Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a cable holder for a charging cable for electrically coupling an electric vehicle to a charging post. The cable holder has a base body and a first holding device for holding a cable of the charging cable. The invention further relates to a charging cable system for electrically coupling an electric vehicle to a charging column.A large number of different charging stations are known. Permanently installed and mobile charging stations are used in public space, for example, which are electrically coupled to a power grid for the purpose of providing electrical energy. Alternatively or additionally, in particular mobile charging stations can have an integrated battery for this purpose, for example if there is no access to the power grid at the location of use. For home use, there are charging stations installed on the wall that have a greater charging capacity than a conventional 220V / 230V socket. These charging stations are sometimes also referred to as "wallbox".For electrically coupling the charging station to the electric vehicle, the charging stations usually have at least one charging socket for receiving a charging plug of a charging cable on the charging station side. The charging cable also has a vehicle-side charging plug which is designed for electrical coupling to a charging socket of the electric vehicle. Charging cables of this type are usually also referred to as "mode 3 charging cables" and can have charging plugs of different design and different lengths. A particularly high distribution is provided by type 2 charging plugs and CCS charging plugs. The charging cable is usually provided by the user of the electric car, for example in a folded state or in a state wound onto a cable reel. The charging cable is usually transported in the trunk. Only a few special charging stations have an integrated holding device for holding the charging cable in order to avoid depositing sections of the charging cable on the ground and often associated soiling of the charging cable.Known conventional charging stations without such an integrated holding device, such as e.g. wall boxes, have the disadvantage that, due to the lack of such a holding device for the charging cable, large sections of the charging cable have to be placed on the ground during the charging process and can easily become soiled there. This can in turn contaminate the hands and clothing of the user when picking up or putting together the charging cable and the trunk of the electric vehicle. In the case of moist weathering, this leads to particularly severe soiling. Furthermore, there is an increased risk of trip in a charging cable lying on the ground. Documents DE 10 2019, 002 777 A1, DE 10 2016 210 985 A1, DE 20 2022 102 059 U1 and DE 10 2013 208 995 A1 show various charging cables, charging plugs, cable holders and charging stations. It is therefore the object of the present invention to eliminate or at least partially eliminate the above-described disadvantages in a charging station of the generic type. In particular, it is the object of the present invention to provide a device which avoids contamination of the charging cable and / or of the trunk of the electric vehicle by a charging cable in a simple and cost-effective manner. The above object is achieved by the claims. Accordingly, the object is achieved by a cable holder for a charging cable for electrically coupling an electric vehicle to a charging column having the features of independent claim 1 and by a charging cable system for electrically coupling an electric vehicle to a charging column having the features of independent claim 9. Further features and details of the invention are evident from the dependent claims, the description and the drawings. Features and details which are described in connection with the cable holder according to the invention naturally also apply in connection with the charging cable system according to the invention and vice versa, so that with regard to the disclosure reference is or can always be made reciprocally to the individual aspects of the invention.According to a first aspect of the invention, the object is achieved by a cable holder for a charging cable for electrically coupling an electric vehicle to a charging column. The cable holder has a base body and a first holding device for holding a cable of the charging cable. According to the invention, a first feedthrough for passing a charging plug of the charging cable on the charging column side is arranged on the base body, wherein the first holding device is configured to be rotatable relative to the base body.Within the scope of the invention, a charging cable is understood to mean a device by means of which a charging socket of a charging column can be electrically coupled to a charging socket of an electric vehicle. For this purpose, the charging cable has a charging plug on the charging column side for coupling to the charging socket of the charging column, a charging plug on the vehicle side for coupling to the charging socket of the electric vehicle, and a cable via which the two charging plugs are electrically coupled to one another. The base body is preferably plate-shaped. Accordingly, it is preferred that the base body has a small base body thickness in relation to a base body length and a base body width. The base body thus has two main surfaces which make up a large part of an outer enveloping surface of the base body. The base body preferably has a greater base body length than base body width. The base body preferably has a smaller base body width in a middle longitudinal region than in one or both longitudinal end regions. The first holding device is preferably arranged on a first longitudinal end region of the base body.Within the scope of the invention, a cable holder is understood to mean a device which is designed for holding at least a subsection of a cable of a charging cable. For holding the cable of the charging cable, the cable holder has the first holding device. Holding the cable of the charging cable is understood within the scope of the invention to mean providing a storage surface for storing or hanging or a clamping device for the subsection of the cable of the charging cable. The first holding device can be designed, for example, as a hook for hanging the cable of the charging cable. Alternatively or additionally, the first holding device can be designed as a winding device for winding up the cable of the charging cable. The first holding device is held directly or indirectly on the base body, for example is formed in a positive-locking and / or non-positive-locking and / or materially bonded and / or integrally with the base body. The first holding device can be connected to the base body, for example, via screws, a clamping device, such as a screwable or spring-loaded clamping device, a clip device, a tilting joint, a swivel joint or the like. Preferably, the first holding device can be arranged on the base body in such a way that the first holding device protrudes at right angles or at least forming an angle between 70° and 110° from a main surface of the base body.According to the invention, the base body has the first feedthrough. The first feedthrough is designed for the feedthrough of a charging plug of the charging cable on the charging column side. The first passage is preferably designed for the form-fit reception of a partial region of a conventional type 2 charging plug and / or of a CCS charging plug. The first feedthrough preferably has a rectangular, oval or similar shape. The first feedthrough is preferably designed such that the cable holder can be arranged on the charging plug on the charging pillar side and the charging plug on the charging pillar side with the cable holder arranged thereon can be inserted into a charging socket of the charging station for electrical coupling and can preferably be fixed on the charging station. In this way, the cable holder can be securely fastened to the charging post via the charging plug on the charging post side and is secured against dropping. The first feedthrough is preferably designed to prevent or at least limit a relative rotation of the charging plug on the charging column side with respect to the base body in a positive-locking manner.A cable holder according to the invention has the advantage over conventional cable holders that it can be produced with simple means and in a cost-effective manner and can be easily fastened to a conventional charging column, in particular without an integrated cable holder, using a charging cable. The cable of the charging cable can be arranged on the cable holder via the first holding device and can thus be kept away from the ground. Contamination of the charging cable can thus be prevented better. Moreover, arranging the cable of the charging cable on the first holding device has the advantage that the risk of trip over the charging cable can be eliminated or at least reduced.According to a preferred development of the invention, it can be provided in a cable holder that the first holding device is rod-shaped, cylindrical or conical. A rod-shaped first holding device is preferably made of a rod, such as a metal rod. The rod preferably has a bending region in a length end region, an end element, such as an end cap, or the like, in order to reduce the risk of the cable of the charging cable slipping off the first holding device. In the case of a cylindrical configuration, the first holding device is preferably of hollow cylindrical configuration. According to the invention, the cylinder can also be designed as bulbous and / or waisted. Preferably, the cylinder has an end element for reducing the risk of the cable of the charging cable slipping off the first holding device in a length end region. In the case of a conical configuration, the first holding device is preferably of frustoconical configuration, wherein the first holding device has an increasing diameter at least in sections away from the main body. In order to save material and weight, the first holding device is preferably formed hollow completely or at least in sections. According to the invention, the cable holder can also have non-symmetrical free shapes. This has the advantage that secure holding of the charging cable on the cable holder is ensured with simple means and in a cost-effective manner. It is preferred according to the invention that the first holding device has a guiding device for guiding the cable of the charging cable in a plurality of cable paths. Within the scope of the invention, a guide device is understood to mean, for example, a form-fit element which is formed fixedly on the first holding device and which prevents the cable of the charging cable from slipping in a form-fit manner in the longitudinal direction of the first holding device. The guide device may include, for example, guide grooves formed in the first holder. The guide grooves can extend, for example, annularly or helically around the first holder device. The extension can be provided, for example, fully or at least partially circumferentially, wherein the guide grooves are preferably arranged at least on an upper side of the first holding device, which points upward in the state of the cable holder mounted on the charging column, in order to prevent the charging cable from slipping in a gravity-assisted manner. Preferably, the guide grooves have a groove width larger than a cable diameter of the cable. Alternatively or additionally, the guide device can have, for example, guide webs which are formed in the first holding device. The guide webs are preferably arranged on the upper side of the first holding device. Preferably, free spaces are formed between adjacent guide webs with a free space width which is greater than the cable diameter of the cable. This has the advantage that an orderly, twist-free arrangement of the charging cable on the cable holder is ensured with simple means and in a cost-effective manner.Further preferably, the cable holder has a second holding device for holding a vehicle-side charging plug. The second holding device preferably has a first feedthrough into which the vehicle-side charging plug can be inserted. The first feedthrough is preferably designed for the rotationally secure arrangement of the vehicle-side charging plug. The first passage is preferably designed for the form-fit reception of a section of the vehicle-side charging plug. Alternatively or additionally, the second holding device can be designed for hanging or clamping holding of the vehicle-side charging plug. A quick-action screw closure is preferred here in order to promote rapid securing and detachment of the vehicle-side charging plug. The second holding device can be formed, for example, integrally with the base body and / or the first holding device. The second holding device is preferably designed such that the vehicle-side charging plug can be held securely by the second holding device when a cable holder is fastened to the charging column, so that the vehicle-side charging plug is prevented from falling down. This has the advantage that, using simple means and in a cost-effective manner, the vehicle-side charging plug does not have to hang down freely after completion of a charging process and is held securely. This is advantageous, for example, in the private room in the case of a wallbox, since the user can safely leave the charging cable on the wallbox. The vehicle-side charging plug remains in the wallbox in this case, with the result that the cable holder is held on the wallbox by the charging cable. In a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, it can be provided in a cable holder that the second holding device is arranged on the base body and / or the first holding device. The second holding device can be fastened directly to the base body, for example, via a screw connection. Alternatively, the second holding device can be fastened directly to the first holding device, for example, via a screw connection. According to a further alternative, the second holding device can be held on the first holding device via a clamping device, in particular a screwable or spring-loaded clamping device. This has the advantage that the cable holder can be produced with particularly simple means and in a cost-effective manner. Furthermore, a relative position of the second holding device to the base body can be made variable as a result, so that the position of the second holding device can be adjusted according to the user's preference.According to the invention, the first holding device is designed to be rotatable relative to the base body. In this case, the base body and the first holding device preferably have latching teeth which are designed for mutually engaging in one another in order to block a relative rotation of the first holding device with respect to the base body. For the relative rotation of the first holding device to the base body, these latching teeth can be disengaged, for example by overcoming a spring force or releasing a holding screw, by means of which the first holding device can be braced against the base body. This has the advantage that a relative position of the first holding device to the base body can be varied with simple means and in a cost-effective manner, so that the position of the first holding device can be adjusted almost as desired according to the user's preference.According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the first feedthrough is designed as a clamping device for clamping the charging plug on the charging station side. The clamping device is preferably designed as a screw clamping device or spring-loaded clamping device. In a screw clamping device, a quick-action screw lock is preferred in order to promote a quick fastening of the cable holder to the vehicle-side charging plug. This has the advantage that the cable holder can be fastened particularly easily to the charging plug on the charging post side using simple means and in a cost-effective manner.Particularly preferably, the first holding device is connected directly or indirectly to the base body via a screw connection. In the case of a direct connection, the first holding device is braced with the base body via one or more screws. In the case of an indirect connection, the first holding device is clamped to a coupling element, for example, via one or more screws, and the coupling element is clamped to the base body via one or more screws. The coupling element can be designed, for example, to be rigid or articulated. This has the advantage that the cable holder can be produced with simple means and in a cost-effective manner. It is preferred according to the invention that the first passage and the first holding device are arranged at opposite longitudinal end regions of the base body. Accordingly, it is preferred that the first holding device is arranged at a first longitudinal end region and the first passage is arranged at a second longitudinal end region of the base body. This has the advantage that, using simple means and in a cost-effective manner, the cable holder has a particularly compact and space-saving configuration, so that entrainment in the trunk of the electric vehicle, for example for the purpose of using the cable holder on a public charging post without an integrated cable holder, is promoted.According to a second aspect of the invention, the object is achieved by a charging cable system for electrically coupling an electric vehicle to a charging column. The charging cable system has a charging cable having a charging plug on the charging column side, a charging plug on the vehicle side, and a cable which electrically couples the charging plug on the charging column side to the charging plug on the vehicle side. According to the invention, the charging cable system has a cable holder according to the invention. The charging plug on the charging column side is preferably at least partially led through the first feedthrough and fastened to the base body via the first feedthrough, for example by means of clamps, such that the charging plug on the charging column side can be introduced into a charging socket of a conventional charging column, such as a wallbox, for charging the electric vehicle as intended. The charging plugs of the charging cable are preferably designed as type 2 charging plugs or CCS charging plugs. In the charging cable system according to the invention, all advantages which have already been described with respect to a cable holder according to the first aspect of the invention result. Accordingly, the charging cable system according to the invention has the advantage over conventional charging cable systems that it can be produced with simple means and in a cost-effective manner and can be easily fastened to a conventional charging column, in particular without an integrated cable holder, using the charging cable. The cable of the charging cable can be arranged on the cable holder via the first holding device and can thus be kept away from the ground. Contamination of the charging cable can thus be prevented better. Moreover, arranging the cable on the first holding device has the advantage that the risk of trip over the charging cable can be eliminated or at least reduced.A cable holder according to the invention and a charging cable system according to the invention are explained in more detail below with reference to drawings.
