Abstract
Description
[0001] The invention relates to a hybrid drive system for a motor vehicle, in particular for a motor vehicle, according to the preamble of patent claim 1. Furthermore, the invention relates to a motor vehicle, in particular a motor vehicle, with such a hybrid drive system.
[0002] DE 10 2022 001 147 B3 discloses a hybrid drive system for a motor vehicle, comprising an internal combustion engine having a drive shaft via which first drive torques are provided by the internal combustion engine for driving the motor vehicle.
[0003] The object of the present invention is to provide a hybrid drive system for a motor vehicle and a motor vehicle with such a hybrid drive system, so that a particularly advantageous drive can be realized in a particularly space-saving manner.
[0004] This object is achieved by a hybrid drive system having the features of patent claim 1 and by a motor vehicle having the features of patent claim 10. Advantageous embodiments with expedient further developments of the invention are specified in the remaining claims.
[0005] A first aspect of the invention relates to a hybrid drive system, also referred to simply as a hybrid drive device or hybrid drive unit, or embodied as a hybrid drive device or hybrid drive unit, for a motor vehicle, also referred to simply as a vehicle. This means that the motor vehicle, preferably embodied as a motor vehicle, in particular as a passenger car, has the hybrid drive system in its fully manufactured state and can be driven by the hybrid drive system. The hybrid drive system has an internal combustion engine, also referred to as an internal combustion engine or combustion machine, which is also simply referred to as an engine. The internal combustion engine has a drive shaft via which the internal combustion engine can provide first drive torques for driving the motor vehicle. The first drive torques are first torques or are also referred to as first torques. For example, the internal combustion engine is designed as a reciprocating piston machine, thus as a reciprocating piston machine, so that in particular the drive shaft can be designed as a crankshaft. The hybrid drive system also comprises an electric machine having a rotor. For example, the electric machine has a stator, by means of which the rotor can be driven and is thus rotatable about a machine axis of rotation relative to the stator. Via the rotor, the electric machine can provide second drive torques for driving the motor vehicle. The second drive torques are second torques for driving the motor vehicle. For example, in its fully manufactured state, the motor vehicle has at least or exactly two vehicle axles arranged consecutively and thus one behind the other in the longitudinal direction of the motor vehicle, also simply referred to as axles. Each vehicle axle has at least or exactly two vehicle wheels, also simply referred to as wheels, wherein the vehicle wheels of the respective vehicle axle are arranged on opposite sides of the motor vehicle in the transverse direction of the motor vehicle. Each vehicle wheel is a respective ground contact element of the motor vehicle. The motor vehicle can be or is supported downwards on a ground in the vertical direction of the motor vehicle via the ground contact elements. If the motor vehicle is driven along the ground and is propelled in particular by means of the hybrid drive system, while the motor vehicle is supported on the ground downwards in the vertical direction of the motor vehicle via the ground contact elements, the ground contact elements roll, in particular directly, on the ground. For example, the hybrid drive system is assigned, in particular precisely, to one of the vehicle axles, so that, for example, the vehicle wheels of the vehicle axle to which the hybrid drive system is assigned can be driven by means of the hybrid drive system. It is thus conceivable that the combustion engine can drive the same vehicle wheels of the vehicle axle to which the hybrid drive system is assigned via its drive shaft and the electric machine via its rotor. The motor vehicle can be propelled by driving the vehicle wheels. The vehicle wheels driven by the hybrid drive system, i.e., by the combustion engine and the electric motor, are also referred to as drivable or driven wheels or drive wheels. Unless otherwise stated, references to "wheels" or "vehicle wheels" below refer to the vehicle wheels of the vehicle axle to which the hybrid drive system is assigned, which are drivable by the hybrid drive system.
[0006] The hybrid drive system has an axle drive, also referred to as a differential or differential gear, which is in particular assigned to the vehicle axle to which the hybrid drive system is assigned. In particular, the vehicle wheels can be driven by the combustion engine and the electric motor via the axle drive. Very particularly, the axle drive is a differential gear, also simply referred to as a differential, which in particular has the function, sufficiently known from the general prior art, that a respective third torque can be distributed to the vehicle wheels via the axle drive, so that the vehicle wheels can be driven via the axle drive by means of the respective third torque. For example, the respective third torque results from the respective first drive torque and / or from the respective second drive torque. In particular, the axle drive allows different speeds of the vehicle wheels, for example when the motor vehicle is cornering, so that, for example, the vehicle wheel on the outside of the curve can rotate at a higher speed than the vehicle wheel on the inside of the curve, in particular while the vehicle wheels can be or are driven via the axle drive by means of the third torque or by the combustion engine and / or by the electric motor. The axle drive has an axle drive input gear via which the axle drive can be driven, in particular in such a way that the respective third torque can be introduced into the axle drive via the axle drive input gear or can be transmitted to the axle drive. The axle drive input gear is a first gear of the hybrid drive system and is therefore also referred to as an axle drive input gear. For example, the axle drive input gear can be designed as a ring gear. The axle drive can be designed as a bevel gear differential or as a planetary gear differential or as another differential gear.
[0007] The hybrid drive system also has a transmission, also referred to as the main transmission and provided in particular in addition to the axle transmission, which has a first sub-transmission and a second sub-transmission. In particular, it is conceivable for the axle transmission to be driven by the combustion engine and the electric motor via the transmission, so that, for example, the transmission can provide the respective third torque, or the transmission can, for example, provide a respective fourth torque, from which, for example, the respective third torque results. It is conceivable for the respective fourth torque to result from the respective first drive torque and / or from the respective second drive torque.
[0008] The first sub-transmission has a first planetary gear set, which is also simply referred to as the first planetary gear set. The first planetary gear set has a first sun gear, a first planet carrier, which is also referred to as the first web, and a first ring gear. The first sun gear, the first planet carrier and the first ring gear are also referred to as planetary gear set elements of the first planetary gear set, thus the first sun gear, the first planet carrier and the first ring gear are planetary gear set elements of the first planetary gear set. The first sub-transmission also has a second planetary gear set, which is provided in particular in addition to the first planetary gear set and is also simply referred to as the second planetary set. The second planetary gear set has a second sun gear, a second planet carrier, which is also referred to as the second web, and a second ring gear. The second sun gear, the second planet carrier and the second ring gear are also referred to as transmission elements of the second planetary gear set or are transmission elements of the second planetary gear set.
[0009] In particular, the hybrid drive system can have a housing, wherein it is conceivable that the first planetary gear set and / or the second planetary gear set are each arranged at least partially, in particular at least predominantly and thus at least more than half or entirely, in the housing. For example, if the respective planetary gear set element is not connected to the housing in a rotationally fixed manner, the respective planetary gear set element can be rotated about a first planetary gear set axis of rotation relative to the housing, in particular by driving the first planetary gear set. Furthermore, it is conceivable that, in particular if the respective transmission element is not connected to the housing in a rotationally fixed manner, the respective transmission element can be rotated about a second planetary gear set axis of rotation relative to the housing, in particular by driving the second planetary gear set.In particular, it can be provided that the planetary gear sets are arranged coaxially with one another, so that the planetary gear set rotational axes coincide. In particular, for example, the rotor is rotatable about the machine rotational axis relative to the housing. Very preferably, the drive shaft is rotatable about a drive shaft rotational axis relative to the housing.
[0010] The first sun gear is permanently connected to the second planet carrier in a rotationally fixed manner.
[0011] The second sub-transmission has a first spur gear stage, in particular a switchable one, a second spur gear stage, in particular a switchable one, provided in addition to the first spur gear stage, and a first output shaft, in particular a switchable one, provided in addition to the drive shaft. For example, the first output shaft is rotatable relative to the housing about a first output shaft axis of rotation. The first spur gear stage has a first input gear and a first output gear that meshes, in particular permanently, with the first input gear. The first input gear is a second gear of the hybrid drive system, the axial direction of which coincides with the machine axis of rotation or runs parallel to the machine axis of rotation. It is conceivable that the internal combustion engine and the electric machine are arranged coaxially with one another, so that the drive shaft axis of rotation coincides with the machine axis of rotation. Thus, for example, the drive shaft rotation axis and the machine rotation axis coincide with a main rotation axis of the hybrid drive system, the radial direction of which runs perpendicular to the axial direction of the hybrid drive system. In particular, the axial direction of the hybrid drive system coincides with the main rotation axis. The first output gear is a third gear of the hybrid drive system. The first output gear is arranged coaxially with the first output shaft. The first output gear is arranged, for example, on the first output shaft. The first output shaft can be driven, for example, by the first output gear. In principle, it would be conceivable for the first output gear to be connected, in particular permanently, in a rotationally fixed manner to the first output shaft. The first input gear is or can be connected in a rotationally fixed manner to the first ring gear.In other words, it is conceivable that the first input gear is connected, in particular permanently, to the first ring gear in a rotationally fixed manner. Furthermore, it is conceivable that the first input gear can be connected to the first ring gear in a rotationally fixed manner.
[0012] The second, in particular switchable, spur gear stage has a second input gear and a second output gear that meshes, in particular permanently, with the second input gear. The second input gear is, for example, a fourth gear of the hybrid drive system, and the second output gear is, for example, a fifth gear of the hybrid drive system. The second output gear is arranged coaxially with the first output shaft. For example, the first output shaft can be driven by the first output gear. For example, the first output shaft can be driven by the second output gear. The second output gear is, for example, arranged on the first output shaft. In principle, it would be conceivable for the second output gear to be connected, in particular permanently, in a rotationally fixed manner to the first output shaft. For example, the first output gear can be connected in a rotationally fixed manner to the first output shaft. For example, the second output gear is rotationally fixed to the first output shaft. The second input gear is or can be rotationally fixed to the second planet carrier. In other words, the second input gear is, for example, permanently connected to the second planet carrier. Furthermore, it is conceivable for the second input gear to be rotationally fixed to the second planet carrier.
[0013] The hybrid drive system also includes a first output gear, which is a sixth gear of the hybrid drive system. The first output gear is permanently connected to the first output shaft in a rotationally fixed manner. The first output gear permanently meshes with the axle drive input gear of the axle drive, so that the axle drive input gear and, via the axle drive input gear, the axle drive can be driven by the first output gear. In particular, the first output gear, the first output gear, the second output gear, and the first output shaft are all arranged coaxially with one another. The first output shaft is rotatable, for example, relative to the housing about the aforementioned first output shaft axis of rotation, wherein, for example, the first output shaft axis of rotation runs parallel to the machine axis of rotation and parallel to the drive shaft axis of rotation and parallel to the first planetary gear set axis of rotation and parallel to the second planetary gear set axis of rotation and is spaced apart from the drive shaft axis of rotation, the machine axis of rotation, the first planetary gear set axis of rotation, and the second planetary gear set axis of rotation. In particular, it is conceivable that the first planetary gear set, the second planetary gear set, the combustion engine and thus the drive shaft and thus the electric machine and thus the rotor are all arranged coaxially to one another, so that the first planetary gear set axis of rotation, the second planetary gear set axis of rotation, the drive shaft axis of rotation, and the machine axis of rotation coincide and all coincide with the main axis of rotation. Thus, the first output shaft rotation axis is preferably spaced from the main rotation axis, wherein the first output shaft rotation axis preferably runs parallel to the main rotation axis.
[0014] The hybrid drive system has a first switching element by means of which the drive shaft of the combustion engine can be connected in a rotationally fixed manner to the first planetary carrier. This means that the first switching element can be switched between a first coupled state and a first uncoupled state. In the first coupled state, the drive shaft is connected in a rotationally fixed manner to the first planetary carrier by means of the first switching element. In the first uncoupled state, the drive shaft and the first planetary carrier are decoupled from one another, so that the drive shaft and the first planetary carrier can rotate relative to one another about the main axis of rotation.
[0015] The rotor of the electric machine is coupled or can be coupled to the first partial transmission in a torque-transmitting, in particular rotationally fixed, manner such that the respective second drive torque provided or can be provided by the electric machine via the rotor can be introduced into the transmission at the first partial transmission, thus the respective second drive torque provided or can be provided by the electric machine via the rotor can be transmitted from the rotor to the first partial transmission and can thus be introduced into the transmission via the first partial transmission, in particular in order to drive the transmission. In other words, the rotor of the electric machine is coupled or can be coupled to the first partial transmission in such a torque-transmitting manner, in particular in a rotationally fixed manner, that the respective second torque can be introduced from the electric machine, in particular from the rotor, at the first partial transmission, and thus via the first partial transmission into the transmission.
[0016] The feature that two gears, such as the first output gear and the axle drive input gear, permanently mesh with each other, and are therefore permanently engaged with each other, means that the permanently meshing gears are not movable relative to each other between a meshing position in which the gears mesh with each other, and a released position in which the gears do not mesh with each other, but the permanently meshing gears are permanently stationary, i.e. always engaged with each other.
[0017] In order to be able to realize a particularly advantageous drive and thus a particularly advantageous drivability of the hybrid drive system and thus of the motor vehicle in a particularly space-saving manner, it is provided according to the invention that the first ring gear is permanently connected in a rotationally fixed manner to the second sun gear.
[0018] In the context of the present disclosure, the feature "radially overlapping" is to be understood as follows: Two elements, in particular at least substantially rotationally symmetrical, are arranged radially, in particular overlapping one another, in particular with respect to a common axis running, for example, in the radial direction of the hybrid drive system and / or in the radial direction of the hybrid drive system, if they are each arranged at least partially in a region of the same radial coordinates, in particular the same angular coordinates. The term "radial" refers to the radial direction of the hybrid drive system. In other words, the term "radial" means the radial direction of the hybrid drive system, whose radial direction runs perpendicular to the axial direction of the hybrid drive system. When reference is made to the radial direction above and below, this refers to the radial direction of the hybrid drive system, unless otherwise stated.
[0019] The feature "axially overlapping" is to be understood as follows: Two elements are arranged axially overlapping, in particular with respect to one another, with respect to a common axis running in particular in the axial direction of the hybrid drive system, such as the main axis of rotation and / or in the axial direction of the hybrid drive system, if they are each arranged at least partially in a region of the same axial coordinates. In the context of the present disclosure, the term "axial" is to be understood as the axial direction of the hybrid drive system. In other words, the term "axial" means the axial direction of the hybrid drive system. Expressed again in other words, "axial" refers to the axial direction of the hybrid drive system, and "radial" refers to the radial direction of the hybrid drive system. When reference is made to the axial direction above and below, this refers to the axial direction of the hybrid drive system, unless otherwise stated.
[0020] In the context of the present disclosure, the feature that two components, such as the first ring gear and the second sun gear, are connected to one another in a rotationally fixed manner, is to be understood as meaning that the components connected to one another in a rotationally fixed manner are arranged coaxially to one another and, in particular when the components are driven, rotate together or simultaneously about a component rotation axis common to the components, such as the main rotation axis, at the same angular velocity, in particular relative to a reference element, such as the housing. In other words, two elements are connected to one another in a rotationally fixed manner if they are arranged coaxially to one another, in particular with respect to their component rotation axis and / or with respect to a rotational symmetry axis, and if they are connected to one another in such a way that they always rotate at the same angular velocity. An element is connected to the housing in a rotationally fixed manner if it cannot be rotated relative to the housing.
[0021] The feature that two components are connected or coupled to one another in a torque-transmitting manner means that the components are coupled or connected to one another in such a way that torque can be transmitted between the components. If the components are connected or coupled to one another in a rotationally fixed manner, the components are also connected or coupled to one another in a torque-transmitting manner. Two components connected to one another in a torque-transmitting manner can thus be connected to one another in a rotationally fixed manner. Furthermore, it is conceivable that two components connected to one another in a torque-transmitting manner are connected to one another in a torque-transmitting manner via an intermediate transmission unit, so that torque can be transmitted between the components via the transmission unit, while the components are connected to one another in a torque-transmitting manner, although the components can be rotatable relative to one another.
[0022] The feature that two components are permanently connected or coupled to one another in a torque-transmitting manner does not mean that a switching element is provided that can be switched between a coupling state that connects or couples the components to one another in a torque-transmitting manner and a decoupling state in which no torque can be transmitted between the components via the switching element. Rather, the components are always and therefore permanently torque-transmitting, i.e., connected or coupled to one another in such a way that torque can be transmitted between the components. Thus, for example, one of the components can be driven by the other component, or vice versa.
[0023] The feature that two components, such as the first ring gear and the second sun gear, are permanently connected or coupled to one another in a rotationally fixed manner means that a switching element is not provided which can be switched between a coupling state which connects or couples the components to one another in a rotationally fixed manner and a decoupling state in which the components are decoupled from one another and rotatable relative to one another, such that no torque can be transmitted between the components via the switching element. Instead, the components are always connected or coupled to one another, thus permanently connected or coupled to one another in a rotationally fixed manner. Furthermore, the feature that two components can be connected or coupled to one another in a rotationally fixed manner means that the components are assigned a switching element which can be switched between at least one coupling state and at least one decoupling state. In the coupled state, the components are connected or coupled to one another in a rotationally fixed manner by means of the switching element. In the uncoupled state, the components are decoupled from one another, such that in the uncoupled state the components can be rotated relative to one another about the component rotation axis and such that no torque can be transmitted between the components via the switching element. The same applies to the feature that two components can be connected or coupled to one another in a torque-transmitting manner. Thus, for example, the feature that two components can be connected or coupled to one another in a torque-transmitting manner is to be understood as meaning that a switching element is assigned to the components, wherein the switching element can be switched between at least one connected state and at least one released state. In the connected state, the components are coupled or connected to one another by means of the switching element in a torque-transmitting manner, so that torque can be transmitted between the components, particularly via the switching element. In the released state, the components are decoupled from one another, so that in the released state, no torque can be transmitted between the components via the switching element.
[0024] In the context of the present disclosure, a spur gear stage is understood to be a pairing of two gears that mesh with each other. A switchable spur gear stage is understood to be a spur gear stage, wherein one of the two meshing gears of the switchable spur gear stage is designed as a loose gear arranged on a shaft, such as the first output shaft. This loose gear can be selectively connected to the shaft in a rotationally fixed manner by means of a switching element or decoupled from the shaft and thus rotatable relative to the shaft to which one of the two meshing gears is arranged coaxially.
[0025] Furthermore, it is conceivable for the electric machine to be arranged axially parallel, in particular to the planetary gear sets, so that, for example, the machine's axis of rotation is spaced apart from the respective planetary gear set's axis of rotation and from the main axis of rotation, by means of which the planetary gear set's axes of rotation coincide, and runs parallel to the respective planetary gear set's axis of rotation and parallel to the main axis of rotation. Thus, for example, a transmission stage is arranged between the rotor and the first sub-transmission, so that the rotor is coupled or can be coupled to the first sub-transmission via the transmission stage in a torque-transmitting manner.
[0026] In order to achieve particularly advantageous drivability in a particularly space-efficient manner, one embodiment of the invention provides a second switching element by means of which the drive shaft can be connected in a rotationally fixed manner to the second ring gear. This means that the second switching element can be switched between a second coupled state and a second uncoupled state. In the second coupled state, the drive shaft is connected in a rotationally fixed manner to the second ring gear by means of the second switching element. In the second uncoupled state, the drive shaft is decoupled from the second ring gear, such that the drive shaft and the second ring gear can rotate relative to one another about the main axis of rotation.
[0027] A further embodiment is characterized in that the rotor of the electric machine is or can be coupled to the second ring gear in a torque-transmitting, in particular rotationally fixed, manner such that the respective second torque originating from the electric machine, in particular from the rotor, can be introduced at the second ring gear, and thus via the second ring gear into the transmission. In principle, it would be conceivable for the rotor to be coupled, in particular permanently, to the second ring gear in a torque-transmitting, in particular rotationally fixed, manner. Furthermore, it is conceivable for the rotor to be coupled to the second ring gear in a torque-transmitting, in particular rotationally fixed, manner. This embodiment makes it possible to represent a particularly space-efficient design. In order to achieve particularly advantageous drivability and thus a particularly advantageous drive in a particularly space-efficient design, a further embodiment of the invention provides for the second sub-transmission to have a third spur gear stage, in particular a switchable one, and a second output shaft. The second output shaft is rotatable, for example, about a second output shaft rotation axis relative to the housing. For example, the output shaft rotation axes are spaced apart from one another, with the output shaft rotation axes running parallel to one another, for example. For example, the second output shaft axis of rotation is spaced apart from the input shaft axis of rotation and / or from the first planetary gear set axis of rotation and / or from the second planetary gear set axis of rotation and / or from the machine axis of rotation and / or from the main axis of rotation, wherein preferably the second output shaft axis of rotation runs parallel to the input shaft axis of rotation and / or parallel to the first planetary gear set axis of rotation and / or parallel to the second planetary gear set axis of rotation and / or parallel to the machine axis of rotation and / or parallel to the main axis of rotation.
[0028] The third spur gear stage has a third output gear that meshes with the second input gear, in particular permanently, and which is in particular a seventh gear of the hybrid drive system. The third output gear is arranged coaxially with the second output shaft. For example, the second output shaft can be driven by the third output gear. In principle, it would be conceivable for the third output gear to be arranged on the second output shaft. In principle, it would be conceivable for the third output gear to be connected, in particular permanently, in a rotationally fixed manner to the second output shaft. Furthermore, it would be conceivable for the third output gear to be rotationally fixedly connected to the second output shaft. A second output gear, which is an eighth gear of the hybrid drive system, is also provided. The second output gear is arranged coaxially with the third output gear and coaxially with the second output shaft and is permanently connected to the second output shaft in a rotationally fixed manner, so that the second output gear can be driven by the second output shaft. Thus, the second output gear can be driven by the third output gear via the second output shaft. Furthermore, the second output gear permanently meshes with the axle drive input gear.
[0029] A further embodiment is characterized in that the second sub-transmission has a fourth spur gear stage, which is in particular switchable. The fourth spur gear stage has a third input gear that is rotatably connected or connected to the second planet carrier and is a ninth gear of the hybrid drive system. For example, the third input gear is, in particular permanently, rotatably connected to the second planet carrier. Furthermore, it is conceivable for the third input gear to be rotatably connected to the second planet carrier. The fourth spur gear stage has a fourth output gear that meshes with the third input gear, in particular permanently, and is a tenth gear of the hybrid drive system. The fourth output gear is arranged coaxially to the second output shaft. In particular, the second output shaft is drivable by the fourth output gear and is thus rotatable about the second output shaft rotation axis relative to the housing. For example, the fourth output gear is arranged on the second output shaft. For example, the third output gear is arranged on the second output shaft. For example, the fourth output gear is connected, in particular permanently, in a rotationally fixed manner to the second output shaft. Furthermore, it is conceivable for the fourth output gear to be rotationally fixedly connected to the second output shaft. For example, the third output gear, the fourth output gear, the second output shaft, and the second output gear are all arranged coaxially to one another. This embodiment makes it possible to achieve particularly advantageous drivability and thus a particularly advantageous drive in a particularly space-efficient manner.
[0030] In order to be able to realize a particularly advantageous drive in a particularly space-efficient manner, a further embodiment of the invention provides a third switching element by means of which the first planet carrier can be connected in a rotationally fixed manner to the housing of the hybrid drive system. This means that the third switching element can be switched between a third coupled state and a third uncoupled state. In the third coupled state, the first planet carrier is connected in a rotationally fixed manner to the housing by means of the third switching element. In the third uncoupled state, the first planet carrier can be rotated about the main axis of rotation relative to the housing.
[0031] In order to achieve a particularly space-efficient design for the hybrid drive system, it has proven particularly advantageous for the first planetary carrier and the second planetary carrier to be designed as single planetary carriers. This means, in particular, that planetary gears are rotatably mounted on the respective single planetary carrier, which, in particular, are all designed as simple planetary gears and thus have only a single toothing, which meshes, in particular simultaneously, with the respective sun gear and the respective ring gear of the respective planetary gear set.
[0032] In a further, particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the second planetary gear set is arranged radially surrounding and axially overlapping the first planetary gear set. The feature that the second planetary gear set is arranged radially surrounding the first planetary gear set is to be understood in particular as meaning that the second planetary gear set surrounds the first planetary gear set in the circumferential direction of the hybrid drive system, in particular completely encircling it. As a result, in particular a length of the hybrid drive system running in the axial direction of the hybrid drive system can be advantageously kept small, so that a particularly space-efficient design of the hybrid drive system can be achieved.
[0033] Finally, to achieve a particularly compact design of the hybrid drive system, it has proven particularly advantageous if the internal combustion engine, the first shifting element, the first planetary gearset, and the first input gear are arranged in the axial direction of the hybrid drive system in the order in which they are named, i.e., in the following sequence: the internal combustion engine - the first shifting element - the first planetary gearset - the first input gear. This means that, viewed in the axial direction of the hybrid drive system and thus along the main axis of rotation, the first shifting element follows the internal combustion engine, the first planetary gearset follows the first shifting element, and the first input gear follows the first planetary gearset.
[0034] A second aspect of the invention relates to a motor vehicle, also referred to simply as a vehicle, and preferably designed as a motor vehicle, in particular as a passenger car, which has a hybrid drive system according to the first aspect of the invention and can be driven by the hybrid drive system. Advantages and advantageous embodiments of the first aspect of the invention are to be regarded as advantages and advantageous embodiments of the second aspect of the invention, and vice versa.
[0035] Further advantages, features, and details of the invention will become apparent from the following description of preferred embodiments and from the drawings. The features and combinations of features mentioned above in the description, as well as the features and combinations of features mentioned below in the description of the figures and / or shown alone in the figures, can be used not only in the respective specified combinations, but also in other combinations or on their own, without departing from the scope of the invention.
[0036] The drawing shows: Fig. 1 is a schematic representation of a first embodiment of a hybrid drive system for a motor vehicle; Fig. 2 is a schematic representation of a second embodiment of the hybrid drive system; and Fig. 3 a shift table illustrating gears of the hybrid drive system.
[0037] In the figures, identical or functionally identical elements are provided with the same reference numerals.
[0038] Fig. 1 shows a schematic representation of a first embodiment of a hybrid drive system 10 for a motor vehicle, also simply referred to as a vehicle. The motor vehicle has at least or exactly two vehicle axles arranged one behind the other and thus consecutively in the longitudinal direction of the motor vehicle, namely a first vehicle axle and a second vehicle axle. The respective vehicle axle has at least or exactly two vehicle wheels, wherein the respective vehicle wheels of the respective vehicle axle are arranged on opposite sides of the motor vehicle in the transverse direction of the vehicle. The vehicle wheels of one of the vehicle axles are in Fig. 1 is shown particularly schematically and designated 12 and 14, wherein the vehicle wheels 12 and 14 and thus the motor vehicle can be driven by means of the hybrid drive system 10. The hybrid drive system 10 has an internal combustion engine 16, which has a drive shaft 18, for example, designed as a crankshaft. Via the drive shaft 18, the internal combustion engine 16 can provide first drive torques for driving the vehicle wheels 12 and 14. The first drive torques are first torques for driving the motor vehicle. The hybrid drive system 10 also has an electric machine 20, which has a stator 22 and a rotor 24. The rotor 24 can be driven by means of the stator 22 and is thereby rotatable about a machine axis of rotation 26 relative to the stator 22 and relative to a housing 28 of the hybrid drive system 10, the axial direction of which coincides with the machine axis of rotation 26. In the first embodiment and in a Fig. In the second embodiment of the hybrid drive system 10 illustrated in Figure 2, whose radial direction is perpendicular to the axial direction of the hybrid drive system 10, the machine rotation axis 26 coincides with a main rotation axis 30 of the hybrid drive system 10, so that the axial direction of the hybrid drive system 10 coincides with the main rotation axis. Via the rotor 24, the electric machine 20 can provide second drive torques for driving the vehicle wheels 12 and 14 and thus the motor vehicle. The second drive torques are second torques for driving the motor vehicle. The hybrid drive system 10 also has an axle drive 32, which has an axle drive input gear 34.A respective third torque resulting from the respective first drive torque and / or the respective second drive torque can, for example, be introduced into the axle drive input gear 34, i.e., transmitted to the axle drive input gear 34 and thereby introduced via the axle drive input gear 34 into the axle drive 32, thus transmitted to the axle drive 32, whereby the axle drive 32 can be driven. The axle drive 32 can distribute or split the third torque between the vehicle wheels 12 and 14, which is illustrated by arrows 36. Thus, the vehicle wheels 12 and 14 can be driven via the axle drive 32 by the drive shaft 18, thus by the combustion engine 16, and by the rotor 24, thus by the electric machine 20. In the first embodiment, the axle drive 32 is designed as a bevel gear differential.
[0039] The hybrid drive system 10 has a transmission 38, which is provided in addition to the axle transmission 32 and is also referred to as the main transmission, which has a first partial transmission 40 and a second partial transmission 42. The first partial transmission 40 has a first planetary gear set 44, which has a first sun gear 46, a first planet carrier 48 and a first ring gear 50. In addition, the first planetary gear set 44 has first planetary gears, which are preferably designed as simple planetary gears. Of the first planetary gears, Fig. 1, a first planetary gear, designated 52, can be seen. The respective first planetary gear is rotatably mounted on the first planetary carrier 48 and meshes, in particular simultaneously, with the sun gear 46 and the ring gear 50. The first partial transmission 40 also has a second planetary gear set 54, which has a second sun gear 56, a second planetary carrier 58, and a second ring gear 60. In addition, the second planetary gear set 54 has second planetary gears, which are preferably designed as simple planetary gears. The second planetary gears are rotatably mounted on the second planetary carrier 58. Of the second planetary gears, Fig. 1, a second planetary gear, designated 62, can be seen. The respective second planetary gear meshes, in particular simultaneously, with the second sun gear 56 and the second ring gear 60. The first sun gear 46 is permanently connected to the second planetary carrier 58 in a rotationally fixed manner.
[0040] The second sub-transmission 42 has a first spur gear stage 64, which in the first embodiment is designed as a switchable spur gear stage. Furthermore, the first sub-transmission 40 has a second spur gear stage 66, which in the first embodiment is designed as a switchable spur gear stage. The second sub-transmission 42 also has a first output shaft 68, which is rotatable about a first output shaft rotation axis relative to the housing 28. The first output shaft rotation axis is spaced from the main rotation axis 30 and runs parallel to the main rotation axis 30.
[0041] The first spur gear stage 64 has a first input gear 70 and a first output gear 72, wherein the output gear 72 meshes with the input gear 70, in particular permanently. The first output gear 72 is arranged coaxially with the first output shaft 68, which is drivable by the output gear 72. As will be explained in more detail below, the output gear 72 is rotatably connected to the output shaft 68. In the first embodiment, the input gear 70 is permanently rotatably connected to the first ring gear 50 and also permanently rotatably connected to the second sun gear 56, since in the first embodiment the ring gear 50 and the sun gear 56 are permanently rotatably connected to one another.
[0042] The second spur gear stage 66 has a second input gear 74 and a second output gear 76, which meshes, in particular permanently, with the input gear 74. The output gear 76 is arranged coaxially with the output shaft 68, which can be driven by the output gear 76 and is thus rotatable about the first output shaft axis of rotation relative to the housing 28. As will be explained in more detail below, the output gear 76 is rotatably connected to the output shaft 68. In the first embodiment, the input gear 74 is permanently rotatably connected to the second planet carrier 58 and also permanently rotatably connected to the sun gear 46, since in the first embodiment the sun gear 46 is permanently rotatably connected to the planet carrier 58.The hybrid drive system 10, in particular the second sub-transmission 42, has a first output gear 78, which is permanently connected in a rotationally fixed manner to the first output shaft 68 and is thus drivable by the output shaft 68. The output gear 78 permanently meshes with the axle transmission input gear 34, so that the axle transmission input gear 34 is drivable by the output gear 78 and, via the output gear, by the output shaft 68.
[0043] The hybrid drive system 10 has a first shifting element B, by means of which the drive shaft 18 of the internal combustion engine 16 can be connected in a rotationally fixed manner to the first planetary carrier 48. Furthermore, it is provided that the rotor 24 of the electric machine 20 is coupled or can be coupled to the first partial transmission 42 in a torque-transmitting, in particular rotationally fixed, manner such that the respective second torque, originating from the rotor 24 at the first partial transmission 42, can be introduced into the transmission 38. In the first embodiment, this is realized in such a way that the rotor 24 is coupled, in particular permanently, in a torque-transmitting, in particular rotationally fixed, manner to the second ring gear 60, such that the respective second drive torque, originating from the rotor 24 and thus from the electric machine 20, can be introduced into the transmission 38 at the second ring gear 60.Furthermore, in the first embodiment, it is provided that the first ring gear 50 is permanently connected to the second sun gear 56 in a rotationally fixed manner.
[0044] The hybrid drive system 10 has a second switching element C, by means of which the drive shaft 18 can be connected in a rotationally fixed manner to the second ring gear 60 and also in a rotationally fixed manner to the rotor 24, since in the first embodiment the rotor 24 is permanently connected in a rotationally fixed manner to the ring gear 60.
[0045] The second sub-transmission 42 has a third spur gear stage 80, which in this case is designed as a switchable spur gear stage. Furthermore, a second output shaft 82 is provided, which is rotatable about a second output shaft rotational axis relative to the housing 28. The second output shaft rotational axis is spaced from the first output shaft rotational axis and advantageously parallel to the first output shaft rotational axis. Furthermore, the second output shaft rotational axis is spaced from the main rotational axis 30 and runs parallel to the main rotational axis 30.
[0046] The third spur gear stage 80 has a third output gear 84, which meshes, in particular permanently, with the second input gear 74. Thus, the input gear 74 is a common input gear to the spur gear stages 66 and 80. The output gear 84 is arranged coaxially with the output shaft 82, which is drivable by the output gear 84. As will be explained in more detail below, the output gear 84 is rotatably connected to the output shaft 82.
[0047] A second output gear 86 is provided, which is permanently connected to the output shaft 82 in a rotationally fixed manner and can thus be driven by the output shaft 82. Furthermore, the output gear 86 permanently meshes with the axle drive input gear 34.
[0048] In the first embodiment, the second sub-transmission 42 has a fourth spur gear stage 88. The fourth spur gear stage 88 has a third input gear 90, which is provided in addition to the input gears 70 and 74. Furthermore, the input gear 74 is provided in addition to the input gear 70. In the first embodiment, the third input gear 90 is permanently connected in a rotationally fixed manner to the second planet carrier 58 and thus permanently connected in a rotationally fixed manner to the second input gear 74 and permanently connected in a rotationally fixed manner to the first sun gear 46. The fourth spur gear stage 88 has a fourth output gear 92, which meshes, in particular permanently, with the input gear 90. The output gear 92 is arranged coaxially with the output shaft 82, which can be driven by the output gear 92. As will be explained in more detail below, the output gear 92 can be connected in a rotationally fixed manner to the output shaft 82. Fig. 1 it can be seen that the three input gears 70, 74 and 90 are all arranged coaxially to each other.
[0049] The hybrid drive system 10 has a third switching element A, by means of which the first planet carrier 48 can be connected to the housing 28 in a rotationally fixed manner.
[0050] The output gear 92 is a first idler gear rotatably mounted on the output shaft 82, which is rotationally fixedly connected to the output shaft 82 by means of a fourth shifting element D of the hybrid drive system 10. The output gear 84 is a second idler gear rotatably mounted on the output shaft 82, which is rotationally fixedly connected to the output shaft 82 by means of a fifth shifting element E. It can be seen that the hybrid drive system 10 has the shifting elements D and E.
[0051] The hybrid drive system 10 also has a sixth shifting element F, by means of which the output gear 76 is rotationally fixedly connected to the output shaft 68. The output gear 72 is a fourth idler gear rotatably arranged on the output shaft 68.
[0052] In the first embodiment, the planetary gear sets 44 and 54 are arranged offset from one another, in particular completely, in the axial direction of the hybrid drive system 10. In other words, in the first embodiment, the planetary gear sets 44 and 54 follow one another, in particular completely, in the axial direction of the hybrid drive system 10.
[0053] At the Fig. In the second embodiment shown in Figure 2, the planetary gear sets 44 and 54 are stacked so that the second planetary gear set 54 is arranged radially surrounding and axially overlapping the first planetary gear set 44.
[0054] In the first embodiment, it is provided that the internal combustion engine 16, the first shifting element B, the first planetary gear set 44 and the first input gear 70 are arranged consecutively and one behind the other in the axial direction of the hybrid drive system 10 and thus along the main axis of rotation 30 in the following order: the internal combustion engine 16 - the first shifting element B - the first planetary gear set 44 - the first input gear 70.
