during the pivoting upwards are the same between the lower product floor (1) and the upper product floor (2), and the lower product floor (1) has a support device (9) on the side opposite the axis of rotation, which support device presses the upper product floor (2) upwards during the pivoting upwards of the lower product floor (1). As a result, the opening angle of the lower product base ( 1) is no longer restricted by the upper product base ( 2). If the lower product base (1) is supported in the open upper position by means of a gas pressure spring (16), this gas pressure spring (16), given appropriate dimensioning, can also simultaneously hold the upper product base (2) in the pivoted-open position. The greater opening angle substantially improves the accessibility of the space below the lower product base (1) for cleaning purposes, without the upper product base (2) having to be removed and stored outside the display case.If the pivot bearings (3) according to claim 2 are arranged laterally of the upper product base (2), the pivot bearings (3) hardly fall open for the customer, i.e. the optical image of a transparent display is not disturbed for the customer.A particularly delicate view for the customer results if the support device (4) for the upper product base (2) according to claim 3 contains at least two support arms (5) arranged in the outer region of the upper product base (2), which support arms contain the pivot bearing (3) for the upper product base (2). The support device ( 4) can thus be offset rearward as viewed from the front side and is thus more noticeable. The upper product floor (2) can be formed according to claim 4 from a flat plate, such as a glass plate (6), which rests on support profiles (7) which are connected to the pivot bearing (3) of the support arms (5). This allows support arm (5), pivot bearing (3) and support profiles (7) to be produced easily and cost-effectively.In order that the pivotable upper product floor (2) is held in the horizontal position, it is advantageous if the support arm (5) connected to the support device (4) has a support surface (8) according to claim 5 for this purpose, since this can be formed relatively cost-effectively by a simple edge. For a flexible height distribution of the refrigerated display case, it is advantageous if the support arms (5) according to claim 6 are height-adjustable within the refrigerated display case. The support device (4) for the upper product floor (2) can be designed according to claim 7 in such a way that the uprights (10) for the upper product floors (2) are arranged laterally of the upper product floors (2). This does not result in any visual restriction towards the front side. In addition, there is no obstacle to the rear door during the goods placement and removal. If the uprights (10) according to claim 8 arranged laterally of the upper shelf (2) are formed from two spaced profiles, these can be made very slender and stable. This also ensures the side view of the goods without large visual restrictions. If these uprights (10) according to claim 9 are provided with recesses (11), in which supports for the support arms (5) or the support arms (5) containing counterparts (21) corresponding thereto can be hooked, the support arms (5) can be mounted easily and cost-effectively. In addition, they can be removed without tools for cleaning, for example in a dishwasher. If a plurality of spaced-apart recesses (11) are provided one above the other in the uprights (10) of the support device (4) according to claim 10, the support arms (5) can easily be arranged at different heights. The drawings illustrate a suitable embodiment. The following are shown: FIG. 1 : 3D view of a refrigerated display case with goods floors in the operating position FIG. 2 : 3D view of refrigerated display cases with goods floors in the cleaning position FIG. 3 : Section through refrigerated display cases with goods floors in the operating position FIG. 4 : Section through refrigerated display cases with goods floors in the cleaning position FIG. 5 : Support arm with pivot joint for glass floorsFIG. 1 shows a 3D view of the refrigerated display case with goods floors ( 1, 2) in the operating position. Above the lower material floor (1) two upper material floors (2) are arranged. The upper floors (2) are held by the support device (4). The upper product floor arranged directly above the lower product floor contains the pivot joints ( 3) on the side.FIG. 2 shows a 3D view of the refrigerated display case with goods floors ( 1, 2) in the cleaning position. Here, the lower product base (1) is pivoted open for cleaning the tray base (14), so that the tray base (14) is easily accessible.FIG. 3 shows the section through the refrigerated display case with goods floors ( 1, 2) in the operating position.FIG. 4 shows the section through the refrigerated display case with goods floors ( 1, 2) in the cleaning position. The lower product base (1) is pivoted open with evaporator (12) and fan (13) for cleaning the trough base (14) and is held in the upper position by means of the gas pressure springs (16). The upper product floor (2), which is arranged directly above the lower product floor (1), is also pressed upward via the support device (9), so that the trough floor (14) is easily accessible for cleaning. Since the support device (4) for the upper shelves (2) is formed only from the uprights (4) and an upper transverse connection, there is no great side view restriction. The support arms (5) are hooked into recesses (11) on the posts. At the front, the pivot joint (3) is arranged on the support arms (5), via which pivot joint the support profile (7) can be pivoted upwards. A glass plate (6) forming the upper product floor (2) is placed on the support profile (7). The goods on the goods floors are illuminated in each case by a lamp (19).FIG. 5 shows a support arm (5) with pivot joint (3) for glass plates (6). The support arm (5) can be hooked via suspension straps (21) into the recesses (11) of the uprights (10) horizontally and alternatively also inclined obliquely to the front side of the display case. The support arm (5) contains the swivel joint (3) on the side pointing to the front of the cabinet. The support profile (7) for the glass plate (6) can be pivoted upwards via the pivot joint (3). in the lower position, the support arm (7) rests on the support surface (8).List of reference characters1 Lower product base 2 Upper product base 3 Pivot bearing 4 Support device 5 Support arms 6 Glass plate 7 Support profiles 8 Support surface 9 Support device 10 Stand 11 Recesses 12 Evaporator 13 Fan 14 Tray base 16 Gas pressure spring 17 Outlet 18 Temperature regulator 19 Lamp 20 Sliding door 21 Suspension bracket
