It is to be noted that the invention is not limited to the embodiment.EmbodimentFIG. 1 is a diagram illustrating a configuration of an alarm function setting device according to an embodiment of the present invention. An alarm function setting system 1 includes an alarm function setting device 10 and a display device 5. The alarm function setting device 10 supports setting of an alarm function used by the display device 5. In other words, the alarm function setting device 10 supports the creation of alarm function information. The alarm function information is information set for the display device 5 to realize the alarm function. The setting of the alarm function by the alarm function setting device 10 thus corresponds to a function of the alarm function setting device 10 for creating the alarm function information. The alarm function setting device 10 according to the present embodiment includes a detection unit 20 and a setting unit 30, as described in detail below. the detection unit 20 acquires CAD data 421 of an external device 7 in which the occurrence of an abnormality is monitored. The CAD data 421 is acquired for each part of an external device 7. The acquisition unit 20 acquires, from the acquired CAD data 421, list information 423, that is, information on each part of the external device 7. The alarm function is a function used by the display device 5 to display the status of the external device 7. When an abnormality occurs in the external device 7, the alarm function transmits information on the abnormality event position. Thus, with the alarm function setting device 10, partial information on the part of the external device 7 where the occurrence of an abnormality is monitored can be easily set in the alarm function of the display device 5. Note that the acquisition unit 20 may acquire the CAD data 421 from any other unit besides the parts of the external device 7.The alarm function information is set in the alarm function of the display device 5 and used when an alarm display program, which is the alarm function, is executed by the display device 5. The alarm function setting device 10 executes a setting procedure based on an operation by a user and an automatic setting procedure. The alarm function setting device 10 transmits the generated alarm function information to the display device 5.The display device 5 is connected to the external device 7, for example, a sensor, a driving device, a robot, or a signal input / output device. The external device 7 is controlled by a control device such as an PLC (not illustrated). The display device 5 displays the status of an apparatus in which the occurrence of an abnormality is monitored. The device in which the occurrence of an abnormality is monitored is the external device 7 connected to the display device 5. The display device 5 includes a unit such as a touch panel for operation by a user, and displays information corresponding to the operation of the touch panel. The display device 5 performs the alarm function when an abnormality such as a fault occurs in the external device 7.The alarm function is a function for assisting in debugging when an abnormality occurs in the external device 7. When an abnormality occurs in the external device 7, the display device 5 uses the alarm function to visually display the information included in the alarm function information. At this time, the display device 5 displays information, which will be described later and refers to a part of the external device 7 where the abnormality has occurred, using the alarm function. The alarm function is implemented by an alarm display program for displaying occurrence of abnormality. The alarm display program is a program that indicates occurrence of an abnormality using the alarm function information. Therefore, the procedure for creating the alarm function information is a procedure for creating information that the alarm display program uses in displaying the occurrence of an abnormality. When notifying occurrence of abnormality, the display device 5 may output, in addition to displaying occurrence of abnormality, an alarm such as a sound emission indicating occurrence of abnormality or a light emission of a warning lamp indicating occurrence of abnormality. When an alarm indicating the occurrence of an abnormality is selected by a user, the display device 5 displays an image which is a visual representation of the external device 7 using the alarm function. The displayed image is associated with the selected alarm. The image of the external device is, for example, an image recording, i.e., a pictorial representation of the external device 7, and three-dimensional CAD image data, which will be described later. The alarm function setting device 10 extracts information about the external device 7 from the CAD data 421, i.e., the three-dimensional data of a computer-aided design, and sets the extracted information in the alarm function. In other words, the alarm function setting device 10 extracts information on the external device 7 from the CAD data 421, and generates the alarm function information from the extracted information. As information related to the external device 7, the CAD data 421 indicating the configuration of the external device 7 includes the partial information about each part of the external device 7. The part name is the name of the part. The part coordinates indicate the position of the part. The CAD data 421 is created for each part of the external device 7.When the user inputs information to the alarm function setting device 10, the alarm function setting device 10 obtains the input information and sets it to the alarm function. The information set in the alarm function includes, for example, a message indicating an abnormality of the external device 7, a comment related to the abnormality, and a display object that is displayed in highlight upon occurrence of the abnormality. The display object is a part or a point indicating an abnormality event position. A part indicates a specific area of the external device 7, and a point indicates a specific position in the external device 7. Thus, a part is used to indicate an anomaly event position in the form of a range and a point to indicate an anomaly event position in the form of a point. A part is, for example, an image representing the part. A point is, for example, an image of signal light indicating the position at which an abnormality occurs. The alarm function setting device 10 includes the acquisition unit 20, a storage unit 42, and the setting unit 30. The storage unit 42 stores various kinds of information. The setting unit 30 provides the alarm function with various settings that use the information in the storage unit 42. The alarm function setting device 10 further includes a display unit 41, an instruction input unit 40, and a project data output unit 43. The instruction input unit 40 receives an instruction from a user. The project data output unit 43 outputs the project data 424 created by the setting unit 30 to the display device 5. The project data 424 includes data of display images displayed on the display device 5, alarm function information, comment function information, and label function information. The alarm function information is information set in the alarm function. The comment function information is information set in a comment function to be described later. The label function information is information set in a label function to be described later. The instruction input unit 40 receives an instruction from a user and inputs the obtained instruction to the acquisition unit 20 or the setting unit 30. When a view for image capturing is obtained by the user, the instruction input unit 40 inputs the obtained image capturing view to the acquisition unit 20. When a point to be displayed at the time of abnormality of the external device 7 is input by the user, the instruction input unit 40 inputs the obtained point to the detection unit 20.When an instruction for displaying a preview window or an instruction for creating the list information 423 is obtained from a user, the instruction input unit 40 inputs the obtained display or creation instruction to the acquisition unit 20. When an instruction for editing the list information 423 is obtained from the user, the instruction input unit 40 inputs the obtained editing instruction to the setting unit 30.The acquisition unit 20 includes a list information generation unit 22 that creates the list information 423. The acquisition unit 20 further includes a data input unit 21 that receives the CAD data 421 from the outside and inputs the received CAD data 421 to the storage unit 42. The data input unit 21 acquires the CAD data 421 of each part of the external device 7, and inputs the acquired CAD data 421 to the storage unit 42.The list information generation unit 22 generates the list information 423 on the basis of the information transmitted from the instruction input unit 40 and the CAD data 421. The information transmitted from the instruction input unit 40 to the list information generation unit 22 is instruction information corresponding to the operation by the user. The list information 423 includes information to be set in the alarm function, the comment function, and the label function. In other words, the list information 423 includes information used for creating the alarm function information, the comment function information, and the label function information. In the list information 423, a part name, a display object, a comment, and the coordinates indicating a position of the display object in the display image to be displayed on the display device 5 are associated with each other. The list information generation unit 22 extracts the partial information from the CAD data 421 and inputs the extracted partial information to the list information 423. The list information generation unit 22 further includes point information set by the user in the list information 423. The point information, which is information about a point set in the external device 7, includes the point coordinates indicating the position of the point. The partial information and point information registered in the list information 423 are set in the alarm function and the like. The partial information includes a partial name, and the list information generation unit 22 inserts the partial name representing single information of the partial information into the list information 423. The part name is information set in the label function. The label function is a function that assigns an easily comprehensible arbitrary name such as a part name to a device as described later. In the label function information, a correspondence relationship between a label name and a device is registered. A name different from a part name may be registered in the label function information as a label name. When an alarm occurs, the label function provides the alarm function with the label name belonging to a device in which an abnormality has occurred. In the present embodiment, a part name is registered as a label name in the label function information, and the label function provides the part name to the alarm function when an alarm is displayed. In this way, the label function of the alarm function provides the part names belonging to a display object. The label function is implemented by a label specification program for specifying a part name displayed using the alarm function. The label specification program is a program for specifying a label name using the label function information. The procedure for creating the label function information is therefore a procedure for generating information that the label specification program uses in specifying a label name. The part name belonging to a device is registered as a label name of the label function information. Of the part names set in the label function, the part name of a display object part is a first name, and the part name of a display object is a second name. When an alarm is displayed, the alarm function displays the display object highlighted together with the part name corresponding to a device where an abnormality has occurred. The highlighted display object, which is a position highlighted when an abnormality occurs, is a part or a point. In other words, the display objects include a display object part which is a part that the display device 5 displays by using the alarm function. When an abnormality occurs on the external device 7, the part indicates the abnormality event position. The display objects further include a display object point, i.e., a point that the display device 5 displays using the alarm function. When an abnormality occurs in the external device 7, the point indicates the abnormality event position. The list information generation unit 22 inserts, into the list information 423, a comment to be set in the comment function on the basis of an operation by a user. The comment function is a function for adding a comment to the alarm function to be reproduced when an alarm is displayed. The comment function is implemented by a comment specification program for specifying a comment to be displayed using the alarm function. The comment specification program is a program for specifying a comment using the comment function information. The procedure for creating the comment function information is therefore a procedure for creating information that the comment specification program uses in specifying a comment. In the comment function, a correspondence relationship between a list of comments and comment identification information, that is, identification information on comments, is registered. The list information generation unit 22 generates image data 422 from the CAD data 421 indicating the configuration of the external device 7 on the basis of an operation by a user. The image data 422 is image capturing or three-dimensional CAD image data. Image pickup represents an image of the external device 7 when viewed from a certain direction. Three-dimensional CAD image data is data that enables the external device 7 to be displayed in the form of images captured from various viewing angles corresponding to the user's operation. When the user determines a viewpoint for image capturing, the list information generation unit 22 uses the CAD data 421 to create the image capturing corresponding to the view for the determined viewpoint. After an instruction of the user to create three-dimensional CAD image data, the list information generation unit 22 uses the CAD data 421 to generate the three-dimensional CAD image data. The list information generation unit 22 stores the created list information 423 in the storage unit 42.The list information generation unit 22 displays the list information 423 on the display unit 41. The list information generation unit 22 further displays the image capture or the three-dimensional CAD image data on the display unit 41.The setting unit 30 includes a processing unit 31, a function setting unit 32, and a display image setting unit 33. The processing unit 31 processes the list information 423. The function setting unit 32 provides various settings to the alarm function and the like using the list information 423. The display image creation unit 33 creates data for screens to be displayed in the event of an abnormality. The editing unit 31 edits the list information 423 according to an edit instruction of the user. The editing unit 31 overwrites, in the storage unit 42, the list information 423 before the editing with the edited list information 423. The processing unit 31 displays the list information 423 on the display unit 41.As described above, the list information generation unit 22 sets a part name. The setting of a part name may be changed by the editing unit 31 according to an editing instruction of a user. Thus, the user can associate the information registered in the list information 423 with an arbitrary part name.Based on the list information 423, the function setting unit 32 provides various settings for the alarm function, the comment function, and the label function. In other words, the function setting unit 32 creates the alarm function information, the comment function information, and the label function information on the basis of the list information 423.The function setting unit 32 sets, in the alarm function, an alarm condition that is a condition for outputting an alarm. The function setting unit 32 sets, in the comment function, a comment to be displayed in an alarm display window and the comment identification information corresponding to this comment upon output of an alarm. The alarm display window is a display window displayed by the display device 5 using the alarm function, the alarm display window indicating the occurrence of an abnormality. When the alarm condition is satisfied, the display device 5 displays the alarm display window by using the alarm function. On the alarm display window, date and time of occurrence of the abnormality and a comment for explaining the abnormality are displayed. The function setting unit 32 sets a device in the label function and the label name corresponding to this device. The function setting unit 32 stores, in the storage unit 42, the alarm function, the comment function, and the label function provided with various settings. The alarm function, the comment function, and the label function are stored in the storage unit 42 as part of the project data 424, as will be described later. Specifically, the function setting unit 32 stores, in the storage unit 42, the alarm function information, the comment function information, and the label function information. The display image creation unit 33 creates data for the alarm display window and data for the abnormality position display window. The abnormality position display window is a screen for displaying an image indicating an abnormality event position, a switching element, and a signal light indicating an abnormality event position. An image indicating an abnormality event position is, for example, an image capture. A switching element is a button for changing a view of the external device 7. the display image creation unit 33 creates data for the abnormality position display window on the basis of the individual display objects. The display image creation unit 33 associates the abnormality position display window with the display object. The display image creation unit 33 stores the data for the alarm display window, the data for the abnormality position display window, the alarm function information, the comment function information, and the label function information in the storage unit 42 as project data 424.The display unit 41 displays various kinds of information such as the image data 422, the list information 423, and the project data 424. Note that the display unit 41 and the instruction input unit 40 may be formed as a liquid crystal touch panel. The storage unit 42 stores the CAD data 421 input from the outside, the image data 422 generated by the acquisition unit 20, the list information 423 generated by the list information generation unit 22, and the project data 424 generated by the setting unit 30. The project data output unit 43 connected to the display device 5 outputs the project data 424 stored in the storage unit 42 to the display device 5.The display device 5 is connected to the alarm function setting device 10 and the external device 7. The display device 5 has the alarm function, the comment function, and the label function. In other words, the display device 5 stores the alarm display program for implementing the alarm function, the comment specification program for implementing the comment function, and the label specification program for implementing the label function. Subsequently, the display device 5 outputs an alarm using the alarm function information of the alarm function setting device 10 and the alarm function. When outputting the alarm, the display device 5 specifies a comment using the comment function information of the alarm function setting device 10 and the comment function. In the output of the alarm, the display device 5 also specifies a part name using the label function information of the alarm function setting device 10 and the label function. The display device 5 performs the alarm function by the processor of the display device 5 executing an alarm function display program. The display device 5 executes the comment function by the processor of the display device 5 executing a comment specification display program. The display device 5 performs the label function by the processor of the display device 5 executing a label specification display program.Next, the information acquisition procedure of the alarm function setting device 10 will be described. The flowchart of FIG. 2 illustrates a process flow for the first half of the phases of an information acquisition process according to the embodiment. The flowchart of FIG. 3 illustrates a process flow for the second half of the phases of an information acquisition process according to the embodiment. The information acquired by the information acquisition process described with reference to FIGS. 2 and 3 is used for setting the alarm function, the comment function, and the label function. At the start of the information acquisition process, the alarm function setting device 10 acquires the CAD data 421 from the outside in step S 10. Specifically, the data input unit 21 receives the CAD data 421 from the outside and inputs the obtained CAD data 421 to the storage unit 42. Thereby, the CAD data 421 is stored in the storage unit 42.In subsequent step S 20, the list information generation unit 22 displays, on the display unit 41, the external device 7 in a preview window using the CAD data 421 of the storage unit 42. Note that the list information generation unit 22 may display a preview window on the display unit 41 when the user inputs an instruction for displaying the preview window to the instruction input unit 40. Alternatively, the preview window may be automatically displayed on the display unit 41 after storing the CAD data 421 in the storage unit 42.FIG. 4 is a diagram illustrating examples of CAD data and preview windows according to the embodiment. The CAD data 421, which is three-dimensional CAD data, represents the structure of the external device 7. The list information generation unit 22 may display the external device 7 in a preview window 52 using the CAD data 421. The list information generation unit 22 may display, in the preview window 52, a side view, a top view, or a perspective view of the external device 7.When a user operates the instruction input unit 40 to create the list information 423 using the display unit 41 displaying the preview window 52, the instruction input unit 40 receives this operation and sends it to the list information generation unit 22.When a signal corresponding to the operation is obtained from the instruction input unit 40, the list information generation unit 22 sets a point and an image capture view in step S 30. When an image capturing view is concretely set by the user operation that is the operation performed by the user, the list information generation unit 22 determines the set view of the external device 7. The point coordinates indicating the position of the point are coordinates for displaying a signal light upon occurrence of an abnormality. Based on the operation by the user, the list information generation unit 22 sets one or more views of a single external device 7 and one or more points on a single external device 7.FIG. 5 is a diagram for explaining a flow of setting image capturing views according to the embodiment. When a setting key B 1 is pressed as a setting operation for setting an image pickup view while the display unit 41 displays the preview window 52, the list information generation unit 22 displays a key group Bx on the display unit 41. The key group Bx is keys for setting an image capturing view. The buttons of the button group Bx include, for example, a button for setting a view of the top of the external device 7 and a button for setting a side view of the external device 7.When a key of the key group Bx is pressed while the display unit 41 displays the key group Bx, the list information generation unit 22 sets the view corresponding to the pressed key. The list information generation unit 22 associates the pressed key with the specified view. Note that the list information generation unit 22 may automatically set one or more predetermined views without receiving a designation of a view from the user. Although the image pickup windows associated with the respective keys are shown in FIG. 5, the image pickup windows are generated in step S120 as described later. When an arbitrary position of the external device 7 is pressed on the display unit 41 displaying the preview window 52, the list information generation unit 22 sets the pressed position as a point. After the setting of the item and the view of the image capturing is completed, the list information generation unit 22 ends the display of the preview window 52 on the display unit 41 in step S 40 when the user has input the completion of the setting via the instruction input unit 40.Subsequently, in steps S 50 and S 60, the list information generation unit 22 performs the following procedure for each of the parts included in the CAD data 421. The list information generation unit 22 extracts the partial information from the CAD data 421 of the storage unit 42, thereby obtaining the partial information in step S 50. The part information includes the part name and the part coordinates. The list information generation unit 22 associates the part name with the display object and registers the part name in the list information 423 in step S 60. Specifically, the list information generation unit 22 registers the part name at a position where the part name is to be registered in the list information 423. The list information generation unit 22 further registers the display object corresponding to the part name at a position in the list information 423 at which the display object is to be registered. The list information generation unit 22 registers the part coordinates at a position where the part coordinates are to be registered in the list information 423.When the list information generation unit 22 sets a point for the external device 7 in step S 30, the list information generation unit 22 inserts the point name at the position where the part name is to be registered into the list information 423. The list information generation unit 22 further inputs, to the list information 423, the signal light shape which is the shape of the point at a position where the display object is to be registered. The signal light shape represents the shape of signal light to be displayed upon occurrence of abnormality. The point name registered by the list information generation unit 22 and the signal light form registered by the list information generation unit 22 are a standard point name and a standard signal light form, respectively. The list information generation unit 22 records different point names for different points such as Point_ 1 and Point_ 2.The point name and the signal light shape registered in the list information 423 by the list information generation unit 22 may be changed by an operation performed by the user. Note that the list information generation unit 22 may register the color of the signal light in the list information 423 together with the signal light shape. After the procedure of steps S 50 and S 60 is executed for all the parts included in the CAD data 421, the list information generation unit 22 determines whether points are set in step S 70. When points are set, i.e., in the case of Yes in step S 70, the list information generation unit 22 performs the following procedure for each of the set points in steps S 80 and S 90. The list information generation unit 22 acquires the point information in step S 80. The point information is point coordinates indicating the position of the point. The list information generation unit 22 treats the point coordinates indicated in step S 30 as point information.Subsequently, in step S 90, the list information generation unit 22 associates the point information, i.e., the point coordinates, with the part name and the display object, and registers the point information in the list information 423. After the procedure of steps S 80 and S 90 is executed for all the set points, the list information generation unit 22 ends the registration procedure for the point information. On the other hand, when no point is set in step S 70, i.e., in the case of no in step S 70, the list information generation unit 22 does not execute a registration procedure for the point information.FIG. 6 is a diagram illustrating an example of list information according to the embodiment. The list information 423 is a list of information about the external device 7. in the list information 423, a part name, a device, an alarm condition, a display object, a possibility of displaying an error, a comment, and coordinates are associated with each other. An apparatus, an alarm condition, a possibility of displaying an error, and a comment will be described later. The part name and the display object in the list information 423 are the information that has been registered in the list information 423 by the list information generation unit 22 in the procedure in step S 60. When a point is registered under the part name, the coordinates of the point are registered in the list information 423 by the list information generation unit 22 in the procedure of step S 90. As described later, in the procedure of step S 230, the list information 423 is entered by the processing unit 31 with a device, an alarm condition, a possibility of displaying an error, and a comment.Next, in step S 110, the list information generation unit 22 determines whether the image to be displayed is image capturing. When image capturing has been set in step S 30, the list information generation unit 22 determines that the image to be displayed is image capturing. When the image to be displayed is image capturing, i.e., Yes in step S 110, the list information generation unit 22 executes the following procedure for each of the set views in step S 120. The list information generation unit 22 creates an image capture window from the CAD data 421 in step S 120. At this time, the list information generation unit 22 creates an image capture of the external device 7 when viewing the view set in step S 30, and creates an image capture window in which the image capture is placed. The image capture window is a screen display in which the image capture of the external device 7 is arranged, the image capture window being displayable on the display device 5. When a plurality of views are determined for the external device 7 in step S 30, the list information generation unit 22 creates an image capturing window for each view.Thereby, the list information generation unit 22 can generate image capturing windows for each viewing direction of the external device 7, for example, for a front view, a rear view, and a side view. The list information generation unit 22 stores the created image capturing windows in the storage unit 42 in the form of image data 422. In the image data 422 generated by the list information generation unit 22, the image capture window and the button are associated with each other. The list information generation unit 22 creates image capturing windows for each of the specified views. On the other hand, when the image to be displayed is not an image capture, i.e., when No is performed in step S 110, the list information generation unit 22 acquires a three-dimensional CAD representation in step S 130. Specifically, the list information generation unit 22 generates a three-dimensional CAD image from the CAD data 421 to obtain a three-dimensional CAD image. The list information generation unit 22 stores the image capturing window or the three-dimensional CAD image in the storage unit 42 in the form of image data 422. When the list information generation unit 22 stores the image capturing window or the three-dimensional CAD image in the storage unit 42, the list information generation unit 22 ends the information acquisition procedure.Note that the alarm function setting device 10 may display the partial information and the list information 423 on the display unit 41 in performing the procedure of steps S 50 and S 60. The alarm function setting device 10 may display the point information and the list information 423 on the display unit 41 by executing the procedure of steps S 80 and S 90. The alarm function setting device 10 may display the image capturing window on the display unit 41 by executing the procedure of step S 120 or display the three-dimensional CAD image on the display unit 41 by executing the procedure of step S 130.The alarm function setting device 10 may execute the procedure of steps S 50 and S 60, the procedure of steps S 70 to S 90, and the procedure of steps S 110 to S 130 in any sequence.Next, a function setting process of the alarm function setting device 10 will be described. The flowchart of FIG. 7 illustrates a process flow for the first half of the phases of a function setting process according to the embodiment. The flowchart of FIG. 8 illustrates a process flow for the second half of the phases of a function setting process according to the embodiment. When automatically setting a function such as the alarm function, the alarm function setting device 10 obtains a work of the list information 423 from a user. Specifically, when the user inputs an instruction for editing a function to the instruction input unit 40, the instruction input unit 40 transmits the input instruction editing to the editing unit 31.When the user performs an operation of editing the information related to a part by using the display unit 41 on the instruction input unit 40 displaying the list information 423, the instruction input unit 40 receives the editing operation and transmits it to the editing unit 31.Subsequently, for each of the parts included in the CAD data 421, the processing unit 31 performs the following procedure in steps S 220 and S 230. In step S 220, the processing unit 31 determines whether to update the list information 423. The editing unit 31 determines to update the list information 423 when the user performs an operation of editing the list information 423 on the instruction input unit 40. When an operation for editing a part included in the list information 423 is performed, that is, when Yes in step S 220, the editing unit 31 updates the content of each setting for the part subjected to the editing operation in step S 230.At this time, the processing unit 31 updates the list information 423 corresponding to the processing operation. When the user sets a device in the list information 423, the editing unit 31 inserts the device in the list information 423. A device denotes an area for storing data input to or output from the external device 7, and the external device 7 is a control target device connected to the PLC executing a sequence program. The device is associated with the address of the internal memory of the PLC. The value of the device is device status information indicating the status of the external device 7. Therefore, the device status information indicates the status of the external device 7, such as a sequence switch or a lighting lamp turned on by a switch. The device status information is also referred to as device value. When the user changes a part name in the list information 423, the editing unit 31 overwrites the part name with the changed part name in the list information 423 before the change. Since an arbitrary name can be registered as a part name, an arbitrary name can be assigned to a device. When a user enters a comment in the list information 423, the editing unit 31 carries the comment in the list information 423. A comment entered in the list information 423 is to be displayed on the display device 5 upon occurrence of an abnormality on the external device 7.When a user sets an alarm condition in the list information 423, the editing unit 31 enters the alarm condition in the list information 423. An alarm condition is a condition for issuing an alarm for notifying occurrence of an abnormality. An alarm condition is, for example, an allowable range or an allowable value of the device status information displayed by a device. When an allowable range or value is set as an alarm condition, and when the equipment status information exceeds the allowable range or value, the display device 5 outputs an alarm. The alarm output is, for example, the display of the alarm display window. When the user specifies a type of error display in the list information 423, the editing unit 31 enters the type of error display in the list information 423. The type of the fault display determines how a part or a point representing an abnormality event position is displayed on the display device 5 upon occurrence of an abnormality on a part of the external device 7. When "inverting color" is set as a kind of the fault display, the display device 5 inverts the color of the part or the point where the abnormality has occurred when an abnormality occurs. Inverting the color refers to a procedure for inverting the color value. When "blinking" is entered as a kind of the fault display, the display device 5 blinks the color of the item or the point where the abnormality has occurred when an abnormality occurs. Note that the list information generation unit 22 may automatically record a standard type of the error display in the list information 423.In this way, the alarm function setting device 10 generates the list information 423 using the procedure of steps S 50, S 60, S 80, S 90, and S 230. After the list information 423 is processed in the storage unit 42, the processing unit 31 overwrites the list information 423 with the processed list information 423 before processing. When the process of editing the list information 423 is not executed, i.e., when No in step S 220, the editing unit 31 does not update the list information 423.When the user operates on the instruction input unit 40 the information related to a point while the display unit 41 displays the list information 423, the instruction input unit 40 receives the operation and transmits it to the input unit 31.In step S 240, the processing unit 31 determines whether there is a point to be added based on a user operation. When the user adds a point to the list information 423, the editing unit 31 determines that a point is added to the list information 423 based on the point adding operation. When a point is to be added, i.e., Yes in step S 240, the processing unit 31 performs the following procedure for each of the points to be added in step S 250. In step S 250, the processing unit 31 updates the information on the points to be added. Specifically, when the user inputs a point name for a part name and the shape of a point for a display object, the editing unit 31 inputs the point name in the part name and the shape of the point in the display object. When the user inputs a type of the error display and the coordinates, the editing unit 31 inputs the type of the error display and the coordinates.Note that the editing unit 31 allows a user to determine a position of a point while the external device 7 is displayed on the display unit 41 in a preview window 52. In this case, the editing unit 31 inserts the coordinates of the user-specified position into the coordinates of the list information 423.The processing unit 31 adds the point information to the list information 423. On the other hand, when no point is to be added, i.e., No in step S 240, the processing unit 31 does not insert the point information into the list information 423.Subsequently, in step S 310, the function setting unit 32 determines whether a button for performing setting has been pressed in a list information display window 53 in which the list information 423 is displayed. When no key for performing setting has been pressed, i.e., No in step S 310, the alarm function setting device 10 terminates the function setting process. When a user presses the button for performing setting using the instruction input unit 40 while the display unit 41 displays the list information 423, the instruction input unit 40 receives this operation and sends it to the function setting unit 32.When the setting execution key is operated, i.e., Yes in step S 310, the function setting unit 32 executes the following procedure for each of the settings in the list information 423 in step S 320. The number of settings in the list information 423 corresponds to the sum of the number of parts and the number of points registered in the list information 423. Therefore, the function setting unit 32 repeats the procedure of step S 320 for the sum of the parts and the items registered in the list information 423.In step S 320, the function setting unit 32 in the label function, the comment function, and the alarm function takes into account the settings of the list information 423. At this time, the function setting unit 32 inserts, into the label function information as a label name, a correspondence relationship between a device and a part name. Specifically, the function setting unit 32 extracts a device from the list information 423 and extracts the label name corresponding to the extracted device. Subsequently, the function setting unit 32 sets, in the label function information, a correspondence relationship between the extracted label name and the extracted device. A correspondence relationship is set in the list information 423 by the function setting unit 32 on a device basis. Thereby, a list of correspondence relations between label names and devices is entered into the label function information. The function setting unit 32 registers, in the comment function information, a comment registered in the list information 423. The function setting unit 32 associates the comment with the comment identification information and incorporates the comment into the comment function information. The comment identification information is identification information set for each comment. Therefore, the function setting unit 32 associates identical comments with common comment identification information. The function setting unit 32 incorporates, into the alarm function information, a display object, a device, an alarm condition, and comment identification information of the list information 423. The label function information set in the label function, the comment function information set in the comment function, and the alarm function information set in the alarm function will now be described.FIG. 9 is a diagram illustrating a configuration example of label function information according to the embodiment. The label function information 201, which is first correspondence relationship information, includes a correspondence relationship between a device and a label name, which is any entryable name such as a part name. FIG. 10 is a diagram illustrating a configuration example of comment function information according to the embodiment. The comment function information 202, which is second correspondence relationship information, includes a correspondence relationship between comment identification information and a comment. FIG. 11 is a diagram illustrating a configuration example of alarm function information according to the embodiment. The alarm function information 203 includes a correspondence relationship between a device, an alarm condition, and comment identification information. Note that the alarm function information 203 may include a display object. In this case, the alarm function information 203 includes a correspondence relationship between a display object, a device, an alarm condition, and comment identification information. The alarm function information 203 is used to determine whether an abnormality has occurred in the external device 7 and determine information to be displayed in the alarm display window. When an abnormality occurs on the external device 7, the label function uses the label function information 201 to indicate the part name belonging to a device on which the abnormality has occurred. The part name specified by the label function is made available to the alarm function. Therefore, the alarm function displays the part name in the alarm display window of the display device 5. When an abnormality occurs on the external device 7, the comment function uses the comment function information 202 to specify the comment belonging to a display object. The comment specified by the comment function is provided to the alarm function. Thus, the alarm function displays the comment in the alarm display window of the display device 5.After the settings of the list information 423 in the label function, the comment function, and the alarm function are considered, the display image forming unit 33 determines whether an image capturing window has been generated in step S330. Specifically, the display image creation unit 33 determines whether the image data 422 is stored in the storage unit 42.When the image data 422 representing an image pickup window has been created, i.e., Yes in step S 330, the display image creation unit 33 executes the following procedure for each of the image pickup windows in step S 340. In step S 340, the display image creation unit 33 creates an abnormality position display window in which an image capturing window and the switching element are arranged. The display image forming unit 33 arranges an image capturing window in a partial region of the abnormality position display window and the switching element in the remaining region. The switching element is a button for switching the view of the external device 7.The display image forming unit 33 creates an abnormality position display window in which the switching element is disposed per image capturing window. Thus, when a button that is the switching element in the abnormality position display window displayed on the display device 5 is pressed, the abnormality position display window is switched based on the pressed button, whereby the imaging is changed, thereby changing the view of the external device 7. The display image creation unit 33 creates an abnormality position display window per display object. Thus, when an abnormality occurs in a first display object, the imaging of the first display object is switched by pressing the switching element. When an abnormality occurs in a second display object, the imaging of the second display object is switched by pressing the switching element. After an abnormality position display window is prepared for all the image capturing windows, the display image forming unit 33 creates an alarm display window in step S 350. Specifically, the display image creation unit 33 creates an alarm display window including data defining the configuration of the alarm display window, data defining information to be displayed in the alarm display window, and data defining the position of the arrangement of the information to be displayed in the alarm display window.Alarm information to be displayed in the alarm display window is, for example, abnormality occurrence date and time, an abnormality event position, and a comment. The comment is a comment corresponding to a comment identification set in the alarm function. The comment is registered in the comment function information 202. The abnormality event position is indicated by the part name belonging to a device where the abnormality has occurred. The part name is registered in the label function information 201. The label function information 201, the comment function information 202, the alarm function information 203, the alarm display window, and the abnormality position display window are stored in the storage unit 42 as project data 424.Now, the setting operation by the setting unit 30 will be described. FIG. 12 is a diagram for explaining an adjustment operation by the adjustment unit according to the embodiment. The editing unit 31 displays the list information 423 on the display unit 41 as the list information display window 53. Thus, a user operates on the list information 423 while watching the list information display window 53. After completion of the processing of the list information 423, the function setting unit 32 sets the label function, the comment function, and the alarm function based on the list information 423.In addition, the display image forming unit 33 creates an alarm display window 54. The display image forming unit 33 creates the abnormality position display windows 71 to 73, each of which includes the switching elements 55 and the image pickup window disposed therein. The abnormality position display window 71 is a window showing the external device 7 in a first view. The abnormality position display window 72 is a window showing the external device 7 in a second view. The abnormality position display window 73 is a window showing the external device 7 in a third view. The switching members 55 are disposed in the respective abnormality position display windows 71 to 73. By pressing one of the switching members 55, the window can be changed to each of the abnormality position display windows 71 to 73. The abnormality position display windows 71 to 73 each display a part or a point which is an abnormality position.Next, a flow using the alarm function will be described. FIG. 13 is a diagram for explaining the flow when the alarm function is used according to the embodiment. The alarm function setting device 10 creates the project data 424 including the alarm function information 203, the comment function information 202, the label function information 201, the alarm display window 54, and the abnormality position display window, and transmits the created project data 424 to the display device 5, thereby the display device 5 operates on the project data 424.The display device 5 displays the status of the external device 7, for example, a sequence switch or a lighting lamp, as device status information. The display device 5 changes the device status information according to a state change of the external device 7. thus, the user of the external device 7 can check the status of the external device 7 and operate the external device 7 based on the status of the external device 7.The display device 5 further determines whether an abnormality has occurred in the external device 7 during the operation of the external device 7 using the alarm function. At this time, the display device 5 determines whether an abnormality has occurred in the external device 7 based on the device status information and the alarm state of the alarm function information 203. Subsequently, the display device 5 specifies, by using the alarm function, the display object corresponding to the position where the abnormality has occurred. Moreover, the display device 5 uses the alarm function and the label function to acquire the part name belonging to the display object and the device. Specifically, when displaying the alarm, the display device 5 performs the alarm function to thereby specify the device corresponding to the abnormality position and the display object belonging to the device. Subsequently, the display device 5 performs the label function to obtain the part name belonging to the device. In addition, the display device 5 uses the alarm function and the comment function to refer to the comment corresponding to the abnormality event position. Specifically, when displaying the alarm, the display device 5 performs the alarm function to specify the comment identification information corresponding to the abnormality position. Thus, the display device 5 acquires, by using the comment function, the comment associated with the comment identification information.Further, the display device 5 uses the alarm function to obtain the date and time at which the abnormality occurred, from the date and time displayed by a clock. Subsequently, the display device 5 displays the alarm display window 54 by using the alarm function. At this time, the display device 5 displays, in the alarm display window 54, the part name that is the abnormality event position, the abnormality occurrence date and time, and the comment using the alarm function. The part name displayed in the alarm display window 54 of the display device 5 is the part name corresponding to the display object on which the abnormality has occurred. The comment displayed in the alarm display window 54 of the display device 5 is the comment corresponding to the comment identification information associated with the display object on which the abnormality has occurred. As explained above, when an abnormality occurs in the external device 7, the display device 5 displays various kinds of information indicating the occurrence of an abnormality using the alarm function, the comment function, and the label function.Further, when an alarm is selected in the alarm display window 54 in step st 11, the display device 5 displays the abnormality position display window corresponding to the alarm of step st 12. At this time, the display device 5 displays the abnormality position display window corresponding to the alarm by means of the alarm function. Specifically, based on the display object associated with the abnormality position display window and the display object on which the abnormality has occurred, the display device 5 extracts the abnormality position display window on which the abnormality event position is highlighted. Subsequently, the display device 5 displays the extracted abnormality position display window. When the abnormality position display window is created using an image capturing window, the display 5 displays the abnormality position display window 61 including an image capturing window or the abnormality position display window 62 including an image capturing window by using the alarm function. At this time, the display device 5 displays, with the aid of the alarm function, the display object set in the alarm function information 203 highlighted in the abnormality position display window 61 or the abnormality position display window 62. Note that although the display device 5 has been described as displaying the abnormality position display window 61 or the abnormality position display window 62, the display device 5 may display, by the alarm function, abnormality position display windows such as the abnormality position display windows 71 to 73 different from the abnormality position display windows 61 or 62.When the switching member 55 is operated in the abnormality position display window 61 or 62, the display device 5 switches the abnormality position display window 61 or 62 by the alarm function. In the abnormality position display window 61, when the switching member 55 is operated to switch to the abnormality position display window 62, the display device 5 switches the abnormality position display window from the abnormality position display window 61 to the abnormality position display window 62 by the alarm function. In the abnormality position display window 62, when the switching member 55 is operated to switch to the abnormality position display window 61, the display device 5 switches the abnormality position display window from the abnormality position display window 62 to the abnormality position display window 61 by the alarm function. When the abnormality position display window is a three-dimensional CAD display, the display device 5 displays an abnormality position display window 63 including a three-dimensional CAD image by using the alarm function.Next, a hardware configuration of the detection unit 20 and the setting unit 30 of the alarm function setting device 10 will be described. FIG. 14 is a diagram illustrating an example of a hardware configuration of the acquisition unit and the setting unit of the alarm function setting device according to the embodiment. The detection unit 20 and the setting unit 30 may be realized by a control circuit 300 illustrated in FIG. 14, i.e., a processor 301 and a memory 302. The processor 301 is, for example, a central processing unit (also referred to as a CPU, a processing unit, an arithmetic unit, a microprocessor, a microcomputer, a processor, or a DSP) or a large scale integration (LSI) system. The memory 302 is, for example, a random access memory (RAM) or a read only memory (ROM).The detection unit 20 and the setting unit 30 are implemented by the processor 301 which reads from the memory 302 and executes an alarm function setting program for executing the functions of the detection unit 20 and the setting unit 30. In other words, the alarm function setting program is a program that causes a computer to execute the processes or methods of the acquisition unit 20 and the setting unit 30. The memory 302 is also used as a cache when the processor 301 executes various kinds of processing. The alarm function setting program executed by the processor 301 may be implemented by a computer program product that is a recording medium on which the alarm function setting program is stored. The recording medium in this case is, for example, a non-transitory computer-readable medium on which the alarm function setting program is stored. The detection unit 20 or the setting unit 30 may be realized by dedicated hardware. Moreover, a part of the functions of the acquisition unit 20 or the setting unit 30 may be realized by dedicated hardware, and another part may be realized by software or firmware.Next, a flow executed by the alarm function setting program will be described. FIG. 15 is a diagram for explaining the processes executed by the alarm function setting program according to the embodiment. An alarm function setting program 90 included in the drawing software performs a preview procedure using the CAD data 421. At this time, the alarm function setting program 90 displays, on the display unit 41, a three-dimensional image which is the preview window with the external device 7 using the CAD data 421. During execution of the preview procedure, the alarm function setting program 90 performs setting of image pickup based on operation by the user and setting of a point based on operation by the user. Setting of the image pickup is setting of an image pickup view, and setting of the point is setting of the point coordinates representing a position of the point. The alarm function setting program 90 also executes a procedure for creating the list information 423. At this time, the alarm function setting program 90 partially sets the part name. In other words, the alarm function setting program 90 performs label setting on a part-by-part basis. In creating the list information 423, the alarm function setting program 90 sets the partial information and the point information in the list information 423. The alarm function setting program 90 updates the list information 423 by considering, in the list information 423, various settings based on an operation of a user. The alarm function setting program 90 adds a point to the list information 423 based on the operation by the user. The alarm function setting program 90 further executes a procedure for function setting using the list information 423. Specifically, the alarm function setting program 90 provides various settings for the alarm function, various settings for the comment function, and various settings for the label function. The alarm function setting program 90 further executes a procedure for display image creation using the list information 423. Specifically, the alarm function setting program 90 creates an abnormality position display window such as the abnormality position display windows 71 to 73 using the list information 423. The alarm function setting program 90 creates an alarm display window such as the alarm display window 54 using the list information 423.The alarm function information 203 generated by the alarm function setting program 90, the comment function information 202, the label function information 201, the abnormality position display windows 71 to 73, and the alarm display window 54 are transmitted to the display device 5 as project data 424. Thereby, the display device 5 performs the output of an alarm and the like using the project data 424.As explained above, the alarm function setting device 10 automatically enters the partial information and the point information into the list information 423 using the CAD data 421, and automatically creates the abnormality position display windows 61 to 63 and 71 to 73 and the alarm display window 54 from the list information 423. Thus, it is possible for the user to generate the alarm function information 203, the comment function information 202, and the label function information 201 with less operations. Thus, with the alarm function setting device 10, the time required for setting the alarm function can be reduced, and thus the work of a user can be reduced. For example, in the alarm function setting device 10, since the view of image capturing can be set only by operating the key group Bx, provided that the CAD data 421 has been read once, it is possible to easily create image capturings having different views. On the other hand, if the view is not set by operating the key group Bx, the work for the user increases because the CAD data 421 needs to be read multiple times. As described above, the alarm function setting device 10 according to the embodiment automatically acquires, on the basis of the CAD data 421, a plurality of imaging of a plurality of views of the external device 7 and partial information on each part of the external device 7, and automatically inserts the acquired images and information into the alarm function. This makes it possible to set various kinds of information in the alarm function in a short time.List of reference characters1 Alarm function setting system; 5 Display device; 7 External device; 10 Alarm function setting device; 20 Acquisition unit; 21 Data input unit; 22 List information generation unit; 30 Setting unit; 31 Processing unit; 32 Function setting unit; 33 Display image setting unit; 40 Instruction input unit; 41 Display unit; 42 Storage unit; 43 Project data output unit; 52 Preview window; 53 List information display window; 54 Alarm display window; 55 Switching element; 61 to 63, 71 to 73 Abnormality position display window; 90 Alarm function setting program; 201 Label function information; 202 Comment function information; 203 Alarm function information; 421 CAD data; 422 Image data; 423 List information; 424 Project data; B1 Setting key; Bx Key group.
