Description

Technical area

[0001] The present description discloses a waste belt transport device and an assembly device. Background technology

[0002] The conventional technology proposes an assembly apparatus including a waste tape conveying device that conveys a waste tape generated by component supply from a component supply device (tape feeder) in a direction parallel to a board conveying direction. In a case where a plurality of component mounting apparatuses are installed to configure a component assembly line, the waste tape is sent between the adjacent waste tape conveying devices of the component mounting apparatuses (see, for example, Patent Literature 1). In this apparatus, since the waste tape generated in each apparatus can be retrieved and collected at one location, the collection work of the waste tape can be performed with higher efficiency. Patent Literature 2 and Patent Literature 3 provide other prior art assembly apparatuses having a waste tape conveying device. Patent literature Patent Literature 1: International Publication WO 2015 / 45018 Patent literature 2: WO 2015 045 018 B1 Patent literature 3: US 6 206 175 B1 Summary of the inventionTechnical problem

[0003] However, in Patent Literature 1, in a case where a waste tape member or the like to which static electricity is easily charged is easily charged, the waste member is stuck to a conveying surface of the waste tape conveying device, so that it is difficult to stably send the waste tape member to the next waste tape conveying device.

[0004] The present disclosure has been made in view of such problems, and an object of the present disclosure is to provide a waste tape conveying apparatus and an assembling apparatus that can stably convey a waste tape member. Solution to the problem

[0005] The present disclosure uses the following means to achieve the above-described object.

[0006] A waste tape transporting device of the present disclosure is used in an assembly device including a component supply section configured to supply a component from a tape member accommodating a plurality of components, and an assembling section configured to receive the provided component, wherein the waste tape transporting device includes a waste tape transporting section configured to transport a waste tape member that has been cut after the component is received by placing the waste tape member on a transport surface and sending the waste tape member to a waste tape transporting device adjacent in a transport direction of the waste tape member or a waste tape collecting section, and a blowing section configuredTo blow gas in a direction along the transport direction onto a transport surface on a lower surface side of the waste belt transport section, wherein the waste belt transport device further comprises a removal plate arranged on a lower surface side of a transport surface of an end portion on a downstream side in the transport direction of the waste belt transport section and contacting the transport surface to remove the waste belt element; and a prevention plate arranged on a surface side of a transport surface of an end portion on an upstream side in the transport direction of an adjacent waste belt transport section and contacting the transport surface to prevent the waste belt element from entering, wherein the blowing section is arranged between the removal plate and the prevention plate.

[0007] In the waste belt transport device, the waste belt element is transported by the waste belt transport section, which is configured to send the waste belt element to the adjacent waste belt transport device or the waste belt collection section. In the waste belt transport device, gas is blown onto the transport surface on the lower surface side of the waste belt transport section in the direction along the transport direction, preventing the waste belt element from sticking to the transport surface. Therefore, in the waste belt transport device, the waste belt element can be transported stably. [0008] The present embodiment will be described below with reference to the drawings. Fig. 1 is a schematic explanatory diagram showing an example of the mounting system 10 and the mounting apparatus 15 of the present disclosure. Fig. 2 is a configuration diagram schematically showing configurations of the waste tape discharging section 26 and the waste tape transporting device 40. Fig. 3 is an explanatory diagram showing an example of the configuration of the waste belt transport device 40. Fig. 4 is a perspective view of a connecting part of the waste belt transport sections 41, seen from above. Fig. Fig. 5 is a perspective view of a connecting part of the waste belt transport sections 41 as seen from below. In the present embodiment, a left-right direction (X-axis), a front-back direction (Y-axis), and an up-down direction (Z-axis) are shown in Fig. 1 to 3 shown.

[0009] In the assembly system 10, for example, assembly devices 15 that perform an assembly process of component P on board S as a process target object are arranged in the transport direction C of board S to configure an assembly line. Here, the process target object is described as board S, but the process target object is not particularly limited, as long as the process target object is an object on which component P is mounted, and may be a substrate having a three-dimensional shape. As shown in Fig. 1, the mounting system 10 includes the printing device 11, the mounting device 15, and the waste tape collecting section 16. For example, the mounting system 10 may include, as an assembly-related device, one or more of a printing inspection device that inspects the printing state of the board S, a transport device that transports the board S, a printing inspection device that inspects the printing state of the board S, an assembly inspection device that inspects the arrangement state of the component P on the board S, a storage device that stores the spare part feeder 24, and a reflow device that reflows the solder paste. The printing device 11 is a device that prints the solder paste or the like onto the board S.

[0010] Mounting device 15 is a device that receives component P and mounts component P on board S. As in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, mounting apparatus 15 includes board processing section 22, component supply section 23, waste tape discharge section 26, mounting section 30, mounting control section 36, communication section 39, and waste tape transport device 40.

[0011] Board processing section 22 is a unit that feeds board S in, transports board S, fixes board S to a mounting position, and carries board S out. Component supply section 23 is a unit that supplies component P to mounting section 30. Component supply section 23 mounts feeder 24 containing reel 25 around which tape member T (see Fig. 2), which serves as a holding member that holds component P, is wound to one or more assembly sections. Component P is protected by a film covering a surface of the tape member T, tape member T is pulled out from spool 25, and the film is peeled off before component P moves to a component P pick-up position, so that component P is exposed. After component P is picked up, tape member T and the film are sent to the waste tape discharge section 26.

[0012] Mounting section 30 is a unit that receives component P from component supply section 23 and places component P on board S attached to board processing section 22. Mounting section 30 includes head moving section 31, mounting head 32, and nozzle 33. Head moving section 31 includes a slider that moves in the XY direction while guided by a guide rail, and a motor that drives the slider. Mounting head 32 receives one or more components P and is moved in the XY direction by head moving section 31. Mounting head 32 is detachably mounted on the slider. One or more nozzles 33 are detachably mounted on a bottom surface of mounting head 32. Nozzle 33 receives component P using negative pressure. A receiving member that receives component P may be a mechanical chuck or the like that mechanically holds component P, in addition to nozzle 33.

[0013] As in Fig. 2, waste tape discharging section 26 includes insertion passage 27, tape cutter 28, and discharge passage 29. Insertion passage 27 is provided behind feeder 24 mounted on the mounting portion of component supply section 23, and is a passage for introducing tape member T after component P is picked up. Tape cutter 28 is a device that finely cuts tape member T inserted into insertion passage 27 by a cutter. Discharge passage 29 is a passage for discharging the cut waste tape member D. Each time feeder 24 feeds tape member T for providing component P, tape cutter 28 drives the cutter to cut tape member T into waste tape member D. Waste tape member D cut by tape cutter 28 is supplied to waste tape conveying device 40 through discharge passage 29, and is conveyed to waste tape collecting section 16 by waste tape conveying device 40.Waste belt collection section 16 is a device that collects waste belt element D conveyed out by waste belt transport device 40. Waste belt element D collected by waste belt collection section 16 can be transported to a disposal receiving section outside the device, for example, by negative pressure. In addition, an operator can periodically dispose of waste belt element D collected by waste belt collection section 16 or the waste belt element D received in the disposal receiving section.

[0014] Mounting control section 36 is configured as a microprocessor centered on CPU 37 and controls the entire device. Mounting control section 36 has storage section 38. Storage section 38 stores mounting condition information (production job) including information of component P or information about an arrangement order in which components P are mounted on board S, an arrangement position, or a mounting position of feeder 24 that receives component P. Mounting control section 36 outputs control signals to board processing section 22, component supply section 23, or mounting section 30, while inputting signals from board processing section 22, component supply section 23, or mounting section 30. Communication section 39 is an interface for exchanging information with an external device.

[0015] Waste tape transport device 40 is a device that transports waste tape element D discharged from waste tape discharge section 26 to an outside of the device. As shown in Fig. 1 to 5, waste belt transport device 40 includes waste belt transport section 41, blowing section 42, removal plate 45, prevention plate 46, drive section 47, and control section 48. Waste belt transport section 41 is a conveyor arranged in a housing of the assembly device 15 along the transport direction C, arranged to be inclined upward, and transports the cut waste belt element D after component P is picked up. Waste belt transport section 41 is configured to transport waste belt element D by placing waste belt element D on transport surface 49 (see Fig. 4 and Fig. 5), and to send waste belt element D to the waste belt transport device 41 adjacent in the transport direction C of the waste belt element D or to the waste belt collecting section 16. In addition, when assembly device 15 configures the assembly line, waste belt transport device 41 can send waste belt element D to the adjacent waste belt transport device 40. As shown in Fig. As shown in Figure 3, the waste belt conveying section 41 is configured so that the end portions of adjacent conveyors overlap each other in the up-down direction. As a result, the waste belt conveying section 41 can smoothly send the waste belt element D to the adjacent waste belt conveying section 41, and can suppress the falling of the waste belt element D in the case of sending.

[0016] Blowing section 42 removes waste belt element D, which is stuck to the transport surface 49 of waste belt transport section 41, from transport surface 49 by blowing. As shown in Fig. 4 and Fig.5, blowing section 42 is configured to blow gas in the blowing direction B along the conveying direction C onto the conveying surface 49 on a lower surface side of an end portion on a downstream side of the conveying direction C of the waste belt conveying section 41. The blowing section 42 is mounted below the vicinity of the removal plate 45 that contacts the conveying surface 49 on the lower surface side. In addition, the blowing section 42 is mounted behind the prevention plate 46 that contacts the conveying surface 49 of the adjacent waste belt conveying section 41. Thus, the blowing section 42 is provided at a position between the waste belt conveying section 41 and the adjacent waste belt conveying section 41 located below the waste belt conveying section 41, or the waste belt collecting section 16 when the waste belt conveying device 40 configures the assembly line. Furthermore, the blowing section 42 is provided between the removal plate 45 and the prevention plate 46.Blowing section 42 includes circulation pipe 43, blowing port 44, and a gas supply device (not shown). Circulation pipe 43 is arranged on a lower surface side of conveying surface 49 of waste belt conveying section 41, is formed in a direction perpendicular to the conveying direction C, and circulates gas. Examples of the gas to be circulated include air. Blowing port 44 is an opening portion formed in circulation pipe 43 toward the conveying surface 49 of the end portion on the downstream side in the conveying direction C of waste belt conveying section 41, and a plurality of blowing ports 44 are formed along circulation pipe 43 in the entire width direction of conveying surface 49. The gas supply device is, for example, a device that compresses gas and supplies gas, such as an air compressor. The gas supply device also supplies gas to various parts (e.g., an air cylinder) in the housing of mounting device 15.

[0017] Removal plate 45 is a member disposed on the lower surface side of conveying surface 49 of the end portion on the downstream side in the conveying direction C of waste belt conveying section 41, and contacts conveying surface 49 to remove waste belt member D. Removal plate 45 is fixed to a fixing member 45a bonded to an upper side of circulation pipe 43 along circulation pipe 43. Removal plate 45 is formed of a flexible member such as rubber or resin. Prevention plate 46 is a member disposed on a surface side of conveying surface 49 of an end portion on an upstream side in the conveying direction C of the adjacent waste belt conveying section 41, and contacts conveying surface 49 to prevent waste belt member D from entering. The prevention plate 46 is fixed to a fastener 46a, which is bonded to a lower side of the circulation pipe 43 along the circulation pipe 43. The prevention plate 46 is formed of a flexible member such as rubber or resin. The blowing section 42 is bonded to the removal plate 45 via fastener 45a, and is also bonded to the prevention plate 46 via fastener 46a.

[0018] Drive section 47 is a motor connected to a drive shaft of the conveyor of the waste belt transport section 41 to rotate the drive shaft. Control section 48 is a controller that controls the entire waste belt transport device 40. Control section 48 outputs a drive signal to drive section 47. In addition, control section 48 communicates with control section 48 of the adjacent waste belt transport device 40 via a communication port (not shown).

[0019] Next, an operation of the mounting system 10 of the present embodiment configured as described above will be described first, a process in which mounter 15 mounts component P on board S will be described. In a case where the mounting process is started, CPU 37 of mounting control section 36 reads the mounting condition information, which is the production job, from storage section 38 and controls board processing section 22 to feed and fix board S. Next, CPU 37 makes mounting head 32 pick up component P from feeder 24 mounted on component supply section 23 based on the mounting condition information, and performs a process of arranging the picked-up component P at a predetermined position on board S.In a case where the arrangement of component P on board S is completed, CPU 37 has board processing section 22 eject board S, has board processing section 22 convey the next board S, and repeats the process of mounting component P on board S as described above. In addition, during the mounting process, CPU 37 performs a process of having waste tape ejection section 27 cut the tape element T and send the produced waste tape element D to waste tape conveying device 40.

[0020] Next, a process of conveying out waste belt member D to waste belt collecting section 16 will be described. In a case where the assembly process is started, control section 48 drives drive section 47 to operate waste belt conveying section 41 and convey waste belt member D in the conveying direction C. In addition, control section 48 drives the gas supply device to supply compressed air to circulation pipe 43. The supplied compressed air is discharged from blowing port 44 and blown onto conveying surface 49 of a rear distal end of waste belt conveying section 41. Waste belt member D sent from waste belt discharging section 26 is placed on conveying surface 49 of waste belt conveying section 41 and conveyed in the conveying direction C.For example, waste member D includes a film that is easily charged with static electricity, in addition to a resin belt in which a cavity for accommodating component P is formed. Therefore, even in a case where waste belt conveying section 41 uses a conductive conveyor belt, a film or the like may get stuck on conveying surface 49. In addition, in waste belt conveying section 41, removal plate 45 is used so that most of waste belt member D can be peeled off, but the film is thin, is disposed between removal plate 45 and the conveyor belt, and further, a film or the like may enter a gap therebetween. In waste belt conveying section 41, blowing section 41 is provided on a rear surface side of the distal end so that waste belt member D, such as such a film, can be sufficiently peeled off from conveying surface 49 by blowing air onto conveying surface 49.In waste belt transport section 41, since there is no gap due to prevention plate 46, it is possible to prevent waste belt element D from entering the gap between waste belt transport sections 41.

[0021] Here, a correspondence relationship between elements of the present embodiment and elements of the present disclosure will be clarified. Waste belt transport section 41 of the present embodiment corresponds to a waste belt transport section of the present disclosure, and blowing section 42 corresponds to a blowing section. In addition, circulation pipe 43 corresponds to a circulation pipe, blowing port 44 corresponds to a blowing port, removal plate 45 corresponds to a removal plate, and prevention plate 46 corresponds to a prevention plate.

[0022] Waste belt transporting device 40 of the present embodiment described above transports waste belt element D through waste belt transporting section 41 configured to send waste belt element D to the adjacent waste belt transporting device 40 or waste belt collecting section 16. In waste belt transporting device 40, gas such as air is blown in the direction along the transport direction C onto transport surface 49 on the bottom surface side of the end portion on the downstream side in the transport direction C of waste belt transporting section 41, so that waste belt element D is prevented from getting stuck on transport surface 49.Therefore, in the waste belt transport device 40, it is possible to further suppress the movement of the waste belt member D to a place other than the transport path, such as the falling of the waste belt member D from the gap between the waste belt transport devices 40, so that the waste belt member D can be stably transported.

[0023] Additionally, blowing section 42 is provided between waste belt transport section 41 and the adjacent waste belt transport section 41 located below waste belt transport section 41. In waste belt transport device 40, it is possible to prevent waste belt element D from entering between adjacent waste belt transport sections arranged one above the other. Furthermore, blowing section 42 includes circulation pipe 43 arranged on the lower surface side of the transport surface 49 of waste belt transport section 41, which is formed in the direction perpendicular to the transport direction C and circulates gas, and blowing port 44 formed in circulation pipe 43. In waste belt transport device 40, waste belt element D can be transported more stably with a simple configuration of circulation pipe 43 and blowing port 44.Furthermore, waste belt transport device 40 includes removal plate 45 disposed on the undersurface side of the transport surface 49 of the end portion on the downstream side in the transport direction C of waste belt transport section 41 and contacting the transport surface 49 to remove waste belt element D, and prevention plate 46 disposed on the surface side of the transport surface 49 of the end portion on the upstream side in the transport direction C of the adjacent waste belt transport section 41 and contacting the transport surface 49 to prevent waste belt element D from entering. Blowing section 42 is disposed between removal plate and prevention plate 46. In waste belt transport device 40, either removal plate 45 or prevention plate 46 can be used to prevent waste belt element D from entering a place other than the transport path.Blowing section 42 is bonded to removal plate 45 and prevention plate 46 via fastening member 45a or fastening member 46a. Waste belt transport device 40 has a structure in which removal plate 45, blowing section 42, and prevention plate 46 are bonded together, so that it is possible to further prevent the waste belt member from entering a location other than the transport path.

[0024] In addition, the assembly device 15 includes the component supply section 23 that supplies the component P from the belt member T, which accommodates a plurality of components P, the assembly section 30 that accommodates the supplied component P, and the above-described waste belt transport device 40. In the assembly device 15, since the above-described waste belt transport device 40 is provided, the waste belt member D can be stably transported. In addition, in the assembly device 15, it is possible to obtain an effect corresponding to the aspect of the waste belt transport device 40 used.In addition, a plurality of assembly devices 15 are arranged and used in the assembly system 10, which configures the assembly line. The waste belt transport section 41 sends the waste belt element D to the waste belt transport device 40 adjacent to the waste belt element D in the transport direction C, or to the waste belt collection section 16 in a case where a plurality of assembly devices 15 configure the assembly line. In the assembly device 15, the waste belt element D can be stably transported in the assembly line.

[0025] Of course, the present disclosure is not limited to the above-described embodiment in any way, and the present disclosure may be embodied in various aspects as long as the aspects fall within the technical scope of the present disclosure.

[0026] For example, in the above-described embodiment, the blowing section 42 is arranged at a position between the waste belt transporting section 41 and the adjacent waste belt transporting section 41 or the waste belt collecting section 16, but the present disclosure cannot be particularly limited to the positional relationship with the adjacent devices. For example, the blowing section 42 may be arranged on the bottom surface side of the end portion on the downstream side of the transport direction C of the waste belt member D.

[0027] In the above-described embodiment, blowing section 42 includes circulation pipe 43 and blowing port 44, but the present disclosure is not particularly limited to this configuration, as long as blowing section 42 blows air onto conveying surface 49 on the lower surface side. For example, blowing section 42 may include a blowing fan. Even in such a waste belt conveying device 40, it is possible to further suppress the movement of the waste belt member D to a location other than the conveying path, so that the waste belt member D can be stably conveyed.

It is preferable that the waste belt transport device 40 includes the removal plate 45 so that the movement of the waste belt member D to a location other than the transport path can be further suppressed.

[0029] In the above-described embodiment, the description was given that the waste belt transport device 40 includes the prevention plate 46, but the prevention plate 46 need not be provided. Also, in the waste belt transport device 40, since the waste belt member D can be moved by the blowing section 42 to the next waste belt transport section 41 or the waste belt collecting section 16, it is possible to further suppress the movement of the waste belt member D to a location other than the transport path. It is preferable that the waste belt transport device 40 includes the prevention plate 46 so that the movement of the waste belt member D to a location other than the transport path can be further suppressed.

[0030] In the above-described embodiment, the description was given in which the blowing section 42 is bonded to the removal plate 45 or the prevention plate 46 via fixing members 45a and 46a, but the present disclosure is not particularly limited thereto, and the blowing section 42 may not be bonded to the removal plate 45 or the prevention plate 46. Also, in the waste belt conveying device 40, since the waste belt member D can be moved to the next waste belt conveying section 41 or the waste belt collecting section 16 by the blowing section 42, it is possible to further suppress the movement of the waste belt member D to a location other than the conveying path. It is preferable that the waste belt conveying device 40 has a structure in which the removal plate 45 or the prevention plate 46 is bonded, so that the movement of the waste belt member D to a location other than the conveying path can be further suppressed.

[0031] Although not specifically described in the above-described embodiment, waste belt transport device 40 may include an inclination changing mechanism that can change an inclination direction of waste belt transport section 41, drive section 47 may be configured to reversely rotate the conveyor shaft, and blowing section 42 may be configured to be attached to and detached from each end portion of waste belt transport section 41. In assembly system 10, it may be necessary to change the arrangement position or transport direction C of waste belt collecting section 16 in accordance with the arrangement direction or the like. In waste belt transport device 40, the transport direction of waste belt member D can be easily changed.

[0032] In the above-described embodiment, the assembling device 15 including the waste tape transporting device 40 and the assembling device 15 including the waste tape transporting device 40 are described as the assembling system 10, but the present disclosure is not particularly limited thereto, and the waste tape transporting device 40 may be used.
