As used herein, the term "and / or" includes all combinations of one or more of the elements listed. First and second aspects of the present revelation

[0079] The basic design principle and the technical problem to which the present disclosure relates to the adjustment of a seat height adjustment device at different heights on a shoulder strap harness of a baby carrier, which can be selectively connected to a body part to allow adjustment of the seat height and removable replacement of the body part.

[0080] The present disclosure is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings, wherein Fig. 1 to Fig. 8 Illustrate a structure of a baby carrier 1 according to an embodiment of the first aspect of the present disclosure.

[0081] Fig. Figure 1 schematically shows a front view of a baby carrier 1 according to the embodiment of the first aspect of the present disclosure. The baby carrier 1 comprises a shoulder strap assembly 100 (also referred to as a "harness assembly") and a carrying element 200 connected to the shoulder strap assembly 100. It should be noted that "carrying element" here does not mean a "cloth" but also a "carrying part" or a "carrying assembly" consisting of several parts. The shoulder strap assembly 100 can be designed so that a wearer can carry the baby carrier 1 on their body. With reference to Fig. Figure 1 schematically depicts an adult wearing the baby carrier 1, which can be used to carry a child, using dotted lines.

[0082] The shoulder strap assembly 100 comprises a shoulder harness 110 and a waist belt 120. In this embodiment, the shoulder harness 110 consists of two shoulder straps 111, and the waist belt 120 is connected to a lower end (in Fig. (1 not shown) each of the shoulder straps 111 is connected at a waist position of the adult and is fastened to the waist with a clamp. In one example, the two shoulder straps 111 of the shoulder harness 110 can be two separate elements, but the present disclosure is not limited thereto, and the shoulder harness 110 can also be an integrated structure; for example, the two shoulder straps 111 can be connected to each other to form the shoulder harness 110, and then the shoulder harness 110 as a whole (e.g., the lower end) is firmly connected to the waist belt 320.

[0083] The carrier 200 comprises a seat area 210 (also referred to as the "seat section") on which the child can sit, a body section 220 (also referred to as the "torso support") to support the child's body, and thigh support pieces 230. It should be noted that "thigh support piece" does not refer to a "cloth" but can also be described as a "thigh support section." One end of the seat area 210 can be connected to the body section 220 (for example, one end thereof), and the other end of the seat area can be connected to the waist belt 120. The thigh support pieces 230 are arranged on both sides of the seat area 210 to provide support if the child's thighs protrude from the carrier 200. In one example, one end of the thigh support piece 230 is connected to the body piece 220, and the other end of the thigh support piece is connected to the waist belt 120.

[0084] For example, among the in Fig. In the carrying conditions shown in Figure 1, the carrying section 200 is connected to the shoulder strap assembly 100 at the seat carrying area 210 of the lower end and folds upwards, allowing an upper end of the carrying section 200 (i.e., an end of the body section 220 away from the seat carrying area 210) to be firmly connected to an upper end of the shoulder strap assembly 100, for example, the shoulder straps 111 of the shoulder strap assembly 100, via connecting elements such as clamps, magnetic closures, buttons, etc. In this case, a receiving section for carrying the child can be formed between the shoulder strap assembly 100 and the carrying section 200, and the child's thighs can protrude from the baby carrier 1 on both sides of the seat carrying area 210 through the thigh supports 230, thus making the child more comfortable to carry.

[0085] Fig. Figure 2 shows a front view of the baby carrier 1 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure in a first carrying state. In order for the seat (i.e., the position in which the child's hips are received) of the baby carrier 1 of the present disclosure to be used at different heights, the baby carrier 2 can be provided with a first seat height adjustment structure.

[0086] To make the specific structure of the Baby Carrier 1 more visible, it shows Fig. 2, that the connecting link used to connect the upper end of the shoulder strap assembly 100 and the upper end of the body piece 220 of the carrying piece 200 has been opened. The body piece 220 is positioned in a carrying or sitting position of the child, as shown in Fig. 1 shown, converted into a hanging state, i.e. hanging downwards, thereby transforming the interior of the seat support area 210, which is in Fig. 1 was concealed by the body part 220, and the thigh support pieces 230 on both sides of the seat area 210 became visible. In this state, it can be seen that the shoulder strap assembly 100 is provided with a first connecting element 130. According to this embodiment, the first connecting element 130 is positioned on a connecting strap 112 that transversely connects the two shoulder straps 111, for example, approximately parallel to the waist belt 120. In one example, the first connecting element 130 can be arranged in the middle section of the two shoulder straps 111, i.e., at a certain distance from the lower end of the shoulder straps 111, but the present disclosure is not limited to this. According to the present disclosure, the connecting strap 112 not only connects the two shoulder straps 111 but also serves to fix the first connecting element, thereby making the height adjustment device of the present disclosure more compact.Additionally, the connecting strap 112 is a chest piece 112 designed to come into contact with the chest of a child, and the first connecting link 130 is positioned on the chest piece 112.

[0087] According to this embodiment, the first connecting element 130 can take the form of a zipper or other types of connecting elements, such as clips or buttons. The first connecting element 130 is connected to the connecting element 212, which is positioned on the upper side of the seat support area 210 of the support piece 200, thereby forming the first support state, as shown in Fig. Figure 2 shows that in this embodiment, the connecting element 212 is positioned at an edge of the seat support area 210, where it is connected to the first connecting element 130. Similar to the first connecting element 130, the connecting element 212 can also take the form of a zipper or other types of connecting elements, such as clips or buttons.

[0088] According to this embodiment, the first connecting element 130 can be a female zipper strip with a zipper pull, and the connecting element 212 is a male zipper strip adapted to the female zipper strip; alternatively, the first connecting element 130 can be a male zipper strip, and the connecting element 212 is a female zipper strip with a zipper pull adapted to the male zipper strip. Here, the first connecting element 130 and the connecting element 212 are connected by the zipper pull, so that the carrying piece 200 can be firmly connected to the shoulder harness 110.

[0089] According to this embodiment, a shielding piece 131 can be arranged on the outside of the first connecting element 130, above the first connecting element 130. One edge of the shielding piece 131 is attached to the connecting strap 112, while the opposite edge of the shielding piece is a movable edge. By folding over the movable edge, the first connecting element 130 can be covered or exposed. The shielding piece 131 can protect the first connecting element 130 to prevent the child from scratching themselves on elements such as zippers or from experiencing discomfort, and to improve the aesthetics.

[0090] According to this embodiment, the movable edge of the shielding piece 131 is provided with a first fastening element 132, and the connecting strap 112 is provided with a second fastening element 133 corresponding to the first fastening element 132. For example, the first fastening element 132 can be a fuzzy side of a hook-and-loop fastener and the second fastening element 133 a hook side of a hook-and-loop fastener, or the first fastening element 132 is a hook side of a hook-and-loop fastener and the second fastening element 133 is a fuzzy side of a hook-and-loop fastener. Optionally, the first fastening element 132 can be a female buckle and the second fastening element 133 a male buckle; or the first fastening element 132 can be a male buckle and the second fastening element 133 a female buckle.Optionally, the first fastening element 132 is a first magnetic body and the second fastening element 133 is a second magnetic body that is magnetically attracted to the first magnetic body.

[0091] Fig. Figure 3 shows a front view of the baby carrier 1 according to an embodiment of the first aspect of the present disclosure in a first carrying state. Fig. Figure 3 shows a state in which the shielding piece 131 is made of Fig. 2 shields the first connecting link 130.

[0092] Fig. Figure 4 shows a front view of the baby carrier 1 according to an embodiment of the first aspect of the present disclosure in a second carrying state. As can be seen from the Fig. As can be seen in the second wearing state shown in Figure 4, a second connecting element 140 can be arranged below the first connecting element 130 at the lower ends of the shoulder straps 111 of the shoulder harness 110, with the second connecting element 140 being positioned at a connection area of the shoulder harness to the waist belt 120. According to this embodiment, a connecting element 212 is positioned at an edge of the seat carrying area 210, which is connected to the second connecting element 140. However, the present disclosure is not limited to this, and the second connecting element 140 can also be arranged at a position above the lower end of the shoulder straps 111, as long as it is separated from the first connecting element 130 by a certain distance. It is understood that in other embodiments a third connecting element and / or a fourth connecting element may be arranged between the first connecting element 130 and the second connecting element 140 in order to increase the number of height positions to which the seat can be adjusted.

[0093] According to this embodiment, the second connecting element 140 can be a female zipper strip with a zipper pull, and the connecting element 212 can be a male zipper strip adapted to the female zipper strip; alternatively, the second connecting element 140 can be a male zipper strip, and the connecting element 212 is a female zipper strip with a zipper pull adapted to the male zipper strip. Here, the second connecting element 140 and the connecting element 212 are joined to each other by the zipper pull, so that the seat area 210 of the support piece 200 is firmly connected to the lower edge of the waist belt 120.In this case, with the same seating area of 210 for carrying the child seat part, the space for carrying the child is increased so that the height and width of the harness seat can be adapted to larger children or the children are offered more freedom of movement.

[0094] Out of Fig. Figure 4 also shows that, according to this embodiment, the seat support area 210 is symmetrically provided with lateral connecting ends 211 on both sides, the lateral connecting ends 211 on both sides can each be connected to the thigh support pieces 230 on the corresponding side, and the thigh support pieces have a first opening 233 and a second opening 234, each formed between the thigh support pieces 230 and the seat support area 210. For example, the lateral connecting ends 211 can each be inserted into the thigh support pieces 230 on the corresponding side and connected to them. In particular, the lateral connecting end 211 is formed by a portion of the lateral edge of the seat support area 210.The first opening 233 and the second opening 234 allow the thigh support piece 230, which has a rigid plate or other elastic filling material inside, to deform and shift moderately after the child sits down, thus effectively improving the child's carrying comfort.

[0095] Fig. Figure 5 shows an exploded view of the front view of the baby carrier 1 according to an embodiment of the first aspect of the present disclosure. Fig. Figure 5 shows the shoulder harness 110 and the waist belt 120, which together form the shoulder harness assembly 100. The shoulder straps 111 extend from one side of the waist belt 120 and are attached to the connection 121 on the shoulder harness 110. This connection 121 can be secured by any fastening method, such as embroidery or sewing. For example, the second connecting link 140 is located near the connection 121 on the waist belt 120. The connecting strap 112 is located at the upper edge of the waist belt 120, the first connecting link 130 is located on the connecting strap 112, and the shielding piece 131, the first fastening link 132, and the second fastening link 133 can also be arranged if required (see description in [reference]). Fig. 2).

[0096] According to this embodiment, the support element 200 is separate from the shoulder strap assembly 100, and a connecting element 212 in the form of a zipper is provided at the upper edge of the seat support area 210. The zipper head can be arranged on the connecting element 212 such that it is connected to the first connecting element 130 and the second connecting element 140, respectively. It is understood that the seat height adjustment device (i.e., the first seat height adjustment device) according to one embodiment of the present disclosure has a "first connecting element 130" and a "second connecting element 140" and / or other connecting elements arranged between the first connecting element 130 and the second connecting element 140, so that the connecting element 212 can be connected to the connecting elements at different positions, thereby allowing the seat of the baby carrier 2 to be adjusted to different heights.

[0097] Fig. Figure 6 shows a schematic rear view of the baby carrier 1 according to an embodiment of the first aspect of the present disclosure. Fig. Figure 6 shows the opposite side of Fig. 5, wherein the waist belt 120 conceals and makes invisible the shoulder straps 111 running towards the rear.

[0098] Fig. Figure 7 shows a partial front view of a seat according to an embodiment of the first aspect of the present disclosure. Fig. Figure 8 shows a partial rear view of the seat according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, and Fig. Figure 8 shows a contrasting view of Fig. 7. In Fig. 7 The shoulder yoke 111 is arranged crossing the waist belt 120, and the connecting element 212 is connected to the second connecting element 140 on the underside of the waist belt 120. According to this embodiment, thigh support pieces 230 are arranged on both sides of the seat support area 210, each of the thigh support pieces 230 being provided with a rigid plate or other elastic filling materials. As in Fig. 7 and Fig. As shown in Figure 8, a first connecting end 231 of the thigh support piece 230 is connected to a lateral edge 240 of the support piece 200 and forms a first opening 233 with the seat support area 210, while the second connecting end 232 is connected to the connecting element 212 and / or the lateral edge 240 of the support piece 200 and forms a second opening 234 with the seat support area 210. For example, both the first connecting end 231 and the second connecting end 232 are sewn to the lateral edge 240 of the support piece 200 and to the connecting element 212, respectively. In this embodiment, the first connecting end 231 can be combined with the body piece 220 and sewn to the thigh support piece 230, and the second connecting end 232 is sewn to the connecting element 212. According to this embodiment, the second connecting end 232 covers at least part of the second opening 234.

[0099] According to this embodiment, the first opening 233 is larger than the second opening 234, but the present disclosure is not limited to this. By designing the first opening 233 to be larger than the second opening 234, the deformation of the seat area 210 at the first opening 233 can be greater than at the second opening 234, so that when the child sits facing the wearer of the baby carrier 1, the thighs can better form an M-shape to improve the comfort of the child sitting in the baby carrier 1.

[0100] According to this embodiment, the seat support area 210 is formed with a lateral connecting end 211, and the lateral connecting end 211 is attached to a central section of the thigh support piece 230. The lateral connecting end 211 is formed with a first arcuate part 241, which is located far from the connecting member 212, and the first arcuate part 241 and the thigh support pieces 230 form the first opening 233. The lateral connecting end 211 is formed with a second arcuate part 242 near the connecting member 212, and the second arcuate part 242 and the thigh support pieces 230 form a second opening 234.In one example, the thigh support piece 230 can be arranged along the first arcuate part 241 and the second arcuate part 242 to cover the first opening 233 and the second opening 234, thereby ensuring the integrity and aesthetic appeal of the design while also guaranteeing the structural integrity of the first opening 233 and the second opening 234. The arc length of the first arcuate part 241 is greater than the arc length of the second arcuate part 242, making the structure of the seat carrying area 210 more ergonomic and comfortable for the child being carried, according to the first aspect of this disclosure.

[0101] Fig. Figure 9 shows a front view of a baby carrier 1 according to a further embodiment of the first aspect of the present disclosure in a second carrying state. According to this embodiment, the waist belt 120 shields the rearward-extending shoulder straps 111 and makes the shoulder straps invisible, and an upper end of the seat carrying area 210, which is connected to the thigh support piece 230, is also shielded by the waist belt 120, and the upper end is connected to the two shoulder straps 111 of the shoulder harness 110 or to the waist belt 120.

[0102] According to this embodiment, the chest piece 112 is spaced apart from the waist belt 120 in the middle region between the two shoulder straps 111, and the chest piece 112 is configured to rest against the child's chest and also serves as a connecting strap to join the two shoulder straps 111, thus making the garment more stable. In one example, a first connecting element 130, for instance in the form of a female zipper with a zipper head or a female zipper end, is arranged at the lower end of the chest piece 112, and a connecting element 150, for instance in the form of a male zipper corresponding to the female zipper, is arranged at the upper end of the waist belt 120.In the second carrying position, the connecting link 150 and the first connecting link 130 are separated from each other, so that the waist belt 120 and the seat carrying area 210 are separated from the chest piece 112, thereby widening the seating area above the seat carrying area 210 for the large child.

[0103] Fig. Figure 10 shows a front view of the baby carrier 1 according to a further embodiment of the first aspect of the present disclosure in a first carrying state. According to this embodiment, the waist belt 120 together with the seat carrying area 210 is pulled close to the chest piece 112, so that the connecting element 150 on the waist belt 120 is connected to the first connecting element 130 on the chest piece 112, for example by the female zipper strip and the male zipper strip engaging each other, thereby reducing the seating space above the seat carrying area 210 for the small child.

[0104] Fig. Figure 11 shows a partial front view of the baby carrier 1 in its second carrying position. Fig. 9, to allow a clearer view of the first connecting link 130 on the chest piece 112, for example the female zipper placket with the zipper pull, and the connecting link 150, for example the male zipper placket, on the waist belt 120 or at the sewn joint between the waist belt 120 and the shoulder support 111. In addition, as indicated by the dotted lines in Fig. As shown in Figure 11, the male zipper can be positioned alternatively on the shoulder support 111 or the waist belt 120 to allow for easy adjustment to different body sizes. The male zipper can be positioned not only on the top of the waist belt 120, but also between the top and bottom of the waist belt 120. The zipper head of the female zipper at the lower end of the chest piece 112 can be easily engaged with the male zipper and pulled, thus bringing the baby carrier 1 into its first carrying position, as shown in Figure 11. Fig. Figure 10 shows. According to the present disclosure, the male zipper strip can also be arranged on the chest piece 112, and the female zipper strip can be arranged on the waist belt 120, for example on the top of the waist belt 120.

[0105] Fig. Figure 12 shows a front view of the baby carrier 1 according to a further embodiment of the first aspect of the present disclosure in a second carrying state. Fig. Figure 12 is a front view of an opposite side of the baby carrier 1. Fig. 9. The shoulder straps 111 partially cover the chest piece 112 on the back, so that only a portion of the first connecting link 130 is visible in the middle of the lower end of the chest piece 112. In this embodiment, the connecting link 150 is separated from the first connecting link 130 and is partially concealed by the shoulder straps 111. In the second carrying position, the seat area 210 and the body piece 220 are located below the seat area in a lower position, thus providing more seating space when carrying the child.

[0106] Fig. Figure 13 shows a front view of the baby carrier 1 according to a further embodiment of the first aspect of the present disclosure in the first carrying state. According to this embodiment, the connecting element 150 is connected to the first connecting element 130, and the two shoulder straps 111 are flexibly deformed between the chest piece 112 and the waist belt 120, for example, projecting outwards, as shown in the figure, so that the length of each of the shoulder straps 111 is shortened. Therefore, the position of the seat carrying area 210 and the body piece 220 under the seat carrying area is higher than in Fig. 12 is shown, which provides a smaller seating area for the small child.

[0107] Fig. Figure 14 shows an exploded view of a baby carrier 1 according to a further embodiment of the first aspect of the present disclosure. Fig. Figure 14 shows the two shoulder straps 111 and the waist belt 120, which together form the shoulder strap assembly 100. The shoulder straps 111 extend from one side of the waist belt 120 and are firmly connected to each other at a joint between the waist belt 120 and the shoulder straps 111. The connection can be made by any fastening method, such as embroidery or sewing.

[0108] As in Fig. As shown in 14, a connecting element 150 (see embodiment in Fig. 11) provided on an invisible back side of the waist belt 120, and a first connecting link 130 is arranged on the chest piece 112. The first connecting link 130 and the connecting link 150 are in a separate state, so that the baby carrier 1 is in the second carrying state.

[0109] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 14, the carrying piece 200 can be detachably connected to the shoulder harness 110 or the waist belt 120 near the junction between the waist belt 120 and the shoulder straps 111 on the front of the waist belt 120 via connecting devices 160, 213. The connecting devices 160, 213 are, for example, a male zipper strip 160 and a female zipper strip 213 with a zipper head adapted to it, wherein the female zipper strip 213 is positioned at an edge of the seat carrying area 210 that is connected to the shoulder strap assembly 100, and the male zipper strip 160 is positioned on the waist belt 120 or on the shoulder harness 110, for example at the junction between the waist belt 120 and the shoulder harness 110. The connecting devices 160, 213 can also be buttons, clips, etc.The carrying piece 200 can also be permanently attached to the shoulder harness 110 or the waist belt 120, for example by sewing.

[0110] The Fig. 15 and Fig. Figure 16 shows front views of the baby carrier 1 according to a further embodiment of the first aspect of the present disclosure in the second carrying state.

[0111] In this embodiment, the breast piece 112 has an intermediate layer structure, consisting, for example, of two or more layers of fabric, and the intermediate layer is, for example, in the form of a pocket with a downward-facing opening. An extension piece 170 folded into the intermediate layer is arranged at a lower edge of the breast piece 112, and the first connecting element 130, for example, a female zipper strip with a zipper pull, is positioned on the extension piece 170. According to this embodiment, the extension piece 170 extends, for example, from a lower edge of the outer fabric, for example, the one in Fig. 15 visible connecting part 180, downwards. The extension piece 170 can also extend from the lower edge of a in Fig. 15 extend downwards from the lower edges of both the inner and outer fabrics, or from the inner fabrics concealed by an outer fabric.

[0112] Furthermore, the extension piece 170 can be configured with a third fastening element 171. As in Fig. As can be seen at the raised corner of extension piece 170 (15), the third fastening element 171 is visible on the back. After folding the extension piece 170 into the intermediate layer, it is secured by the third fastening element 171. The third fastening element 171 can be a hook-and-loop fastener, a buckle fastener, or a magnetic fastener.

[0113] According to this embodiment, the third fastening element 171, after being folded into the intermediate layer, can interact with the corresponding fastening element on the inside of the outer fabric, so that the extension piece 170, together with the first connecting element 130, can be easily accommodated in an intermediate layer pocket of the chest piece 112. In this context, with reference to Fig. 16, the extension piece 170, as shown in dashed lines, together with the first connecting link 130, is folded inwards from the area around the connecting link 180 and placed in the intermediate layer pocket of the chest piece 112. This ensures that, in the second wearing position, the unused first connecting link 130 does not impair the child's comfort and is properly stored. When the first wearing position is required, the extension piece 170, together with the first connecting link 130, is first folded out of the intermediate layer, and then the first connecting link 130 is connected to the connecting link 150, as shown, for example, in Fig. 10 shown.

[0114] According to this embodiment, the carrying piece 200 can be separated from the shoulder strap assembly 100, allowing for easy replacement of either the carrying piece 200 or the shoulder strap assembly 100. The advantageous technical effect of this disclosure is that by arranging the seat height adjustment device, such as the zipper device, at different heights on the shoulder strap harness 110, in order to be selectively connected to the carrying piece 200 and / or the shoulder strap harness 110 or the waist belt 120 of the shoulder strap assembly 100, the seat height can be adjusted to accommodate children of different heights. Furthermore, the carrying piece 200 is designed as a detachable structure, which facilitates its combination with carrying pieces suitable for different seasons and meets a variety of requirements.

[0115] Furthermore, a second aspect of the present disclosure also provides for a baby carrier 2. With reference to the Fig. 17 to 20 shows Fig. 17 a front view of the baby carrier 2 according to a first embodiment of the second aspect of the present disclosure; The Fig. 18 and Fig. 19 show partial views of the in Fig. 17 baby carrier 2 shown, in which the first height adjustment element 510 and the second height adjustment element 520 are each in different states; and Fig. Figure 20 shows a partial view of the baby carrier 2 according to a second embodiment of the second aspect. It should be noted that the baby carrier 2 of the present disclosure has a state of use in which the child is seated and a state of non-use in which the child is not seated. Fig. Figure 17 shows the unused state of baby carrier 2. Although the "used state" is not shown in the illustration, it should be understood by Fig. 17. It should be understood how the baby carrier 2 appears in its used state.

[0116] Similar to the previous embodiments, the baby carrier 2 can comprise a shoulder strap assembly 300 and a carrying piece 400 connected to the shoulder strap assembly 300. As in the Fig. 17 and Fig. As shown in Figure 18, the shoulder strap assembly 300 enables a wearer to put the baby carrier 2 on their body. In particular, the shoulder strap assembly 300 can comprise a shoulder harness 310 and a waist belt 320. The waist belt 320 can be attached to the wearer's waist. For example, the two ends of the waist belt 320 can be connected to each other by clamps, buckles, hook-and-loop fasteners, etc., to encircle and secure the wearer's waist. One end of the shoulder harness 310 is, for example, connected to the waist belt 320 by sewing, etc. However, the present disclosure is not limited to this, and the shoulder harness 310 can also be connected to the waist belt 320 by a detachable connection.

[0117] In one example, the shoulder harness 310 can comprise two shoulder straps 311, and one end (such as a lower end) of each of the shoulder straps 311 is rigidly connected to the waist belt 320. However, the present disclosure is not limited to this, and the shoulder harness 310 can also be an integrated structure, for example, the two shoulder straps 311 are connected to each other, and the lower end of the shoulder harness 310 as a whole is rigidly connected to the waist belt 320.

[0118] With reference to the Fig. 17 and Fig. 18. The carrier piece 400 can comprise a seat carrier area 410, a body piece 420, and thigh support pieces 430. The seat carrier area 410 extends along a transverse direction D2 of the baby carrier 2 to form a seat for a child being carried and serves to support the child's hips. One end of the seat carrier area 410 is connected to the body piece 420, and the other end of the seat carrier area 410 is connected, for example, by sewing to the waist belt 320. The body piece 420 can also be referred to as a "torso support," configured to hold the body of a child. When the baby carrier 2 is in the state of use (i.e., being put on), as in Fig. As shown in Figure 17, the other end of the body piece 420 can be detachably connected to the upper end of the shoulder strap assembly 300 (e.g., the shoulder strap harness 310) by clamping, snapping, buttons, etc., so that at least part of the carrying piece 400 can be folded upwards (see Figure 17). Fig. ) to create a receiving area for carrying the child.

[0119] In one example, the seat support area 410 and / or the body piece 420 may be made of fabrics with properties such as waterproofness and breathability, but the present disclosure is not limited thereto. In other examples, the seat support area 410 and / or the body piece 420 may also use mesh fabric (i.e., material with a net pattern) to improve breathability and elasticity and to reduce weight. Optionally, the seat support area 410 and the body piece 420 may be made of the same material or of different materials. Furthermore, the seat support area 410 may be permanently attached to the body piece 420, for example, by sewing, etc. Optionally or alternatively, the seat support area 410 may be formed integrally with the body piece 420, for example, from the same material in one piece.

[0120] In this embodiment, the thigh support pieces 430 can be arranged on both sides of the seat support area 410. In particular, one end (for example, a first connecting end 431) of the thigh support piece 430 is connected to the body piece 420, and the other end (for example, a second connecting end 432) of the thigh support piece 430 is connected to the waist belt 320. An opening is formed between the thigh support piece 430 and the seat support area 410 to provide a deformation space for the seat support area 410 when a child is seated. The other specific structures of the support piece 400 relate to the embodiments of the first aspect mentioned above and are not repeated here.

[0121] In this embodiment, as in the Fig. 18 and Fig. As shown in Figure 19, the baby carrier 2 can also be equipped with a second seat height adjustment device. The second seat height adjustment device can comprise a first height adjustment element 510 and a second height adjustment element 520. In one example, the first height adjustment element 510 is located on the seat carrying area 410, and the second height adjustment element 520 is located on the waist belt 320 and can be connected to and detached from the corresponding first height adjustment element 510, so that when the first height adjustment element 510 is connected to the second height adjustment element 520, the size of the area of the seat carrying area 410 for carrying the child (i.e., the seat area) in the longitudinal direction D1 and / or the length of the body part 420 in the longitudinal direction D1 are reduced. In other words, when the baby carrier 2 is in use according to Figure 19, the size of the seat carrying area 410 (i.e., the seat area) is reduced in the longitudinal direction D1. Fig. When the first height adjustment link 510 is located at 17 and the second height adjustment link 520 is engaged, the height of the seat carrying area 410 (i.e. the seat area) is raised upwards, thereby adjusting the height of the seat of the baby carrier 2.

[0122] In another example, the first height adjustment element 510 can also be arranged at a connection between the body part 420 and the seat support area 410, or on the body part 420 and near the connection. Optionally or alternatively, the second height adjustment element 520 can also be arranged in the seat support area 410 and be located in a different position in the longitudinal direction D1 than the first height adjustment element 510, but the present disclosure is not limited to this.

[0123] In particular, as in the Fig. 18 and Fig. As shown in Figure 19, the first height adjustment element 510 is a connecting buckle, for example a button. In an example, as in Fig. 20 and Fig. As shown in Figure 21, the first height adjustment element 510 is connected to the seat support area 410 or the body part 420 via two connection points in the longitudinal direction D1, and the two connection points are roughly aligned in the longitudinal direction D1 so that the first height adjustment element 510 can be more easily shielded in the transverse direction D2 by the flap part, thereby improving the aesthetics of the product. The second height adjustment element 520 can be designed as a ring, for example, as a fabric ring. However, the present disclosure is not limited to this, and the first height adjustment element 510 and the second height adjustment element 520 can also be designed as interconnected hook and ring components, buckle components, straps, etc.

[0124] In this embodiment, where the first height adjustment element 510 is taken as a button and the second height adjustment element 520 as a fabric ring, the fabric ring can be fixedly arranged on or near the upper end of the waist belt 320; for example, one end of the fabric ring can be attached to the waist belt 320 by sewing (the first attachment point P1, as in Fig. 18 shown). Optionally, as shown in the Fig. 18 and Fig. Figure 19 shows that a seam line for attaching the fabric ring (i.e., the seam line corresponding to the first attachment point P1) is spaced apart from the connection (e.g., the intermediate seam line) between the upper edge of the waist belt 320 and / or the seat carrying area 410 and the waist belt 320, i.e., they do not overlap, but this disclosure is not limited to this.

[0125] In a second embodiment of this aspect, the second height adjustment element 520 can be connected to the waist belt 320 via at least two attachment points. In particular, as shown in Fig. Figure 20 shows that the second height adjustment element 520 (using the example of a “fabric loop”) is attached to the waist belt 320 via the first attachment point P1 and the second attachment point P2, wherein the first attachment point P1 is similar to that in the previous embodiments and the second attachment point P2 can be arranged in the middle of the fabric loop (e.g., according to another seam line spaced away from the first attachment point P1), so that the second height adjustment element 520 can be attached to the waist belt 320 more stably and securely.

[0126] The arrangement of the second seat height adjustment device, i.e., the interaction of the first height adjustment element 510 with the second height adjustment element 520, allows for further adjustment of the seat height of the baby carrier 2, particularly enabling adjustment even while the baby carrier 2 is being worn. Specifically, the second height adjustment element 520 is located on the waist belt 320, for example, near its upper end. This makes the overall structure of the second seat height adjustment device more stable, providing more secure support and a clearer indication function (the wearer can more easily understand that the second height adjustment element 520 is a height adjustment device), thus preventing misuse.

[0127] Furthermore, when the Baby Carrier 2 is in use and a child is seated in it (i.e., when the Baby Carrier 2 is in use), regardless of whether the first height adjustment link 510 is connected to the second height adjustment link 520, the second height adjustment link 520 can be blocked by the child's hip (i.e., the seat area 410) when viewed from the front-back direction of the wearer, thus improving the appearance of the Baby Carrier 2. Additionally, the position of the first height adjustment link 510 in the longitudinal direction D1 can also be configured so that the first height adjustment link 510 can be blocked by the child's hip when viewed from the front-back direction of the wearer, regardless of whether the first height adjustment link 510 is connected to the second height adjustment link 520 or not.

[0128] In one example, the thigh support pieces 430 can comprise a flap section 4302. With reference to the Fig. 17 to 19, the flap section 4302 can be configured to extend at least partially inwards from the connection between the seat area 410 and the thigh support pieces 430, so that the first height adjustment element 510, regardless of whether it is connected to the second height adjustment element 520 or not, can be at least partially shielded in the transverse direction D2 to maintain aesthetics. Optionally, the thigh support pieces 430 are connected via the flap section 4302 in the longitudinal direction D1 of the baby carrier 2 to the waist belt 320 and the body piece 420, respectively; that is, one end (i.e., the first connecting end 431) of the flap section 4302 is connected in the longitudinal direction D1 to the body piece 420, and the other end (i.e., the second connecting end 432) of the flap section 4302 is connected in the longitudinal direction D1 to the waist belt 320.

[0129] Furthermore, the thigh support pieces 430, as in Fig. 18 shown, further comprising thigh support body parts 4301, and the thigh support body parts 4301 can extend transversely (i.e. towards D2) outwards from the flap part 4302 to support the thighs of the child sitting in the baby carrier 2.

[0130] It should be noted that, although not explicitly described, it is to be understood that the various embodiments of the second aspect of the present disclosure can also be combined with, or alternatively used with, the structures of the above-mentioned first aspect, for example with the first seat height adjustment structure, which consists of the first connecting element 130 and the second connecting element 140, etc., the further details of which are not repeated here.

[0131] The structure of a support element 400 is described in detail in connection with specific embodiments. With reference to the Fig. 21 and Fig. Figure 22 shows specific structures of the support piece 400 according to two embodiments of the second aspect of the present disclosure.

[0132] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 21, the support element 400 of this embodiment, similar to the previous embodiments, can comprise a seat support area 410, a body support 420, and thigh support elements 430. The seat support area 410 forms a seat on which the child can sit. One end of the seat support area 410 is connected to the body support 420, and the other end of the seat support area 410 is connected to the waist belt 320. The thigh support elements 430 are arranged on both sides of the seat support area 410. One end (i.e., a first connecting end) of the thigh support element 430 is connected to the body support 420 and / or the seat support area 410 (e.g., a side edge), and the other end (i.e., a second connecting end) of the thigh support element 430 is connected to the waist belt 320.In particular, part of the thigh support piece 430 is connected to the seat carrying area 410 and / or the body piece 420 and forms a first opening 433 and a second opening 434 with the seat carrying area 410 to create a deformation space for the seat carrying area 410 when a child is sitting in the baby carrier 2.

[0133] In particular, in this embodiment, the seat carrying area 410 can include a hip support body part 411 extending along a transverse direction D2 of the baby carrier 2. The hip support body part 411 extends from the waist belt 320 to the body part 420 in the longitudinal direction D1, i.e., one end of the hip support body part 411 is connected to the waist belt 320 and the other end of the hip support body part 411 is connected to the body part 420. Optionally, the hip support body part 411 is arranged in a substantially central position of the seat carrying area 410 in the transverse direction D2. In an example, as shown in Fig. As shown in Figure 21, the transverse width of an end of the hip support body section 411 near the waist belt 320 is smaller than the transverse width of an end near the body section 420; that is, the end of the hip support body section 411 near the waist belt 320 can be narrower, and the end near the body section 430 can be wider. When a child sits facing the wearer and within the intake area of the baby carrier, the child's thighs must be spread further apart to form a distinct "M" shape. Because of this design, the portion of the main hip support body 411 in which the child sits is wider, thus allowing for greater deformation. An older child (e.g., over six months old) typically sits with their back to the wearer in the baby carrier, so their thighs can be extended more naturally. Therefore, the seating area on the main hip support body 411 is narrower to prevent the child's hip from sinking in too much when sitting with its back to the wearer.

[0134] Furthermore, the seat support area 410 can include additional hip support connection parts 412. The hip support body part 411 and the hip support connection part 412 are connected to each other, for example, by a seam line L13 and / or a seam line L14, as shown in Fig. Figure 21 shows that one end of the hip support connecting part 412 is connected to the waist belt 320, and the other end of the hip support connecting part 412 extends along at least one part of the hip support body part 411 in the longitudinal direction D1 and optionally extends to a longitudinal central part of the hip support body part 411. At least one part of the thigh support piece 430 between the two connecting ends is connected to the seat support area 410 via the hip support connecting part 412.

[0135] In one example, the hip support connector 412 can be configured as a reinforcing element (also referred to as the "first reinforcing element") arranged on the hip support body part 411 to increase the strength of the materials on both sides of the seat support area 410 and / or to improve the connection strength between the seat support area 410 and the thigh support pieces 430. The strength of the hip support connector 412 can be greater than the strength of the hip support body part 411. Optionally, the thickness of the hip support connector 412 can be greater than the thickness of the hip support body part 411. Optionally or alternatively, the strength of the material of the hip support connector 412 is greater than the strength of the material of the hip support body part 411.

[0136] Furthermore, the elasticity of the hip support body part 411 can be greater than the elasticity of the hip support connecting part 412. That is, an area of the seat carrying area 410 where the reinforcing element (i.e., the hip support connecting part 412) is not located can have greater extensibility, allowing the seat carrying area 410 to expand further near the body part 420. This is advantageous for the child in achieving a better M-thigh effect when seated facing the wearer. In an optional example, the hip support body part 411 and the hip support connecting part 412 can be made of the same material but with different thicknesses. However, the present disclosure is not limited to this, and the hip support body part 411 and the hip support connecting part 412 can also be made of different materials.

[0137] In a concrete example, as in Fig. As shown in Figure 21, an outer area of the seat carrying area 410, corresponding to the hip support connecting part 412 (where "outer" refers to a side of the baby carrier 2 that is away from its receiving area when worn), is provided with a first height adjustment link 510, and accordingly, the waist belt 320 is provided with a second height adjustment link (in Fig. 21 not shown, see Fig. 18 and Fig. 19) Similar to the previous embodiments, the first height adjustment element 510 and the second height adjustment element 520 can be connected to each other to shorten the length of the seat support area 410 and / or the body part 420 in the longitudinal direction D1 and thereby adjust the height of the seat of the shoulder harness.

[0138] In particular, as in Fig. As shown in Figure 21, at least a portion of each thigh support piece 430 is connected between the two connecting ends (i.e., the first connecting end and the second connecting end) to the seat support connecting piece 412 via the hip support connecting piece 412. In one example, the thigh support piece 430 comprises a thigh support body part 4301 and a flap part 4302. The thigh support body part 4301 is configured to provide support for a child's thighs. The flap part 4302 can be configured to extend at least partially from the connection between the seat support area 410 and the thigh support pieces 430 to the inner side in the transverse direction D2. One end of the flap part 4302 in the longitudinal direction D1 is connected to the body part 420, and the other end of the flap part 4302 in the longitudinal direction D1 is connected to the waist belt 320.Optionally, the thigh support body part 4301 is positioned outside the flap part 4302 in the transverse direction D2 and extends outwards.

[0139] Furthermore, as in Fig. As shown in Figure 21, the thigh support piece 430 is provided with a first seam line L11, which divides the thigh support piece 430 into a thigh support body part 4301 and a flap part 4302. Optionally, the first seam line L11 is a curve in the longitudinal direction D1 with a section bent transversely inwards in the middle. Optionally, the seam line L13 (here referred to as the third seam line and also used as the enclosing line of the hip support connecting part 412) can overlap at least partially with the first seam line L11 to connect the hip support body part 411 and the hip support connecting part 412.

[0140] Furthermore, the thigh support pieces 430 can also be provided with a second suture line L12, which extends at least partially parallel to the first suture line L11 and is positioned transversely inside or outside the first suture line L11. As in Fig. As shown in Figure 21, the first seam line L11 and the second seam line L12 define a buffer connection area 4303, which is positioned in the transverse direction D2 between the flap part 4302 and the thigh support body part 4301. Optionally, the seat support area 410 (in particular the hip support connection part 412) can be connected to the thigh support pieces 430 via a part of the second seam line L12.

[0141] By arranging two parallel seam lines, i.e., the first seam line L11 and the second seam line L12, the process stability of the baby carrier can be improved, and the strength of the thigh support pieces 430 themselves, in particular the connection strength between the thigh support body part 4301 and the flap part 4302, can be increased. Furthermore, the buffer connection area 4303 can form a connection buffer between the flap part 4302 and the thigh support body part 4301, which have different thicknesses, so that the thigh support body part 4301 can provide better upward support force when subjected to downward pressure, and the thigh support piece 430 can support the child's thighs more stably.

[0142] In one example, the thickness of the thigh support body part 4301 can be greater than the thickness of the buffer connection area, and the thickness of the buffer connection area is greater than the thickness of the flap part 4302. Additionally or optionally, the thickness of the flap part 4302 can be greater than the thickness of the seat support area 410.

[0143] Referring to Fig. Figure 22 shows a partial view of a baby carrier according to a further embodiment.

[0144] Similar to the previous embodiments, the support element 400 of this embodiment can comprise a seat support area 410, a body part 420, and thigh support elements 430. The seat support area 410 can comprise a hip support body part 411 and a hip support connecting part 412. The hip support body part 411 and the hip support connecting part 412 can, for example, be subdivided by seam lines L26, similar to L14 in the previous embodiments. The thigh support elements 430 are arranged on both sides of the seat support area 410 and connected between the waist belt 320 and the body part 420. The thigh support element 430 is provided with a first seam line L21 (similar to L11 in the previous embodiments) to subdivide it into a thigh support body part 4301 and a flap part 4302.

[0145] Optional, as in Fig. As shown in Figure 22, the thigh support piece 430 is also provided with a second seam line L22. The hip support connecting part 412 of the seat support area 410 is connected to the thigh support pieces 430, in particular to the thigh support body part 4301 and / or the flap part 4302, for example by the second seam line L22. In this embodiment, the first seam line L21 can coincide with the second seam line L22. However, the present disclosure is not limited to this, and the first seam line L21 does not have to overlap with the second seam line L22; for example, the second seam line L22 can lie within the first seam line L21. In this embodiment, both ends of the second seam line L22 do not extend longitudinally to an edge of the hip support connecting part 412. In other embodiments, both ends of the second seam line L22 may extend longitudinally to the edge of the hip support connecting part 412.

[0146] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 22, a third seam line L23 in the seat support area 410 can be configured as an edging line for the hip support connection part 412, and optionally the third seam line L23 can also reinforce the connection between the hip support connection part 412 and the thigh support part 430.

[0147] In this embodiment, a central longitudinal section of the hip support connecting part 412 can project transversely outwards to better shape the seat carrying area 410 into a pocket, thus creating a three-dimensional pocket that facilitates the formation of an M-thigh configuration for the child's thighs while seated. However, the present disclosure is not limited to this, and the hip support body part 411 need not necessarily be shaped into a pocket; it is only required that the elasticity of the hip support body part 411 be sufficient.

[0148] In one example, the hip support body piece 411 may be narrower near the waist belt 320 and wider near the body piece 430. This is because, when the child is facing the wearer and sitting in the carrier's pouch, the child's thighs need to be spread further apart to form a distinct M-shaped leg. This design ensures that the portion of the hip support body piece 411 where the child's hips sit (i.e., a seat area) is relatively wide, allowing for greater deformation. Older children (e.g., over six months old) typically sit with their backs to the wearer in the carrier, allowing their thighs to be more naturally extended. Therefore, the seat area on the hip support body piece 411 is narrower to prevent the child's hips from sinking in too much when sitting with their backs to the wearer.

[0149] Optionally, the hip support connecting part 412 can be additionally provided with a fourth seam line L24, which serves to additionally attach the hip support connecting part 412 to the hip support body part 411 in order to prevent the hip support connecting part 412 from shrinking too much in a non-use state, and / or to support the connection of the hip support connecting part 412 with the flap part 4302 in order to make the connection between the seat support area 410 and the thigh support piece 430 more stable.

[0150] Optionally or alternatively, a second reinforcing element 4111 can also be installed on a front side (opposite the one in Fig. The second reinforcing element can be positioned near the waist belt 320 on the hip support body part 411 and, for example, via the fifth seam line L15 (see Figure 22). Fig. 21) and L25 (see Fig. 22) be firmly connected to improve the overall stability of the Baby Carrier 2.

[0151] In this embodiment, the thigh support piece 430 is thicker than the seat support area 410. Optionally, the thickness of the thigh support body part 4301 is greater than the thickness of the flap part 4302, for example, by filling more foam into the thigh support body part 4301. Optionally, the thickness of the flap part 4302 is greater than the thickness of the hip support connecting part 412. Optionally or alternatively, the thickness of the hip support connecting part 412 can be greater than the thickness of the hip support body part 411. By gradually changing the thickness of the areas, the thigh of the child being carried can be better shaped.

[0152] Furthermore, the strength of the hip support connecting part 412 is greater than the strength of the hip support body part 411 and / or the elasticity of the hip support body part 411 is greater than the elasticity of the hip support connecting part 412, but the present disclosure is not limited thereto. A third aspect of the present revelation

[0153] The third aspect of this revelation concerns a baby carrier. As in Fig. 23 to Fig. As shown in Figure 25, the baby carrier comprises a waist belt A1, a shoulder strap A2, and a child support A3, each connected to the waist belt A1 and the shoulder strap A2, respectively. The shoulder strap A2 is positioned approximately lengthwise along the child support A3. One side of the child support A3 is connected to the waist belt A1, and the other side of the child support A3, away from the waist belt A1, is either detachably or permanently connected to the shoulder strap A2. That is, the top of the child support A3 is connected to the shoulder strap A2, and the bottom of the child support A3 is connected to the waist belt A1. In this embodiment, the top of the child support A3 is detachably connected to the shoulder strap A2 via a connecting element (e.g., a buckle). In other embodiments, the child support A3 may be permanently connected to the shoulder strap A2.Specific connection modes between the child support A3 and the shoulder harness A2 are not limited in the present disclosure. With reference to the . Fig. Figures 23 to 25 describe the child support A3 as comprising a hip support part A31 and a body support part A32, which are connected to each other. In this embodiment, the child support A3 is formed in one piece. One side of the hip support part A31, which is remote from the body support part A32, is connected to the waist belt A1, and one side of the body support part A32, which is remote from the hip support part A31, is connected to the shoulder harness A2.

[0154] It should be noted that the “longitudinal direction” of the child support A3 mentioned here specifically refers to a direction from the side where the child support A3 is connected to the waist belt A1 to the side where the child support A3 is connected to the shoulder harness A2, i.e. a direction from the bottom to the top or from the top to the bottom of the child support A3.

[0155] Furthermore, the baby carrier includes, as in the Fig. Figures 23 to 25 show a connecting element A4 for connecting the waist belt A1 and the shoulder harness A2. A receiving area for the child is formed between the connecting element A4 and the child support A3. The connecting element A4 comprises a first connecting element A41 and a second connecting element A42, wherein the first connecting element A41 is a substantially rectangular piece of fabric. There are two first connecting elements A41, spaced apart from each other and connected to their respective shoulder harnesses A2. The two ends of the second connecting element A42 are each connected to the two first connecting elements A41. In one embodiment, the connecting element A4 can also be an integrated piece of fabric, wherein one side of the connecting element A4 is connected to the waist belt A1 and the other side of the connecting element A4 is connected to the shoulder harness A2.In another embodiment, the baby carrier may not include the connecting link A4; instead, the shoulder strap harness A2 may extend directly to and be connected with the waist belt A1.

[0156] With reference to Fig. 23 to Fig. 25 is the side of the body support section A32 that is furthest from the hip support section A31, i.e., the side of the child support A3 furthest from the waist belt A1, detachably connected to the shoulder harness A2, thus making it easier for the child to get in and out of the carrying area. In use, the waist belt A1 can be fastened to the caregiver's waist, and the shoulder harness A2 is slung over the caregiver's shoulders. At this point, the connecting link A4 is attached to the caregiver's body, then the child can be picked up, and the side of the child support A3 furthest from the waist belt A1 is connected to the shoulder harness A2, allowing the child to sit in the carrying area. In this embodiment of the baby carrier, the connecting link A4 and the child support A3 form the carrying area, which provides good protection for the child.

[0157] Furthermore, the baby carrier includes, as in Fig. 25, Fig. 26, Fig. 28 and Fig. Figure 29 shows additional thigh supports A51. In this embodiment, two thigh supports A51 are provided, each arranged transversely on both sides of the hip support section A31, i.e., on the left and right sides of the hip support section A31. The hip support section A31 and the thigh supports A51 form a seat A101 for carrying the child. One end of the thigh support A51 and one end of the hip support section A31 are connected to the waist belt A1 and form a first fixed end A511 of the thigh support A51 and the hip support section A31, and the other end of the thigh support A51 is connected to the other end of the hip support section A31 and forms a second fixed end A512 of the thigh support A51 and the hip support section A31.The natural longitudinal extension L1 of the thigh support A51 between the first fixed end A511 and the second fixed end A512 is smaller than the natural longitudinal extension L2 of the hip support section A31 between the first fixed end A511 and the second fixed end A512, so that the hip support section A31 can be transformed between an expanded and a collapsed state longitudinally along the child support A3. When the hip support section A31 is expanded longitudinally, the seat area A101 is large longitudinally; when the hip support section A31 is collapsed longitudinally, the seat area A101 is small longitudinally. In actual use, the hip support section A31 may be expanded due to the child's own weight when a child is sitting on the seat area A101.However, if the child is not sitting on the seat area A101, the hip support part A31 is in a natural folded state.

[0158] It should be noted that the "transverse direction" of the child support A3 described here refers specifically to a direction from the left side to the right side or from the right side to the left side of the child support A3. The "longitudinal direction" of the child support A3 refers specifically to a direction from the side where the child support A3 is connected to the waist belt A1 to the side where the child support A3 is connected to the shoulder harness A2, i.e., a direction from the bottom to the top or from the top to the bottom of the child support A3. The "natural longitudinal dimension" of the thigh supports A51 between the first fixed end A511 and the second fixed end A512 refers to the actual length of the fabric that forms the thigh supports A51 between the first fixed end A511 and the second fixed end A512 when not connected. The “natural longitudinal dimension” of the hip support part A31 between the first fixed end A511 and the second fixed end A512 refers to an actual length of the tissue that forms the hip support part A31 between the first fixed end A511 and the second fixed end A512 in the unconnected state.

[0159] In this embodiment, as in the Fig. Figures 25 to 27 show the hip support piece A31 formed from a single piece of fabric. The hip support piece A31 is symmetrical about an axis, the axis being a longitudinal centerline extending lengthwise along the child support A3. The hip support piece A31 has a first edge A311 on both sides of the child support A3 in the transverse direction, meaning that both the left and right sides of the hip support piece A31 have the first edge A311. For example, the first edge A311 on one side comprises an arc-shaped segment A3111 and an indented segment A3112, which are connected to each other. The arc-shaped segment A3111 extends gradually from the longitudinal centerline of the hip support piece A31 from the first fixed end A511 to the second fixed end A512. The indented segment A3112 is connected to the arc-shaped segment A3111 and is indented in the direction of the longitudinal centerline of the hip support part A31.In a manufacturing process, the hip support element A31 can be produced from an approximately rectangular piece of fabric by first cutting out the shapes of the indented segments A3112 on both sides, then unfolding the shapes of the arcuate segments A3111 on both sides, and finally sewing everything together to form a shape with the first edge A311 as described above. In this embodiment, the arcuate segment A3111 extends outwards, which facilitates the formation of the widest support dimension furthest from the first fixed end A511. This is advantageous for the child's hips, providing the widest support surface when sitting. Simultaneously, the arcuate segment A3111 forms the narrowest support dimension near the first fixed end A511, which facilitates the thigh support A51 forming the support and connecting it to a fixed seam of the waist belt A1.The recessed segment A3112 is located near the second fixed end A512. Due to the different lengths of the thigh support A51 and the hip support part A31, the placement of the recessed segment A3112 facilitates the fixed connection of the thigh support A51 to the hip support part A31 at the recessed segment A3112 via the second fixed end A512. It is also advantageous to position the second opening A103 at the recessed segment A3112. This can ensure ease of manufacturing and improve the overall aesthetics.

[0160] Furthermore, the hip support part A31 has a first connecting part A312 on both sides of the child support A3 in the transverse direction near the first edge A311. The first connecting part A312 is a linear connecting element located between the first fixed end A511 and the second fixed end A512.

[0161] In this embodiment, the two thigh supports A51 are generally elongated tissue structures, and the shape and structure of the two thigh supports A51 are essentially the same. Using one of the thigh supports A51 as an example, as shown in the Fig. 25 and Fig. As shown in Figure 26, the thigh support A51 has a first support section A513 and a second support section A514. The thickness of the first support section A513 is greater than the thickness of the second support section A514, and the thickness of the first support section A513 is also greater than the thickness of the child support A3. In this embodiment, it can be designed such that the thickness of the first support section A513 is greater than the thickness of the second support section A514, and the thickness of the second support section A514 is greater than the thickness of the child support A3. In this way, the thigh support can provide more support for the thighs of children and toddlers. In this embodiment, the first support section A513 can have a multi-layered structure, for example, made of double-layered fabrics filled with hard fillings such as cardboard or elastic fillings such as cotton, thereby increasing the thickness of the first support section A513. As shown in Figure 26, the first support section A513 has a multi-layered structure, for example, made of double-layered fabrics filled with hard fillings such as cardboard or elastic fillings such as cotton, thus increasing the thickness of the first support section A513. Fig. As shown in Figure 28, the second support section A514 covers the back of the hip support section A31 when the baby carrier is in use, forming a flap section for additional support.

[0162] In particular, the thigh support A51 includes, as described in the Fig. 26 and Fig. Figure 28 shows an outer edge A515, located far from the hip support part A31, and an inner edge A516, located near the hip support part A31, both of which are linear edges. Since, in this embodiment, one end of the thigh support A51 is connected to the waist belt A1, the outer edge A515 of the thigh support A51 can be designed as a linear edge, which is more aesthetically pleasing and easier to machine. The thigh support A51 also has a boundary edge A517 between the outer edge A515 and the inner edge A516. The section of the thigh support A51 at the outer edge A515 and the boundary edge A517 forms a first support section A513, and the section of the thigh support A51 at the inner edge A516 and the boundary edge A517 forms a second support section A514.In this embodiment, the thigh support A51 is a strip-shaped fabric structure sewn from two layers of fabric, and its approximately central section has an arcuate boundary edge A517 arranged approximately along the longitudinal direction of the child support A3. The boundary edge A517 can be a seam line, thereby dividing the thigh support A51 into a first support section A513 and a second support section A514. The section near edge A515 is the first support section A513, which, as mentioned above, is filled with a hard or soft filler and has a greater thickness, and the section near edge A515 is the second support section A514, which has no filler and is only a two-layer fabric structure, so that the thickness is less. As in the . Fig. 25 and Fig. As shown in Figure 26, the first fastening end A511 is formed by one side of the first support section A513 and one side of the second support section A514, while the second fastening end A512 is formed by only one side of the second support section A514 due to the arc shape of the boundary edge A517.

[0163] Furthermore, the thigh support A51, as described in the Fig. 26 and Fig. Figure 28 shows the embodiment further equipped with a second connecting part A518, which is connected to the first connecting part A312. It is evident that the second connecting part A518 is also a linear connecting element between the first fixed end A511 and the second fixed end A512. In this embodiment, the first connecting part A312 and the second connecting part A518 are sewn together. Of course, in other embodiments, the first connecting part A312 and the second connecting part A518 can also be connected by joining or the like. In this embodiment, the second connecting part A518 is positioned approximately in the middle of the thigh support A51 and arranged approximately along the boundary edge A517, i.e., the second connecting part A518 is positioned such that it deviates from the outer edge A515 and also from the inner edge A516.

[0164] Furthermore, the first connecting part A312 and the second connecting part A518 can be arranged in different ways, resulting in different fitting situations between the thigh supports A51 and the hip support part A31.

[0165] For example, in the first embodiment, as in Fig. 28 to Fig. Figure 30 shows both the first connecting part A312 and the second connecting part A518 connected to the second fixed end A512 and spaced apart from the first fixed end A511. The section of the thigh support A51 between the first fixed end A511 and the second connecting part A518 and the section of the hip support A3 between the first fixed end A511 and the first connecting part A312 form a first opening A102, i.e., a first opening A102 is formed between the section of the thigh support A51 near the waist belt A1 and the section of the hip support part A31 near the waist belt A1.

[0166] In a second embodiment, as in Fig. 31 and Fig. As shown in Figure 32, the first connecting part A312 and the second connecting part A518 are positioned between and spaced apart from the first fixed end A511 and the second fixed end A512. The section of the thigh support A51 between the first fixed end A511 and the second connecting part A518 and the section of the hip support part A31 between the first fixed end A511 and the first connecting part A312 form a first opening A102, and the section of the thigh support A51 between the second fixed end A512 and the second connecting part A518 and the section of the hip support part A31 between the second fixed end A512 and the first connecting part A312 form a second opening A103.That is, a first opening A102 is formed between the section of the thigh support A51 near the waist belt A1 and the section of the hip support part A31 near the waist belt A1, and a second opening A103 is formed between the section of the thigh support A51, which is far from the waist belt A1, and the corresponding section of the hip support part A31, which is far from the waist belt A1.

[0167] In a third embodiment, as in Fig. As shown in Figure 33, both the first connecting part A312 and the second connecting part A518 are connected to the first fixed end A511 and spaced apart from the second fixed end A512. The section of the thigh support A51 between the second fixed end A512 and the second connecting part A518, and the section of the hip support part A31 between the second fixed end A512 and the first connecting part A312, form a second opening A103; that is, the part of the thigh support A51 that is furthest from the waist belt A1, and the corresponding part of the hip support part A31 that is furthest from the waist belt A1, form a second opening A103.

[0168] In a fourth embodiment, as in Fig. As shown in Figure 34, the first connecting part A312 and the second connecting part A518 extend continuously from the first fixed end A511 to the second fixed end A512, i.e., the thigh support A51 and the hip support part A31 are completely sewn together, and there is no opening between the thigh supports A51 and the hip support part A31.

[0169] In the embodiment described above, it is advantageous for the flexible connection and movable adjustment between the thigh supports A51 and the first connecting part A312 if the first opening A102 or the second opening A103 is formed between the thigh supports A51 and the hip support part A31.

[0170] Furthermore, the hip support section A31, as described in Fig. As shown in Figure 27, a first edge A311 on each side extends transversely, and the distance W1 between the first fixed ends A511 of the two thigh supports A51 on both sides of the hip support section A31 along the transverse direction is smaller than the maximum transverse distance W2 between the two first edges A311 of the hip support section A31. In this way, when the child is seated, their hips are positioned in the widest support area. In particular, when the child is facing the wearer, their thighs can be supported on a narrower area near the waist belt, allowing the thighs to form an ergonomic M-shape.

[0171] It should be noted that the maximum transverse distance between the two first edges A311 of the hip support part A31 mentioned herein refers to a dimension of the fabric that the hip support part A31 forms between the two first edges A311 in a connected state.

[0172] Furthermore, the hip support part A31, as described in Fig. Figure 27 shows at least one linear folding element A313, and the linear folding element A313 extends approximately in the longitudinal direction of the child support A3. In particular, the linear folding element A313 is formed by folding and sewing the hip support element A31 in the transverse direction. In this embodiment, the hip support element A31 has two spaced-apart linear folding elements A313, and both linear folding elements A313 are located on the hip support element A31 near the waist belt A1. The arrangement of the linear folding element A313 can also contribute to the hip support element A31 forming a pocket structure with a concave center.

[0173] Furthermore, at least in one place, as in the Fig. As shown in Figures 27 to 29, the transverse distance between the two second connecting parts A518 of the two thigh supports A51 is smaller than the natural transverse distance between the two first connecting parts A312 of the hip support part A31. The natural transverse dimension between the two first connecting parts A312 of the hip support part A31, as described in this document, refers to the actual length of the fabric that the hip support part A31 forms between the two first edges A311 in its unconnected state. In this way, the hip support part A31 is in a gathered state at least at one point in the transverse direction. Thus, the hip support part A31 can be transformed between a gathered state and a spread state in the transverse direction of the child support A3.

[0174] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 28, when the baby carrier is not in use, the hip support section A31 is in a folded state, positioned transversely to the child support A3. Fig. As shown in Figure 29, when the baby carrier is in use, i.e., when the child is sitting in the baby carrier, the hip support section A31 is in a widened state in the transverse direction of the child support A3, whereby the degree of expansion of the hip support section A31 can be adjusted according to the different body shapes of the child. If a large child is sitting in the baby carrier, the child can press the seat area A101 downwards with its own weight, so that the hip support section A31 is stretched downwards and is in a widened state, and the seat area A101 is larger in the longitudinal direction. At the same time, the child's gravity exerts a large force F on both sides of the hip support A31 and the connecting sections between the two corresponding thigh supports A51 due to the tensile deformation of the hip support part A31, so that the hip support part A31 is stretched more in the transverse direction of the child support A3 and has a greater degree of extension, and the two thigh supports A51 extend in a direction away from each other, and at the same time the hip support part A31 is pressed downwards under pressure to form a support, so that the seating area A101 is enlarged and is therefore suitable for taller children and the child's thighs can form an ergonomic M-shape.When a small child is sitting in the baby carrier, the hip support section A31 cannot be stretched downwards too much due to the child's low gravity and small hip size. Therefore, the hip support section A31 stretches less in the transverse direction of the child support A3 and has a lower degree of expansion, resulting in a smaller seat area A101 in the longitudinal direction. Simultaneously, the force F exerted by the child's gravity on both sides of the hip support section A31 and the connecting sections between the two corresponding thigh supports A51 is low. Consequently, the hip support section A31 widens less in the transverse direction of the child support A31, and the two thigh supports A51 are positioned relatively close together. This allows the seat area A101 to be reduced in size, making it suitable for the small child and allowing the child's thighs to form the ergonomic M-shape.

[0175] Of course, in other embodiments, the first connecting part A312 and the second connecting part A518 may not be directly connected to each other. As in Fig.As shown in Figure 36, the hip support part A31 and the thigh support A51 are elastically connected to each other. In particular, an elastic link A52 can be connected between the hip support part A31 and the thigh supports A51, and the elastic link A52 can be converted between a stretched state and an unstretched state. In this embodiment, the elastic link A52 is a one-piece elastic link. In other embodiments, the elastic link A52 can also be at least one strip-shaped elastic strip. Two sides or two ends of the elastic link A52 in the transverse direction of the child support A3 are each connected to the first connecting part A312 and the second connecting part A518, thereby providing sufficient elastic support for the seating area A101.

[0176] In this way, the elastic link A52 is in an unstretched state when the baby carrier is not in use. When the baby carrier is in use, i.e., when the child is sitting in it, the elastic link A52 is in a stretched state, and the degree of stretch of the elastic link A52 can be adaptively adjusted according to the different sizes of children. If the baby carrier is carrying a larger child, the elastic link A52 can be stretched further under the influence of the greater gravitational force and the larger hip size of the child, thus increasing the size of the seating area A101 in the transverse direction, making it suitable for the larger child and allowing the child's thighs to form the ergonomic "M" shape. However, when the baby carrier carries a small child, the elastic link A52 can be stretched to a lesser extent due to the lower gravity and smaller hip size of the child, making it suitable for the small child and allowing the child's thighs to form the ergonomic "M" shape.

[0177] Another aspect of the present disclosure also relates to a baby carrier comprising thigh supports A51, a waist belt A1, a shoulder strap A2, and a child support A3, each connected to the waist belt A1 and the shoulder strap A2, just like the baby carrier in the embodiments described above. The portion of the child support A3 near the waist belt A1 also forms the hip support connecting part A31. Two thigh supports A51 are arranged transversely on both sides of the hip support part A31. One end of the thigh support A51 and one end of the hip support part A31 are connected to the waist belt A1 and form a first fixed end A511 of the thigh support A51 and the hip support part A31, and the other end of the thigh support A51 is connected to the other end of the hip support part A31 and forms a second fixed end A512 of the thigh support A51 and the hip support part A31.The hip support section A31 has a first edge A311 on both sides in the transverse direction, and the distance W1 between the first fixed ends A511 of the two thigh supports A51 on both sides of the hip support sections A31 in the transverse direction is smaller than a maximum transverse distance W2 between the two first edges A311. This ensures that the hip support section A31 can form a concave pocket shape when the child is seated. In particular, when the child is seated in the baby carrier, the child's weight presses on the seat area A101, causing the two thigh supports A51 on both sides of the hip support section A31 to move apart. At the same time, the hip support area A31 is pressed inwards to form a support, thereby enlarging the seat area A101 and allowing the child to assume an ergonomic "M" shape of the thighs.

[0178] A third aspect of the present disclosure also relates to a baby carrier comprising thigh supports A51, a waist belt A1, a shoulder harness A2, and a child support A3, each connected to the waist belt A1 and the shoulder harness A2, just like the baby carrier in the embodiments described above. One end of the thigh support A51 and one end of the hip support A31 are connected to the waist belt A1 and form a first fixed end A511 of the thigh support A51 and the hip support A31, and the other end of the thigh support A51 is connected to the other end of the hip support A31 and forms a second fixed end A512 of the thigh support A51 and the hip support A31. At least one location, a transverse distance between the two second connecting parts A518 of the two thigh supports A51 is smaller than a natural transverse distance between the two first connecting parts A312 of the hip support A31.In this way, the hip support part A31 can be switched between the folded state and the extended state in the transverse direction of the child support A3.

[0179] Especially when the baby carrier is not in use, the hip support section A31 is folded in a transverse direction relative to the child support A3. When the baby carrier is in use, i.e., when a child is sitting in it, the hip support section A31 is expanded in a transverse direction relative to the child support A3, and the degree of expansion of the hip support section A31 can be adjusted according to the different body shapes of the children. If a large child is sitting in the baby carrier, their weight can push down the seat area A101, causing the hip support section A31 to stretch downwards and expand, resulting in a larger seat area A101 in the longitudinal direction. At the same time, due to the tensile deformation of the hip support part A31, the child's gravity exerts a greater force F on both sides of the hip support part A31 and the connection between the two corresponding thigh supports A51, so that the hip support part A31 is stretched more in the transverse direction of the child support A3 and has a greater degree of extension, and the two thigh supports A51 extend in opposite directions, while the hip support part A31 is pressed downwards under pressure to form a support, thus enlarging the seating area A101, making it suitable for the tall child to sit in and allowing the child's thighs to form an ergonomic "M" shape. When a small child is sitting in the baby carrier, the hip support section A31 cannot be stretched downwards too much due to the child's low gravity and small hip size. Therefore, the hip support section A31 stretches less laterally in the direction of the child support A3, and the seat area A101 is smaller longitudinally. At the same time, the force F exerted by the child's gravity on both sides of the hip support section A31 and the connecting sections between the two corresponding thigh supports A51 is low. Consequently, the hip support section A31 stretches less transversely in the direction of the child support A31, while the two thigh supports A51 remain relatively close together. This reduces the size of the seat area A101, making it suitable for the small child to sit in and allowing the child's thigh to form an ergonomic "M" shape.

[0180] The baby carrier has at least the following technical effects:

[0181] In the baby carrier, the waist belt A1 and the shoulder strap A2 are each connected longitudinally to both sides of the child support A3, and the part of the child support A3 located near the waist belt A1 forms the hip support section A31. The thigh support A51 is positioned laterally to the hip support section A31 in a transverse direction, and the two ends of the thigh support A51 are connected to one end of the hip support section A31 as the first fixed end A511 and the second fixed end A512, respectively. The natural longitudinal dimension of the thigh support A51 between the first fixed end A511 and the second fixed end A512 is smaller than the natural longitudinal dimension of the hip support section A31 between the first fixed end A511 and the second fixed end A512, so that the hip support section A31 can be transformed longitudinally between the child support A31 in its expanded and collapsed states. In this way, when the baby carrier is carrying a larger child, the hip support section A31 can be stretched downwards under the child's weight and remain in an expanded position, thus increasing the length of the seat area A101 to accommodate the larger child. When the baby carrier is carrying a smaller child, the hip support section A31 can be folded due to the child's lighter weight, resulting in a smaller length of the seat area A101 to accommodate the smaller child. This allows the size of the seat area A101 to be adjusted to the child's body shape; the structure is simple and convenient to use.
