Floor covering element for loose laying and manufacturing process for a floor covering element

Abstract

The present application relates to a floor covering element for loose installation with several firmly interconnected layers, as follows: a) a wear layer consisting of a polyethylene terephthalate, in particular a transparent polyethylene terephthalate; b) a base layer made of a polyethylene terephthalate; c) an underlay layer consisting of a fiber material made of a polyethylene terephthalate. A form-locking element extends along at least two opposite edges of the base layer. The form-locking elements of the at least two opposite edges are complementary to one another. The present application further relates to a method for producing a floor covering element.
