Description

The invention relates to a method for operating a hearing device, a method for operating a hearing device system and a hearing device. The hearing device comprises a sensor.Persons suffering from a reduction in hearing ability usually use a hearing aid device. In this case, an ambient sound is usually detected by means of an electromechanical sound transducer. The electrical signals produced on the basis of the ambient sound are amplified by means of an amplifier circuit and introduced into the auditory canal of the person by means of a further electromechanical transducer in the form of a receiver. In most cases, the recorded sound signals are also processed, for which purpose a signal processor of the amplifier circuit is usually used. In this case, the amplification is matched to any hearing loss of the hearing aid device wearer, which is also referred to below as a user or wearer. The setting of the amplification or other signal processing components of the hearing aid device is usually initially carried out by a person skilled in the art, for example an audiologist. Subsequently, it is also usually possible for the user to change the settings during use / operation of the hearing aid device and to adapt them to the requirements thereof. For this purpose, usually corresponding training programs are provided by means of the hearing aid device. Thus, an at least subjective experience is improved. This leads to increased acceptance of the hearing aid device, and the user uses it more.If the user is only provided with the hearing aid device for a comparatively short period of time, the acceptance (still) is usually comparatively low, and the user uses little of the hearing aid device. This also contributes to the settings not yet being completely adapted to the requirements of the wearer. Due to the reduced acceptance and lack of habituation to the hearing device, some users then do not execute the training program. As a result, the hearing device is not completely adapted to the needs of the user, which is why the acceptance is not increased further or possibly also decreases. It is also possible for the wearer to have further diseases in addition to the hearing loss, on account of which the user does not execute / adjust the training program at the back.In order to avoid the aforementioned problems, it is known to reminder the user to carry out the training program. This usually takes place in certain time segments, for example every 7 days. In this case, it is possible that the user would in principle wish to carry out the training, but that he is unsuitable at the time at which the reminder is carried out, for example since the user carries out another activity. When this action is complete, it is possible that the user no longer reminders about the reminder, which then occurs again only in 7 days. Users usually switch off the reminder function if it was carried out several times at unsuitable times. The invention is based on the object of specifying a particularly suitable method for operating a hearing device and a particularly suitable method for operating a hearing device system and also a particularly suitable hearing device, wherein in particular an acceptance and / or a state of health of the user is increased. With regard to the method for operating a hearing device, this object is achieved according to the invention by the features of claim 1, with regard to the method for operating a hearing device system by the features of claim 6 and with regard to the hearing device by the features of claim 10.Advantageous refinements and refinements are the subject matter of the respective dependent claims. The method serves for operating a hearing device. For example, the hearing device is a headset or comprises a headset, and the hearing device is a headset, for example. However, the hearing device is particularly preferably a hearing aid device. The hearing aid serves to support a person suffering from a reduction in hearing ability. In other words, the hearing aid device is a medical device, by means of which, for example, a partial hearing loss is compensated. The hearing aid device is, for example, a receiver-in-the-canal hearing aid device (RIC; ex-listener hearing aid device), an in-the-ear hearing aid device, such as an "in-the-ear" hearing aid device, an "in-the-canal" hearing aid device (ITC) or a "complete-in-canal" hearing aid device (CIC), a hearing aid device or a pocket hearing aid device. Alternatively, the hearing aid is a behind-the-ear hearing aid ("Behind-the-Ear" hearing aid) which is worn behind an ear cup.The hearing aid is provided and adapted to be worn on the human body. In other words, the hearing device preferably comprises a holding device, by means of which a fastening to the human body is possible. If the hearing device is a hearing aid device, the hearing device is provided and configured to be arranged, for example, behind the ear or within an ear canal. In particular, the hearing device is cableless and is provided and configured to be at least partially inserted into an ear canal. The hearing device preferably comprises a microphone which serves for the detection of sound. In particular, during operation, an ambient sound, i.e. sound waves, is detected by means of the microphone, or at least a part thereof. The microphone is expediently arranged at least partially within a housing of the hearing device and is thus at least partially protected. The microphone is suitably an electromechanical sound transducer. The microphone has, for example, only a single microphone unit or a plurality of microphone units which interact with one another. Each of the microphone units expediently has a membrane which is set into oscillations on the basis of sound waves, wherein the oscillations are converted into an electrical signal by means of a corresponding recording device, such as a magnet, which is moved in a coil. Alternatively, the microphone units are designed to be capacitive, and the fact that an applied electrical voltage changes when the distance of the diaphragm from a static surface of the microphone unit changes is utilized. In this case, the electrical voltage is present in particular between the diaphragm and the static surface. The microphone units are preferably designed omnidirectionally. In this or another way, it is at least possible to generate or at least provide an input signal by means of the microphone, which is based on the sound impinging on the microphone, namely in particular the ambient sound.Expediently, the hearing device has a receiver for outputting an output signal. The output signal is in particular an electrical signal, and for example is configured digitally or suitably in an analog manner. The receiver is preferably an electromechanical sound transducer, for example a loudspeaker. Depending on the configuration of the hearing device, in the intended state, the receiver is arranged at least partially within an ear canal of a user of the hearing device, i.e. a person which is also referred to as a wearer, user or hearing device wearer, or is at least acoustically connected thereto. The hearing device serves in particular mainly for outputting the output signal by means of the listener, wherein a corresponding sound is generated. In other words, the main function of the hearing device is preferably the output of the output signal. The hearing device suitably comprises a signal processing unit by means of which the possible microphone and the possible receiver are connected in terms of signal technology. Expediently, the hearing device has a signal processor which, for example, forms the signal processing unit or is at least a component thereof. The signal processor is, for example, a digital signal processor (DSP) or is realized by means of analog components. By means of the signal processor or at least the signal processing unit, in particular an adaptation of the input signal produced by means of the microphone takes place. At least the signal processing unit is suitable for this purpose, in particular provided and configured. Expediently, an A / D converter is arranged between the microphone and the signal processing unit, for example the signal processor, provided that the signal processor is configured as a digital signal processor. Particularly preferably, the hearing device additionally comprises an amplifier, or the amplifier is at least partially formed by means of the signal processing unit. For example, the amplifier is connected upstream or downstream of the signal processor in terms of signal technology. The hearing device has a sensor. By means of the sensor, it is possible in particular to acquire specific values and / or to generate measurement data. These correspond, for example, to external influences or are at least influenced from outside the hearing device. In other words, the values are not or not just operating data / operating values of the hearing device itself. In other words, it is possible in particular to influence the values from outside the hearing device and / or independently thereof. The sensor is suitable for this purpose, in particular provided and configured. The method provides that a current situation is determined by means of the sensor. In other words, the values are expediently detected, for example measured, by means of the sensor, and the current situation is derived in particular from this. The current situation expediently describes a state in which the hearing device is located and which is implemented in particular on the basis of external specifications / circumstances. In other words, the current situation expediently does not describe, or not only describes, the operation of the hearing device and is preferably independent of the operation of the hearing device itself. In particular, the current situation describes at least partially the situation in which the user using the hearing device is located. In particular, an environmental situation is used as the current situation. On the basis of the current situation, it is checked whether a suitable point in time for an intervention for improving a state of health is present. The intervention serves here to improve the state of health and is suitable for this purpose, in particular provided and set up. The state of health is assigned to the user of the hearing device and describes, for example, only the physical and / or mental condition of the user, preferably in connection with the hearing device. For improvement, a user's discomfort is reduced, for example, or a leid is prevented from going closer to the user or from enlarging, in particular if the user follows the intervention. The improvement takes place, for example, in the short term or in the long term. The state of health relates here, for example, to the physical and / or psychic state of the user. In particular, the improvement in the state of health results in an improvement in the lifestyle and / or productivity of the user. The intervention comprises in particular the output of information, preferably an instruction for an activity which the user can or is intended to perform. If the user follows the information, i.e. preferably appropriately adapts his behavior, the state of health is improved. For example, the intervention / information is permanently predefined and / or independent of the current situation. For example, such an intervention is that the user is to carry out a training program, so that use of the hearing device is improved. Alternatively, the intervention comprises the instruction to actuate or stand up in sports, for example, i.e., in particular to interrupt a longer seating period. Alternatively or in combination, the information is adapted to the current situation. For example, the information then comprises the request to leave a loud environment.Preferably, when the time is suitable, the intervention is carried out, i.e. in particular a corresponding output is carried out. For this purpose, for example, a corresponding audio output is output via the listener. Expediently, in addition to the information, a further signal is also output here, for example a background noise or background music, so that the attention of the user is directed to the information. Alternatively, additional sound is output by means of the listener, which masks existing background noises, i.e. in particular destructively superimposes them. In this way, the attention of the user is also drawn to the information. For example, when performing the intervention, the hearing device is placed in another operating mode, in which in particular the possibility of improving the state of health is provided to the user. In particular, a gain factor is adapted and / or noise suppression is changed when the operating mode is changed. In the method, the time for the intervention is therefore not determined statically or on the basis of external specifications. Rather, the current situation is determined by means of the sensor and it is then checked whether the suitable time for the intervention is present. The current situation can be determined comparatively accurately by means of the sensor, at least from a subjective point of view of the user. Thus, it is more likely that the user does not feel the intervention annoying and the health condition improvement information contained therein is performed. Due to the increased probability, the health state of the user is thus increased. Since the intervention is not carried out at unfavourable times, the user does not feel disturbed by them, and acceptance is therefore increased. It is also unlikely that the user prevents such interventions from being outputted, i.e., in particular switches off this functionality of the hearing device. The microphone is particularly preferably used as a sensor. Thus, no additional hardware is required, in particular if the hearing device is designed as a hearing aid device or has a noise cancellation unit (noise cancellation unit). By means of the microphone, ambient sound is thus detected and the current situation is determined on the basis of this. In this way, it is possible in particular to determine whether the user is located in society and / or whether the user is located outdoors or within a building. It is also possible in this way to check, for example, whether the user himself is speaking. In this case, in particular, no suitable time is present if the user himself is speaking, that is to say if the speech of the user himself is detected by means of the microphone. If the user is otherwise busy, listening to other persons and / or concentrated in some other way, the time is likewise not suitable, since the intervention for improving the state of health is then perceived as annoying. In contrast, the time is suitable at least when no speech of the user and / or other persons themselves is detected.Alternatively or in combination, an acceleration sensor is used as the sensor. This is expediently arranged within a housing of the hearing device. By means of the acceleration sensor, it is possible in particular to determine a current position / orientation of the hearing device and from this, for example, whether the user is seated or standing. If the user is already sitting for a comparatively long period of time or is at least sitting for longer than a certain predefined period of time, the information that the user is to be elevated is in particular output as intervention. Alternatively or in combination therewith, a gait of the user is determined on the basis of the acceleration sensor and the current situation is derived from this in particular, i.e. whether the user is running, standing still and / or having a comparatively unstated gait, for example. This is thus also used in particular for ascertaining whether the time is suitable for output for the intervention. Alternatively or in combination, the current activity of the user is deduced by means of the acceleration sensor, for example whether the user is physically operating and possibly what physical activity the user is performing. If the user is already using sports, for example, the time is not suitable since the state of health is already improved.Alternatively, the sensor comprises, for example, an EEG electrode. By means of this, in particular an activity of an ear muscle and / or a brain activity of the user is detected. It is thus possible in particular to determine whether the user is currently concentrated on specific noises or whether the latter is relaxed. If the user is concentrated, the time is in particular not suitable for the intervention. For example, only one corresponding sensor is present, or preferably a plurality of such sensors, which are in particular configured differently. Thus, accuracy in determining the current situation is improved. In this case, for example, the options for the current situation are initially restricted by means of one of the sensors, preferably by means of the microphone. Depending on the corresponding restriction, for example, a further one of the sensors is used, in particular the acceleration sensor, in order to further restrict the possibilities; only subsequently is the EEG electrode used, if this is present. Thus, the acceleration sensor / the EEG electrode is used only comparatively rarely for determining the current situation, or at least only when indications about the presence of a current situation have already been determined on the basis of the microphone, the final determination of which is made possible only on the basis of the acceleration sensor or the EEG electrode. As a result, an energy requirement of the hearing device is reduced, wherein the current situation can also be determined comparatively accurately. It is particularly preferred to assume that the appropriate time is present when there is the possibility of an activity changing the state of health. In other words, it is described in the current situation that the possibility for carrying out the activity is present. If, for example, it is determined on the basis of the current situation that the possibility for carrying out sporting exercises is present, for example within the scope of an infrastructure specification, the time is suitable. For example, a step length is determined for this purpose by means of the acceleration sensor, that is to say in particular whether the user is currently standing, walking or running. If the user runs, for example, the intervention is outputted as intervention that the user is to run a further route. Thus, the intervention comprises a motifation. Alternatively, for example, at a comparatively high level of ambient noise, the recommendation is issued as an intervention to search for another environment. Alternatively or in commission, for example, the request to use the hearing device and / or to lengthen the period of use is used as a possibility for improvement. In this case, the time is assumed to be suitable if the user wishes to switch off the hearing device or the hearing device is falling.Alternatively or in combination, it is assumed that the appropriate time is present when no further persons are present. In other words, it is determined in the current situation whether the further persons are present, that is to say in the environment of the wearer. In this case, for example, the request for carrying out a training program of the hearing device is used as interventions if no persons are present. Otherwise, the intervention is not carried out, since in this case it is already essentially established that the user does not use the training program in the presence of other persons and thus will not follow the intervention. Rather, the user would feel disturbed due to the intervention, or could not follow a conversation, for example. Expediently, the microphone is used for determining whether there are further persons. Alternatively or in combination, it is assumed that the time is not suitable when the user's own voice is detected.Alternatively or in combination, it is assumed that there is a suitable time when a current reproduction setting does not correspond to the current situation. In other words, in particular the intervention is carried out if it were possible to use an improved reproduction setting for the current situation, so that in particular intelligibility for the user is increased. In particular, this takes place if a plurality of speaking persons are present and / or if a comparatively low signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) is present in the output sound provided by means of the hearing device. For example, the current playback setting does not correspond to the current situation because the current situation has changed and the current playback setting has not been adjusted to the current situation. In these cases, the intervention is dependent on the current situation. Alternatively, the intervention is independent of the current situation. The intervention is in particular not a change of the playback setting, but for example the reminder that training program is to be performed. The method is used for operating a hearing device system which comprises a hearing device. The hearing device is, for example, a headphone or comprises a headphone. Particularly preferably, however, the hearing device is a hearing aid device and the hearing device system is thus a hearing aid device system, which is also referred to as a hearing aid device system. The hearing aid serves to support a person suffering from a reduction in hearing ability. In other words, the hearing aid device is a medical device, by means of which, for example, a partial hearing loss is compensated. The hearing aid device is, for example, a receiver-in-the-canal hearing aid device (RIC; ex-listener hearing aid device), an in-the-ear hearing aid device, such as an "in-the-ear" hearing aid device, an "in-the-canal" hearing aid device (ITC) or a "complete-in-canal" hearing aid device (CIC), a hearing glasses, a pocket hearing aid device, a bone conduction hearing aid device or an implant. Alternatively, the hearing aid is a behind-the-ear hearing aid ("Behind-the-Ear" hearing aid) which is worn behind an ear cup.The hearing device comprises a sensor and is operated according to a method in which a current situation is determined by means of the sensor. On the basis of the current situation, it is checked whether a suitable point in time for an intervention for improving a state of health is present. Expediently, the hearing device comprises a control unit which is suitable, in particular provided and configured, to at least partially carry out the method. The hearing device system further comprises a portable further device. The further device can be connected to the hearing device in particular by signal technology and is preferably connected to the hearing device by signal technology during the method. For this purpose, the hearing device and the further appliance expediently each have a communication device. The signal connection is effected, for example, by cable or preferably wirelessly. In particular, the signal connection satisfies a specific standard, for example a WLAN or Bluetooth standard. Suitably, the further device is a smartphone or a wearable. In an alternative, the further device is, for example, another hearing device which is, for example, to the hearing device or differs therefrom. In the method, a parameter is provided by means of the further device, on the basis of which parameter the current situation is likewise determined. Thus, the further situation is determined both on the basis of the parameter and by means of the sensor. Due to the parameter, accuracy in determining the current situation is improved. For example, the intervention is carried out only by means of the hearing device or only by means of the further device. When performing the intervention, the further device is put into another operating mode, for example, in which it has a different interface, in particular if the further device is a smartphone or other wearable. Expediently, the intervention is carried out by means of the further device when this is currently being used by the user. Thus, if the portable further device is the smartphone, the intervention is output, for example, via a display and / or acoustically. If, on the other hand, the user is not currently directly using the further device, for example if the user controls a motor vehicle, the hearing device is used to carry out the intervention, that is to say in particular to output the information acoustically. For example, the information is first output via the hearing device or the further device, and if the user does not react to this, the information is output on the respective other device. Thus, the probability that the user perceives the intervention is increased. In particular, an estimated signal-to-noise ratio for the respective device is taken into account when selecting the respective device for outputting the information. For example, a calendar entry is used as a parameter. The calendar entry is stored in particular in the further portable device. If no calendar entry is present, the time is suitable in particular. For example, no calendar entry is required to be present for the appropriate time. Alternatively or in combination, a calendar entry is required to be completed. Thus, the user has sufficient time for improving the health. Alternatively, the time is suitable when the calendar entry is present, by means of which it is specified that the improvement of the state of health is to take place, i.e. in particular that a specific activity is carried out. In this case, the time is suitable, at least if it is not determined by means of the sensor that the time is not suitable, for example since other persons are present in the environment.Preferably, if the user has actually performed the improvement of the state of health, for example the training program has been completed, a new calendar entry is created, which is used as a parameter in a subsequent execution of the method. Here, a similar time is used for the new calendar entry to the time at which the improvement was made. The new time is shifted by a certain time interval, for example a day, a week or a month. Alternatively or in combination, a time is chosen for the new calendar entry at which it is assumed that the user will again be in the same location and / or in a similar current situation. The probability is thus increased that the user will then also follow the intervention.Alternatively or in combination therewith, for example, a current position is used as the parameter. In this case, in particular, the further device has a possibility for determining the current position, for example a GPS sensor. For example, the current situation is compared with stored map material. In particular, the time is suitable when it is determined on the basis of the current position that training possibilities are located in the vicinity of the user, for example a trim-pinch path or training devices. In one development, the calendar entry is entered by the user. In this case, in particular a time series is input by the user, that is to say a plurality of calendar entries which are at specific time intervals from one another. The user thus preferably indicates that the user wishes to carry out a training program (hearing training) and can specify recurring time for carrying out the training program for this purpose. In particular, the user also specifies which of a plurality of activities to improve the state of health (lifestyle) they wish to perform. The method suitably determines an initial probability for the appropriate time based on the user input. In this case, formulas or other inputs / factors are also preferably taken into account, by means of which it is specified when people normally carry out such hearing training. The probability depends on a plurality of factors, wherein information from a plurality of devices is used for ascertaining, at least from the hearing device and the further device. The further device uses, as information (parameter), for example, a time of day, the current position (location), the previous activity (e.g. movement, used applications / actions on the telephone) and / or the time since the last hearing training, which is determined on the basis of the correspondingly used parameter, namely the respectively used calendar entry. In particular, a plurality of such parameters are used here. It is also possible for only one or more such further devices to be present, one being, for example, a smart watch, wherein a heart rate of the user is provided in particular as a parameter. In determining the probability, the information provided by means of the sensor is used, namely for example the position / acceleration of the hearing device, the presence of its own voice activity, the acoustic class and / or an acoustic level. When the user performs training / performs the health condition improving activity, it is considered that the current situation is suitable for this. The then prevailing time of day, the then prevailing position location, the then prevailing acoustic environment (e.g. its own voice, speech) and / or activities are thus stored immediately before the training / performance of the activity (e.g. the translation, actuation of the further device). On the basis of these data, the function for determining the probability is expediently updated. If, when the function is executed at a later point in time, the ascertained probability exceeds a specific threshold value, the point in time is suitable and the intervention is carried out in particular. By means of these, the user is expediently requested to carry out the hearing training. In particular, if the user does not wish to perform the intervention, it is possible to indicate the reason for this (e.g.: "to be gured", "to tire", "the location is not good", "other people are present", "I have performed the training in the process-I need a pause", "no interest in hearing training",... ). Based on these inputs, the probability determination function is advantageously updated (e.g., "the location is not good" results in a lower probability for that location / location and / or similar locations (e.g., if a park is not a good location, the probability is lowered for all locations that are classified as park in any map material). If the user does not react to the intervention and also does not indicate why the activity is not carried out, the intervention is carried out in another way, for example acoustically, provided that the intervention was initially carried out visually. For example, it is assumed that the suitable time is present when the hearing device is not connected to the further device by signal technology. This is the case, for example, when they are comparatively far apart from one another. This takes place, for example, when the user leaves the house with the further device, but leaves behind the hearing device. In this case, it is output in particular as an intervention that the hearing device is to be carried along. In this case, the parameter used is in particular the state of the signal-related connection of the further device to the hearing device.Alternatively or in combination, it is assumed that the appropriate time is present when the hearing device is not worn on a body of the user. In this case, the hearing device is currently not used to improve speech intelligibility for the user, and so the health state thereof is impaired. Due to the performance of the intervention, i.e. in particular the request that the hearing device is to be used, the health state of the user, in particular in combination with the hearing device, is thus improved. In this case, the intervention is expediently carried out by means of the further device, wherein it is determined in particular on the basis of the sensor of the hearing device that the hearing device is not located on the body.In particular, the calendar entry is used to check whether a social and cultural activity is pending. In this case, the intervention is carried out in particular when the user does not use the hearing device or the latter is not connected to the further device. This ensures that the user uses the hearing device during social / cultural activity and can follow the calls there comparatively well. Thus, at least for this period of time, the state of health is improved because a restriction on the user is reduced. The hearing device is, for example, a headset or particularly preferably a hearing aid. For example, the hearing aid device is a receiver-in-the-canal hearing aid device (RIC; Ex-Listener hearing aid device), an in-the-ear hearing aid device, such as an "in-the-ear" hearing aid device, an "in-the-canal" hearing aid device (ITC) or a "complete-in-canal" hearing aid device (CIC), a hearing aid device or a pocket hearing aid device. The invention further relates to a hearing device system which comprises such a hearing device and a portable further device and which is operated according to the method described above for operating a hearing device system. In particular, the further portable device and / or the hearing device thus has a corresponding control unit, by means of which the method is at least partially carried out. In other words, the control unit or the control units are thus suitable, in particular provided and configured, for carrying out the method. The developments and advantages explained in connection with the two methods are also to be transferred analogously to the hearing device / the hearing device system and to one another and vice versa. An exemplary embodiment of the invention is explained in more detail below with reference to a drawing. Shown therein are: FIG. 1 schematically simplifies a system with a hearing device system with a hearing device and a further device, and FIG. 2 shows a method for operating the hearing device system.Corresponding parts are provided with the same reference numerals in all figures.FIG. 1 shows a hearing device system 2 with a hearing device 4 in the form of a hearing device. This is thus a hearing aid device system. The hearing device 4 is provided and configured to be worn behind an ear of a user (user, hearing device wearer, wearer). In other words, it is a behind-the-ear hearing aid ("Behind-the-Ear"-hearing aid). The hearing device 4 comprises a (hearing device) housing 6, which is manufactured from a plastic in an injection molding process. A microphone 8 is arranged within the hearing device housing 6. The microphone 8 is coupled by signal technology to an electronics system 10 which comprises a signal processing unit, not shown in detail, having an amplifier circuit and a signal processor. The electronics 10 are formed by means of circuit elements, such as electrical and / or electronic components. The signal processor is a digital signal processor (DSP) and is connected in terms of signal technology to the microphone 8 via an A / D converter, not shown in detail.A receiver 12 is coupled by signal technology to the electronics 10, which acts as a control unit of the hearing device 4. During operation, an (electrical) signal provided by the electronics 10 is converted by the receiver 12 into an output sound, that is to say into sound (waves). These are introduced into a sound tube, not shown in detail, one end of which is fastened to the hearing device housing 6. The other end of the sound tube is enclosed by means of a dome, which is arranged in an auditory canal of the user in the intended state. The energization of the electronics 10, the microphone 8 and the receiver 12 takes place by means of an energy store in the form of a battery 14 which is arranged in the hearing device housing 6.Furthermore, an acceleration sensor 16 is arranged in the hearing device housing 6, by means of which acceleration and movement of the hearing device housing 6 can be detected. The acceleration sensor 16 is connected to the electronics 10, and the data / signals provided by the acceleration sensor 16 are evaluated by means of the electronics 10. A communication device 18 is furthermore arranged within the hearing device housing 6, which is likewise energized by means of the battery 14.By means of the communication device 18, a signal connection 20, namely a radio connection, can be established with a further communication device 22, wherein the signal connection 20 uses a Bluetooth standard. Consequently, the two communication devices 18, 22 are configured accordingly. The further communication device 22 is a component of a portable further device 24 of the hearing aid system 2 and is arranged in a further housing 26 of the further device 24. The further device 24 is designed as a smartphone. The further device 24 is assigned to this hearing device 4, but it is also possible in principle to assign the further device 24 to other hearing devices 4.Within the further housing 26 a control unit 28 is arranged, which is connected to the further radio device 22 by signal technology. The control unit 28 is furthermore connected by signal technology to a GPS sensor 30 arranged within the further housing 26 or at least one sensor, by means of which the position of the further housing 26 can be determined, in particular with satellite assistance.Furthermore, the control unit 28 is connected by signal technology to a memory 32 of the further device 24, in which a calendar entry 34 is stored. In addition, the further device 24 has a touchscreen 36, which serves as an output and input device and is likewise connected to the control unit 28 by signal technology.FIG. 2 shows a method 38 for operating the hearing device system 2, which is carried out partially by means of the control unit 28 and the electronics 10. By means of the electronics 10, a method 40 for operating the hearing device 4 is carried out. In other words, the method 38 for operating the hearing device system 2 comprises the method 40 for operating the hearing device 4.In a first step 44, an ambient sound is detected by means of the microphone 8, and a current orientation of the housing 6 is detected by means of the acceleration sensor 16. The measurement data acquired by means of the microphone 8 and one of the acceleration sensors 16 correspond to a situation in which the hearing device 4 and consequently also the user of the hearing device system 2 is located. The microphone 8 and the acceleration sensor 16 thus each serve as a sensor 44. In addition, a calendar entry 34 is read out from the memory 32 by means of the control unit 28, or, if appropriate, a plurality of such calendar entries, if these are present. Each calendar entry 34 represents a parameter 46.The calendar entry 34 stores, for example, that the user wishes to perform an activity or another activity for improving a state of health of the user. Such an activity is, for example, the execution of a training program, so that the user is accustomed to the hearing device 4 and / or a setting of the electronics 10 is changed, so that the latter is adapted comparatively accurately to the requirements of the user.Alternatively, a social or cultural activity, for example, is deposited in one of the calendar entries 34.In addition, the current position of the further device 24 is determined by means of the GPS sensor 30. This also represents one of the parameters 46.In a subsequent second working step 48, a current situation 50 is determined. The current situation 50 is determined on the basis of the measurement data acquired by means of the sensors 44 and on the basis of the parameters 46. The determination of the current situation 50 is carried out either by means of the electronics 10 or the control unit 28, for which purpose the measurement data determined by means of the sensors 44 are transmitted from the hearing device 4 to the further device 34 or the parameter or parameters 46 are transmitted from the further device 24 to the hearing device 4. In summary, the current situation 50 is thus determined by means of the sensors 44 and by means of the parameters 46, wherein the parameters 46 are provided by means of the further device 24.In a subsequent third working step 52, it is checked on the basis of the current situation 50 whether a suitable point in time 54 is present for an intervention for improving the state of health. The suitable time 54 is not present if the user would be disturbed by the intervention, for example since one of the calendar entries 34 specifies that the user is in a meeting, which is confirmed by the measurement data acquired by means of the sensors 44. Also, the appropriate time 54 is not present when the user is currently participating in social or cultural activity, which is specified on the basis of one of the calendar entries 34 and confirmed by means of the sensors 44. The suitable time 54 is not present when further persons are present. In other words, it is only assumed that the suitable point in time 54 is present when no further persons are present. If the suitable point in time 54 is not present, then, that is to say at a later point in time, the first and second working steps 42, 48 are carried out again and the current situation 50 is thus determined again. This is effected, for example, continuously or only in certain discrete time periods, for example each minute or each hour.In contrast, the suitable time 54 is present if there is the possibility of an activity changing the state of health, i.e. for example if it is found on the basis of the GPS sensor 30 and a comparison with map material stored in the memory 32 that the user is located at a training site in which training devices are present, for example. In summary, it is assumed that the appropriate time 54 is present when there is the potential for health changing activity. In this case, the health-changing activity is exercise. However, it is also specified that one of the health-changing activities is the execution of the training program of the hearing device 4. In this case too, however, the suitable time 54 is only present when no further persons are present. It is likewise assumed that the suitable time 54 is present when the hearing device 4 is not worn on a body of the user, i.e. when the user does not use the hearing device 4, for example. In this case, the non-use is determined by means of the sensors 44. By means of one of the calendar entries 34, it is specified that a social or cultural activity is subsequently carried out, for which it is important that the user correctly records the environment. The actual situation 50 thus results in the hearing device 4 not being worn and in the social or cultural activity being pending. Alternatively or in combination therewith, it is assumed that the suitable time 54 is present when the hearing device 4 is not connected to the further device 24 by signal technology, i.e. when the signal technology connection 20 is interrupted. This is the case, for example, when the hearing device 4 and the further device 40 are comparatively far apart from one another. In another alternative, it is assumed that the appropriate time 54 is present when a current rendering setting does not correspond to the current situation 50.If the suitable point in time 54 is present, the intervention is carried out in a subsequent fourth working step 54. For this purpose, corresponding information is output, for example by means of the listener 12 or via the touchscreen 36, that is to say visually. In other words, the intervention is carried out, for example, by means of the hearing device 4 or the further device 24.If there is the possibility for the activity, the information is output as intervention that the user is to perform the activity. If the current reproduction setting does not correspond to the current situation 50, the user is aware, due to the intervention, that the user is to perform the training program of the hearing device 4, for example, so that the user can be adapted to the current situation 50 in a suitable manner. Suitably, the intervention is performed first by means of the hearing device 4, in particular if the user is moving. If, on the other hand, the user uses the further device 24, the intervention is carried out by means of the further device 44. If the user does not wear the hearing device 4, the intervention is carried out in particular by means of the further device 24. If the user does not initially react to the intervention, the intervention is then carried out with the respective other device 4, 24, so that the information is securely communicated to the user.If the user carries out the intervention, the values characterizing the current situation 50, i.e. in particular the measurement data acquired by means of the sensors 44 and the parameters 46, are stored, and a new calendar entry 34 is created on the basis of this, at least if the training program or another activity changing the state of health is carried out. For the new calendar entry 34, the time at which the user is likely to be in a situation similar or at least similar to the current situation 50 is used. Thus, upon entry of this time, i.e., when the new calendar entry 34 enters, the user is likely to also perform the health-changing activity. When the method 38 for operating the hearing device system 2 is carried out again, this calendar entry is then used as a corresponding parameter 46 and thus serves, at least implicitly, to determine whether the suitable time 54 is then present. If, on the other hand, the user does not follow the intervention, a fifth step 58 queries via the touchscreen 36 why the user does not follow the intervention, and the corresponding input is captured via the touchscreen 36.In a subsequent sixth operating step 60, a new calendar entry 34 is created or an existing calendar entry 34 is adapted on the basis of the input and the measurement data and parameters 46 identifying the current situation 50 and recorded by means of the sensors 44. In this case, it is taken into account why the user is not followed by the intervention. Thus, for the new calendar entry 34, a time is chosen at which the user is likely to be in a situation that is not the same or similar to the current situation 50. Thus, if the user will be in a situation similar to the current situation 50, it will not be interfered excessively. The invention is not limited to the embodiment described above. Rather, other variants of the invention can also be derived from this by the person skilled in the art without departing from the subject matter of the invention. In particular, all the individual features described in connection with the exemplary embodiment can also be combined with one another in another manner without departing from the subject matter of the invention.List of reference characters2 Hearing device system 4 Hearing device 6 Housing 8 Microphone 10 Electronics 12 Listener 14 Battery 16 Acceleration sensor 18 Communication device 20 Signal connection 22 Further communication device 24 Further device 26 Further housing 28 Control unit 30 GPS sensor 32 Memory 34 Calendar entry 36 Touchscreen 38 Method for operating a hearing device system 40 Method for operating a hearing device 42 First working step 44 Sensor 46 Parameter 48 Second working step 50 Current situation 52 Third working step 54 Suitable time 56 Fourth working step 58 Fifth working step 60 Sixth working step
