Abstract

A system (2) for testing an anode submodule (30), which is designed to supply the anode of a fuel cell with hydrogen gas in a controlled manner, comprises an adapter plate (20) designed to receive the anode submodule (30) to be tested; and a pneumatic unit (1) pneumatically connected to the adapter plate (20) and designed to supply the anode submodule (30) with at least one test gas via the adapter plate (20); and a test device (12, 90) that makes it possible to check the tightness of the anode submodule (30) to be tested.
